Na niską opinię miał wpływ strajk (lub cokolwiek, co zawiesiło operacje przewoźnika na kilka godzin). Strajk opóźnił lot, więc nie zdażyliśmy na prawidłową przesiadkę w Wiedniu. Na szczęście personel Austrian w Krakowie zmienił nam przesiadkę na inne linie i skończyło się w porządku (ze względu na dalszy plan podrózy).

After 2 hours of standing, there were still 27 people ahead of me. The woman behind me gave me the local phone number for Austrian airlines and I was able to get on a flight to US leaving in 30 minutes. I managed to make it, and would not have had I waited another hour in line. Why no surge of staff to help? All 3 help numbers on my Lufthansa e-mail receipt could not help. Horrible experience."

W danych pasażera wpisano mi nazwę firmy , i nie było możliwości to poprawić , więc w ogóle nie wpuszczono mnie na pokład samolotu i bilet przepadł za prawie 2000 zł , , ale będę do was pisała skargę Zaznaczam ,że nie pierwszy raz kupuję bilet przez internet i nie pierwszy raz lęcę samolotem , Uważam ,że błąd ten leży po waszej stronie , prosiłam o wystawienie FV na firmę, a nie o wpisywanie danych firmy jako pasażera , Pasażerem była Urszula Kaczmarczyk, Wasz błąd drogo mnie kosztował , musiałam zakupić kolejny nowy bilet za 3340 zł , wydałam na bilet grubo ponad 5 tys do Szwecji z wyrazami szacunku Urszula Kaczmarczyk

Podczas lotu zabrakło napojów, stewardesy bywają opryskliwe.
Nowiutki samolot, płynny lot, super system rozrywki na pokładzie (filmy itp na telefonie / tablecie pasażera), b.przyjemna przekąska, napoje i ciastka. Dawno nie latałem LOTem, było miłe zaskoczenie.

Na lotnisku w Treviso brak iformacji o odprawie oraz nadaniu bagażu. W ostatniej chwili zorientowałem się, że w miejscu innej odprawy można odprawić lot do Warszawy. TRAGEDIA nie polecam
Minusy: "Nie było włączone ogrzewanie przez co było bardzo zimno."

Minusy: "Lot opóźniony o 1h, zero informacji wcześniej na lotnisku, brak wyjaśnieniem i przeprosin ze strony Ryan Air"
Plusy: "Spore - jak na Ryanair - odległości między rzędami foteli, czyli sporo miejsca na nogi."
Minusy: "Lot był opóźniony ok. 20 minut, mało komfortowa była odprawa i boarding z uwagi na warunki na Terminalu 2 w Lizbonie."

Minusy: "Bardzo wysoka temperatura na pokładzie - są to odczucia wielu pasażerów. Mimo opóźnienia gate został otwarty planowo co skutkowało 40 minutowym czekaniem w korytarzu."

Plusy: "The only good thing was it was a direct flight."
Minusy: "Short version: Avoid Ryanair like you would avoid Herpes. I paid for baggage but got charged again. Desk agent was rude. There was no information provided about what gate or where the gate was. I paid for fast track security and didn't get it. It only got worse from there. Never ever fly Ryanair!"
Minusy: "Having paid for our seats I wasn't impressed to find someone else sitting in them! Steward did sort out quickly though."

Minusy: "Toda la información relacionada a Eurowings fue confusa y tardía. Tuve un cobro extra por equipaje tal que al parecer no tenían las mismas condiciones que Ryanair, pero esto no fue informado con claridad. No fue posible hacer el check-in, enviaron información muy tarde y alemán, no entendí nada"

Minusy: "Ciagle zawracanie głowy proponowanymi przez obsługę usługami, ale wiem ze dzięki takim zabiegom linie mogą sobie pozwolić na oferowanie tak atrakcyjnych cen za loty :)"

Plusy: "Easy of checking in bag and the person working the counter was extremely nice and personable. They flight crew was very pleasant. Decent leg room. More than some other airlines."
Minusy: "Dirty cabin. Being 1.5 hours delayed on a nice day. God forbid there was an actual storm lol. Why was our luggage in a completely different terminal and NO ONE told us how to get to it? Seemed like there was confusion about the gates when we landed and sat in the plane an extra 15/20 mins trying to get some one to bring over the bridge."

Minusy: "Znowu prawie 90 minut opóźnienia. Obawiałem się, że nie zmieszczę się w godzinach pracy wypożyczalni samochodów w Alicante."

Minusy: "The flight was delayed by 1hour and 45 minutes. Luggage arrived after waiting more than 30 minutes at the carousel"
Plusy: "The counter agents were helpful."
Minusy: "Very cramped seats that did not recline. Lots of overcharging for things that are free on other airlines. The cheap seat was more than offset by the numerous upcharges for other services. I'll never fly with Ryan Air again."

Minusy: "The seemingly squashy way of making sure hand luggage is tagged. Why not use a system of gradual approach. Don’t like euro charging if card used. Seems strange. Cash sterling ok."

Minusy: "Lot był opóźniony o ponad dwie godziny i nawet jak już wszyscy byli w samolocie, czekaliśmy już z włączonymi silnikami pół godziny. Po wylądowaniu również czekaliśmy 20 min na autobus. Łącznie lot opóźniony o 3 godziny i żadnej rekompensaty ze strony linii lotniczych."
