Minusy: "This is my fourth time booking Emirates for my route through kayak. The route is longer but I choose it for on-board Internet for work emails. Generally, they have on-board WiFi Internet, however for my return route of 21 hours both flights had no wifi which was disappointing. This is unprofessional because if you are planning on having WiFi to respond to work emails and it is not available once you are already in the air there is nothing you could do but get stuck. Never does this happen with Lufthansa, Turkish, Etihad. Disappointing."

When we arrived at Dubai I was told my name was not on the list for assistance even though I had been taken to the flight in a wheelchair and informed check-in and flight crew. The Emerates assistance people made it seem as if they were doing us a favour by assisting us,made us stand around waiting for a buggy then for the train at no time did they show any respect or compassion for the people they were supposed to be assisting."

Minusy: "After 20 flights booking with emirates in last seven months and nice experience, seems its right time to switch airlines. Was not allowed to board when I reached 8 min late due to heavy traffic on accident on highway. I had 50+ mins before flight departure but they didn't allow me to board. Paid extra money and reschedule for same day flight at 4:30pm and they delayed this flight departure by an hour without no problem. Too much biased."

Distances between gates are very significant and if you are not running there is a possibility you not going to make your connecting flight. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Plusy: "We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

Plusy: "Enough empty seats that I could lay out to sleep. The price was very reasonable."
Minusy: "Hard to believe in 2017 an airline can offer a 9-10 hour flight without any in-flight entertainment system."

Plusy: "Nothing. This was the least pleasant flying experience I've ever had."
Minusy: "1. They scheduled me for an overnight layover FOR NO REASON when there were multiple flights leaving earlier to my ultimate destination. 2. The airplane food gave me food poisoning and I had to spend the night in the ER. 3. My flight the next morning was delayed by 3hrs. Meanwhile, other flights to the same destination were taking off with no problem."

Plusy: "The entertainment and food was decent. The flight attendants were very nice and patient."
Minusy: "It's disappointing that just because I'm in economy I have to be uncomfortable during a 12+ hr flight."

Plusy: "Nothing"

Plusy: "Flight crews were great."
Minusy: "Ground crews and Air Canada's booking system caused no end of trouble. Weather started the problem but human error meant an incredibly stressful rebooking, requiring three agents at ticketing plus the IT help desk just to figure out what the agent I had reached over the phone had done. In Quebec City not nearly enough agents to check bags; huge lines, people being shunted to the front so they wouldn't miss their flights."

Plusy: "Poor airline, always delayed, dreadful and unfriendly customer service. The only reason I flew with them this short trip was due to price"

Plusy: "Everything was good except late departure"
Minusy: "Late flight, for almost two hours"

Minusy: "Service"

Minusy: "The plane left over an hour late, despite the fact that the plane was at the gate hours before departure. This caused us to miss our connection to St. Louis. While they rerouted others on the flight, they did not reroute us because we didn't check any luggage! Their reasoning was we had a chance to make the connection. But they made us wait in a line for 10 minutes to be told that despite our requests to go to the gate. By then it was too late. We then had to fly stand by to Chicago and stand by again to get to St. Louis."

Minusy: "The anxious flight crew. Would like more variety on the player and I shouldn't have to watch a 4 minute commercial after every 20 min episode, especially when it's my own device."

Plusy: "Flight was on time."
Minusy: "Six years ago we flew Air Canada from Athens to LAX with no seat back screens. We thought they were in the process of updating. Here we are six years later and still no seat back screens on an 11 hour flight. What are they thinking? Food and service were also very mediocre. Will not fly Air Canada again."

Plusy: "I didn't have any food, so I can't speak for that; but it was the most relaxing and comfortable flight I've ever had in economy. Crew was friendly and attentive."

Plusy: "Punctual"
Minusy: "Food in terminal 2 closes early - should stay open later since many flights are still leaving."

Minusy: "Delayed over an hour, making it almost impossible to catch our connecting flight in Montreal. Thankfully, the flight out of Montreal was delayed and we were able to make the flight by the very last minute."

Minusy: "Delayed"

Minusy: "We sat in the back rows of the plane so it was hours before we were even offered water and by the time they finally got to us there was no food to PURCHASE. Bad enough we were not fed on this long flight but there wasn't even anything to purchase. By the time they FINALLY got to us to provide us something to drink, they came through wanting to take it from us. I was VERY disappointed with this leg of the trip as it was not at all what we have experienced on the first leg of this very long day of flying. There was no time between transfers to use the restroom, let alone buy food, had we known."

Plusy: "Service, attendants."
Minusy: "Food for charge."

Plusy: "N/A"
Minusy: "My daughter and I were bumped off the flight. We are going to try to at least get a travel voucher because we are now out $1200."

Plusy: "crew was awesome"
Minusy: "that people can recline their seats in coach. very uncomfortable and there's really not enough room to do this."

Minusy: "When you roll up on clerk at the check-in counter and she's already eyeing your carry-on bag you know you're gonna have a problem. My bag was purchased a month ago and I made sure it met all major airline specs so when she immediately told me I'd have to check it, I told her it would fit no problem in her little mold. She insisted that it would not and I'd have to PAY to check it. I picked it up and easily popped it into the mould but my zipper snagged on the way in and she said that I was not allowed to "force" it in. I then easily lifted it in and out twice without the zipper snagging. Then she insisted that I weigh it. 22lbs is not much at all so I figured I might get caught here but to my surprise I was only at 23lbs. So she immediately said I would have to pay because I was over weight.... BY 1 LB! So I opened my bag and took out bag of carrots and put it back on the scale. She was so pissed that she couldn't charge me anything that she never made eye contact for the rest of the process. She then said that because I had my cat with me I could not sit in the row I had booked because it was an exit row. I insisted that it was not an exit row as I had just flown on the plane four days earlier with my cat in the same seat. She refused and moved me to a row with less leg room despite my having paid for the upgraded seat (I'm 6'4"). Upon boarding, I confirmed with the flight attendant that my original row was NOT an exit row. It was behind the exit row and there are no restrictions for that. One terrible staff member is all it takes to ruin a flight. Air Canada Rouge also happens to be a soda can with wings so that doesn't help."

Plusy: "There we delays and baggage transfer issues at Montreal for connecting flights. There were delays leaving from Rome."
Minusy: "Delays and comfort"

Plusy: "Smooth boarding. Polite staff."
Minusy: "Check-in person did not attach priority tag to luggage (business class) until i argued with her. This is the second time Air Canada has done this. We paid a lot extra for this service and should not have to quibble with staff in order to receive it. There was no lounge in Charlottetown, but that's not the airline's fault. However, the Air Canada lounge at Pearson was shabby and poorly outfitted. Shameful."

Plusy: "Food and crew were awesome, very attentive to details."
Minusy: "Got delayed for almost two hours so rush hour in Japan was my welcome party and it was horrible, when you are on a tight schedule two hours is two much, lost my flight connection to Hiroshima, had to go on bullet train which added 4 more hours instead of 1:25 on a plane."

Minusy: "You need to warn people there is no in flight entertainment!"

Plusy: "The crew were extremely friendly and the flight was on time."
Minusy: "I wasn't offered a meal preference, and was disappointed they couldn't accommodate me with a vegetarian meal. I also didn't enjoy the fact that the plane didn't have an integrated entertainment system, and that you have to pay extra to receive a tablet to watch movies..."

Minusy: "Flight delayed half hour, rush through all the steps, we are the first one get to the plane. But all the other people can not make it because we sit at near front and started the rush earlier. However, all of our checked luggage so can not make it. We are waiting for delivery on the next day. This type of short connection of international flight should not be arranged as we told you and AC when you told us the original booking was changed due to AC flight modification."

Plusy: "Friendly employees at each turn"
Minusy: "Change food to more palatable. Improve entertainment options to rival Delta and Aer Lingus"

Plusy: "The food was excellent and the seats were very comfortable. I also loved the blanket and slippers. Service was top notch!"
Minusy: "Nothing. It was an excellent experience."

Plusy: "Food from Montreal to London."
Minusy: "Food from Vancouver to Montreal."

Plusy: "In flight entertainment was great - good selection of movies and TV shows. Attendants worked hard. Food suprisingly good. Very reasonable fare - drove to Toronto from Cincinnati to save $1000 per person vs. flying out of Cincinnati and $700 per person out of Atlanta."
Minusy: "Music selections limited for someone who grew up in 60's and 70's."

Plusy: "The entertainment options were decent. Food wasn't bad. The crew courteous and helpful."
Minusy: "The booking and ticketing department for Air Canada messed up quite a bit with our trip overall. It wasn't just one narrow event: even after the delayed flight, and 6 hour phone call to get rebooked, we had to use international roaming charges at the Shanghai airport to call and get them to correct an error they made with our flight out of Shanghai. The flights themselves were alright, but I want to use every opportunity I have to complain about the booking and customer service process."

Minusy: "Delayed by 45 minutes, but there were no official announcements or information from Air Canada until boarding started. As usual, Air Canada does not seem to respect it's clients enough to bother informing of information regarding their flights."

Plusy: "Lack of services in Air Canada is disappointing. I asked for an iPad, which, i was asking to rent to watch a movie and no one got back to me."

Plusy: "Good service, very attentive. Breakfast needs improvement"
Minusy: "The middle seat is horrible, no room to even bend over to reach my bag which was at my feet. Very uncomfortable and no room to put the elbows because the other two seats take the elbow rests . Make it a double one or something because I couldn't even fall asleep for a second plus I got a back ache throughout the"
