Plusy: "The sanitizing of the aircraft was beyond expectations. The personal wipes were a plus so we could clean the areas around our seats to our satisfaction. The individual snack bags are a great idea to minimize handling."

He asked me my name and asked where my destination was. I told him Cincinnati as a layover then LaGuardia where he said that was wrong. He then proceeded to print a boarding pass that wasn’t mine and load my bag into the conveyor. Not 5 mins go by when I realize what happened I wound up having to go to special services to rectify the situation. Which ultimately consisted of me waiting another hour in LaGuardia to get my bag. Please delta have these curbside handlers actually want to do their job and stop chasing cash tips."

And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

The two people at the desk didn't care when I noted this. We were called to the desk in advance of boarding to check passport information. When we got to the check in line, we were taken aside for more passport checking, even though we are US citizens with Trusted Traveler status in the GOES program. We were one of the first people at the departure lounge, and one of the the last to board."

Minusy: "The flight attendant looked like she was drunk. The flight was overbooked and the boarding agent asked people to stay for a later flight. There was also a Air Canada crew member who looked like he was on standby for our flight, his last name was Campbell. Once we boarded the plane we noticed that the crew member had been given a seat on the plane, where a mother with three children that was also on standby had to stay for a later flight. Not sure how 1) you overbook a flight, and much less 2) give a seat to a crew member over a customer."

Plusy: "Small plane but very comfortable. This flight as well as the other 3 we were on were on time with a professional staff. 5 Stars for this Air Canada!"

Plusy: "No issues on the flight to our destination."
Minusy: "Our return flight was delayed due to maintenance issues and then cancelled after 2 hours of waiting. We got re-scheduled for a flight due to leave 5 hours from when the flight was cancelled. We stood in line to get on an earlier flight (there were 3 earlier flights) and got wait listed on one. Thankfully, we got on that flight however, we were in the airport for 8 hours from 8am to 4pm for a 1 1/2 hr flight. Our original flight was supposed to leave around 10am. No flight re-imbursement was issued to us, and we only received lunch vouchers after we asked for them."

Minusy: "The only problem I had on the flight occurred in Cincinnati when my wife got lectured that her bag weighed to much for plane side check-in. The baggage handlers at CVG were rather rude."

Minusy: "Toronto Terminal F is kind of how I envision a third-world country. At least at the higher-number gates, it's very dreary, with an occasional flying insect and signs hanging from the ceiling. Worse is the lack of air conditioning and the sporadic wi-fi service. Worst of all was the almost two-hour delay and changing our departure gate at least five times. Two fellow passengers (one a native of Toronto) said it was always like that. The trip from Toronto to London and back was fine, but I'll try very hard to avoid Air Canada and its Terminal F."

Minusy: "Once again over an hour late due to maintenance issues. Air Canada uses a subcontractor airline for their Cincinnati flights that has a horrible track record. AVOID!"

Plusy: "eventually getting home and the woman next to me with whom I was able to discuss our shared misery."
Minusy: "Worst experience. My connecting flight I had originally booked was cancelled, leaving. me with a six hour layover. I had no desire to shop duty free and was tired from my previous flight so I went to the gate which my flight would eventually leave from. While standing, since seating was extremely limited, and sitting at this gate I observed that every flight was either delayed or cancelled. Employees milled about with their backs to passengers with little regard to those inconvenienced, they seemed to be completely clueless when asked simple questions. The Pearson Airport was the most disorganized and inconvenient airport I have ever had the misfortune to experience. The toilet on this flight was broken and we were only informed right before boarding, making the decision to go while I could I missed them saying they were going to take our carry on bags away from us to stow below. I had medicine and camera lenses and other items I was wary of leaving my possession and had to sit on the tarmac a few minutes to re-situate my personal items. I have no intentions of flying through Pearson ever again."

Plusy: "Nothing, I was rebooked for next day but was routed with connection through Chicago"
Minusy: "Flight was cancelled due to lack of crew and I was rebooked with a connection through Chigago. while Air Canada provided a room and food vouchers it took 2 hours to get bag and caused significant disruption to my plans. Very displeased."

Minusy: "Worst customer service. They closed the check in line as we stood there and than asked us to book another 3000$ flight!"

Plusy: "We eventually got here...6 hours late"
Minusy: "Bottom line is that they appear to NOT service their planes well and Captain made poor decisions. Only flight on the board listed as "delayed" on a sunny cloudless day in Orlando. Never a raindrop and instead of leaving at noon, we left at six. 1. Took them 45 minutes to change a tire on the nose. 2. According to captain " a strange item was beside his cockpit seat and that took an hour. I assume he didn't recognize his empty Oreo box. How do you allow someone to drop a strange box in the cockpit. 3. Taxi out and a switch won't work. Sit there for 45 minutes. "We were able to reset it." Go 100 yards. Stop. "Need to do another reset." Doesn't work. Takes corporate 30 minutes to decide what to do. Return to terminal for maintenance on phantom problem. 4. Sit at terminal for a couple hours. No one allowed off. Beverages are all warm. Crew serves warm water and crappy sugar-bomb pretzels. Passengers get sick. Won't let anyone off. 5. Finally gets in the air. Crew has nothing but snacks; no real food. Beverages are warm. 6. EVERYONE misses connections."

Plusy: "One hour late due to waiting transit passengers thought US custom. But catch up in arrival on time in SFO"
Minusy: "Food - because I was in the last section, they ran out of chicken. And only offer paste with Cheese. I can't take cheese and daily product. It iwas a hungry trip"

Plusy: "Air Canada provided accommodations for me when I was informed about my removal from my connecting flight."
Minusy: "I didn't enjoy the sassy customer service representative who "assisted" me in redirecting me for the next possible flight to India. She booked me for a flight to London and told me that I was also confirmed for an Air India flight from London to Delhi. This "confirmation" was false after checking in with Air India. There was no entry of me being registered for the flight. Luckily, there were enough seats to make my accommodation. The looming concern that followed was that my bag was clearly not going to be in Delhi once I arrived to my destination. This then became my reality and had to deal with not having my luggage for 6 days in India. There was blatant disregard between both airlines in trying to deliver my bag to me. They both blamed each other and refused to claim responsibility. With both refusing to claim fault, I had to fend for myself and pay for clothes and other necessities. Hands down, the WORST experience I've ever endured while traveling with any airline. I vow to never fly Air Canada and Air India ever again."

Minusy: "The new controls built into the armrests are HORRIBLE! You accidentally hit a button constantly because ITS AN ARM REST! Get the engineers building something to cover it up. We landed early and I was so excited to get a jump home. I then waited for 35 mins for my bags to appear on the conveyor AFTER walking all the way to the baggage claim from the gate. I arrived home later than I expected.....This is not the first time that the United baggage was so slow. This needs to be an improvement area."

Minusy: "So it was annoying that the seat that was assigned to me..airline assigned that seat to someone else because that person asked for it. And nobody bothered to ask me( no email or call or anything) even though there were lot of empty seats. But the passenger was polite he moved to his original seat."

Plusy: "They let us off the plane to stretch and get food when we had to return to the gate for mechanical issue."
Minusy: "The flight was over an hour late so we barely made our connection and certainly didn't get food which was our plan. They did not have room for any of our carry on as we were some of the last to board so they took it at the door of plane. . They managed to put our carry on on a flight to Beijing, not in the plane( that is mind boggling). The seats were uncomfortably tight. Our next flight on a smaller plane was roomier. No warning we needed to download the app to our device for entertainment as you had to pay for inseat tv."

Minusy: "Refer Austin to San Francisco. I do not like being the one that is negative in a rating but our experience with simply untenable. I observe the most of the passengers were also unhappy and openly complaint."

Plusy: "The bar is pretty low with United. Even being a 1K member, I am usually just hoping the flight arrives on time. This time it didn't. The crew was polite, which isn't always the case."
Minusy: "The flight was delayed. Not necessarily UA's fault but they don't make it easy on their customers. Their mileage program has so many elite members, especially in SF that even 1K doesn't give you a strong shot at getting upgraded."

Plusy: "Seat 7 A on this type of aircraft - and United's configuration - had the most leg room and space, esp. when the seat next to you is empty. The flight crew was friendly and great!"
Minusy: "Boarding gates/ area in Denver airport for these small aircraft was almost as bad as a bus station! Crowded and most cramped/ uncomfortable. Denver United staff at customer service center was most unhelpful, unsympathetic and dismissive about the fact that in spite of a flight delay that completely their fault (no weather delay), which made me miss the memorial service for my friend's daughter - my main purpose for visiting Cincinnati - they refused to even give me a patient hearing much less consider my request to try and put me on a different flight!"

Minusy: "The plane was so old that it just seemed like it should be retired. My flight was also delayed 45 minutes. They made passengers get off the plane because of a weight restriction it was absurd that my luggage took 40 minutes to come off the plane"

Plusy: "Price was good. If it'd been an expensive ticket I'd have been upset"
Minusy: "Pay for carry on luggage, last board plane despite having a window so everyone had to get up to let me in, no check in 24 hours in advance unless paying for baggage, in flight entertainment didn't work, seat charging outlet didn't work."

Plusy: "The crew was amazing. I was traveling alone with an infant and since the flight wasn't full, the ticketing agent moved seats around and gave me an entire row! It was so nice to have the extra space with all my things and to get up freely when needing to change my sons diaper. There was also a changing table in the bathroom which was much needed."

Minusy: "my flight going to LA was 6 HOURS DELAYED. I visited customer service and was told that my time and and energy would not be compensated for. It was a huge waste of time due to weather in PA where the plane was coming from- not my problem going from SFO to LA."

Minusy: "Upgraded to first class the trip to was great the return was terrible even the first class seating was old and uncomfortable then my bag was not at my final location (direct flight) was told it wouldn't scan!? Same bag used numerous times then I was told I'd have it the next day by noon call at 2 pm and it says it's on its way them receive a call at 430 pm saying he just left the airport wtf?! Just over all very bad service and didn't get a damn thing for my troubles."

Minusy: "They changed the flight time 100 times and in the end I ended up with one more stop than originally scheduled, was supposed to be CLE-HOU-CCS and ended up being CLE-IAD-HOU-CCS ... with a loooooong layover in IAD, shame on you, I bought the ticket because it was supposed to be convenient"

Plusy: "The terminal was well supplied. I was worried because the line for security was so long, but it was automated and fully staffed - it was so seamless!"

Plusy: "Great crew. We happened to be able to land 30 mins early. Never had that happen before!"
Minusy: "Transfer from my international flight caused me to go through security again...."

Minusy: "The boarding pass that was sent the night before had the incorrect gate and no seat assignment. I spoke w THREE agents at checkin and they all sent me to the (wrong) gate- C25 and wouldn't give me a seat assignment. That is a long way to go w a scooter and a bag, only to learn the correct gate is B4. I was the last to board, there was no bin space left. it shouldn't be so complicated."

Plusy: "Crew was nice. Lots of selection for movies."
Minusy: "Drink service was so slow. Literally had to beg for drinks"

Minusy: "Barely enough room to hoist your baggage in the overhead bins"

Minusy: "The flight left an hour and 15 minutes after the scheduled time."

Minusy: "The boarding process is an absurdly disorganized, terrible process. Don't encourage people to line up if there is no room in the terminal for them to do so. Food was also pathetic, especially compared to European competitors on the same route."

Plusy: "The flight attendant was excellent. Much better than most of your other ones."

Minusy: "The crew sprayd some air freshener that didn't work. My husband was forced to clean up the mess with anti bacterial wipes. Totally in sanitary. They should have either moved us to different seats when we asked or, at the very least, moved us temperarily while they fully cleaned the seat."

Plusy: "The gate agent was so nice and polite my connecting flight was late but he still allowed me to grab something to drink. He saved my life I had been sick since I left Dallas and needed something as I felt i was maybe dehydrated."

I am for some coffee she replied that they had that in first class but it was crazy cause I just looked thru the pamphlet and it said Now Serving Illy coffee which I love. Then I saw her give another passenger a cup of coffee she looked at me with an attitude like I just made that... Then she brought it. This was crazy because if she wasn't black I would have called her racist then again done black people are racist to they own..SMH"

Minusy: "They lost my bag.. I checked two bags and one bag did not make it on my flight. Very frustrated."

Minusy: "Multiple delays and gate changes; chaotic boarding; shabby plane condition (bathroom looked held together with duct tape)."
