Plusy: "The best airline ever! Super friendly crew and staff, great customer service and nice planes. Love KLM!"

Minusy: "The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

Minusy: "A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great"

Minusy: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."
Minusy: "Very odd queue separation at boarding. Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

First bag arrived a day late, second after I had left Billund and it was six days before the bag with my clothes reached me. I was told I will have 100 euro credit for clothing, but in the winter and for 6 days, this was not even close to the amount I needed for clothing and necessities, to have my time here."

Minusy: "Flight was delayed 8 hours. Arriving at Incheon, discovered ground crew were unaware of our arrival to take this connecting flight. However, we were put up overnight in a hotel, which was nice."

Minusy: "Per usual, KLM can't seem to figure out the order of boarding the plane. Should be business - priority - everyone else. Instead they do priority first, and that's usually two-thirds of the passengers. Strange choice of in-flight movies; no accounting for taste, I guess."

People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Makes it less likely for you stand around waiting for people as well people all the way in the back making contact with every possible human already seated in the aisles. 2. Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about."

Minusy: "The boarding process was horrible and it involved climbing down steep stairs from the air tunnel to the tarmac to board a bus that took us to a far distance where the plane was parked. Had to new walk in the sweltering heat to the plane can climb up steep stairs in the heat! We were now kept in the plane for another hour with no aircondotion. It was boiling hot in there. We had to use the safety manuals to fan ourselves. We eventually left late and got to Lagos one and half hours we were meant to get there. Lastly not all the luggage arrived. Two days into my arrival and I am yet to get all my luggage. It was truly a horrible experience which was echoed by fellow passengers."

"Kayak screwed me on the checked bags: Gave me two free bags on my outbound flight (thanks?), but zero checked bags on inbound. I tried to correct before flight but they were no help. I had one bag to check each way but it cost me $90. Couldn't check in online in advance due to COVID protocols, then British Airways charged me extra surcharge for buying checked baggage allowance at check in. I tried to talk to Kayak before the trip - Couldn't/wouldn't help. Tried to talk to BA at check in - couldn't/wouldn't help. Clerks are not empowered to help anyone anymore. Its all about what the system lets them do. Computers rule us I guess... WTF people."

Minusy: "For a new plane, seats are very cramped. If you drop an earpiece on the floor, you pull a muscle to retrieve it / or make. Everyone in your row stand up. Decent movies mean a box under the seat cuts into legroom. A cramped, miserable 7 hours for this 6’0 tall American. Staff was as helpful as they could be, but my knees still hurt."

Minusy: "An old beat up plane in desperate need of renovation especially for a long haul flight. Only one nice flight attendant who tried to help. Others not interested. Terrible seat that I tried to move with no success. Did not eat anything or watch any entertainment. Very unpleasant experience. I have flown this route many times and next time I would fly Swiss through Zurich or Geneva as I have done before."

Minusy: "It was horrible I had an hour window in London and I missed my flight because of that I had to go another airport to cache a fligh to Kiev Well now I don't have a ticket to fly back because they cancelled my ticket so needless to say it was the worst experience ever"

Minusy: "I asked for coffee. Paid 4 pounds for it, it was AWFUL. not brewed, no taste, bitter, no cream available to add to it. If you charge such prizes, you better offer decent coffee. I can get late or capuchino at Starbucks for less and far better quality."

Minusy: "I was sick and asked to be moved, so that I wouldn't infect others, but was told they couldn't help me. If this is the level of service they provided when they recently lost power to their systems, I understand the customers' uproar."

My wife phoned CA to book a gluten free meal the day before. The process was so complex she gave up. 9 hours no food. I was reminded again why I hate this airline"

Plusy: "I was just a little bit shocked because there were nothing to eat included.. I didn’t know that that kind of flight didn’t include anything.. But despite of that it was ok.."

Minusy: "Compared to other airlines Air Canada is just so bad. Crew are always slow. The flight never boards on time or leaves on time. I don’t think I’ve ever been on an Air Canada flight that leaves on time. It’s incredibly frustrating. The staff were rude and cold on this flight and very very slow. I usually don’t write reviews like this but honestly can’t find anything good to say about this last flight. It was just bad."

Minusy: "Seats are just ridiculously close. This makes boarding take longer. I don't think emergency evacuation is feasible. Have seats this close been tested for evacuations? Knees-touching-the-seat-in-front close. Taller people can't sit with legs straight in front. Eat before your flight."

Plusy: "Service before boarding was excellent. Checking in as long as the boarding time was efficient and fast. In flight service was okay, flight crew was helpful and friendly. The selection of entertainment was excellent. Good international films, in addition to the monocles 24 hours radio station. However, the food was mediocre, there was not enough food for a flight of 11 hours."

Plusy: "Crew were friendly and not bossy. Plane was not crowded. Pilot made up most of our lost time (see other box). Ground crew were friendly and efficient in Toronto, getting to me to my departure gate in time. I was pleased to be offered a food voucher."
Minusy: "Departure delay of 3 hours from Tel Aviv. Unruly Haredim should be left on the ground in Toronto, not in London. Food voucher was usable at only one outlet, and Burger Ranch is a greasy spoon. Would more choice be too difficult to organize?"

Minusy: "When boarding the plane in Rome, there was not rhyme or reason. Seats towards the back should have been urged to use the back stairs. Two way traffic down the aisle of a plane does not work with suitcases, backpacks, etc, in tow."

Minusy: "I hour layover from Newark to Montreal to get a connecting flight to Paris. I almost missed my plane. I didn't pickup my luggage for custom inspection , luckily it arrived on the destination place. I was so stressed out only 2 minutes left and they would have closed the door."

Minusy: "By the time the food arrived at our seats the protein version was no longer available. This happened on the flight to Paris as well. A customer complained about a small child and the child and parent were moved to behind my seat. After an hour of the toddler kicking my seat I asked to be moved to any other seat on the plane. Was told too bad, nothing they could do. Spent the 8 hour flight being kicked and listening to yelling."

Minusy: "Flight left gate on time then had a power failure. Pilot said can't fly the plane without power. Had to pull in, reboot all computers (and add fuel????). It doesn't really make any sense. Also does not inspire confidence in the plane. Only thing I can think of is they weren't done fueling and pushed back to protect their "on time" stats. If true, that's lame."

Minusy: "The horrendously long lines going through security!! I am 77. My husband is 81. Standing in those very long lines was extremely fatiguing. To the point we are rethinking ever flying again. They were bad bookends to an otherwise great trip."

Minusy: "There was no tv and one of the flight attendants was very rude. She acted like it was a chore to talk to us and was rude to other passengers as well."

Minusy: "Most of the staff were rude and made me feel like an inconvenience any time I needed something. Due to delays leaving Heathrow and arriving in Ontario, my 2 1/2 hour layover was reduced to 30 minutes. And because I was transfering to a flight to the US, I had to sprint through 6 security checkpoints. I made it to my flight, but my bag did not. My bag was not delivered to me until 1 am the following day."

Minusy: "Horrible smelly crampy cloth seats, awful food, they don't offer complementary wine and beer for international flights like other carriers, no tvs in the headrest. The flight crew works slower then I have ever observed in my over 200 flights. Took them 1hr 40min to serve what they called "dinner", Delta and others knocks it out in 30!!! And don't get thirsty, You'll die of dehydration before you get a drop of water. They treat ice like its gold. 2 cubes for each drink. If u ask for more u get one more cube. Lol. It was just a horrible experience! I will never fly Air Canada again."

Minusy: "First leg cancelled after we sat on plane for two hours. Missed connection, arrived 24 hours late. Air Canada provided excellent hotel and meal vouchers, however"

Minusy: "The idiots lost my luggage, and it took two full days and about 20 phone calls to get it back."

Minusy: "Crew could have come round looking for disposals sooner rather than at the end. No one came by to check if seat belts were fastened properly."

Minusy: "Air Canada is not really an airline, I suspect they are trying to go bankrupt or some wire stuff because there is no way they are trying to be a real airline with what they offer, worst airline in the world."

Plusy: "The crew was nice. That's about it."
Minusy: "Flight left late. Customer service at ticketing were nasty and rude. Was charged 25 dollars to check a bag on a international flight. The layover in Toronto was a nightmare!! The whole process of customs, rechecking your bag, and Canadian security was way too long and cumbersome. On top of that my flight to the US ended up leaving 1.5 hrs late and most of the wait time no gate attendant was even there."

Minusy: "My husband being injured and in severe pain!!! It ruin our anniversary which was on the exact date of the accident, 4/8!! The sandwich had a razor thin slice of turkey on a big roll!! Shane on them!"

Minusy: "Hated the entire flight. It left late. They lost my luggage. The flight was overcrowded. The crew was rude. I didn’t get my correct aisle seat assignment as requested. I’m all and have long legs. United is the WORST airline to fly. I have had previous bad experiences with United, but this was the worst. I will not fly United EVER again if I can help it."

Plusy: "I got an upgrade to economy plus for the first time in my life. The supper was good, the service was efficient and the staff was courteous, one of the best flight crews that I’ve had with United flights, and the extra leg room was a great welcome."
Minusy: "The snack and breakfast were left to be desired. Upon arrival to destination, we had to wait for one hour and ten minutes for a gate to be available in spite of clear weather. I made my connecting flight just in time. Many other passengers missed their connecting flights. In this situation, it would have been appreciated if there were staff to direct us to help speed up the process, but most passengers with connecting flights were running around like headless chickens and loosing patience as we were left to fend for ourselves. Once again, United managed to drop the ball."

Minusy: "The seats back was designed too soft, so every time I grabbed my laptop which I stored in the pocket in front of me, the person seating in front thought I was kicking/kneeing her. I also experienced the discomfort from someone getting an item from the seat pocket behind me. Not great for long flights when trying to sleep!"

Minusy: "Severe lack of legroom. In my 45 years of flying I have never seen such outrageous lack of space. Callous attitude when I approached management about it afterwards. Because of this I will not fly United again ."

Plusy: "United provided excellent service for my return from Puerto Rico to the mainland. Unlike other carriers, United quickly adapted to the reality on the ground and adjusted their schedules accordingly. The result was a safe, comfortable, flight for a very reasonable cost given the very short amount of time I had to make reservations. Thank you!"
Minusy: "Seriously? Landing on one end of one terminal and having my connection at the end of another?"

Plusy: "Flight was quick once we got on to it."

Minusy: "Seats were hard and close together. The plane had to go at a lower altitude due to a maintenance problem so the ride was more bumpy - but that was better than being delayed an hour to fix it."

Minusy: "The cabin was very hot and uncomfortable. The crew said they were working on cooling it down. We sat in very hot humid environment for about 15 min. Then they decide to turn the air on full blast right before departure. So they had the air off the whole time for what? To save money? We all were sweating. So ridiculous."

I don't mind paying upfront when purchasing tickets but having my wife look at me while I'm about to purchase WiFi for the trip made me uneasy. Thanks"
