All that he said was , “oops, wrong row” and moved on as if nothing happened. No apology, nothing."

And they served the same food for both meals... chicken, fish, or pasta for dinner AND breakfast... the latter which was at 3am of the time zone I was coming from. Both my kids (5 and 7) REFUSED to eat any of the food except the brew& butter, despite starving. My row and row behind me lost power during the flight so we had NO entertainment, and could no longer charge our devices for the rest of the 11-hour flight. They offered us magazines, but we had no overhead lights to be able to see. The crew managed to reboot the system about 2 hours after the first meal, so we enjoyed some entertainment, but after a little while, the movie and sound stopped working. After about an hour an announcement was made that the entire entertainment system would be rebooted. It started working around the last hour of the flight. Not relaxing at all."

Minusy: "Most horrible experience... customer service is horrible ... didn't even take the flight . They delayed the flight and they think it is ok to put us on any flight they want . I booked the flight because i was particular on the shortest duration of the flight they rebooked me on a flight that would have taken me to my destination after 36 hrs and the way the crew spoke was so horrible. It was as if they did me a favor by putting me on another flight."

Also, I was asked to check in my bag because "the aircraft was full" however when I got on the plane I noticed it was half-empty and there would have been ample overhead room."

Long flight from Boston to Zurich was so hard to bear. I understand making money...but this is ridiculous!!"

The seats supposed to work.. wasn’t .. we had to switch the seats with no help and with the lights off. Awful .. of course they didn’t noticed so they didn’t woke me up for the breakfast. (And I’ve been asking for). Maybe was bad luck but that’s really ridiculous. During the flight they didn’t brought water or something we had to call them."

BUT flight attendants came by with water while we were seated and offered chocolate, which I really liked. It wasn't the worst thing for me, but I can see how it's annoying."

Minusy: "Boarding was a bit chaotic. Food was okay but not substantial. Comfort was terrible in my seat - for some reason I had a seat with a metal box underneath so I could not stretch my legs. And the fellow next to me, in the middle, was over 6 feet and was VERY uncomfortable, even though he had legroom. There were good options for entertainment, but it was unreliable and had to be restarted once. Also, the screen was terrible quality and I could not see no matter how I adjust the screen angle or the light."

Minusy: "The plane had a flea infestation that left both my wife and I with tiny bites on our legs - during the layover the flight attendants came through and sprayed the air vents in the overhead with an aerosol - I had never seen that done before but I suspect that Swiss knew the plane had microscopic flees that were biting passengers. We flew business class and expected much better from Swiss."

No customer service to ensure passengers know which gates to go through and if passenger has chance of making flight. No recognition of time it takes to get through customs and security to make connecting flight. Actually any semblance of customer service was lacking for passengers to make connecting flights."

Minusy: "The seats were way too tiny on this giant airbus, even for me and my daughter-in-law who are both under 5 feet and under 100 lbs. te flight was torture. Food also was not as good as previous Lufthansa fare."

Suggestions to fly through different city or on different airline we’re met with shrug and “ not possible “ reply. Having one Omaha Krakow Lufthansa ticket made no difference to anybody. Horrible experience specially that one of us was 80 years old. Will never fly with Lufthansa again. None of my friends will. Dreading my flight back. Kasia Bradley"

In the end everything was okay but it was not a pleasant trip"

Plusy: "Loved having a real glass and real stainless fork and spoon rather than plastics. Liked the better quality (heavier) blankets and pillows. Loved the cleanliness of the plane. Impressed with the space of the Premium seats even though I did not have one. Loved having warm bread/roll with evening meal. Seat head rests could be raised to help taller people."
Minusy: "Headphones in the back of the seats were two pronged and did not fit the display. Attendants offered appropriate headphones at first of flight, but I did not understand what was going on. Seats were a little hard. Some of the mesh pockets on the backs of seats were not properly attached at the bottom and items placed in the them would fall through."

The breakfast was ok, fruit, muffin and ok cereal bar, too carb-heavy though. The entertainment offered my options. I particularely enjoyed the "Deep-Sleep" relaxation audios which indeed helped me to get some shut-eye during the overnight flight that left the East Coast late afternoon."
Minusy: "The comfort in the economy class is mediocre at best. We had more space on the inner-German connection, see next review, than the international flight. The beverage service was skimpy. Flight arrived Dusseldorf on time and then spend 20 minutes on the ground, waiting for a gate, resulting in a scramble to reach our connection."

I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre."

Our seats were very poor quality, you should immediately replace them! I would have rather stood than sit on the flight. The in flight entertainment is so poor. Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

Minusy: "There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."

The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare"
