Minusy: "The flight was delayed. There was a terrible backlog in Security at Frankfurt Airport. This is not Lufthansa's fault but considering how important Frankfurt is, you would think the airlines would say something. The flight was late. There were no proper queues for boarding. Everone was mixed up, business, gold card, economy, and only one person doing the chekcing of boarding passes. It was not the best process."

Minusy: "Flight out was late due to the bus being late picking up the crew. We had to run for our connections. On the way back we were delayed again , leaving 20 minutes to make our connection. Security at Frankfurt was so poor. Of the potential number of lines available, there were only two operating despite the number of passengers, most of whom were late for their connections. It took us over 30 minutes to get through. Luckily the connecting flight was delayed over an hour."

Needless to say- our luggage wasn’t in Manchester when we arrived. Had to travel back to Manchester to collect it 8 hours later as it was left in Munich. Not happy one bit"

Long flights of stairs from gate to tarmac. 10 minutes queuing on tarmac to board plane. No priority for those like us with child under 3 yrs we were always in the back of the queue. Coach from plane to terminal twice overfull and nowhere to sit with 2 year old child with slippery and wet floors. Lack of seating room uncomfortable journey. Vastly overpriced food and drinks on plane, not priced in £s so unable to pay."

This is absurd. Almost as much as our ticket to Mallorca. Not okay. They were so rude to us and I dont trust that they will do this again to us. It’s a scam in my opinion. Definitely read all of the fine print or they will rip you off. Oh! And we paid for PRIORITY boarding. Psh"

Minusy: "As mentioned being separated by the “ random computer choice of seats. We were put rows apart both with empty seats either side of us, we fly lots and only Ryanair and Jet2 do this."
Minusy: "The seats are small and they don’t lay back even when I upgraded to priority. I had to ask for food and water and paid a lot. But mainly the flight was delayed over 2 hours before boarding and then another 45 min in the cramped plan:("

Minusy: "Uncomfortable seats and not enough room to even pick up a bottle of water dropped on the floor. Cattle get more room on lorries. Aircraft was very hot on boarding and the arrival bus did not have any airconditioning and was also very hot."
Minusy: "No staff in Treviso airport to help. There was 5 or 6 flights of people squashed into a small basement area which could barely hold 2 flights of people. It was unbearable crowded conditions with 2 airport staff who didn't reply when asked anything. When we found out flight was severely delayed there was no staff who would receive our claims for our rights under eu261 and got our food ouchers 1hour and 25 minutes late - impeding on our rights"

Minusy: "80 euros for the flight - 55 euros for a check in fee...what a joke - how do u calculate that price? Over 53 countries visited and that's the first flight I ever had to pay to check in - last flight with them"

Plusy: "Finding an affordable flight to allow the family to get away for a weeks holiday that would otherwise not be possible."
Minusy: "Having the family sitting separately on the flight as we were not able to afford to pay additional money to per book seats. But it was only a 2 hour flight so we coped. Think it would be a good idea if the airline didn’t just assume that because a child is 11 years old they are able to sit away from their parents. My son has additional needs and so although his chronological age is 12 years his developmental age is only 7/8 years so being sat away from his parents was very stressful for him. Maybe asking during booking if any of the party hav s additioonal needs would be a good idea."

Minusy: "When check in took place we were kept in a dark,cold,wet & windy covered area for about 10/15 minutes before being allowed to board the plane. This is really unacceptable in this day & age."

Plusy: "With Ryanair, you can only really like the price and the people. To be fair though, m the toilet was clean.."
Minusy: "Our flight was scheduled to depart at 7.30 am, but was still refueling after an earlier flight at that time. In a way it was lucky that it was late; if it had been in time, we would have been queueing on the Stansted tarmac in the rain. As it was, the rain had just stopped while we waited at the foot of the aircraft stairs. We actually took off 45 mins late. The new, additional-cost priority boarding is a joke: almost everyone was a "priority". Several passengers didn't understand the long "priority" queue, so joined it only to be turned away at check-in."

Minusy: "One of our ticket holders had to have back surgery due to herniated disks and was/is unable to travel. Ryan Air allows for refund requests but does not give refunds! We are unable to get any of the money back and not able to use the tickets. United Airlines on the other hand gave you s a full refund."
Minusy: "Delayed take off 20 minutes late from Cork, now at STN, we stuck on the plane because the ladder and stairs to get off the plane are not ready?????? Do we blame Ryanair???? Second time I have had this excuse while flying with them!!!! Maybe this is what you get when you fly with an airline who cut corners and costs?????"

Minusy: "1. Flight expensive....and ontop you pay 40€ for 20kg 2. Flight was at 13:35, when booking online, it says u can check in online 2 hrs before flight. If u dont you pay 50€ fee to checkin at airport ( absolutely rediculous to start with!!!!!) However, i tried to checkin online at 09:40 and payed for my suitcase, once i payed for my case, not only it didnt send me confirmation of payment or receipt, it asked for my passport details and date of birth which i entered... and then it told me the flight has already departed and wouldnt let me checkin. after 4 attempts trying.... my father called ryanair to ask for advise on what to do with this situation, and was told that we can checkin at the airport. We go to Pafos airport, where staff of ryanair at checkin were extremely rude.... and after explaining the situation... told us we must pay €50 to check in and get on my flight... told us to go to the other side of the airport to pay. We tried to explain the situation to another extreeeemely rude member of staff called Evi... who says she needs proof that i couldnt check in... so i showed her the emails i had received from ryanair.... and she said she could see it on her screen that i was in the ryanair site... but said she needed a print screen to prove it.... how pathetic!!! Then when questioning why emails from ryanair were not sufficient proof she said she is just doing her job and she doesnt care because she doesnt work for ryanair. Ironicaly told us to pay and have a nice day. We paid. And will make a huge complaint... and advertise how pathetic this airline is... not only the rules, they even ignore their own rules, as they have the rudest staff both ground and on board im sure they need the extra money to understandably employ better staff or maybe get better planes... or hopefully follow monarch so bad airlines get out and leave the good ones to do their job professionally. The way they service ob is another story. Staff look exhausted... unmotivated and very unhappy. I work for the crewing dept of an international shipping company... where we arrange travel for officers and crew hourly 24/7 , 365 days a year.....and will make sure that under no circumstances do we use ryanair as it will reflect badly on our company. I paid €250.00 for the ticket + €40.00 20kg + €50.00 because they wouldnt let me check in. = €340.00 €340.00 i could have gone with a better airline... had a happier flight.... not feel ripped off...and not been spoken to so rudely. I never complain. But this experience was continuously awful. And i will make sure this is expressed world wide. Cheating people is unacceptable. If i was late to try check in, or i did something wrong, or i was rude, or if the flight cost was rediculously low. i would understand.. but i paid good money for a ticket, too much money for a 14kg bag and ontop extra for the fault of the airlines webpage & acepted attitude!!Lesson learned!! For sure they will lose alot more than 1 customer!!!!"

Plusy: "The price of the ryanair flights are great, and will probably be the reason I continue to use them"
Minusy: "I am not bothered that there was no in flight entertainment, or that everything cost extra, a lot extra, like drinks (2.5Euros for a can of cola). It’s what you’d expect from a trip that only cost £14.99 each way... But, the things that don’t cost anything, the things you’d expect from any big brand weren’t there at all. Zero communication from staff about why the fliight was delayed (until we landed at Frankfurt) Zero personality from the staff. They looked unhappy, or overworked, or bored... Lufthansa, British Airways, AA, etc... all happy staff. Staff weren’t even communicating verbally... they mimed a lot of stuff... The safety breif was disorganised and they had to repeat it as the pilot interrupted... and the pilots announcements were very unclear, due to a lack of pronunciation of the words he was saying. If I was to offer a suggestion as to how this could be fixed, Inwould suggest that it has something to do with poor recruiting, low staff morale, or something similar"
Minusy: "The flight was late and the transfer check in was closed by this time. I asked THY to help me, showed them the boarding of Ryanair and they did it. I will newer use the Ryanair for the internal flight. It is better use the train and take more time rather be late."
