Minusy: "While flying from Oslo to Reykjavik for a backpacking trip, my backpack (with my tent, cooking equipment, clothes, and food in it) was lost. As a result, I was forced to spend several nights in Reykjavik waiting for my backpack to arrive. Norwegian Air had horrible customer service when I called to inquire about my bag. They did not coordinate well and were slow to track down our bags. After they did find our bags and rerouted them to Reykjavik, they missed their flight AGAIN! What is more, they refused to guarantee any compensation. Hence, I had to pay for clothes, food, and lodging without assurance of reimbursement. I will never fly Norwegian Air again."

Imagine this sound and vibration 109 plus times on an 11 hour flight. Fresh food and several kinds of liquor sold out in first 90 minutes of takeoff what was left was chips, candy an instant soup. Bottom line: I’ll buy a more expensive ticket on a traditional carrier from now on"

Plusy: "We took what was to be a 9 hour flight from Denver to London and the service was great. My fiancée has allergies to food and the staff took good care of her and made sure that she was getting meals that had no triggers in them. For me the seats are always a bit too tight for people with real shoulders. It’s okay though I’m used to that. But then landing 40 minuets early was great. It allowed us to go through the border and still be on our way as quickly as if we were home in the states."

Minusy: "4hr+ delay w/out any effort to compensate on ANY level (before, during, or after the flight), zero accommodations for many inconveniences, not even a free glass of water given on the flight; seats extremely uncomfortable and cabin unbearably freezing during the 10hr+ flight, w/ no blankets or anything available. Also no help from airport employees because apparently no actual Norwegian representatives work at the airport."

Minusy: "all of the food was mediocre, overpriced and not even a cup of water was free. no napkins were provided. trash was rarely picked up. staff was direct and not very friendly. it felt very impersonal. baggage was WAY overpriced, as were seats, so it would have been the same as buying flights on another airline and with more courtesy. I wouldn't fly with them again unless it was a weekend trip and i was flying alone and trying to save money."

Minusy: "Wasn’t expecting to fly for 8hrs across the Atlantic in the same kind of plane usually expected for the short flights between European countries. A last minute plane change to a non-Norwegian aircraft had me scrambling to re-reserve pre-selected seats (the change moved our reserved seats to a less than ideal location), which had to be done through customer service because the Norwegian site wouldn’t let me make the change. What seemed like a 30+ yr old aircraft, no in-flight entertainment, broken seat backs, and an ornery flight attendant - I guess I get what I paid for..."

Minusy: "It took them 3 1/2 hours for them to give us the opportunity to buy some water. I've never seen a more inept flight crew. The in-flight entertainment was broken but that's not really the fault of the flight crew. So instead of turning at them off they just left the screens flash in our eyes for the eight hour flight."

Minusy: "Not made clear that this trip did not include food unless purchased separately but spotted It day before so purchased our own to take on board. Was actually better as we had what we wanted and most importantly could eat/sleep when it suited us. Not offered any drink not even water but had our own. Nearly slipped up with baggage as did not purchase bags coming back as missed the point while booking. How many people book return flights and don't bring bags back? Should have been an 'are you sure' check."

Plusy: "The plane was beautiful and very modern, and the in-flight crew was very nice. Lots of space for carry-on baggage. You have to purchase meals in advance when you book your flight, otherwise you don't get much. But you can buy snacks and drinks on demand through the screen each passenger has."
Minusy: "The boarding process felt a little chaotic. They boarded the back half of the plane and then opened general boarding. People who knew about it lined up to wait to board for 45 mins before the flight began boarding... because the way it's done is so open. It doesn't create the most relaxing wait experience. But once I got on the plane, all was good. The check-in process was also a bit tiring too. There is no automated check-in option, so you have to stand in a really long line to get your boarding pass for international flights. Make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to check-in... especially given that there's a long security line next."
Minusy: "I think they make the plane extra cold just to sell you the blanket. That, on top of the worst check in and security lines I've experience in my life plus middle seat plus 1 hour wait on the tarmac at JFK after landing made this a pretty miserable trip."

Nic szczególnego do podobania nie zauważyłem.
On time, if delayed more than 30 mins free water. Whilst not Ryanair fault they are accountable for Heath and safety that includes keeping passengers hydrated

Definitely read all of the fine print or they will rip you off. Oh! And we paid for PRIORITY boarding. Psh"
