Running out of the LAX->MEX plane, the crew the said: "don't forget to pick up your luggage".. and then all went pairshaped. One member of MEX staff claimed the baggage is going directly to destination, another said that it won't and i need to pick it up myself and do god knows what with it. LAX->MEX flight delayed by 30mins, 1hr change time. Everybody relaxed just me loosing all my boozy contraband as i had no choice but to put my registered luggage thru security."

I was told a confirmation of a new flight was going to be email once the request from the support had been approved (the email confirmation was never received). I was also instructed multiple times to not show at the airport unless I had receive the confirmation. I was up most of the night waiting for this confirmation that never came!! I received an email this morning letting me know the fight from ALT to Mexico had been delay!! When I opened it to view the itinerary it showed she had been booked for the am fight at 6:30 am! after spending another hour and 35 minutes on the phone your support team could not find a fight until Dec.21!! Not to mention the accepted they had problems with their email system and phones, but asked why didn't I called,mmm I was on the phone for the 3rd time!!!! I am very, very disappointed!! Not a discount was offer or a fight the next day even when I was checking an flights were available!!! Here is the other part,,Rosa came all the way from Mexico to care for her ill sister for the last 2 1/2 months, all she asked was to be able to be back home for the holidays!! Your team insisted on scheduling a flight for next week or a full refund!! This was not a money matter!! It's about getting some one home for the Holidays who has helped a ill person during the most vulnerable time in her life!!"

They do better with beverages, (Perrier, Pelegrino instead of club soda, better special meals, better model airplanes). I am going to have to figure out how to get a Vegan eal that is not spicy. When I order Hindu Vegetarian it is always too spicy. United also doesn't get it and still gives people cheese or something like potato salad obviously made with mayonaise, and some spread that is either butter or margarine on a sandwich."

The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

"Flight to Florence delayed. All passengers took a bus to Pisa (1.5 hours away) to fly Pisa to Paris. We missed our connection and flew next day. All information regarding the delay online was incorrect ("system not yet updated") . So calling Air France was useless as they could not assist. Not all flight delays can be avoided but many improvements are needed throughout this process."

Only to be told at the departure time that there was a problem with the baggage hold and we were delayed. In total 50 minutes late leaving. Breakfast a simple brioche with nothing to add to it."

Plusy: "The airplane was modern, and the crew very good. Nice, service oriented and in general trying to make the flight experience as good as possible."
Minusy: "The flight was very late. I lost my connection. My bag was lost and unable to recover it so far (after more than 24 hours). About to initiate the next leg of the trip with no clothes or any idea if my luggage will be recovered."

Plusy: "The cabin crew were excellent"
Minusy: "We were transported to the plane which was quite some distance to the plane via bus after climbing down steep stairs from the departure gate area. Then we had to climb steep steps in extremely hot weather. We were then delayed for a hour in the plane in very hot conditions as the plane had its air conditioning off and the ground air conditioning was not put on. We were swearing in the heat for an hour!! We arrived at our destination and hour and half late!!"

Plusy: "The crew took care with calm and kindness of a man in deep distress and erratic behavior. Impressive. More generally , the crew showed respect and attention to all passengers. Not frequent."

Minusy: "People may think,that the delay of the flight has set my mood for this review but I can ensure it has most definitely not. With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."

Minusy: "Very small seats, space for nothing All the time delays and the horrible things is a lost luggage, even when there is enough time between flights."

Plusy: "Although we departed late from Paris, it arrived on time to Mexico City. Most of the stewardess very professional and kind."
Minusy: "Although we traveled in Business, all business cabins were full of children, tired crying, walking around. My suggestion to AIR France would be that the small cabin of business were assigned to adults only. Regarding food, some options were not available when our turn came."

Plusy: "Late, not enough legroom, smell from the toilet. Tiny TV screen, malfunctioning electronics, poorly maintained seats. Friendly crew! They looked tired, but they were still smiling while trying to keep passengers happy."

Plusy: "Being able to have my meal at the airport before my flight so that I could sleep in comfort."

Minusy: "Flight was late. Boarding very slow. Entertainment was ok by today's standards. Each seat had a display, but movie selection was not great. For a French airline I was looking forward to breakfast -- maybe some nice pastries or at least a decent croissant with jam. None such. It was disappointing. Meals were not impressive either, but the complimentary wine was good. I did not find the seats comfortable."

Minusy: "The leg-space is very narrow The chair is very tiring No entertainment at all Food was tasteless But most surprising was that we were on stand by for our connecting flight. Though we bought the tickets months ago and we got our luggage checked in all the way to the final destination."

Plusy: "Service was much better than on the flight from MIA to CDG 3 weeks before - that was very poor. Entertainment was excellent - great selection of movies. Premium Economy was definitely worth the upgrade cost."
Minusy: "Boarding was a complete debacle - no control over who went where. Sky Priority line was full of 50 people who weren't Sky Priority, and there was only one person checking passports. The two people at the desk didn't care when I noted this. We were called to the desk in advance of boarding to check passport information. When we got to the check in line, we were taken aside for more passport checking, even though we are US citizens with Trusted Traveler status in the GOES program. We were one of the first people at the departure lounge, and one of the the last to board."

Minusy: "Everything. AF changed seats without authorization or notification, separating a mother from her 3 year old daughter. Their entire attitude was "nothing to be done, now board plane and leave" no compensation was offered, nothing done to remedy their mistake or rude behavior and treatment"

Plusy: "Flight arrived safely."
Minusy: "Air France offered no help rebooking missed connection at JFK due to delay of more than 2 hours in arrival."

Plusy: "The crew was very nice and helpful."
Minusy: "The food was really poor. The chicken was as dry as it can be. The food taste was poor. I flow 3 weeks ago with KLM and the food was pretty good for flight food. In a French company I expect much more. The entertainment system on the airbus a380 was like an enchant IT system from the past. Very poor reaction time. Very messy and not people oriented at all. Especially after KLM's And Delta experience."

Plusy: "My luggage arrived 3 days after and stuff was stolen...."
Minusy: "Maybe not steal passengers stuff?"

Plusy: "Nothing. Crew unfriendly. In AC You should pay for everything, including the seat or you are in risk to no board because the oversell"
Minusy: "Everything in all the process. The airplane is the worst"

Minusy: "It is too crammed on this type of plane. Having three columns of three seats, four seats, and three seats is a bit too much. It seemed this type of plane is going for quantity instead of quality."

Minusy: "Entertainment has old movies. I don’t pay less to fly rouge, and sometimes I may not have a choice. At least they should have the same movie content as the planes that provide movies outside of the rouge app."

Minusy: "The seats on the air rouge plane’s were tiny. I’m 5’2 and I was ok because my seat-mate was also small, but if you’re tall or wide, these flights will be uncomfortable. Note: this was an international flight(8hrs). Small seats and no in-flight movie. There was a flight delay due to weather (40 mins) on the way home. I get it. On the way to our destination there was a 4 hour delay due to a problem at the airport. Though frustrating, probably not air canada’s Fault."

Minusy: "Crew was very unorganized, had a lot of noticeable blips in service"

Minusy: "Our flight from Toronto to Houston was cancelled. The staff at the arrival counter was very slow and rude. We wanted to leave by the United flight which was leaving in an hour or so but the supervisor was not willing to do anything. We ordered Asian vegetarian food and it was horrible. Never again Air Canada."

Plusy: "The only person who who tried to relax customers waiting to board was the pilot. Flight was delayed. No updates on monitors, no crew at desk. The pilot was first to arrive and had no information but was engaging and joked with all the passengers just standing around. He was our only assurance that flight was still going. He had same attitude on the plane and seemed determined to get us home eventually."
Minusy: "No communication from airline. The flight was delayed but we only find out because we show up to gate and nobody is there. No counter agents. When they eventually show up, there is no explanation. Just acted like everything was normal."

Minusy: "Wirnessed a nasty discussion between crew member and passanger."

Plusy: "The flight attendants were very friendly and tried to make up for a very delayed flight with kindness and attention. They were the saving graces for that flight not being a total disaster."
Minusy: "The incoming flight was delayed which pushed our flight back. After we were done boarding, we sat on the tarmac for almost another full hour and weren't really told why the incoming flight was delayed in the first place. My IFE wasn't working so I couldn't even watch a movie or do anything while we were waiting."

Plusy: "Efficient crew as with the first flight I had, consistent service."
Minusy: "I don’t know if it’s the Vancouver-Mexico route or if it’s the seats but there’s just something difficult about it. First time I flew into Vancouver I was exhausted which makes sense as I had to fall out of bed at 3am, but this time I was awake and well rested and it still felt draining (which generally doesn’t happen to me with flights). Maybe it’s the leg space and the seats? Not sure. Could also be the odd time zone crossing."

Minusy: "I did not make this flight. Instead was re-routed and spent 12 hours overnight in the Vancouver airport before getting to fly to Portland, without my luggage that was left behind in Toronto."

Plusy: "Flew to and from LHR with Air Canada after flying Air Transat for years. Both flights were professionally managed with the crew in constant availability. Not over the top cheerful, but ready to attend to requests calmly and with attention.beverages etc. were readily available."
Minusy: "Low-quality food and small portions for a 9 hr flight."

Minusy: "they should give a warning about downloading an entertainment app before an almost 5 hour flight. made no sense that our 1 and half hour flight had built in entertainment and the longer flight required an app"

Plusy: "Nice selection of media. 767-300 is comfortable."
Minusy: "Late boarding due to plane's turnaround issues. Unusually long delays at baggage claim...may have been lack of coordination on part of the airport."

Minusy: "There was no wifi available on the flight from Montreal to Vancouver."

Minusy: "Air Canada is horrible! They have terrible customer service. Our flight was delayed, and we were on the phone for three hours trying to get things sorted out so that we got to our tour in Egypt on time. I had a few questions on our flight, so I emailed them and received a form letter that I would get a response in 25 business days. If you have any other choice, take it over Air Canada. I will never fly with them again."

Minusy: "In seat entertainment screen didnt work. Had to wait for nearly two hours to de-ice the plane even though they were expecting freezing rain, they didnt seem prepared."

Minusy: "Got checked out from my flight from Montreal to NYC without reason. Had to get rebooked on later flight and arrived significantly later than planned. At NYC it took a while to realize that my bag was just waiting for me in the 'lost baggage' office of Air Canada"

Minusy: "We were in Toronto for an entire week without our bag and Air Canada showed no concern at all for our well being. I travelled with my one year old son, I needed supplies for him and Air Canada gave me dead end numbers to call, websites that didn't work and even hung up on us when we were trying to find out about our bags. They treated us terribly. I will never fly them again."

Plusy: "The trip to Edmonton was very smooth and right on time. Everything was very good.....including the baby behind us. I will fly Air Canada again."
Minusy: "I didn't like the change in gate at Edmonton to Vancouver. No one told us until boarding time. Even tho there was ample time to get there since it was the next door gate, I was in a wheelchair and if it had been any further, it could've been a disaster. We arrived right on time. I'd go Air Canada again."

Minusy: "Unhelpful crew,dreadful entertainment and dire food!"

Minusy: "My traveling partner - Giovanni Medina - was given ill properly prepared food. He ended up getting food poisoning. We had a connecting flight in Montreal to Orlando (our final destination and home), he was suffering during the 2 hour lay over with an ill stomach and then had to suffer 3 more hours on a flight home. He was stopped from being able to go to the bathroom before takeoff because they needed him seated, but he immediately started vomiting right before we took off. He then spent the rest of the ride sick, they allowed him to move to the back in order to use the bathroom rather than the vomit bags, but he was not comfortable at all. He spent the rest of the night after landing in the bathroom continuing to vomit. We chose this airline because of the rave reviews of the food, entertainment, and hospitality of the crew. The latter two were certainly true. We definitely wanted to make sure that you knew of situation because this was a seriously uncomfortable situation for him and we would not want this to happen to anyone else. He had the chicken meal and the meat pastry on the flight."

Plusy: "The crew was excellent. Professional and attentive."
Minusy: "The only real complaint I had was the over head compartment was much too high and I was too short to reach."

Plusy: "The crew was always very attentive and with a smile. Food was hot and the drinks kept coming."

Plusy: "We had lots of leg room unlike the Air Canada Rouge flight that we took from Toronto ON to Kelowna BC. Also very little table on the rouge flight."

Minusy: "The gate area was horribly crowded, extremely chaotic and hot."

Minusy: "Luggage was lost from Vancouver to Seattle with absolutely no communications and I had to chase it's whereabouts the next day"

Minusy: "The system at the Toronto Pearson airport is loco--crazy design, have to move from one line to the other, no idea where to go. The system is so disorganized that you have to keep asking employees what to do and it seems to change as you go from one line to the other. It's not hard to design good lineups. Have good sineage in many places and have one line for one purpose, not many lines in different places for the same purpose that change with the whims of the staff. I'll be attempting to fly with other airlines next time as this airport system is just too much."

When I tried to resolve these with two different attendants, they were so rude and arrogant, specially Sue from Vancouver. Upon arrival to LA, our bag was roughed handled. Had to make a claim."
