Minusy: "I asked when i got my ticket for a window seat and he said he gave me one but he did not in the two flights I got. I requested the crew for a window seat if possible since I had been feelin nauseated, it did not help that the guy sitting next to me had a really bad breat and smelled bad. They offered me a sit in the middle of the plane, that did not work well because I was feeling sick, being in between a big guy and a bigger lady was not going to help at all. There was an older crew member and she seemed to be kinda discussed with the trash even though she was using gloves. Food was ok but not the best. To top it off I told them that the headphones connection wasn’t working and they only brought me a pair of new headphones. I tried mine and they didn’t worked, so the whole 8 hrs of flight I was watching movies with sound only from on side. They didn’t even bother, I guess cuz I am economy? Not sure I did see some free chairs in the lanes between economy and first class but they didn’t even suggested that so I decided to suck it up and sit on my assigned chair. The bathrooms where dirty and smelled reaaally bad from the beginning that really was disgusting to be honest. I can let go many things but not that. I had to help the passenger sitting next to me cuz he didn’t know how to do anything and didn’t speak English, he was an older man, with signs I was able to show him how an airplane works. I never complain about flights but this one was tooo many little things. Oh and what about an international flight where I have to pay for a second bag! Really? I did it on my way to Europe and I thought I payed both and then I had to do it again. Whatever money I thought I could save was a lie because I ended up paying a lot more adding the bags and additional transportation for home based on the airports. I am not satisfied at all with the flight experience"

It looked to me like Swiss Air knew we were running close as the flight rarely (if ever) leaves on time. It was stressful for us and for the 30+ others who were still in line in immigration when the flight time passed. It turned out to not be a problem but the published times are unrealistic. Seats were tight and comfort in cattle class is NON Existent sleep on an 8 hour flight was not even possible."

I wasn't sure if it was going to make it with me to the final destination. But it did! The head rest blew me away just as i sat. I love to know I can fall asleep and not have neck problems. And everything from the movies to the service to the food was great! My first international yet BEST experience in economy class was all worth it!"

When i got through they then said something was wrong with my ticket in which they took it and I was pulled out of the line. they should try to the ticket check and the boarding line at the same time"

I bought my tickets just like anybody would, go on the website, pick the flights and pay. But someone did not do their job correctly and did not correctly confirm my flight. I paid for this incompetence by missing Christmas and a business meeting. Do not think it will never happen to you, it is just a matter of time that this kind of bad service catches up to you. The system is so disconnected or careless that it can't even figure out I couldn't take the flight which it is is asking me a review for."

The disorganization was as if they do not know what to do. First they said the plane arrived late, then they said there was a bird hitting the engine. The excuses were so laughable beyond belief."

Access to the lounge was given finally after I produced my physical Gold card even though I gave them my UA number. There are no ticketing agents in the Istanbul Airport within the secured area. I was not comfortable going outside security and then back again through security to upgrade my ticket. Agents at Turkish Airlines CIP NOT helpful."

The one toilet was out of order prior to taking off 1 hour later than our scheduled departure time"

The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

Plusy: "The crew came to get me from the arrival gate to get to the departure gate since our plane was delayed. It helped to know that the airline was checking to make sure we made the flight."

I was told I will have 100 euro credit for clothing, but in the winter and for 6 days, this was not even close to the amount I needed for clothing and necessities, to have my time here."

Minusy: "It was announced I can choose between fish and chicken meal but when I requested for fish meal, I was told it’s finished. My seat was 21, and it surprised me. If something can be changed about that then your services would be much appreciated. Thank you."

KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Minusy: "Departure was late because of problem with thrust reversers. Once the plane started to push back after 1,5 hours delay, we had to return to the gate for another 30 mins because of an error on the maintenance logbook entry."

Minusy: "I always have preferred American Airlines but they seem to have constant problems with the aircraft these days. This causes delays and missed connections. This in turn causes no breakfast or lunch or dinner opportunities. I travel with snacks in my bag at all times now just in case so I won’t get sick for lack of nourishment or water! This last flight I missed my connection altogether and had to take a shuttle home, then catch a ride back to the airport to pick up my luggage and then get my car to drive home. It was 4 hours past my expected time home."

Minusy: "It's a long time in an ever smaller seat"

Minusy: "Larger plane. Had to crouch all the way to my seat. Seat was comfortable enough."

Minusy: "The seat I have had 13C for the last 3 flights to and from Miami on this plane has the controller broken where it does not stay in place and pops out. This time a soda was spilt on the seat, and the steward had to change the seat out for a clean and dry one.this plane has no entertainment displays other than the general cabin ones and this one is out of focus and the colors are blurred."

Plusy: "Mostly really friendly crew members. Plane seemed new, first and business class looked lovely."
Minusy: "Wihout question, the most uncomfortable seat ive ever been in. It was obviously a newer plane, long haul flight, and thw configuration maximized space for more passengers. Width of economy seat was tightest I've ever experienced, with the arms of the seats literally right at my legs, nearlt digging in. The leg room was very short with my knees nearly touching the back of the seat in front of me. When i put my tray down, it actually rested on my knees, and was not level because it pitched up due to longer legs (and I'm only 5'9). This was a long haul, 8 hour flight. I've never beeñ so uncomfortable on a flight in my life, and have never counted the minutes I could get out. Seemed obvuous that meal service had taken a hit when corporate looked for places to cut expenses, its one of the lower quality meals. If compared with an international carrier, the food was really sub par. Mostly really friendly crew members, unfortunately, one who really didnt seem to enjoy the job any longer."

Plusy: "Love flying with AMERICAN AIRLINES."

Plusy: "Crew was good."
Minusy: "Plane needs updated or put out of service. Uncomfortable for international flights. Monitors were few and broken in the main cabin."

Minusy: "The cabin heat was way too high, I actually was sweating. Boarding took 35 minutes"

Plusy: "Boarded in a timely manner."

Plusy: "The seats were comfortable, the entertainment selections in the screen on the seat back were great, loved that there was more than one outlet for plugging in devices to charge, the sunset/sunrise lighting effect was really near"
Minusy: "I honestly cannot come up with something that I did not lie"

Plusy: "The flight out was really comfortable but the flight back was a little cramped. The crew was great."

Minusy: "They were late because of bad scheduling and the gate agent was rude"

Minusy: "Ponad 2 godz. W samolocie czekając na plycie lotniska, aż mechanik skończy naprawiać samolot, nie bylo przyjemne."

Minusy: "delayed on the plane"

Minusy: "Allergic to cat/dog dander. Had dog with no kennel in window seat of my row. I was on aisle seat. As we all got up to let the owner go to the bathroom a dog followed walking on my seat. For the last hour and a half of the flight the dog Sat on the owners lap. My allergies and asthma begin to flare up prior to landing . Not a pleasant flight ."

Minusy: "It was an eight and a half hour flight that took place in the night. My seat was broken so it did not recline. I also have trouble sleeping on flights and thought there would be the opportunity to watch TV/movies but this was not the case unless you wanted to pay extra. Most international flights already have this built in for free and should be included in the cost. What a disappointment flying on American was. I will take LAN or Copa from now on as my other options."

Minusy: "There are NO ENTERTAINMENT, and I had two flights that were more than 5 hours each. It was not operated by British, it was actually American Airlines."

Plusy: "We didn't crash."
Minusy: "No safety briefing for infants, rude gate staff, primitive fleet, terrible customer service at all levels."

Minusy: "Was disappointed to learn after buying a British airways ticket that we were only on American Airlines flights. The seats were very uncomfortable and we did not get personal screens which seems uncommon for an international flight."

Plusy: "I will only book a flight on a 777. The wifi and movies are a great perk!!!"

Minusy: "My seat was so bad I could not recline it and it was tilted to one side"

Minusy: "i didnt like the food tasted like it was in a fridge forever"

Minusy: "Baggage delay, flight delayed by 36 hours and no customer support"

Plusy: "It was a very peaceful flight. The crew was extremely professional, and courteous, one of the members went out of her way, and frankly it was the kindest flight attendant has been to me in a while."
Minusy: "The typical complaint you would hear regarding airplane food. Though, it does not warrant a true complaint of the flight."

Plusy: "Ordinary flight, not too chaotic for holiday weekend."
Minusy: "My luggage was lost! Had to wait an entire day to recuperate my suitcases."

Plusy: "Snacks and drinks included. Was able to get my bag checked for free and pay a decent price for a last minute emergency flight. Crew was great and helpful"
Minusy: "The price was more than I wanted to pay but it was not unreasonable."

Plusy: "That we amazingly finally made it to Rome."
Minusy: "Almost everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. Literally, every plane we were supposed to fly on had something wrong with it. We were delayed for hours, missed a connecting flight, had to take another flight which was delayed even longer, they had to find another plane entirely because something was wrong with THAT one. Once we finally got on the plane, we sat on the runway for an hour because there was some kind of TSA-related issue (awesome) and then the airport wouldn't let any planes take off inexplicably. We got to our destination 12 hours later than we were supposed to. But to make up for it, American gave us $10 food vouchers to use in the airport in the middle of the night..."

Plusy: "Everything was excellent about the flight. I had no issues"

Plusy: "My 17 year old daughter flew American Airlines to attend a wedding. She recently had spinal surgery and is not able to lift more than 5lbs. After being assured by the airline that staff would help her with her carryon luggage, she was abandoned and ignored by both flight attendants. Each flight attendant referred het to the next, so she is walking back and forth tor their amusement. Tears rolling down her face, finally an elderly passenger helped her. Then the staff gave her attitude the entire flight. She may appear healthy, but she was cut from her neck to her waist and had two rods inserted along with bone grafts. I just cannot believe how awful she was treated."
Minusy: "The customer service was terroble. My daughter was humiliated."

Plusy: "The movie selection and how often we were given beverages."
Minusy: "I was selected for a random inspection. I was pulled aside and went through a separate check in process. I completed everything I was instructed to do and as I'm boarding, I'm pulled aside and told I needed to go back to pre clearance because someone forgot to punch a hole in my boarding pass. The stewardess and j had to run all the way back to security so I could go through the whole process again. I delayed the flight and everyone was upset. It was completely unnecessary. Simply because one employee didn't do their job, I delayed a transatlantic flight to Chicago. Best part, I arrived at the airport four hours before my flight. Also, the seats are incredibly uncomfortable. And I was separated from my traveling companion for this entire process. Had I missed the flight, she would never have known."

Minusy: "Someone opened nail Polish on the plane and I wish the flight attendants would have addressed it because it was horrible."

Minusy: "The flight had to circle LHR for about an hour, and I almost missed my connecting flight to EDI, even though I had a 2.5 hour layover. I also paid over $1,700 for a one-way ticket and $300 in baggage fees, and should have been upgraded before any of the mileage program freebies."
