Plusy: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Minusy: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."

What was not normal and supper aggravating was the fact that nobody met us at the gate to help us rebook our missed flights. We had to find an AA agent in the departure area and stand in line with other passengers who were checking in to their flight to Jordan. There was no customer service what so ever provided by Finnair."

Minusy: "They answered my question professionally. As I disembarked the plane in Chicago I asked whether Finnair had armed guards. I was not detained, and was not questioned. The crew told me Finnair does not have them but I don't think they appreciated the question."

Minusy: "It may be not about flying process but airport environment or service. ARN airport was a bit cold even inside of the building . The WiFi was offered only limited time , which was very shorter than I expected but overall status with cosy mood made me as if I were at home . On the other hand , the finnair check in counter had only two , one of which was business and the other was economy it took about 40mins to send my luggage and check in ."

Minusy: "I wish I had known this was an American Airlines flight. They're the worst. Delays all the time (including this flight), crew who couldn't care less, uncomfortable seats, general mediocrity. Next time tell your consumers what you're getting into!"

Plusy: "I last traveled on British Airways in May of last year (2015) and the food was beyond dreadful. Therefore I was very pleasantly surprised that there has been a huge improvement. They were very generous with the drinks and the food was plentiful and quite a reasonable standard for airline food (they gave two full meals from San Francisco to London, whereas most airlines give one meal and one snack on that route). They actually checked us in on the earlier side, we took off very promptly and got to London early. It was nice to be on time for a change - so often I find airlines run a bit late. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Pilot's messages were pleasant, friendly and even a bit informative."
Minusy: "Web check-in ahead of time was a total disaster. I got an email telling me I could check in 36 hours early and "secure a good seat" but neither of the 2 sets of codes they provided in the email would work because it was all about Finnair but actually the flight was being run by British Airways. I spent about 30 minutes on the 'phone trying to get the appropriate sequence of numbers and letters to enter so as to check in and get a good seat - still nothing worked. This was at 5:45am - I regretted the time spent when I could have gone back to sleep. My daughter later spent a further 90 minutes trying to figure it out, only to be told finally that our only option was to get to the airport early and check n there which was what we did. It was beyond irksome. Please note, if the airline actually flying is different fro the booking airline, the locator number for check n will be DIFFERENT and needs to be provided to the customer to avoid a great deal of hassle and confusion. We gt particularly unlucky because BA computers had a glitch that day but the general point still stands."

Plusy: "Other than the fact that it's a direct flight from jfk to Helsinki, there's not much else to like about it"
Minusy: "Even though we paid extra for comfort seats, the seats were extremely uncomfortable! Not just the lack of sufficient leg room (especially when the person in front reclined) but most importantly the quality of the cushions. They were like cardboard and extremely uncomfortable to sit on. We were not able to sleep at all due to the discomfort! Additionally, they lost my luggage. It has been more than 24 hrs since I landed and I still haven't heard anything from them as to where my luggage was, when I should expect it why it still hasn't been delivered. Overall, a terrible experience."

Minusy: "Being delayed for 2.5 hours wasn’t pleasant. Once we finally boarded the crew members did apologise in person to all first class customers. I was sitting with my granddaughter right behind it. We felt like a second category customers.... nothing to add to it it shows it all"

Minusy: "Very small serving of drinks, not a lot of entertainment on offer."

Minusy: "Not only do you now have to buy food and drink, by the back of the plane they’ve always run out (our flight was not even particularly full). Flight was delayed an hour - I’ve taken 4 BA flights in the last 5 days and every one has been delayed by at least one hour. No longer worth the price."

Plusy: "Check in staff and Crew are brilliant. Always pleasant, friendly and helpful. Some aircraft are a little ‘tired’ and a few things don’t quite work as they should. For example my wife’s headphone socket was broken, and therefore no in flight entertainment. But we managed. It was reported to the crew and they immediately set about recording it for attention at next maintenance and changed our seats, so no complaints there. A few of the entertainment screens are scratched, and the controls faulty. But still usable with a little perseverance."
Minusy: "Seat row spacing too close. There is little point of a reclining seat because using it greatly inconveniences the passenger behind."

Minusy: "Overbooked. Bumped off - next flight more than 7 hours later."

Plusy: "The food was decent for coach, and wine is still included at no charge on trans-Atlantic flights. There were multiple recent movies available on the entertainment system, although the picture and sound quality was lacking."
Minusy: "Since it was a wide body, there were no overhead vents. And for some reason they chose to heat the cabin to what felt like at least 78 Fahrenheit, in March. Also, the headphone jack was simply missing in one of our seats (rendering the entertainment system useless) and one of the seats in front of us was in permanent recline, cutting in to the already scant leg room."

Plusy: "British Airways is flying done right. They are a first class carrier, even when you're flying in coach!"

Minusy: "A day before my flight it was already known that it is delayed (how possible...?) and it was delayed. Even though we were on time to board plane to Boston we had to wait for another flight."

Minusy: "Cancelled the flight with no explanation. This is the second time in a row my return flight to BWI from LHR has been cancelled."

Plusy: "British Airways is what flying used to be. They are on time, polite, have great service, food and entertainment. The blankets, pillows and headphones are finished free of charge as are the meals that I thought were good. The personal entertainment systems include something for everyone. I highly recommend British Airways."
Minusy: "Londoners operate at cooler temperatures than us Florida residents and I was freezing in a sweater and blankets on the flight from London to Tampa. The cabin could have been warmed up a bit."

Minusy: "I got to the airport the morning of my flight from Warsaw -Dublin and was told my flight was cancelled and no longer exists. Luckily I got a hold of my daughter who was in LA at this time and woke her up at 1am with this issue. She called the web booking company Webjet where you directed us to buy the flight, and was told by Webjet that my flight was cancelled the day before and we were not notified IN ANY WAY! By some miracle, my daughter was able to talk to Webjet and get me on a new flight last minute. Again, this is all happening at 1am California time while I am stranded at the airport in Warsaw! Unacceptable!!! I am however glad that the issue was resolved and I made it home safely. But I think someone needs to look into this immediately because if it wasn't for my daughter, I wouldn't have left the Warsaw airport due to the fact that the airline cancelled the flight and neither the airline, Kayak, nor Webjet notified me...."

Minusy: "Plane departed late and stalled at landing- delay caused me to miss connection and set me back getting home by 7 hours at the end of it all."

Plusy: "Not much, crew were pleasant though and the flight on time."
Minusy: "It was like being on a really cheap budget airline, but paying expensive prices. Food only for sale with a British credit or debit card, won't take cash,no menu cards, and even if I'd wanted to get food, no gluten free options, which is not a lifestyle choice for me, but a necessity.Scruffy dog-eared magazines in the seat pocket. Not even an offer of tea or coffee. Check-in online would not allow me to change my seat, although it told me I could. I fly a lot, but tend to avoid BA now if I can, and this flight just confirmed that preference."

Plusy: "Boarding was easy."
Minusy: "My flight was delayed after we were already on the plane. We weren’t offered any complimentary snacks or beverages, most likely because it was a “short 2 1/2 hour flight.” Flight took longer than originally stated."

Plusy: "Getting to my destination and unwrapping my legs, standing up and stretching!"
Minusy: "The seats were cramped, and the toilets were ridiculously small. Why do people taller than average have to spend ten hours plus with their legs folded up like pretzels?"

Plusy: "Was able to get a bulkhead seat. Wheelchair staff were very efficient at LHR and TPA. Wheelchair helpers were very efficient and friendly."
Minusy: "The there was not a legroom class (or bulkhead seat)that could be pre-specified. I do not really care about other extras extras for premium economy. It is critical to me that I can physically fit into the space between my seat and the one in front."

Plusy: "Comfortable and on time. We didn't have any food or entertainment so can't rate for them."

Plusy: "Nice crew. Flight was on time."
Minusy: "No food unless you Pay for it."

Plusy: "This is was actually a flight operated by Qatar Airways and my first time with them. And you know what? It was like going back in time: this was exactly what and how BA used to be even 10 years ago. Thank you, Qatar, for wonderful service!"

Minusy: "Food are discasting"

Plusy: "The BA agent after immigration did a wonderful job getting us on the next flight, which saved us from losing our entire vacation."
Minusy: "The luggage took 45 minutes to arrive at which point we only managed to still get our rental car due to an extremely helpful Europcar agent. Otherwise, we would have been stranded at Glasgow airport overnight and would have lost our hotel reservation."

Plusy: "Larger seats, TV Monitors, headphones and pillow immediately available, meals and snacks and in-between water and tea services, Crew was outstanding. Boarding seemed awkward at the last since families and rest of seats load at one time at the last but still doable. I enjoyed my flight. Thank you."

Plusy: "Crew treated you well, boarding was organised and as a silver club card holder I was rewarded with priority boarding (less queues, less hassle)."
Minusy: "Old style entertainment console, small screens, no usb or plug point for charging."

Minusy: "We arrived at the airport more than 2 hours in advance since this was an international flight. There was NO British Airways staff available to help with obtaining actual boarding passes which were NOT available on the BA mobile app. Although we made the flight with enough time, that was only because the security line was short and the passport control line was short as well. British Airways should have staff available to process passengers and boarding passes, luggage checkin, etc. earlier for their flights."

Minusy: "Nothing special ti say except what already said on the flight in about the fact that now you have to pay for every single thing and ONLY tap water is free."

Plusy: "The food was really good, and we were served tea with scones, clotted cream and jam towards the end of the flight. VERY friendly and nice crew."
Minusy: "Cramped seats - unsuitable for this 6' tall girl"

Minusy: "Heathrow connection process almost caused me to miss my flight, despite having 2 hours between connections. Security officer at Heathrow was very unprofessional, and took a great pleasure in delaying my processing through the security line. Specifically, I did not remove a PHONE BATTERY CHARGER from my carry-on for screening, so he proceeded to dump out the whole backpack contents, and then purposefully was very slow about putting things back in one by one.As an active duty police officer I understand the need for security and follow all the regulations and instructions to the best of my abilities. However in this case the security officer went out of his way to make the process as slow as he could. Very bad, stressful experience traveling on BA with connection at Heathrow."

Minusy: "Transferring from one flight to another, from one terminal to another. Definately, too litte time for transfer. Rushing, with no time to stop at the restroom."

Plusy: "Food was very pleasant Choice of entertainment was good"
Minusy: "Compared to the JAL flight crew we had on our connecting flight, the staff were disinterested, not particularly polite and gave the overwhelming sense we were somehow inconveniencing them... Seats and leg room not big enough and giant metal box under the seat did not help. Yes, we could have paid extra for more leg room (I am quite tall) but that doesn't seem right (almost akin to discriminating against tall people). Booked the whole flight with BA including a connecting flight with JAL. Couldn't check-in online for the JAL flight and there was no clear information as to whether our baggage would be automatically transferred or whether we would have to collect (as was the case)."

After when I was taking to the end of the jetway she wouldn’t let me take it and said she had to do it” the whole situation was handling poorly and I watched her be rude to people prior to me. Also the outlet at the gate didn’t work."

Minusy: "Boarding was haphazard"

Minusy: "We were rerouted by JustFly prior to our trip. Instead of Venice - Philadelphia-Tampa at noon, we were moved to Venice - London - Chicago - Tampa. Flight from London - Chicago was delayed 6 hours. Of course missed connection in Chicago. Spent night in Chicago and arrived home 48 hours after leaving for Venice airport."

Minusy: "Over 90 minutes delay on arrival time on a less than 2 hours flight"

Minusy: "Start boarding with the last row, not the 1st row - so people settling into the 1st rows do not hold up the people trying to reach the higher numbered rows."

Plusy: "The crew and planes were excellent."
Minusy: "When we booked our flights the web site did not show us all the possibilities for return flights. When inn Puerto Maldanado we checked on line and discovered we did not have to have the 18 hour and 19 hour lay overs. We rebooked and were hammered with the $400 charges. We will not book future flights with your organization because of this deceptive practice."

Minusy: "I didn't like the idea that I've had a four hour delay due to the fact that the airplane and DeRego showed up an hour late. There were no explanations and no apologies. I got to Dallas I was furious complain to customer relations. I at least wanted them to let me in to the admirals club so I could be comfortable for the next four hours. They refuse that but one lady at the customer relations apartment did give me a meal voucher which made me feel a little better."

Plusy: "With American Airlines in general there is no such thing as customer service anymore .Staff at desk at the airport are rude .Could learn a few things from your Australian counterparts at Qantas airlines"
