Minusy: "Dubai airport is highly disappointing. The bathroom situation is atrocious! I am not exaggerating when I say I waited in line of 25 and 35 women two different times! The men’s situation isn’t ideal but is no where near the problem that is the women’s restrooms. The boarding process is mildly confusing - there is no public drinking fountains but if you buy water you are not allowed to take it to your gate. This info isn’t posted anywhere and makes no sense bc you purchased the water after you were checked through security. Also this rule truly only applies to women. A stewardess showed preferential treatment to someone who looked more native than us and then didn’t apologize. I understood the customer was upset so the flight attendant was trying to pacify the lady/couple but at least apologize for being rude. Dubai airport very much favors men and I would never travel without my husband. I would fly Emirates again but it won’t be my top choice and I won’t be going back to the Dubai airport anytime soon."

Minusy: "Seats on the 777 were too narrow. This 777 had a 3-4-3 seating arraignment, it would have been better with a 3-3-3, similar to a 787 configuration. With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Makes it less likely for you stand around waiting for people as well people all the way in the back making contact with every possible human already seated in the aisles. 2. Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about."

Minusy: "Crew not only lacked sensibility to understand the purpose of an emotional support dog but kept harassing me about the dog being tied to my seat. At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."

Poor communication between plane and ground crew. No explanation from pilot as to continuing reason for delay even after we boarded. Departure time, 1.00 pm, boarded at 1.10, actual departure time 1.45, causing me to almost miss my connection and definitely causing my bags to miss the connection."

Plusy: "The flight crew was excellent. My husband and I flew economy and I saw the crew keep passengers well fed (several meals and snacks) and were attentive to everyone's needs and all done with a smile. I thought the hot towels for cleansing our hands before meals was a very nice touch!"

It would have been nice if some would ask me before falling asleep if I wanted to be roused for snacks and desserts. After being on back to back flights of more than 10 hours each it would be considerate for the crew to be aware of my length of travel and to make sure they don't assume my resting my eyes is the same as me being asleep. Even when I was awake it appeared I was being overlooked, ignored and left out of complimentary services I saw other receiving....my bad for not asking to be noticed."

Plusy: "The food was great. Very filling and hot foods were hot and cooked thoroughly. For our 8 hour flight we were served 2 meals and snacks and plenty of hot drinks which was nice.The entertainment was great got to watch movies and play games and also learn language through games."

I would like to tell you that food is always awful in TAP AIR PORTUGAL flying from Dakar/Lisboa/Dakar. No respect for the passengers."

Plusy: "Plane was fairly modern inside with power sockets and usb sockets for each seat."
Minusy: "Checkin was a total computer and staff failure. Checkin staff really bad and unhelpful Boarding was late. Mechanical delays over an hour. Late flight. Flight attendants forcing you to put bags under seat in front of you instead of overhead bin. Bad lunch. Some attendants poor attitudes."

Plusy: "Very helpful gate attendants. The food was delicious and the movies were all current and kept us entertained for nine hours!"
Minusy: "Very cramped legroom. Cabin was extremely hot. There was a man binge drinking in the seat across the aisle. He should’ve been cut off at some point, but he kept drinking. He was a worry."

Plusy: "On time, not expensive"
Minusy: "Really uncomfortable seats, no tv"

Minusy: "The boarding seemed disorganized with a lack of clarity about those with no wheeled luggage allowed in first."

Minusy: "Poor service"

Plusy: "In time. Plane half full. Perfect."

Minusy: "The entertainment is very poor. The programs are not on demand and the screeen is old, small and very poor quality. The A330-200 I flew from Boston to Lisbon was excellent and had the new lie flat seats and on-demand entertainment. Big difference between the two airplanes."

Plusy: "Planes clean and in good condition."
Minusy: "Crowded and late departure."

Plusy: "the food was excellent. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Nice to have blanket and pillow provided."
Minusy: "leg room was about average, but still tight. Very few airlines provide enough leg room these days."

Minusy: "Duwersyfikacja miejsc w samolocie / płowa rzędów do 12 wygodniejsze oraz z większymi odstępami miedzy rzędami, propozycja zmiany miejsc w tej samej klasie ( economy) za dodatkową dopłatą jest słabym rozwiązaniem - po tym doświadczeniu nie będę polecał podróży liniami TAP"

Plusy: "On time!"
Minusy: "That I had to pay for my check in bag on my return trip. Was told the ticket I booked didn't include check in bags. Whan my trip going to Portugal on Azores Airlines did. Someone shout step in and change this practice. Very confusing for the traveler"

Minusy: "Some of the worst customer service, seats that do not recline at all, minimum leg room, and worst of all a 2 hour delay that made me miss my connecting flight for which they took NO responsibility stating that they can have delays for up to 3 hours without having to compensate anyone."

Plusy: "The fact that it was a direct flight."
Minusy: "First of all, I would like to start by saying that I flight with TAP very often. I guess you can check on your system. I had good experiences in the past and actually recommeded to friends/family. I hope this flight was an exception. A few things were not that good this time. 1) First of all, the online check-in wasn't working until a few hours before the flight, and I didn't even give me the option to choose my seat. Once in the plane, I noticed plenty of empty seats in several areas of the plane. I could have had a much better seat. Also, the fact that the price of the luggage in the ticket is not included is insane! They let you know right at the boarding area. Another 100 plus dollars in addition to the 1,6000 that I paid for the ticket. Incredible!! And they only gave us 15 dollars voucher!! 2) There was a 2 hours delay due to a storm in the south of the USA. Although I am fully understandable with the fact that this situation is out of hands for the TAP company, is it in their hands the care and wellbeing of their passengers. As previoulsy stated, I received a 15 dollars voucher to use becasue of the delay. At any airport, for any decent meal, you will pay a minimum of 25-30 dollars. All items are more expensive. While waiting in the gate to board, we were not offered with snacks, water, etc.. additionally, no announements or updates at all. 3) I had a very uncofortable situation with one of the filght attenders. Male, very tall, dark hair and dark skin. When distributing dinner, I found the way he approached me very disrespectul, ironic and dismissive. ZERO customer services and he is actually the face of TAP in these planes. Unaceptable. I have to look all the way up to him, he wouldn't make an effort to band a bit (of course, not completely) to at least try to hear what I was saying. He was requesting me to speak loud but he would not make a minimum effort to get close to me. His demeanor and attitude made me feel very upsted... abuse of power... to the pooint that I ended up not taking the meal. No manners at all. He should understand that after hours of waiting (check-in usual time plus the 2 hours delay) we were all very tired. Particularly at that timeof the day. Some of us where up for since earlyi in the moring and you could tell that most of the passengers were exhausted. The second we got into our seat, we all used our blankets and try to sleep. He was not empathetic or councious about that. I felt very uncomfortable. Both of the girls that were also in the back area of the plane, were also lacking manners and customer services. I don't know.. other times was much better."

Plusy: "nothing."
Minusy: "The flight was cancelled few hours before departure. I called the customer service and they a flight to Tel Aviv a day after with 3 stops. It was imposible to accept, so I've cancelled and bouhgt another ticket from other airline and ask for refund. Three months later I still waiting for the money. Not recommend at all TAP."

Plusy: "The only good was that we were rebooked on another route the same day"
Minusy: "Airlines should have informed passengers by e-mail about changes in their itineraries. Cancellation was shown on a web a night before."

Plusy: "Not too many people"
Minusy: "Was delayed. Too long waiting for luggages"

Minusy: "for some strange reason luggage was not included on this trip (our return leg). we had to pay for luggage at the airport."

Plusy: "The name on ticket had the wrong last name for second passenger and they were not helpful. Only solution was to purchase an additional ticket. Not part of my budget. Poor service from gotogate and TAP Portugal in Barcelona. Very upset and sad."

Minusy: "I needed to cancel my trip and no one could help me. Even with a fee!"

Minusy: "I was told that I can check in my luggage free of charge. So I bought some wine and checked in for the connection flights. They charged 35 euros and to final destination 75 euros. I tried to watch some movies and they had only one English channel. I couldn’t believe that kind of shitty system still exists. I don’t recommend it."

Plusy: "I got to Lisbon on time."
Minusy: "just another bus ride"

Plusy: "Our flight was late, so we missed our connecting flight to Barcelona, but TAP had already rebooked us on a different flight and had boarding passes all printed out. Good Job."

Minusy: "I was told at the check in that my bags are NOT paid for...when I booked the tickets on line there was no mention of any additional charges, or option to purchase baggage"

Plusy: "Easy mobile check in process,"

Plusy: "Crew"
Minusy: "Staff at the check-in and boarding."

Plusy: "So accommodating!! Top of the line!"

Plusy: "It was a good flight overall."
Minusy: "Boarding went smoothly, the food , beverage , and the entertainment was good."

Plusy: "Crew waa super attentive & friendly"
Minusy: "Entertainment was lacking Movies were on only certain times You were not able to pause or stop Audio was bad"

Plusy: "The crew was exceptional. Very, very friendly and professional. It stood out."
Minusy: "The airplane was pretty old and it's time for a makeover."

Plusy: "The employees were very friendly."
Minusy: "The food service was cancelled due to being short a flight attendant. We were initially advised that the food had not made it to the aircraft. Afterwards we saw the crew eating while we were left with no food or drink service. We then discovered that since they were short one crew member the crew would not serve food or drinks for "safety concerns". It turns out they could have served but preferred to adhere to their union under the guise of passenger safety and remain seated the entire flight doing crossword puzzles and the like which definitely made me feel much safer."

Plusy: "Comfortable seat"
Minusy: "No lounge airside at Lisbon airport, no shops open that early in the morning"

Minusy: "Poor policy regarding musical instrument. Probably the only company asking to pay a special fee on hold or to buy an extra seat for a regular guitar. Ridiculous."

Plusy: "Andrera Araijo was extremely friendly, attentive and energetic. She smiled through out the entire flight. Whether she was attending to me or a fellow passenger it was all smiles. She definitely made smile. God bless you Andrera!"

Minusy: "Missed that flight because of previous delay"

Plusy: "The crew were very friendly and relaxed even though there was a delay."

Plusy: "Good crew, ok seats(economy), good tv."
Minusy: "Food was, well airline food, better than you find on domestic flights."

Plusy: "My first time flying tap and I was impressed. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Planes seemed very clean, and gave me the impression that they are probably well maintained."
