The passengers of economy class and business class were all stacked in the same space (it looked more of a hangar...) Access to this space was only possible by stairs (No elevator - No escalator !!) No drinks offered, not enough chairs to sit and wait......etc The main blame is to put on Geneva Airport Authorities. This airport is a total mess From the moment one arrives at the airport area (access - parking - ..) till the moment of boarding... It should be boycotted by major and quality companies such as Qatar Airways and many others."

Barely had time to stop at the restroom before final security check where it was all so disorganized. After that check we were told that if we left we had to go through security again. Would have been nice to know that upfront. It was a madhouse going through that final security check and my husband's wallet was lost for a bit. No one really tried to help and we were told to move aside. Finally someone saw that it had fallen beside one of the counters. It was all horrible. Because of all this our 5 hour layover was a hassle with no time for food, etc. The whole airport experience was confusing and badly handled."

I explained we were on our way to our wedding and it would be nice to have some rest. They were rude with the way they told us no, they even suggested we sleep on the floor of the airport. We ended up paying for the lounge, but then so did about 1000 other people, there was no room for us to sit together. My wife's allergy free meal wasn't provided on the first flight. We had to speak to about 5 people to get a meal ticket at the airport and they were very reluctant to give us one. I told them she was hungry and needed to eat. They told us we could take the meal we got with the ticket on board, when we went to use the ticket we had no choice in meal, were given a coke at 6am and weren't allowed to heat up our meal or take it on board. In summary, all the cabin crew on all 4 flights were excellent. Staff at Doha airport were incredibly poor."

The seats were not the ones that were asked for. I mentioned that there was a medical condition with the leg and my mom would have to get up and move during the flight, but still they allocated seats which are extremely inconvenient to both us and the fellow passengers. We expect better from Emirates!!! I hope they can improve this in the future!"

During the Chicago-Dubai flight a crew member basically yelled at passengers "open the windows" and I had to tell him to "ask nicely please). Emirates comes nowhere close to Singapore, Thai, or Turkish in terms of service."

Minusy: "the flight was almost 2 h late without any explanation from the ground crew whats is going on , why is the aircraft late and what would be with the connection flight in Istanbul. while arrived at Istanbul it was total mass : representative of turkish airlines was waiting and focused on a group from Korea or china , helped them and barely answered other passengers who didnt know what is the status of their connection flight , which was not shown on the screen ( to tel aviv for example ). then it turned out that my flight took off 15 min before and i was approached to turkish desk to get voucher for poor meal at 2.30 am in the morning and a new ticket . that was poor compensation for 2 h delay in BUD and delay to substitute flight that took off on 7:45 am , almost 6 h later in istanbul . i was forced to run at the airport like a mad instead of having a rep of the co , explaining the passengers where to go and get their new flight ticket and not run hundred of meters with no address in the terminal area . that experience was so bad i havent been through for 13 years . i arrived TA after 14.5 h of trip for a flight who to take 4 h net including istanbul - TA ."

No updates from the staff about our departure status or boarding status throughout the almost 2 hour delay. Got an email from Turkish airlines about this issue and they claim the flight was only 25 minutes late departing. Exaggerations occur sometimes when people are inconvenienced so I checked my call logs and social media accounts and found I completed multiple phone calls and status updates from New York over and hour after Turkish airlines tells me I left. One of us is lying and at this point I'm inclined to agree with facebook that I was still in JFK airport an hour after my flight was scheduled to leave when I updated my status to gripe about the delays."

Minusy: "I had a stop in Istanbul airport and a change of planes The first plane although much larger than the second the set leg room was very tight, for 186cm tall person it was a disaster The second plane however had better leg room and was more comfortable than the first"

Minusy: "Turkish Airlines did not transfer my bag. I am still waiting to find out if it has been routed to MLX."
Minusy: "Trying to reclaim our laptops at the end of the trip was a nightmare. They confiscated all electronic devices larger than a cellphone due to new Trump regulations (not their fault). Fine. But they were so disorganized about the process. When trying to reclaim the devices after the flight utter chaos ensued. That was their fault. Passengers were on the verge of violence and it could have been avoided by simply being more organized."

Minusy: "There was miscommunication when checking in in Zagreb to instanbul to choose one electronic to use. We therefore mistakenly put our cell phone in our check in baggage to use our computer to do work. This was incorrect and significantly worsened our experience."

Minusy: "The wait for checking hand carry luggage and purse was tooo long. You need more high tech machines to use for checking . Just like United States. So irritating to see how Turkish people checked your bags. There shld be a better way of doing things, like checking hand carry bags , laptops ,, iPods. I was surprises even cameras were withheld and you need to get it in San Francisco"

Minusy: "Flight left late, bathroom was very dirty, and for some reason everyone around me got a meal, but I did not! I usually really like flying with Turkish, but this flight was disappointing."

One of the crew members gave me a hard time for having my purse out for 1 minute while I was taking my prenatal vitamin even though we were sitting on the runway for over an hour at this point and the man in front of me had his chair fully reclined so I wasn't able to get to it under my seat.. Even though as she said, we were about to take off, but she didn't say anything to the man in front of me. This was my second time flying with them and the first experience was much better."

Plusy: "It got me from point A to point B safely; it was a short flight. The overall price of my flights couldn't be beat."
Minusy: "This flight was delayed 45 minutes or so and there were some boarding issues. Honestly, I could care less given the really low ticket price and the fact that the delay worked to my advantage but a lot of passengers were upset."

Plusy: "They DID NOT let me aboard the airline!!! Austerian airline is the worst EVER, because they are not even helping me to get a credit to fly Monday to Israel. The of ticket counter at ORD were treating me as a dirt. And unwelcome. I was trying to reason with them, they did NOT want to help."
Minusy: "It would have been better if back to back with priceline helped me out to get to another flight & they won’t even credit my ticket, so I LOST about $1200 & was excited for my vacation. They were unhelpful & they kept putting me untold & hanging up on me with their ticket agency on phone too."

After i got up i requested if i could get some water and they said they cannot. Finally a co passenger gave me her bottle of water. I ended up actually breaking my leg"

Minusy: "Our flight was cancelled at the time we were suppose to board. We had to find another flight via Istanbul and got to our destination 6 hours late. Won't use Kayak again."
Minusy: "Our home was damaged, and we were without power for 6 days due to Hurricane Irma. We called the airlines repeatedly in an effort to cancel the ticket before the flight. They refused to cancel the tickets. Heartless"

Minusy: "My father and I were seated in biz class but were unable to sleep because of a fan noise directly over our seats in Row 9. We complained to the attendant about it but she was unable to determine the cause. Many hours later, a different crew member identified the noise source and stopped it by simply flipping a switch. This disruptive noise could have easily been avoided but the ignorance of the crew member to whom we complained failed to solve it. By the time the second crew member identified the problem there was not enough time to sleep. This experience was extremely disappointing. We paid extra to fly business class so we could sleep, but this ridiculous crew error fouled our plans. We asked the crew to file a report about it and they did. Look into it. We expect a refund of the extra fare we paid, or else we will never fly Austrian Airlines again. I am an affluent person and I travel internationally 6 times per year. You would be smart not to anger me and lose my business."

Minusy: "We had to stand around for a long time waiting for a bus to take us to the plane. The bus was horribly crowded. Then we arrived at the plane and had to walk up the stairs to get on. There was no food served---just a cracker and some juice or water. After we arrived in Paris we waited a long time for the baggage to arrive."

Plusy: "I loved the boarding process. Everything was very organized! I was lucky to sit by myself next to the window, so i had plenty of space to stretch. The flight was right on schedule, so i didnt have to worry about making it to the next flight. Food was good. We were offered the water through the whole trip which is nice, because i always feel super dehydrated on the plane."
Minusy: "I wasn't very satisfied with the flight attendants. I don't know if its just me getting used to american customer service, or me actually working at the customer service, but it's definetely not the greatest level of service. Girls were giving me an attitude and "smartie" ( in a rude way) responds which kinda made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I had the same experience with Lufthansa before. And once with russian airlines. Maybe its some kinda tendency to get erogant at this job, but please, don't get me wrong, its not that kinda job where you should look at people from above"

Minusy: "5 hour delay. One staff member said there would be a delay, the second said there was no delay and after a couple hours the delay was confirmed. I was told the flight was full without the attendant even checking, flight was actually not even close to full. Nobody wanted to help and do their job, they just want to send you on your way."

The agent had to talk to someone in order to even issue the boarding pass and even though the bags were checked in all the way to Pittsburgh boarding passes were not issued. I cannot blame the agent because Luftansa had issued the ticket for this Austrian Airline flight."
