"Every thing was just perfect."

"My wife and I did not get food. There was no chicken left and we can’t eat pork so we didn’t get food. Crew member didn’t ask ask first but left the pork in our table and after I asked him what it was told that was only pork left I asked him to take back. The only thing we can’t eat is pork and that was the only option. I was shocked for a long flight not to have enough food. Crew member never came back to let us that there is no other food available. After we asked and other crew member he checked and confirmed there is no other food. He offered to share his own meal with my wife and I but we refused but we appreciated that. I hope I never have an other experience like that. It wasn’t a good experience. :("

"I am seeking a refund from Kayak as LOT refuses to acknowledge the booking when not done directly from their site. Worst experience with an airline ever."

I booked the flight and then they canceled it, i tried changing the dates but the website was giving me an error so i called them, after being on the phone for 2 hr some guy answered who seemed very tired and not thrilled working for LOT. Rood and not helpful, told me to try FB messenger and online changing again. Failed to get a voucher, refund or change the dates online, was still getting an error. on messenger they answered and told me i can get a voucher, i told them i don't want it and after that they stopped replying all together. good thing i got my money back by filing a dispute with my credit cart company."

Not the same business class product at all, ancient plane, worn seats though they claim to be "new" on this 767. Multiple hours delayed departing, no reason given, and no updates, we just sat there for hours. I assume mechanical. Caused me to miss my connection and here I am having to pay huge for a last minute hotel. Not what was advertised to me which was a LOT flight not a codeshare on an old plane. Booked it through Kayak, will not be doing THAT again."

Plusy: "The connecting flight from Milan was almost an hour late. But the ground staff were very helpful and professional and help me to board the flight, in a haste. The flight crew were friendly and professional. The food was delicious and sufficient. Overall very happy with my first flight in LOT."

The onboard entertainment could have been better. WiFi in plane would be nice. But these are suggestions. I was overall very happy."

Minusy: "We had a two and half hour delay on an evening flight on a Sunday from WAW to Paris. This was during the UNFCCC COP24 when there was extra heavy international traffic through Warsaw. It was not clear why the plane was delayed for so long. It meant in the end that we got to Paris after midnight when the RER train had stopped running and the airport was functionally closed. This meant instead of a train ticket, rather a 55 euro taxi to get home. This was an expensive delay."

Minusy: "The second leg (Oslo-JFK) however was a completely different story. The airline dropped the ball in so many ways here. 45 minutes past departure time and they are still boarding people. This was mostly do to the gate agents arbitrarily forcing people to needlessly check bags that would have been fine on board (while simultaneously forcing them to pay for checking thos bags, unbelievable money-grab on the part of the airline). Flight crew made no announcements whatsoever on the delay until 30 minutes past departure time. As an obvious result, bags then took a tremendous amount of time to arrive at claim."

Minusy: "How about making the airport security for Norway and Norwegian airlines be more consistent. My carry on bag was approved on the flight over at both stops and again from Tromso to Oslo. That plane was smaller. But all of a sudden when we go on the 787 Dreamliner my backpack is too tall? Cost me $65."

My lowfare ticket wasn’t much cheaper then other tickets on the market and I got literally nothing but a seat(that I had to pay for). Flights was delayed 3 hours, missed my connection and lost a whole day of vacation."

Minusy: "We booked a trip from Stockholm to NY. Got to the airport and the baggage fee was quite high, but i was ok paying it since i didn't prepay online- my mistake. BUT then i was told since the plane was stopping at Oslo we had to pay ANOTHER SET OF LUGGAGE FEES !!!! I said, no you must be mistaken, there is no way you can charge me for two trips just because your plane is making a stop! They insisted and rather than fight and get thrown out of the airport i am disputing with my credit card company, but it can't possibly be legal. $690.00 fees !"

WORST treatment EVER, in 40 years of world travel. TERRIBLE. I am so sad to see how air travel has degenerated. Very very sad."

Minusy: "We were staying in Oslo for 21 hours, but we thought that the checked baggage would stay at the airport. Instead it came out at baggage claim. We even asked the Norwegian staff multiple times whether we have to pick it up in Oslo; they said, 'No.' They said that it would remain at the airport. When we got back to the airport we had unnecessary stress of finding our luggage in some unclaimed baggage office. We almost missed the flight. Norwegian staff needs to be knowledgeable about how baggage is handled."

I received a text message again, that the flight would be delayed further and meal vouchers would be given out. No one came to the desk for literally-hours and hours and hours. People were calling, but no one to get ahold of. When the meal vouchers did come, it was hardly a meal rate, but snack rate. I could literally get water and a bag of chips without spending more money. Aside from that-the only place to get food at that time had VERY little to offer. Then-as the flight was delayed, I was stranded in New York City as the busses were no longer running. I had bought 2 seats, only to not make either of them. I had to book a train-wait another 3.45 hours into the morning hours, and pay for the entire train. All of this was after the flight to Europe had been canceled without purpose, and I am still waiting for a refund for booking another flight after missing the origional connection-considering i had to fly to Paris instead of Oslo-and my destination was Berlin. My experience with Norwegian"

Minusy: "I flew from Milano and transferred in Oslo. We had 1,5 hrs of lay over which should be sufficient to transfer baggage to the NY flight however, my bag didn’t make it to NY. The staff at JFK couldn’t tell me where the bag is, I am still waiting to hear from them."

Minusy: "I was flying Norwegian during possibly the worst week in recent memory: after the breakdown at JFK following the snow hurricane on Jan. 3-4. The flight was DY 7002 to Oslo, arriving on Jan. 5. For some reason leading up the flight, Norwegian did not cancel our flight - which left at 22:00 - even though the other major airlines had. We were forced to go to the airport chaos before Norwegian cancelled the flight around an hour before it was supposed to fly. We were delayed two days. When we finally boarded on Jan. 7 we had to sit on the tarmac for 3 hrs before taking off. The pilot couldn't explain the nature of the delay. In all fairness, I am not sure how much Norwegian or JFK are to blame for such horrendous service. Probably both are at fault. Norwegian: please consider your customers' time and well-being. Cancel your flights in advance of such conditions so that your passengers, update the information on your website. Those things are in your control, even if the situation at JFK is not."

Minusy: "I'm glad i paid the E11 for a seat with leg room. It might have been tight otherwise for a flight over 2 hours. Worst coffee I've paid for anywhere recently. This was a big black mark for me."

Plusy: "Just a short flight, but boarding was smooth anefficient. They opened the back door to the plane to allow those at the back to board near their seats. Genius! And none of the zoned-boarding mumbo-jumbo. Love Norway and Norwegian!"

Plusy: "The plane was beautiful and very modern, and the in-flight crew was very nice. Lots of space for carry-on baggage. You have to purchase meals in advance when you book your flight, otherwise you don't get much. But you can buy snacks and drinks on demand through the screen each passenger has."
Minusy: "The boarding process felt a little chaotic. They boarded the back half of the plane and then opened general boarding. People who knew about it lined up to wait to board for 45 mins before the flight began boarding... because the way it's done is so open. It doesn't create the most relaxing wait experience. But once I got on the plane, all was good. The check-in process was also a bit tiring too. There is no automated check-in option, so you have to stand in a really long line to get your boarding pass for international flights. Make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to check-in... especially given that there's a long security line next."

Didn't specify that I was a vegetarian before the flight so I was fed chicken and told to pick out the salad and rice. Travel all the time and never had such a difficult time with an airline."

Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."

Minusy: "They split me and my wife on porpuse to force me to buy the option to choose my seating. The leg space is tiny and the chairs won't recline so it's super uncomfortable. Flight times are shitty. Te leave early in the morning so you can barely get some sleep at night. Nor on the plane. They don't any serve food or even water and let you dry up. You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."

Minusy: "I had priority and my partner who did not was on plane first! My suitcase was miles away from me (what caused delays on getting out) because next to my seat was not empty slots! After the bus took us to plane crew did not allowed us to use rare entrance (I was seat 37!)! That was chaos!"

Minusy: "My seat hadn't been cleaned prooerly before I got there and if I hadn't done it myself, I would have someone else's chocolate all over the seat of my trousers. Also, the bathroom floors were really gross, to the point I had to roll uo the legs of my trousers so they didn't get wet when I needed to use the toilet."

Minusy: "I went up to the check in desk 4 hours prior check since this was a connecting flight.I asked the employee when can I check in,she told me 1 and a half hour prior boarding,when I walked back the same person told me I have to pay 35 euros for not checking in online.I told her that I have been flying for about 20 years but I have never been charged for checking in at the airport and I also told her she should have told me when I asked her hours before.She just ignored me and gave me a shitty attitude at the Frankfurt airport.I was expecting a professional costumer service,like that I'm being used to by other airlines,but it was a total disappointment."

Minusy: "With WizzAir no more in my life it’s even worse than Easyget or Raynair even if you have a cabin suitcase you still have to check in you can’t take it on a plain anymore. Really disappointing and they are not that cheap as they think. £90 one way from Kiev to Luton it’s a bit too much"

Minusy: "Lot opóźniony 1.35h. Duszno. Staliśmy w kolejce do samolotu po czym.z powrotem nas cofnęli. Wody brakło a temperatura przekraczała 35st. Tragicznie!"

Minusy: "Flight delayed by more than 2 hours, additional 40 minutes in the plain before departure. At least 30 minutes until doors opened. Overall huge delay that totally killed my business day."

Plusy: "Płynny lot, dobre lądowanie. Sam lot - bez zarzutu."
Minusy: "Spóźnienie 35 minut, co sprawiło, że uciekł nam ostatni pociąg. Ale jest postęp: poprzedni lot z Luton opóźnił się o 6 godzin."

Plusy: "Zwyczajny spokojny dość długi lot."
Minusy: "Ponad godzina opóźnienia !!! Ale to można zrozumieć. Po wejściu do hali odlotów, pomimo elektronicznej odprawy, posiadaniu wydruku z adnotacją Priority i bagażu podręcznego należy się odprawić przy stanowisku nadawania bagaży (kolejka sic !) w celu otrzymania tzw. paper ticket. Oczywiści w moim przypadku nie dodano czerwonej naklejki Priority Boarding !!! Obsługa przy boardingu nie respektuje usługi pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład. Pierwszeństwo jest tylko przy przejściu do hali tuż przed wejściem do busa lotniskowego. Potem już i tak wszyscy jadą wspólnie, więc pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład nie ma. Dodatkowo jeśli zostaniesz skierowany przez kolejnego niekompetentnego pracownika lotniska DWC do niewłaściwego z dwóch autobusów (jeden podjeżdża do przednich schodów, drugi do tylnych) musisz się przeciskać przez cały, pełen pasażerów i bagaży pokład samolotu, ponieważ procedury !!! nie pozwalają przejść do odpowiedniego wejścia, np. tylnego mając miejsca 29. Nigdy więcej Wizzair, którego pracownicy pokładu twierdzą, że odprawa i boarding nie jest zależny od firmy Wizzair. Tylko dlaczego to Wizzair pobiera opłatę za usługi typu Pierwszeństwo wejścia na pokład ?"

Plusy: "I asked for a cup of water for my child and they gave me a bottled water. Then they charged me 2.50 euros. Their credit card processing machine was not working properly, which was frustrating: the flight attendant got frustrated and had to come back again until she can process my payment."

Plusy: "It flies direct to the airport that I wanted to go to."
Minusy: "Little space. Legroom & hand baggage (which had to go in hold). Family of four were not seated together. Cabin pressure change made child ill (my phone has a pressure sensor and I could see the change in pressure trigger a desire to vomit). It should be transitioned more slowly."
