Not easy even for me a vivid user of tablets and smartphones. The seats had miniumal room available between seats it felt like I am on 5’qq so couldn’t imagine anyone taller that comfortable unless get first class. I even upgraded for “comfort” section which gave you a few inches extra. And wdith of chair me being a 36 waist was a little squeezed in. Crew was very good tho I will say that. But I laways fly JetBlue or Virgin America, or Alaskan Air for reason of more comfort and lower prices ticket but this time on flight close to my destination was Delta which I Flew for free, I would much rather buy ticket on the three others I fly if could have."

By this time, I'd already missed my train in Frankfurt, creating hours of extra travel time and huge inconvenience after an already long trip from the US. British Airways said the cancellation had been due to weather, but skies were clear from London to Frankfurt. I'll never fly BA again."
Plusy: "Ground staff in London was amazing! The flight from Barcelona to London was delayed because of weather condition. Once we arrived in London the ground staff made sure all of us (almost 20 people, lots of kids) could get the flight connection to JKF. The shuttle bus was already waiting for us, the ground staff indicated to us the faster way to get to our gate after passing through security checking. Everybody could get the JFK flight!"
Minusy: "I'm gluten intolerant and there was no gluten free snack!!! Lunch was served as soon as the plane took off, but for the next 5h of flight nothing else was served. I asked if they had some gluten free snack, they told me there were going to check, but they never got back to me with an answer. I was starving arriving in NY. Aircraft was too old and it didn't have USB charger. And the individuals screens were also too old and had really bad quality for watching movies! It seemed that I was in a flight from 20 years ago!"

Luckily I got a hold of my daughter who was in LA at this time and woke her up at 1am with this issue. She called the web booking company Webjet where you directed us to buy the flight, and was told by Webjet that my flight was cancelled the day before and we were not notified IN ANY WAY! By some miracle, my daughter was able to talk to Webjet and get me on a new flight last minute. Again, this is all happening at 1am California time while I am stranded at the airport in Warsaw! Unacceptable!!! I am however glad that the issue was resolved and I made it home safely. But I think someone needs to look into this immediately because if it wasn't for my daughter, I wouldn't have left the Warsaw airport due to the fact that the airline cancelled the flight and neither the airline, Kayak, nor Webjet notified me...."

There was NO British Airways staff available to help with obtaining actual boarding passes which were NOT available on the BA mobile app. Although we made the flight with enough time, that was only because the security line was short and the passport control line was short as well. British Airways should have staff available to process passengers and boarding passes, luggage checkin, etc. earlier for their flights."

Security officer at Heathrow was very unprofessional, and took a great pleasure in delaying my processing through the security line. Specifically, I did not remove a PHONE BATTERY CHARGER from my carry-on for screening, so he proceeded to dump out the whole backpack contents, and then purposefully was very slow about putting things back in one by one.As an active duty police officer I understand the need for security and follow all the regulations and instructions to the best of my abilities. However in this case the security officer went out of his way to make the process as slow as he could. Very bad, stressful experience traveling on BA with connection at Heathrow."

NO WIFI NO entertainment NO CHARGING AREA magazines were missing pages in both seats- requested new one never received"

I was never able to get the WiFi to work. There were no power outlets, and we were never offered headphones, eye masks or ear plugs. I expected more from American since our 2hr flight from Orlando to JFK had working WiFi, power outlets and in-seat video monitors."

Plusy: "AC 018 takes the shortest route from Shanghai to Montreal. The check in and boarding were like a breeze. Cabin was clean, staff were amiable and hard working. The variety of drinks were plenty, the food matched the standard of cost efficiency flight ticket so how could you complain it? On board TV/Movie has new coming features such as HBO's Game of The Thorne, season 7. It was a comfortable and pleasant journey with the team of AC 018. Merci beaucoup!"

This might be a testament to Vancouver Airport more than Air Canada. The entertainment was ok. It had a decent variety to select from but i only ended up watch a few things and entertaining myself or sleeping. I paid to sit in an exit aisle as I only had middle seats to select from. It was worth paying for the freedom to stretch your legs and get up anytime without disrupting your row."

I thought Americans were the most annoying talkers, turns out we have competition."
Plusy: "The staff was very efficient and friendly. The cabin space seemed very tight compared to our flight to our destination. There was no entertainment as their system was down. It made the three hour flight cramped AND boring. There were no where near enough seats in the waiting room at the boarding area. Many adults sitting on floor with their families and lots of elderly having to stand."

Minusy: "The system was easy to use and visually appealing but I found the selection strange; very few movies and many of the same type and the way that episodes of shows are selected, ie half way through a season? The seats were comfortable but a bit small so rubbing against a stranger's arm for 5 hours wasn't the best, but I suppose it was a good deal for economy seats!"

Minusy: "Checkin process has to be SERIOUSLY reviewed and improved, especially for International travelers. Our boarding passes printed in Okinawa had to be REPRINTED in Tokyo for some reason, and we narrowly avoided a huge line to wait into because staff mistakenly made us wait in the WRONG lane. Note: on the way to Okinawa 2 weeks earlier, we had similar poor experience, but we only had to wait 5 min in the wrong lane. Overall ANA staff is very nice, friendly and smiling, but seems to get overwhelmed and confused very easily, and take FOREVER to do simple tasks that their US counterparts do 3x or 4x FASTER. --> do more regular TRAINING of your staff at airport counters !"
Minusy: "Had to pay for seat assignments when reservation made or no seat reservations. Not true on all airlines. Delta let us pick seats for free when the reservation was made. Husband had wanted a window seat and ended up with a middle seat. No free snacks just drinks"

Minusy: "Poor room service, no TV for 10 h long flight, meals were small and not tasty, wine or beer has to be bought. Parents with little babies were sitting in all passengers area. I was hungry and tired after this flight."

Minusy: "Passengers over a certain size should get two seats or the airline should install special seats for them. Why I or anyone else should have to endure being crammed in next to someone exceeding his seat size is indefensible."
Minusy: "My flight from Milan was 1 1/2 hr late but before landing it was announced that our seats on the connecting flight was "protected". I got to my gate 40 min. before takeoff (it was 15 min. delayed). Upon boarding I was told my seat was given away. They assumed I would miss my flight. I had to wait another 4 hr. to board a flight to Vancouver BC leaving 11pm. I had to go to a hotel at 2 am and take a 8:50 am flight to PDX. Before boarding I was again stopped because my ticket didn't have the proper security stamp. The agent there was extremely rude and condescending. This was a terrible experience!"
Minusy: "10+ hour international flight and there were no TV's and no free alcohol. There was an option to rent an ipad."
Minusy: "If you are going to make people download things in order to watch movies or tv on a nine hour flight. You shouldn't charge people that don't have the devices to use one that you have on board. Also, making your entertainment app only available to apple customers and not android seems very unfair."
Plusy: "1. Pilot kept plane informed which is great especially when there is potential turbulence."
Minusy: "1. No entertainment on the flight. Not even opportunity to see where the plane is in flight and when we will arrive. No USB charger on the flight. Very outdate plane. 2. The plane was very dirty - trash in between the seat 4. The food was the worst I ever tried on the plane 5. I was very surprised at the very disappointing service. I must say, with all the travel I do, apart from 1 young lade, the flight attendants acted like they loathed being there. It is so disappointing especially b/c I am Canadian so it is a bit embarrassing that Air Canada seems to have such terrible service. 6. The flight attendants were out of a lot of things, I heard them mention several beverages they were out of throughout the flight. I also heard them say that there will be no hot beverages while seatbelt sign is on (which it was a lot). I guess that is reasonable, however, it is the first time I have encountered that on the place. Instead they directed to passengers to come up to the back of the plane to get a hot beverage when the seatbelt sign was off. I did a few times - 1st time they said they were out of cups and to stop by later. But 2nd time had the cups. Did these cups get magically delivered midair or perhaps maybe they just needed to bring cups from the storage on the place and could have given me an option to wait while they retrieve them. 2nd time when I stopped by to try to get a hot beverage, a lady with black hair just gave me an empty cup. The whole experience with this flight was confusing - some attendants seemed not to understand fully what passengers were asking."

Minusy: "All the flight attendants seemed a bit frazzled; I felt guilty for asking for wine with lunch, and you had to either use your own device or pay $10 to access the in-flight entertainment. Even then, I could only watch TV shows on my laptop --you need an app to see movies. Very strange and felt like being in a domestic flight."
Plusy: "The cabin crew was friendly and very attentive, since they realized the passengers couldn't get any peace or comfort due to the screaming child problem."
Minusy: "Nine hour flight from Warsaw to Toronto, 7 hours of on and off ear-piercing screaming two year old child. Even though it was a daytime flight, most passengers wanted to sleep due to early morning wake up and previous connections. Even for somebody who wished to stay awake, there was nothing pleasurable about this situation. The airlines are going to have to figure out how to deal with this ever-increasing problem on long-distance flights, like a closed door quiet space for the parent and child. It was like being trapped in a torture chamber. If an adult had created that much commotion and misery on a flight, they would have been forcefully subdued and probably arrested. A few minutes of a crying baby can be excused, but this was non-stop disturbance by an unruly child and complacent parent(s)."
Minusy: "I was BUMPED not just on the flight I had booked and payed for a month in advance But I was at the airport 2 hours before my scheduled departure. I had to wait for available seat on the 3rd!!! flight out after mine."
