Plusy: "The connecting flight from Milan was almost an hour late. But the ground staff were very helpful and professional and help me to board the flight, in a haste. The flight crew were friendly and professional. The food was delicious and sufficient. Overall very happy with my first flight in LOT."

It was not clear why the plane was delayed for so long. It meant in the end that we got to Paris after midnight when the RER train had stopped running and the airport was functionally closed. This meant instead of a train ticket, rather a 55 euro taxi to get home. This was an expensive delay."

Food is horrible, service is bad! We landed 2 hours later then we were supposed to. It seems that being late and not give explanations it's something that it's characteristic for polish airlines!"

It was really weird but I understand that as it is a low budget flight provider. The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip."

Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. Wizz Air mobile app barely works when required (for boarding passes, etc) Not enough room in overheads for all the carry on they allowed, had to sit with bag and jacket on my lap for flight, as no room under seat either."

Minusy: "I had priority and my partner who did not was on plane first! My suitcase was miles away from me (what caused delays on getting out) because next to my seat was not empty slots! After the bus took us to plane crew did not allowed us to use rare entrance (I was seat 37!)! That was chaos!"

There was a problem with the website so we couldn't check in online and we had tried to change our flight a few days earlier but the website again didn't work, we tried to call a call centre whose number was on there, didn't work."

Everything was difficult. Bag drop didn’t work - we had to queue to to go to the desk 3 times and the lady eventually did it herself. Staff were polite and nice."

Not only are there additional costs to baggage but also because of queues was insufficient time in duty free had to purchase food on the flight, no doubt part of Ryanair profit makeing scheme. Flight was still delay 30mins"

Minusy: "I got to the airport with plenty of time to make my 1:30pm flight. However the flight ended up being initially delayed for roughly 90 minutes according to the airport, while many passengers received notifications that it was closer to 2 and a half hours. When asked, the Ryanair deask said that they did not know anything and basically told us it was not their problem. We did not take off until after 5pm. However, it did not end there. Having never been told what the problem was, we finally boarded the plane and found that it was filthy. There were bread crumbs all over my seat and a candy bar wrapper underneath. I would have thought that with an extra 4 hours the plane could have at least been cleaned. Plusy: "It was exactly as booked, Got rid of bags quickly, boarded easily(priority) crew were fine I expect. I slept through whole flight. Didn’t have any food and didn’t have any entertainment. Took off and landybsng on time."
Minusy: "I’m fed up with that bloody music when they land."

Plusy: "Nothing late again dirty plane not allowed to bring alcohol on which is fair enough but they don’t mind selling you there own"

Minusy: "Ryanair was very disorganized when we came in to check in. We made three different queues before actually going to the place we needed to be. Only one woman did help us given the time constraint we had in out hands."

Minusy: "Flight was delayed. Didn’t announce gate until 5 minutes before flight was scheduled to leave. Then changed gate. People ran in a frenzy. Finally boarded and pilot announced they lost our bags. Waited on plane for another hour. Flight left 2 hours 15 minutes after scheduled. Food and drinks on the flight are ridiculously expensive. Asked for a meal and said they were out of stock. Seats were incredibly uncomfortable and too upright. The airline didn’t update the status of the flight online so my ride waited at the airport for 2 hours. overall 0/5 stars will not fly again unless ABSOLUTELY necessary."

Minusy: "NOTHING. I will never fly with Ryanair again. On the way to Malaga only one toilet was working, on the way back to Leeds I was told I'd only paid for my luggage one way and had to pay another 50 euros go get it back to Leeds. There was no food or cold drinks on the flight and we were delayed by an hour and half which meant my partner who came to pick me up had to pay £27 for parking. Ridiculous! So no, never again."

Plusy: "Plane has more leg space than other commercial lines I’ve used."
Minusy: "Expensive baggage fees for no cabin baggages. Non sense carrying baggages up to the plane door for them to pick and send below."

Plusy: "very smooth take off and landing, passengers and crew were very polite"
Minusy: "it is a very long walk in Athens from the main terminal to the Ryanair extension"

Minusy: "Without any advanced notice, Ryanair charged me 130 Europes for checking in at the counter and one piece standard luggage. It was a short flight which was less than 50 minuets. I will never fly with this airline and I will warn my friends and family about my bad experience with Ryanair."

Minusy: "Check in and baggage are a total nightmare I will never use them again"

Minusy: "Waiting for 2 hours at the gate at Malaga Airport before anyone turned up at the desk (would have been helpful to be able to ask someone what was going on) and then waiting over an hour & a half at Stansted Airport for our luggage to arrive at the baggage reclaim. Also the actual Ryanair plane was a mess, crumbs all over the floor & the seats, even used tissues."

Minusy: "Seats dont recline, no free drinking water, unorganised when too many bags onboard, nl change for buying products with cash."

Plusy: "The plane left on time."
Minusy: "The plane itself was probably one of the most disgusting that I have ever been on. There was literal garbage and food all over the floors, the air flow was not working properly, the crew was not friendly, and upon boarding I was made to wait for a reason that was never explained although I had paid for priority boarding. This airline needs some serious help, because my flight to Ibiza was also a terrible experience. Would 10/10 NEVER fly with them again."

Plusy: "All was good, no problems at either end. Flight was on time and we cleared Passport and Customs with ease. We had the correct size baggage, unlike a great number of passengers, and sailed through with ease. Well done Ryan Air we will be back."

Plusy: "Quick and easy boarding as Priority boarding paid for and much improved aircraft since last time I flew with them."
Minusy: "Not a great choice of food for a 3hr plus flight but plenty of alcohol! :("
