Minusy: "In Geneva, United has you print out your own baggage claims but there is no option to print two claims if you are traveling with skis and a boot bag. So after standing on line to print out the claim, I had to have the claims printed at the baggage drop counter anyway. The person directing people through the process, should being questions people with skis and directing them to the proper place (especially since many people use Geneva Airport to access the French, Swiss and Italian Alps)."

I bought my tickets just like anybody would, go on the website, pick the flights and pay. But someone did not do their job correctly and did not correctly confirm my flight. I paid for this incompetence by missing Christmas and a business meeting. Do not think it will never happen to you, it is just a matter of time that this kind of bad service catches up to you. The system is so disconnected or careless that it can't even figure out I couldn't take the flight which it is is asking me a review for."

My 90 year old mother almost collapsed because wheelchairs in LAX and in Istanbul never arrived."

Then I asked for the correct one and felt an attitude only then confirmed when I rang the attendant button it took them 18 minutes, yes, I counted to come to my seat. Then I asked for another drink. This lady was not as nice as the rest of the crew and I observed. I'm sorry but I'm flying 13 hours I will be asking for things."

The one toilet was out of order prior to taking off 1 hour later than our scheduled departure time"

Two tiny closet bathrooms in the back for all of coach and a much larger one much larger one first class (which is like 5 rows with a mesh curtain for separation). The coach bathrooms are so small a normal person can barely get in and turn around to close the door. I question whether a larger person would be able to actually use them. I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom."

Minusy: "It wasnt specified which terminal to go to Aeromexico or delta. Going both ways. I had to pay a 40 dollar taxi to get me to the correct terminal .5 a mile away. And leaving in the early morning it was too dark and they convinced us it was unsafe and a 35 min walk. It’s def would be that long of a walk in Mexico since we had no idea where we were going."

We were not even offered the curtesy snake for a domestic flight by unfriendly stewards apparently unhappyted with her job. Apparanty all American carrier staffs has no respect for customers. It is not only s united problem. Curtesy and respects goes both ways. They need to be retrained in public relation."

I dont think I should have been dismissed so quickly and probably wouldnt have made it on the plane if I wasn't persistent I wish Delta offered better flight snacks in general. Pretzels and peanuts are disappointing. If not, then maybe offer snacks for purchase (on all flights). This was a 2.5 hour flight and they had nothing. I was starving. (Jetblue Southwest Virgin do a better job w food)."

There were seats available upfront and Manager Gina could simply change our seats instead of dry “there is nothing I can do” I am not recommending this airline."

Plusy: "The Lufthansa flight was great. The food and drinks for 1 hr and 45 min was satisfactory. The airplane was clean and crew was friendly. Too bad only 10% of the flight was gone by Lufthansa. The rest was done by United Airlines. The airplane was new and clean, the crew was friendly as well.The food at UA was so cheap it is a shame. On the domestic leg they give you 5 fools fish or crackers and soft drinks for 4 hrs flight. At the same time each and every passenger was asked personally if he or she will buy breakfast making the person feel guilty if not buying breakfast."
Minusy: "Lufthansa is good. UA food is cheap and not enough on the Trans Atlantick flight and hard liquor is not free. On the domestic flight they do not give you food even if the flight is early in the morning and 4 hrs long. That is a shame. Moreover they try to sale you a breakfast package that is design not to get spoiled for three months. The nutrition value of that package is zero even I believe it is bad for you. This is only in the USA. It is a shame how our Airlines treate the American passengers."

Minusy: "Leg-room limited, especially in rear window facing (two-seaters) rows 50 and back."

Plusy: "I was seated in an exit row and there were pillows and blankets made available to every passenger."
Minusy: "The scheduling of the in flight events made no sense. The cabin was dimmed for take off (logical, given that it was a red-eye). However, once we were at altitude, the lights were put back on to serve dinner. Several people were woken up by this and it took like 1.5 hrs because its a big plane. Also, it was like 9-10pm local time by this point so dinner made no sense! Then the lights were dimmed and people tried to sleep. The lights were turned on 1.5 hrs prior to landing to serve a light breakfast. So, 6.5 hr red-eye turned into about 3.5 hrs of actual sleeping time. I would've preferred to be left alone and given a bigger breakfast."

Plusy: "Except for Atlanta, wheelchair service was outstanding. I was met at the aircraft door for every stop and taken directly to my next departure gate. I made my travel relaxing and free from stress"
Minusy: "At Atlanta, I had to find the wheelchair service location, by myself; and the dispatcher was swamped by others waiting for a chair and someone to push it. Had the flight not been delayed, I might have missed it."

Minusy: "One of the stewardess was kind of rude in one ocassion. She asked me if I wanted something to drink and i did't hear well so I said excuesme and she responded back to me in a rude way. I did not like that and I believe that if you choose to work in an environment where you are going to be providing assistance to people you should have excellent people skills. Maybe she had a bad day (I dont know) but still there is no need to answer back in a rude way to a customer."

Minusy: "Too small plane for business travelers - no carry allowed inside, yet all electronics have to be taken out. Lufthansa does not care about Senator status at all."

Plusy: "Arrival to the terminal was a breeze, and security was fast and efficient. What more can a traveler ask for?"

Plusy: "From start to finish, Sevdije was in great hands. She had to be in a wheelchair, and there were three connecting flights in countries where she doesn't speak the language. It could have been so complicated, and everyone made it SO EASY. She was all smiles when she arrived in Boston. THANK YOU!!!!!!"

Minusy: "Boarding was not organized at all. I was sitting in the front yet I got in almost at the end and barely was able to find a place for my handbags. Ut took way too long and people had to stand for a long time to board. Crew members were not up to par either. I had my earphones and was watching a movie and feel asleep. And everytime one them passes by, they will knock me awake. I was extremely tired and tried hard to sleep yet they kept waking me up every time one of them passes by, no matter how skinny they were! Totally unprofessional."

When I boarded the overhead luggage was full could not find space to secure my bags. The flight attendant was very rude did not assist me and made me wait. Other people traveling without luggage pushed me to pass by. I was told not very nice things. The flight was overbooked and overall horible experience."

Minusy: "The airplane came late, delaying our trip. Despite that, the luggage would not come, and the claims office was ridiculous (despite of the destination being within 1 hour of drive from the airport, it took us 24 hours of our short vacation trip to deal with luggage). It seems that LH has these problems regularly, and they don't seem to care; I guess we'll have to try someone else to avoid suffering the same problem every time. The employees already knew the luggages are in a mess, and so were the claims. When taking LH, we have to accommodate luggage delay into our planning."

Plusy: "We had a friendly conversation about our travels. The lady explained the entire baggage process clearly. The security folks were equally friendly. Just a real nice experience at the Lugano airport."

If you cannot carry your bag by hand for extended time or has rollers, it's not a carry-on. Carry-on is a backpack or small valise not a suitcase with rollers. Boarding of aircraft needs to improve and be expedited."

Minusy: "I paid for extra leg room to sit in economy plus. My friend who paid the same price as me for our original ticket, but didn't upgrade was put in the same row at no additional cost. The seatting pricing is rigged."

Minusy: "Well, comfort is sometimes defined by aircraft model, but it looks like this one Boeing tried hard to put everything touch controlled in here with very very bad result. Entertainment not working, movies jumping back and forward on its own. Even chair had touch controls which worked every 10th try. Aaa. I forgot to mention it was business class ;("

Plusy: "Staff was friendly and the flight was pleasant. It was a short flight so not much to say.....the staff on the ground in Vienna was friendly and polite."

Minusy: "The Kayak ticket did not assume the luggage and we had to pay additional EUR 60 on the already pricey ticket - I think Kayak should clearly state that the luggage is not included once it does the ticket sorting based on the price!"
