Minusy: Had to wait for substitute crew, and they had a bad attitude. Crew could be heard complaining as they sat in rear.

Plusy: Crew was excellent, food good, but seating was extremely tight, and very disappointing after supposedly buying Business class tickets! Ground crew was very understanding, but couldn't do much, as plane was 100% full!
Minusy: Getting stuffed into tiny Coach seats, after paying a hefty price for Business class seats! The admin infrastructure for China Southern is woefully behind the rest of their competitors in customer service and such! I think we were about to scream if we got one more person who was going to say they wanted to help, but couldn't do anything!
Plusy: Plane left late from Manila and was asked to run to catch the connecting flight to LAX. Monitor did not work. Flight attendant/s were rude whenever their asking to stow away foot rest. Never say please. When I got to LAX, I needed to wait for the very last luggage for me to find out that my luggage was left in Guangzhou. No apologies whatsoever and was given a direction to file a report. Very sad experience.
Minusy: Focus on customer service. More training with staff since they are dealing with different nationalities.
Plusy: Everything ran smoothly and on time and efficiently.
Minusy: There were things that got lost in translation with the crew, but they really did try their best.

Minusy: At the check in they made me pay 50€ for my luggage. This is really upsetting because from Houston to Venice they didn't make me pay. Either the website wasn't transparent or the lady at the desk made a mistake. Very upsetting, one luggage should be included.

Minusy: In Copenhagen I left my iphone in the bin during security check. Half an hour later i heard my name on P.A. system. The message was muffled and never repeated. I ran in circles trying to retrieve my phone and I got very poor assistance. I had to be deboarded an boarded again and barely made my flight. I was misinformed several times and ran around the airport with my hand luggage like a chicken without a head. Why wasn’t it brought to my gate? They had my info.
Plusy: I have used Kayak for years without issue. This time I was flying SAS for the first time. The plane broke and so that was the first huge delay SAS had terrible customer service. They reminded me several times that I was not a preferred customer and that I had bought my ticket through kayak. This is the reason they gave for lack of help. It was frustrating to say the least. I’m not sure how they expect to gain repeat customers if they treat first time customers like that.

Minusy: Walking from one terminal to terminal was quite a problem. when the staff are checking before you pass through the security after you arrived form Lagos to Frankfurt was quite rude. I had a electronic boarding pass on my phone for some reason the wifi from the airport was slow in allowing my electronic boarding pass to work and the staff was impatience with me and rudely asked me to get off the line.
Minusy: Touch screens were not working well. Required multiple hard taps which disturbed the passenger in front.
Minusy: Best flight ever! Plane was so empty everyone had their own row to stretch out in! Crew was excellent!!
Plusy: The crew was nice and the movie selection was decent. Food was ok. As good as it can be when you pay $2,500 for a flight ticket knowing that they are not really there to offer you a service, they are there to make their own money knowing that as a traveler you really have no options other than an airplane if you want to go across the ocean.
Minusy: Seats become smaller and smaller...and you keep asking about my experience...$2,500 to travel seating in a miniature seat with no leg room is a bit much...and I know no flight company cares about this...we have no choice...either take that or don’t travel, right?

Minusy: I ordered Wheel chair for my parents but one of them didn't get it at all. When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines.
