Plusy: "nothing really. There were so many rude staff members at this airline. I saw people get yelled at by staff members. They were just trying to get information on the late flights and missed connections. It happened repeatedly. this company has the worst customer service I have seen probably ever."

Minusy: "(1) The captain collected headsets 30 minutes before landing, causing us to miss the last 15 minutes of a movie. Why? (2) Very long cues for toilet use. (3) The baggage took more than half hour to arrive. (4) The chair in front of me reclined very far (more than those on its sides), making it very hard to eat, get up, or read. Need better maintenance."

Minusy: "Too small plane for business travelers - no carry allowed inside, yet all electronics have to be taken out. Lufthansa does not care about Senator status at all."

Plusy: "The people who work for Lufthansa are the nicest i’ve met, on par with Turkish airlines. The times for boarding and departure were respected, the flight crew was extra nice, even accommodating requests that gave them extra-work. Economy passengers were treated like first class in terms of service and solicitude of the crew. Headphones, blankets, pillows were offered free of charge, so we’re the food and drinks, and there was a good selection of movies and music. On a 770$ ticket, mind you! The crew will come by repeatedly to check if passengers desired some more wine or coffee, offered water and juices on a tray several times outside the regular service times, and cared for the families with children. Thumbs up!"
Minusy: "The warm food was a bit unappetizing, the potatoes for instance were black, but there is nothing that the crew could do better than offer to replace it. Such graceful approach to a little inconvenience!"

Minusy: "Waited in Luftansa line 9.5 hours to rebook flight after Munich airport shut down for 7 hours. Lufthansa totally unprepared for this situation. Understaffed and unhelpful with directions. Finally got to Los Angeles after 48 hours. Still haven’t gotten luggage 2 days later and no communication on when to expect it."

Minusy: "45min to 1 hour is barely enough to switch the plane in Frankfurt. Distances between gates are very significant and if you are not running there is a possibility you not going to make your connecting flight. Information how to get to the Z gates are not clear and it really takes a long time with all passport check points and security to pass through."

Minusy: "I flew with Lufthansa about two years ago and the food was soooo much better. The food on this trip was very distasteful."

Minusy: "The servicing crew in the business cabin was inexperienced and unrefined. The flight attendants seemed to just want to “get it over with” with questions like “are you done?” The attendants wanted to take our drink order as soon as we got in without giving us a chance to settle into our seats and kept hovering over us until I had to ask her to give us a couple of minutes. The airline did not stock enough snack and ran out mid flight. We had to wait for the next meal service which was not fun. I ended up getting a sweet drink just to get by. Internet, which was paid, was so slow that I got tired of watching it trying to load the pages and gave up. Eventually, the connection completely stalled even though I still had over an hour remaining of the 4 hour package. I used maybe an hour of the total purchase. Total waste because I couldn’t get any work done. Overall, I did not think this was an experience worth a business class ticket."

Minusy: "First, Lufthansa lost our baggage from Hamburg to Los Angeles. Then, the delivery company (Direct Courier Services) Lufthansa uses was completely inept and unprofessional - every single one of their employees is a complete moron. We didn't end up getting our baggage for two and half days so we were wearing the same clothes that we left Germany with. Then, after being told by Lufthansa customer service to submit receipts for clothes we had to buy, never got reimbursed or even the courtesy of a reply. After flying Lufthansa for over a decade, will never use this airline again. Epic fail."

Minusy: "The flight attendant did not bring the wheel chair and take me to the bus where I waited too long and when I arrived to customs no wheel chair was there and I asked every officer there how to get the wheel chair no one helped after long time one officer called and the chair arrived and he transferred me to a cart the driver was very bad he did not help in seating me and I sit on the back with my carry on when he drives like crazy I fell on the floor screeming he stopped and place me in the front and he asked if I need a doctor I told him no I just need to catch my flight although I was hurt badly with a very big bruise and when I reach the gate the plane was gone and I have to wait for another flight to take me to San Francisco and from there to Los Angeles and I singed a paper that I don't want a doctor"

The biggest issue was the extreme delays from Lufthansa that ate into a 4+ hour layover that I should have had at LAX instead I arrived at the opposite terminal from my LAX flight with no time to get through customs and onto the plane I missed the plane by 10 minutes and had to book a hotel that wasn't paid for because it was Lufthansa's fault and not United which then put me and my family home a full 24 hours later than was originally planned."

Minusy: "The plan was over 4 hours late leaving and we had to board an Airbus 380 with buses. There was never any clear explanation as to why the flight was delayed."

Minusy: "I missed flight to Los Angeles because of laziness and carelessness of Lufthansa employees. I came with the train on 12/26/16 at 8:33 am to catch flight to Los Angeles at 10:05 am. I had plenty of time. As soon as got of the train I got into line to check my luggage. I had boarding pass already. Line to check luggage was huge with 2-3 clerks to check luggage for all US flights. After while I complained that I will miss flight to several clerk who were standing around talking on the phones all the time but answer, if I got one was, sir you will be fine. After one hour I got to security check line which was equally long. I complained again no response. With probably 20 minutes left I cut the line on my one mad as hell. I got at 10:00 am at the gate and some older lady was like " Sorry sir we closed the flight". I said "What do you mean, it is 10 am and flight is at 10:05am??? "Sir we sold your ticket" I couldn't believe her words. Anyway they sent me to Munich to catch flight to LA next day. Best part I HAD TO PAY HOTEL IN MUNICH BECAUSE LUFTHANSA DID WANT TO COVER EXPENSES. I don't know what happened to famous German organizational skills or this is just Lufthansa and her careless employees."

I'm not enjoying to still wait to find out if I have a flight to get back to the States on Monday because my flight was cancelled. I'm really annoyed to get this survey since Lufthansa should know there was NO flight to LA today!!!"

Minusy: "SFO-Copenhagen was cancelled. Only hint for that came from Kayak which I didn't even use for booking (I used Flyus). Sas and Flyus didn't notify us and sas customer service had to actually use 5 min to verify that flight was cancelled after we called them. That left some poor rebooking options. Anyway, I am very disappointed how Sas didn't notify us. It would have been even nastier if we had got to the airport before realizing that flight was cancelled."

Plusy: "I have used Kayak for years without issue. This time I was flying SAS for the first time. The plane broke and so that was the first huge delay SAS had terrible customer service. They reminded me several times that I was not a preferred customer and that I had bought my ticket through kayak. This is the reason they gave for lack of help. It was frustrating to say the least. I’m not sure how they expect to gain repeat customers if they treat first time customers like that."

Minusy: "My flight was cancelled and no one notified me! Instead, FlyUs.com placed me on a different SAS flight that had a 15 minute layover in Copenhagen. Needless to say, I would have missed the flight from Copenhagen. I realized the issue the day-of, spent hours on the phone trying to book a different flight through the customer services at FlyUs.com (stupid company!), and was finally rebooked by SAS on a different airline. When I called SAS directly, they immediately took care of the situation and handled it well, but I wasted an entire day dealing with FlyUs.com, waiting on confirmation for a flight that I was never going to receive. The whole experience was awful."

Minusy: "How possible with any criteria could charge 33€ for 1.5 such exagerate no good company at all .."

Plusy: "The food and entertainment on board is great. I was very pleased with how they organized the checking of bags and the fact I picked it up at my final destination without any issues and right on time."
Minusy: "Some of the staff at the check in desks can be very rude. Also, on my initial flight, they closed the check-in early and left many of us stranded without knowing who to talk to and how to manage to get on the plane. When someone from SAS finally came, I was told I would be escorted through security and most into the plane but then the "manager" or whoever was in charge denied it. The plane did not leave for another our and instead of arguing with the costumers they could have just helped us get on the plane. It was unfair of them to close the check in desks early and on top of that to catch a plane the next day they wanted to charge and exorbitant fee. I Wii never fly SAS again."

Minusy: "I did not like the flight from Malaga to Stockholm due to not having IFE or WiFi on a 4+ hour flight. Absolutely unacceptable in today’s travel market."

Minusy: "When passengers in front of us kept their seats reclined the entire trip, couldn't move, difficult to get in or out of seats. Had to ask flight attendants to ask them to raise seats, at least during meal service. Food was worst of any international flight we've been on and we fly internationally several times a year. Very poor selection of movies and map was not working this flight."

Minusy: "Inflight entertainment consisted of an iPad with very limited options. Only one non-alcoholic drink included with dinner, and purchase price of wine was the highest I have ever seen on a flight."

Also staff just let people leave their windows open which was crazy coz most passengers are tired from other trips and of course in Europe you can hardly see anyone letting the elderly and children have any first priority boarding or let alone line up. I had my disabled husband and a young active little grandchild... Cathay Pacific, PAL,KAL, CAL are great about priority boarding for the elderly and children. Its sad your company do not have compassion or empathy for families with little children and the elderly population.. They really suffer!"

Plusy: "The on board crew were pleasant for the most part. It was a full flight so they were also working hard. Check-in was easy, and the gate area had plenty of space to wait to board. We did get some sort of unspecific voucher for something for the entertainment system not working... have to log onto their site to even find out what it's for."
Minusy: "Entertainment system didn't work, so luckily we had loaded up devices with stuff for the kids. We were hopeful that my son could watch a couple of movies, but they tried to reset it... at least we got a voucher. One seat back was missing the USB outlet and one didn't work in our row of three. Regular power (of which there are two... why don't the window seat get one?) was half working... so luckily everything was charged. The gate agent threatened to boot anyone off the plane to the next day if you tried to board before your zone was called... that seemed questionable."

I showed up a the airport three times before I got on a plane. Air Canada asked me to check in online but the system didn't work. Because of the storm, Air Canada couldn't even place me on hold so I had to go to the airport earlier in the day. When I complained about not being able to check in online, they asked gaslighted me and kept repeating that their system was "a great product" and that there was no way it didn't work. One person finally told me that it was because I had a pet in cabin. I could have saved a lot of frustration if someone had told me that. I also think that for a flight that left late and caused me to change plans and leave on a different day with another delayed flight because of the luggage conveyor belt that didn't work - which paralyzed an entire airport - they could have offered us a complimentary meal on the plane."

Minusy: "This review is about Air Canada from Los Angeles to Vancouver. Our flight was cancelled the flight for technical reason, without a notice. We found out when we got to the airport with four children. We were put on a later flight that also left Los Angeles later than the scheduled time. We arrived to Vancouver so late that we could not make the latest BC Ferry to Victoria that left at 9:00 pm. We lost our hotel reservation in Victoria. We were stranded in Vancouver till we could find a hotel that cost us an extra $600 (US dollars), an extra reservation for the ferry and lost a precious half a day of our vacation. When we complained about this wasted time and money Air Canada did not utter not even a clear simple apology. It offered a lousy discount on our next flight with the company, believing that we may ever use such an uncaring company"

Minusy: "Brussels airport staff would not let me to check in, saying that I need a Canadian visa (I had a transfer in Montreal), even though I am Green Card holder and I don't need a visa for a transfer flight. It took me almost 45 minutes to convince them that I don't need a visa a finally was allowed to check in"

Minusy: "Delayed by 2 hours, half and hour in the airport and another 1.5 hours on the tarmac (probably why I got sick just days after, sitting in the germ tube for that long) Seat did not recline, but was supposed to... No pretzels or peanuts offered like other airlines, just drinks Missed my connecting flight in LAX because of delay, but not after running frantically to my gate clear on the other side of LAX, customer service offered nothing to compensate for the flight we had just missed or any solutions for getting us home."

Minusy: "The flight came in 20 minutes late, and managed to leave 1 hour late -- I've never before seen a flight become even MORE late because of the boarding agent. There was no communication whatsoever. There was only one agent working the gate. When it was time for passengers who needed help boarding, he took them back one at a time, leaving the gate completely unstaffed. When he came back, he strolled like there was no urgency whatsoever. Every other airline I'm on tries to speed up boarding if the plane is already late. I was amazed that they didn't even add a second agent to the gate."

Plusy: "Was too short of a deadline needs to be 90 min. You need to be excused/allowed if you pay for and check in a head of time... Also carry on size is small."

Minusy: "flight attendant burned my stomach and belly ,she fck lazy gave me and put a broken cup of hot tea into another good cup instead of threw that broken cup away and should give me only one good tea cup , so the fluid drained out between two cup, and fck burned me . How the stupid she is !!! After that they didn't come to ask me anything until i come to show them and complained , and requested a report. I got a picture and all evidence to show .i swore that its fck hot and burned me too...ooo....bad !!"

Minusy: "Air Canada failed to transfer my bag from flight 1 to connecting flight 2. This not only happened to me but to other people traveling on the same connecting flight as well. My bag was delivered later then the promised time, it was also returned damaged. It is now almost one week since I have taken my flight and I am unable to process a claim because they have not updated my file via their Bag Tracer program. It is clear that they still have a lot of work to do to be considered a real commercial air line company"

By the time they FINALLY got to us to provide us something to drink, they came through wanting to take it from us. I was VERY disappointed with this leg of the trip as it was not at all what we have experienced on the first leg of this very long day of flying. There was no time between transfers to use the restroom, let alone buy food, had we known."

Minusy: "Did not realize that the person behind me had two cats sitting under my seat and the seat next to me. Felt horrible about a hour into the flight and didn't know why. I do not believe this should ever be allowed without notification, do to extreme allergic reactions that can occur. Luckily I just had a miserable flight that I will get over. If this had been my daughter, most likely she would have ended up in the hospital."

Minusy: "Air Canada has to know that generally, the flight from Toronto to LA would be bumpy. Even if they did not know, the weather forecast can tell them that. Problem is that they always SELL the food first, before serving the customers the much needed drinks for hydration. That is a pathetic service attitude. "We will sell first, and only if time left, we will serve free drinks." That stinks!! I even saw them some kids, who wanted to get to their seat (from bathroom trip), sending to wait near bathroom because the food cart they were selling from was in the way. This kind of customer hostility to kids is unforeseen."

Minusy: "do your self a favor and find a different airline. When i got home and talked to others about my travels the said " what did you expect, i wont fly air canada" I wish i would have know before i booked my flight."

Plusy: "Customer service was bad. I had to wait long line to check in bags. they took like 20 minutes to handle one transaction. I had to line up some where else to pay cash for my baggage after I checked in my bags. When I lined up somewhere else, a lady told me her computer was down and her printer was not working and told me to go to the next line. I lined up and waited for 20 minutes on the next line. after she finished, she told me to wait for one minute. I told her i can't wait or i would be late for the flight. she helped me and when i realized if i lined at immigration i would miss the flight. i was smart enough to ask for passengers in front of the line to let me cut. i was lucky enough they let me and i made it through."

Minusy: "I hate the new policy where you have to pay extra to reserve any seat whatsoever. I got stuck in the emergency exit row, with no right arm rest, which made the flight very uncomfortable. My earbuds supplied by air canada were of the poorest quality, and I could barely hear the movie. Finally, when it was time to order food, there were hot meals listed on the menu, but the flight crew had to check to see if they were available."

Minusy: "1. Flight delayed for 2 hours 2. Lost our luggage 3. Luggage tracking is useless 4, So far 24 hours passed and they could not track our 4 bags"

Plusy: "Nothing fantastic but it was a good flight even after being delayed a while. Our plane had something wrong so they took us off the plane and we had to wait until they found a new plane for us, thank goodness we were in Canada at the hub where there must've been extra planes."
Minusy: "I could not understand one word the stewardess said. I'm not sure if it was an accent thing or a speak too fast too close to the microphone thing but had it been an important message I wouldn't have made it. The music on the entertainment"

Minusy: "-the aux plug for the headphones wasn't working properly. Resulting in me having to hold the headphones in place the entire flight -the first time the attendant went by with the food selections for purchase she walked right past me and went on to run out of food by the time I finally got her attention. -I had to ask the people behind me several times to please stop their child from kicking the back of my seat. Although the attendant made eye contact me one of the times she made no intervention on my behalf. - my return flight was in short: neglectful and arduous. I probably wouldn't recommend Air Canada after a flight like that."

Minusy: "We checked in 2.5 hrs before our flight but this was not early enough to guarantee our seats, and we were put on standby. That was a bummer. I still have this old-fashioned notion that paying in full for the seat was the guarantee for the seats. The A/C was broken during initial taxi and takeoff. The flight was delayed 30 minutes."

Plusy: "We arrived nearly on time."
Minusy: "They changed our gate three times and boarding was inefficient (it took them almost an hour to load a small plane) and led to a late takeoff. The customs process was ridiculous. Crew did not seem to care. No food was provided on a 6 hour flight that boarded at 6pm. Most people would not have thought that they needed to eat dinner before the flight. You had the option of purchasing snacks. The people in the rear of the plan did not receive the honor of buying snacks (or even getting a cup of water) until 3 or 4 hours into the flight. Uncomfortable seats. Avoid Air Canada until they get their act together or they lower their prices to reflect their new status as a discount airline."

Minusy: "Not serving a meal on a 5 1/2 hour transcontinental flight is unacceptable. Just because you can get away with it doesn't make it good policy."

Plusy: "Despite departing late we made it relatively on time"
Minusy: "My screen didn't work. The outlet in the seat was also broken. The connection to the Internet was weak and there was a lot of turbulence."

Plusy: "Nothing. The experience was a headache."
Minusy: "Layover that was booked through KAYAK was already 9 hours long. I was fine and willing to accept that for the lower cost. Flight then gets delayed from 8:00 to 9:00 PM, okay, that's fine. Then flight gets delayed from 9:00 to 12:00. This forces me to miss my hotel reservation in LAX, This was one of the worst flying experiences I've ever dealt with. Then the airline doesn't even have the decency to give me a pillow because I was sitting in coach. If this is what airlines are becoming, i can't wait for the hyperloop one to force them into bankruptcy. The lack of respect for their paying customers is asinine."

Plusy: "I had a wonderful experience with the crew on broad. The pilot was amazing. The cabin Attendent in first class was very lovely and sweet. She was the reason for my nice experience since I had a horrible time with the gate staff."
Minusy: "I had a horrible time with the gate staff. They made me check my bag at the gate even though it fits in the overhead bin. I did three flight with air canada prior to this flight with the same carryon. I didn't appreciate the ladies attitude. She said I don't care who or what class you fly so took my roller and tagged it. Then she let the guy next to me get on with his bigger roller only because he was first class. I had to upgrade myself to first class to keep my roller on me. I had things that I couldn't part from my carry on. Cost me $500 US dollar and then she said to me. What ever thrills you. Wow. I am star alliance gold with two airlines and I have never ever been treated this way ever. I will never take air canada ever again. The 1800 customer service isn't any better."

Minusy: "Prefered seating promised more leg room. However I paid 63 dollar extra for same type of economy seat. Long lines to drop bags at airport, even after checking online, paying for bags, and printing bag tags. Check in seemed disorganized. I had TSA prechecked on arrival, but still needed to wait in very long lines upon departure."

Plusy: "No food offered on a 6 hour flight, but nice flight crew and good entertainment system."

Minusy: "The chairs are not very adjustable and are too tall for me (feet don't reach floor and no footrest that could work). The selection of movies was good, but a bit small."

To my disappointment, as I finally boarded, I noticed that LOTS of people had carry ons that were either the same size or larger. As we landed, the passenger next to asked me to help take her carry on down from the top storage area (as it was extremely heavy). Her bag could've been 50lbs! The plane was over burdened with people's carry ons. What disappoints me the most is that I checked in early, but my carry on did not make it aboard the plane while other people's carry on did!"

Minusy: "Disorganized boarding with the plane load of people huddled around the entrance to the boarding area. No guidance from the crew on how to efficiently pack the overhead bins efficiently with passengers helpless to put their treasures into the overhead bins."

Minusy: "extra taxi in DC"

Plusy: "At least it was a flight"
Minusy: "Noisy, no complimentary snacks nor drinks, no legroom"

Plusy: "On our longer flight, we were thrilled- nice crew, delicious food, spacious, great pilot, and enjoyable entertainment experience. However, on our shorter flight from Brussels to telaviv, not only was the crew completely inattentive, but they were intentive to some very disturbing things including children who were pulling the hair of other customers and jumping up-and-down in the aisles of the airplane. There was no available entertainment whatsoever. In addition the food was extremely expensive and not particularly tasty. The plane was uncomfortable and smelled atrocious. These 2 vastly different experiences almost made me feel like I was taking 2 different airlines. Please keep consistency."
Minusy: "I didn't like the inconsistency of the 2 different planes that I was on. If you are going to have entertainment you should have some form of it on all of your airplanes. The idea that food that you need to buy is so expensive is absurd. I was really blown away by how badly the plane smelled. It was almost as if I was in a bathroom. And on top of that I really felt very unsafe with children jumping up-and-down kicking people pulling their hair etc. While it isn't the job of the flight attendants to be parents, they certainly need to be aware of safety concerns for the rest of the passengers."

Minusy: "Delay, nothing to eat, poor service !"

Plusy: "Everything worked out great. Shout out to the Washington Dulles airport for the quickest custom check of my life!"
Minusy: "Once in Houston took 30minutes to the luggage to be delivered"

Minusy: "I missed this flight due to my connecting flight being delayed for 3+ hours (not sure)."

Minusy: "Very disappointing, Lufthansa airline sold my return ticket to another customers with out notifying me, so i’m stuck in here now and i have to find another ticket. And of course the flight is not refundable."

Plusy: "We did not die."
Minusy: "Packed in like sardines. Flight attendant would not take the half full cup of coffee from me about 30 minutes before landing so I had to deal with not spilling it during deplaning. Connecting flight was 1hr and 40 min and they refused to give us water! Got to Budapest to find that the ticket Agent had routed three of our 4 bags to Budapest and one to Prague! How much worse could it possibly get!"

Minusy: "Flight crew would gossip in Flemish Food not good and I vegetarian dinner option provided at all!"

Plusy: "The rest was ok"
Minusy: "I came in 45 minutes before the departure time, but they said i was late. And i asked what can the solution, they said the solution is to cancel my ticket and buy a new one. And they cancelled my ticket, then I did not get any other choice than buy a new ticket at more than $700 just from Abidjan to New York. But some other airline companies, when you miss your flight they find a next one for you and you just pay the fee, but not to cancel your ticket. This last case can happen only if the traveller does not show up and doesn't call."

Plusy: "I liked the organization and service"

Plusy: "Everything was smooth"
Minusy: "I was misinformed about the meal service in advance. But besides that I was satisfied with the flight."

Plusy: "nothing"
Minusy: "1,5 hour delay flight from Brussels to Venice and no service with hot tea or coffee for appologize :("

Plusy: "Nothing!! And by the way this is the last time I travel with you guys. I couldn’t travel because of my itinerary doula -Bruxelle - Zurich- Washington Dulles . I was not told when I bought the ticket that I will need a visa to transit between Bruxel to Zurich. Now they told me that my only option is to buy another ticket . Thank God éthiopien Airline was more affordable."

Plusy: "The crew was polite"
Minusy: "The fight was delayed and cause me to lose my second flight even though they were the same airline and the second plane was still sitting at the airport. It added 6 hours to my journey."

Plusy: "The seats had more leg room that similar sized planes on other airlines."
Minusy: "It is ridiculous that an airline does not include soft drinks and water free while on the plane. The flight was also delayed with no clarifying information from airline employees. The information board said boarding for 20 minutes before they unlocked the doors and started boarding."

Plusy: "Nothing"
Minusy: "Flight delayed and waited over an hour at baagage claim .no one to speak to or help. Worker at baggage claim sitting on phone ."

Minusy: "Stingy with food, very little entertainment if at all"

Plusy: "Long flights are never fun It helped that the crew was helpful and pleasant Food was ok but there could have been more offered It was an 8 hour flight and there was one meal an hour after take off and then just a very small snack and drink an hour before Not enough water was offered throughout the flight"

Plusy: "Smooth flight Pleasant staff Smooth boarding process"
Minusy: "Super late due to poor management of runway construction in Brussels No entertainment in the cabin"

Minusy: "I Think is important a little meal or something about ...all its bussines...it's a Fly that not diferent... Brussels Airlines can be a experience....Not JUST a service like all Airlines....marketing its off in this point!"

Minusy: "Was surprised that the food was on sale !"

Minusy: "Flught was delayed more than 45 min from Brussels and when we finally arrived to Lisabon they couldn't open a door to Airport building."

Plusy: "Friendly crew"
Minusy: "Delay +50 minutes Because of the flying orange tomato"

Minusy: "I would like a survey about my experience flying FROM JFK TO MONROVIA on Dec. 5 & 6! I have decided that this was my last voluntary flying experience with Brussels Airlines!"

Plusy: "The food served was wonderful, as well as service."
Minusy: "Half of my luggage was lost at Dullas, but found and returned the next day to my home."

Minusy: "bad customer service. No reliable information about the flight. How someone who never took an airplane can know that you have to get a visa when going to canada. If your ticket says your last destination is us. And i did not even got a full refund for their stupid mistake. Lack of information. You guys should be more careless for your customers."

Minusy: "It would have been nice to have received complimentary water, coffee, or a bag of pretzels on this flight. We didn't receive anything or we had to pay for a bottle of water. First flight I have experienced like that."

Plusy: "1st time on Brussels. Wonderful overall trip."
Minusy: "The meal home was not so good."

Minusy: "EXCELLENT SERVICE"

Minusy: "The flight was canceled. I found out the day before my departure - the airlines didn't even contact me to let me know - and I never got reimbursed for the canceled flight. I had to purchase a $1500 new ticket to get back home in time. I wrote to the Brussels Airlines and they never addressed these complains."

Plusy: "Due to my husbands frequent flyer status, we were able to upgrade coach seats to premium free of charge - which afforded priority boarding and more comfortable seats - although, there was not much difference in legroom or general space. This flight was not full, so I had an empty seat next to me - always a good thing on a long flight. Lots of movies and entertainment available to fill up the hours. Served food and drinks constantly (3 meals plus, if I remember correctly) but the food was pretty bad. One of the bathrooms was a generous size, which made it more comfortable."
Minusy: "Boarding was confusing. They separated out groups but did not make clear where each group was to go, which caused unnecessary jam ups. Stewardess on this flight that served my section was rather grumpy and unhelpful. Seat in front of me was broken so it leaned way back into my lap, making it difficult to eat or read on my e-reader. I had a premium seat, but there did not seem to be any difference in leg room or the size of the seat than normal coach. Although there was several meals - the food was horrible. Best to take your own aboard. We were delayed getting off the ground, having to sit on the plane for a while before take off. We landed over an hour late."

Minusy: "not enough leg room. I had asked for seats with more leg room due to my medical condition and did not get any satisfaction"

Plusy: "got there.."
Minusy: "my bag was lost, delayed flight (2 hours), damaged contents in my bag."

Minusy: "The connecting flight was an hour late. We set inside the plane all this time while the crew could not decide what to do with luggage of a passenger who never showed up. The luggage was being removed and put back -and repeat several more time of the same- for a bit more than an hour. When we finally took off, there was an unpleasant surprise - we had to purchase our food. I had never had this experience before that we would not be offered food on a connecting flight and obviously was not prepared. Not only there was not food, or even a tiny snack offered, one had to buy mere water. Overall, very disappointed. BTW, our flight was not even on display anywhere at the Brussels airport, wrong gates were shown in our tickets and we almost missed boarding..."
