Plusy: Nothing to like about this disasters place. It was a total nightmare They got upset I booked with kayak a 3rd party !!!!!!!

Minusy: Like everyone else writing a review on this place, I would be very very careful coming here.. Here is my story: 1) purchased a rental online for 4 days economy car $75 2) waited for the shuttle over two hours to take me to the place a rental office. Meanwhile all other shuttle cars came for the other companies more than three times I was standing there in the heat. Keep in mind you will need to take a shuttle from LAX airport to outside the airport parking lot and wait in the sauna and there is no chairs no bench just a parking lot in a dangerous place 3) I got to the rental office and they told me that my rental has been given away because more than one hour past passing the reservation. When I explain to them that I had to wait two hours for them to pick me up and that’s the reason, they could care less they told me the only other vehicle available will be $130, pretty much twice water I was charged originally, and they said that they were pretty upset I ordered through a third-party, so I asked them why do you advertise with a third-party? And the dumb lady, in the front counter give a total attitude completeDisrespect and simply disgusting manner of her handling the situation they just don’t care and the reviews here shortly. 3) I told him to take a hike I would rather pay $100 more and go to enterprise Rent-A-Car I did that took an Uber and service was amazing over there Don’t put yourself through this nightmare if you’re traveling you will regret it big time stay away from this place a bunch of jerks the owner can care less the managers are idiots and the ladies in the front barely speak in English with a rude behavior treating everybody like a dog this place should be shut down I am not done with them when I get back home I plan to import them to every possible legal authority under practices is obvious and clear and hope to get penalized and shut down or license rent a car taken away from them Live and learn from these crooks at the end of the day they all end up in hell. They have also charged my credit card illegally as I walked out and did not use their services. This is 1000% fraud and I will be reporting them.

Minusy: Clarity of locations and shuttles

Minusy: They don’t have a shuttle from LAX- apparently they expect you to take a public transport shuttle to another shuttle! Shame on Kayak for not making it more apparent. I ended up booking another car last minute rather than try to schlep via 2 shuttles with a baby and elderly mother in tow.

Plusy: Nothing.

Minusy: 1. Full disclosure about pricing. $25 rental sounds great, but by the time you add their insurance, that's another $200 (albeit it's refundable, but I am vacation don't want money that I didn't allocate) 2. Place was dirty and old. Couches that once were leather have peeled oof. 3. Slow pick up. After leaving airport going to designated spot, it took 35 minutes for van to show and that's only after I called. 4. Counter persons had very nonchalant attitude. Very slow. 5. Dirty, filthy passenger van. They used foil and tape to wrap seats that falling apart. Seats were stained. The driver attitude was funky. 6. Sooo many infractions. 7. Crowded. 8. You pay for what you get

Plusy: The car was a kinda clean, newish Nissan Sentra. The car looked a little dinged up but worked great overall.

Minusy: The customer service is really, truly awful here. Folks at the counter seemed genuinely angry at me. Expect a wait.
