Minusy: "The plane was very dirty when we landed in Dar-es-salaam. The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."

Plusy: "I was traveling with my mother who is handicap. The staff did so much to really help her. Although, the staff did everything and I mean everything to help us. TSA was an issue. Plus there was an language barrier."
Minusy: "The assistant that they gave us was communicating with the TSA officer in Spanish who did not speak any English. The problem was she was over 75 and she does not have to remove her shoes. Instead of explaining to her what was going on she just took her shoes, which made my mother upset mad."

Minusy: "There were no announcements at the gate. So it was very disorganized and people were frustrated I had purchased some fried breakfast rice at the gate and it came in a bag. The woman at the gat told me I had too many bags. It’s not a bag lady. It’s fried rice. She was not friendly. At least smile when you tell me to combine my takeout bag and my very small cross-body bag that is barely big enough to hold my Iphone. Most of the announcements in flight were muffled and hard to hear. The safety speech was really quite terrible. I think someone was torturing her to do it. It was really quite painful to listen to....."

Plusy: "I had to sprint from customs in terminal D to skyrail then skyrail terminal A to gate 33, to make my flight. Could not see gate 33 but heard your staff shout out, "San Antonio"? Very grateful they saw me running or else I would have missed my flight."
Minusy: "Being put in seat 30E when there was plenty of other seats available."

Minusy: "This flight was delayed by almost 5 hours. While I understand there are some delays sometimes, this was the ONLY flight to Greensboro out of DCA, and the times kept changing throughout the day, even though the gate agents knew that the issue was that the crew was delayed. There should be backup crew available and when there are delays, the passengers should be kept informed. There should be other flight options available when this happens. I never received an apology from anyone I encountered throughout the process, and some personnel were rude even though I was polite."

Minusy: "Flight was delayed due to poor maintenance that caused issues before take off. Of course safety is important but that is why maintenance should be done routinely and prioritised accordingly. The pilot on the first delayed flight (new airplane) was clueless, his exact words "... our analysis team from midwest needs an hour to figure out whether we can fly or not" This is after we have boarded the flight. Then after about an hour of sitting in the plane, he says "rumor has it that a new plane will be towed in..." What? Why didn't they stop boarding and just get the new plane in. And I don't appreciate the emails saying flight is delayed without giving any reason for it. AA could have certainly done a better job of communicating the issue. Further the flight crew including the pilot were acting like victims. If it were an Asian carrier like Singapore Airlines, the crew would be smiling and providing assitance courteously since they represent the airlines. Not flying them again."

Minusy: "The flight was delayed and my luggage is coming in the later flight. I need some form of consolation for this pathetic service."

Minusy: "My flights were delayed so I missed my connection. I had to fly a red-eye from San Fran to Boston getting in at 6AM with meetings that started at 10AM...had to BUY a day-pass at the Admirals Club (I feel this could have been provided as it was mechanical issues that caused the delays). THEN my trip from Boston home were delayed so they switched me to another flight and then THAT one was delayed twice so I actually got home later than if I had taken the original flight! Overall the flights really sucked!!"

Even the chicken dinner was as good as many restaurants serve with tastey sauce and cooked just right with nice tossed salad and even apple pie desert. We got served free beverage 3 times on 9 hour flight from Paris to Dallas. The entertainment options were amazing: So many new movies or video games or e-reader were added plus with individual screen in front of each seat! They will be my first choice. New seats also had extra padding and were more comfortable! Wow1"

I lost 4 hours, AA lost revenue, standby passengers stuck in Philly. Also, no air conditioning on this flight."

Minusy: "Had to spend 12 hrs in an airport because it was cancelled and was given no reason as to why. I won't fly with aa again"
