Minusy: "No lounge in Philadelphia took my Priority Pass. On the flight, the woman in front of me threw her chair back without asking and almost had hot coffee all over me. When I asked her to put her chair up, she got mad. She went to staff to insist she could put her chair back. I showed them that I was indeed in a back brace for a health condition and that I needed opportunities to move and shift, cross legs to release tension, etc. Staff sided with the rude woman, who, given the chance to move to an equal seat on the opposite aisle where she could recline, refused to move. I was very frustrated and have never been treated with such discrimination regarding my health concerns."

Minusy: "(1) Was about to miss flight because originally my flight booking was from Benazir International Airport Islamabad but t the time of flight I boarded from a different and new airport in Islamabad which had become operational in Islamabad in the last week of April 2018 . My flight was on 10th May 2018 from Islamabad to Doha to Chicago but neither my online booking site ( Kayak ) not Qatar Airways sent any notification that my Boarding was changed from Banzir International Airport to the newer, bigger airport. Consequently , on the day of flight, I went to check in and board from the Bnazir International Airport but upon reaching the airport I was told that the airport was no more in operation. I was surprised to hear that all flights were to be from the newer airport. By the time I rerouted my taxi to the new airport I was already late for my flight but fortunately the flight from Islamabad to Doha, Qatar was delayed and I made it to the boarding time and flew to Doha , Qatar and then to Chicago."

Minusy: "carry-on did not fit on center overhead compartment unless I put it side ways (Same carry-on suitcase fit nicely on Emirates airplanes, so the carry-on overhead compartments have been made smaller on Qatar on purpose or by engineering error, and I will not fly Qatar airlines again. Less food options. I went to the Gally and they only had kitkat bars for food. Emirates offer fruit, sandwiches, and many choices at ALL TIMES of the flight for economy class passengers. Entertainment computer (Android based system) ran slow and out of memory at times. Seats were not comfortable for 12hrs flight. My butt was starting to hurt. I did not have this issues on Emirates flights."
Minusy: "I missed my flight from Nairobi to Melbourne then the airlines asked for penalties and fare difference which in total was much higher than booking a fresh one way flight. I felt that the crew at Nairobi airport handled the situation pretty well however, the staff at the Nairobi reservation office were a bit cold and not very helpful."
Plusy: "The flight attendants waited for me at the gate since customs was backed up. They saw me running and told me it was ok. On the flight, snacks and drinks were bright by every hour or so and the meals were plenty of food and tasted good. I was given a bag with eye cover, earplugs, socks, face wipes and ear phones. Entertainment was good as well. Qatar is an amazing airline. Wish we had something like this in the States!"

For a flight in which 60-70% of passengers are Indians, some extra vegetarian meals should be available (for those who do not know how to book it in advance)."

Minusy: "Checkin associate at SFO was rude and told me that only light baggage is allowed in the plane during borading noticed several passengers with larger bags and sometime two bas as well. I was told I can only take one bag. This caused me to change my plans on what I can carry on my two small bags. This is also the reason why had to take a small handbag to keep everything I needed. I lost this bag at New Delhi airport. Had I been allowed the the standard tote and a laptop bag I may not have needed the extra hand bag and may not have lost my items. Emirates associate is partailly responsible for my lost items."
Plusy: "We started with a 45 min wait on the tarmac before takeoff. Then spent 14h listening to screaming children. Now, I know that isn't the airlines fault, but it would be nice to see where children are sitting when booking on such a long flight! Once we landed, the girl next to me got sick and when I flagged a flight attendant, she simply told me there's a barf bag in the seat pocket - there wasn't - so I had to part the crowd to get that lady to a bathroom. Then it took 45 min to get off the plane! The food was okay and there was plenty to watch (couldn't read due to screaming children). It was a really rough flight."

It wasn't this flight but the flight from Tanzania to Dubai, the crew sprayed the plane and I would like to know what was sprayed as it was awful and what if any chemicals were sprayed on us. Perhaps it would be better to spray the plane before the passengers board the plane."
Minusy: "There was only one flight attendant would didn't assist my friend when we asked her to please take my friend's food tray away. My friend Emily Bayne was having a major discomforting eye allergy attack. Emily eyes were burning, dry, turning red, and very itchy and she wanted to go to the bath room to run warms water over her eyes, however she had the food tray and so we push the attendant help button. But when the flight attendant came to see what we needed and we asked if she could please take Emily's food tray, she just said I will come back later for that. So I told Emily just go to the bathroom I will hold your food tray. Emily Bayne was seated in the middle and I had the aisle seat, 44H. While Emily was in the bathroom I complained to another flight attendant what had happened, she took our food trays and then told her supervisor what happened. The supervisor came shortly and assisted Emily by granting her request and providing her with two warm wet towels, and later 5 more. The supervisor and the other attendant that I complained to continue to check throughout the fljght to see if Emily needed anything else, which was nice and accommodating. The flight after that incident was good, as the supervisor immediately corrected the insensitive act of his flight attendant."

Walked on the plane asked crew how they were and got less than good reply. In flight woman never smiled, overall crew seemed tired and as though they did not want to be there. Perhaps SFO based crew on way home? Tired from flight over to Dubai? But it was really noticeable and a real difference from the flight over to Dubai from SFO 2 weeks earlier."

Minusy: "We arrived onetime yet Emirates did not have a gate at SFO so we were parked on the tarmac for over an hour after a 16 hours flight. When we got thru immigration in record time due to the newly installed kiosks, we waited for 2.5hours to get our luggage, there was only one carousel open for an entire A380 airplane with all its luggage and the boxes were piling up on each other, some of them were crushed due to overloading, it took them 2 hours to open a second carousel to offload all of the bags. During this entire time, the Emirates representatives were unhelpful, the local SFO personnel were quite disorganized as well."

Minusy: "The booking process was in itself an hassle. We booked two seats initially from MAA to SFO and we had a typo at our end with one of our names. The agent (Flight Network) were not empathetic towards us at all. They were very unwilling to help us. Emirates said they can change the ticket within 72 hours but the process has to be initiated by the agent. The agent were too slow to act on it. Finally I had to cancel one of our tickets and rebook it. After all the confusion they gave us two separate seats. I and my wife had to sit away from each other through out the flight. Nobody was clear about where and if the seats can be changed. The attendants looked disorganized and even rude at times when they were serving food. They only gave vegetarian food to people who were willing to starve and cannot simply eat meat. The rest were forced to non-vegetarian food. This was overall a bad flight. We have flown emirates a few times and enjoyed it but it will not be our first option anymore."

Minusy: "All airlines are doing this—we're seated closer and closer together, but the seats are the same. They recline just as much, and the screens pivot as little. And when you have screens that darken at an angle, when the person in front of you leans back, not only is their head in your lap, but you can't see your screen at all. I hate that it's on passengers to decide that it's rude to lean back, when it's the function of the chair. Besides, barely anyone considers it rude. So I was uncomfortable and cramped (and yes, I asked the kid in front of me if she would please move her chair up just a little bit as a favor, but she said she leaned back because the guy in front of her leaned back). Nice kid. I'm not a big guy. Finally home with a horrible neck cramp and a sore tailbone."

On the SFO-BUD flight, the connection is through Istanbul, but the flight time is the same 15 hours, as on the SFO-ZRH-BUD route. In addition, two checked bags are free in coach."

Plusy: "The food and beverage service in Coach was great as usual ... The new 777 ER 300 was really a nice improvement over the aging Airbus planes previously flown Entertainment systems in coach were top notch with great entertainment choices to view ..."
Minusy: "3 4 3 seating results in very narrow isles ... during the longer flights on the 777 the isle seated passengers lean into the isles making going to and from the restrooms in ( coach) a bit of an obstacle course"
Plusy: "There wasn't much that stood out as likable. The food was pretty good."
Minusy: "The plane was too hot. I asked multiple times throughout the flight for the temperature to be reduced, and it was not. I was wearing light jeans and a short sleeve shirt, and I was sweating all flight. Each time I asked throughout the duration of the flight, I was told it take a while for the temperature to decline. It's one thing to be uncomfortably warm on a flight; it's another thing when the flight crew lies to you. Further, I was not the only one to request that the temperature be reduced. This made an 11 hour flight particularly miserable."

It was a nightmare... not the way you want to start a vacation. I had difficulty booking my daughter's seat online for the return, but didn't have access to phone service while abroad. In my complaint letter to Swiss Air I requested they place us together. I never got a response and upon check in, they had my son and me in our purchased seats and my daughter at the back of the plane. I asked them if they could do anything about it (I was even willing to give up my seats to move to the back...) yet no one seemed concerned or interested in helping to make this work. They also had no knowledge of my complaint or appeared concerned about my prior experience. I'm so over Swiss Air. My experience with the employees on the phone prior to my first departure, the lack of response to my email, and a disinterested and inattentive staff on my return, have all convinced me to choose a different airline next time."

Minusy: "The flight from Nairobi to Zurich starts in Nairobi, flies an hour south to Dar es Salaam, you then sit on the tarmac for an hour, then you fly north for an hour until you get back to the starting point. I would think they would save money if they flew an empty plane down to Dar es Salaam, picked up those passengers and then flew back to Nairobi. No way should an 8.5 hour flight take over 11.5 hours. Plus my screen didn't work for one of the flights, nearly 12 hours without entertainment was BS. No real variety in their meals either. The first leg had a main meal of beef and potatoes as the meat option, same option for the second leg."
Plusy: "Crew was amazing. So patient and accommodating, even when passengers were a bit impatient. Cabin was clean, and it was good to have blankets and pillow on a long flight."
Minusy: "Boarding was a bit chaotic. Food was okay but not substantial. Comfort was terrible in my seat - for some reason I had a seat with a metal box underneath so I could not stretch my legs. And the fellow next to me, in the middle, was over 6 feet and was VERY uncomfortable, even though he had legroom. There were good options for entertainment, but it was unreliable and had to be restarted once. Also, the screen was terrible quality and I could not see no matter how I adjust the screen angle or the light."
Plusy: "my wife needed a wheelchair, so we were whisked between terminals. but if we had had to negotiate that long distance by ourselves we would probably have missed the connection because there was only an hour layover and the distance between gates was great"

Minusy: "The Swissair website did not have my information available. Stood next to Passport Control for an hour (!) for a glitch they couldn't resolve before boarding. Flight was delayed 90 minutes. Worse quality beef on a flight ever, and that's hard to do. In my 1.5 million miles flown, these were the least comfortable, cramped seats I have ever experienced. I am only 5'7", 150lbs, but for the first time ever could not reach my belongings in the under-the-seat space in front of me. Seriously, it was that cramped."

They tried to hold me back in a separate area after the screening and I once again told them my fiancee was waiting for me. One staff memeber walked with me half way back to get her and then disappeared. By the time I found her and came back, the staff memeber was no where to be found. Now we had lost are spot in the line and had to go to the back of the line. We spoke to 3 different staff people about what was going on and everyone said, oh the guy over there will help you. But no one did. The staff had No idea how to run a security check or handle paople. There was No working wifi! There was no tvs in the seats, only the old style in the aisle. The staff told me the plan was going to retire at the end of the month. The food was more for animals then for humans! We got updates by txt 10 mins before the staff updated the gate on our flight out from SFO. I have traveled all over the world with a lot of airlines and Never had such a poor service, but what is it to expect. It was United after all!"

The flight was long, so comfort would be nice! Our first flight was regular seats and I was pretty miserable and I am a slender woman 5'6". The extra 3" was great, and we had to pay more on the return trip. The FAA should be investigating seat size and safety on planes."

All beverages are given out in small cups, even water is given out in small cups increments (finish in one gulp), they don't even give out small bottles of water. No complimentary packet (eye shades, socks etc.) , not even a barf bag for collecting trash."

If you stretched out under the seat in front you were ok but draw your knees up... I wore short trousers for comfort and have sore points on my knees where they rubbed against the material of the chair in front."

If a passenger is taller than average, and the flight is more than 60 minutes, provide comfortable seating at no extra charge. If a customer has a short layover, which their system knows about since it is the sourve of the flight plans, put the customer toward the front of the aircraft since these flights are habitually late and customers end up having to sprint through airports to try to make connections."

The blanket was hardly a blanket and more like a towel. We then luckily could switch seats as there were 2 vacant. But, the air conditioner was leaking water in the seat to our left. The crew was callous and just stuck the passenger with some napkins saying it does that. I don't fly Delta a lot and my experience in this trip isn't inspiring much confidence."

"I had to cancel my trip because of COVID delta. My brother who I visiting got scared and didn’t want me to visit. I paid for insurance that you provided through your site. Allianz hidden in terms that canceling because of COVID fear isn’t covered. I was never offered insurance through delta on your site witch I would have bought. Delta isn’t even giving me a credit for a flight and keep my money. What a scam and I’m very disappointed in the services I received."
