The lavatory at the back of the plane was filthy by the end of the flight. I don't understand why the flight attendants feel to good to clean the lavatories for their passengers. We are stuck on a flying can for 9-10 hours and deserve to have clean lavatories during that time. At one point, I was thirty and approached the back of the plane. When I entered the rear galley, the ladies looked at me like I was intruding. If self-service is not available for passengers, then flight attendants should be prepared to serve their customers."

Lufthansa keeps dropping quality of service. The food is just awful and I noticed other passengers also skipped the meals. They used Boeings before now just Airbus that feel old and are as comfortable as a bus. However Lufthansa seem to be the cheapest option so I should not complain.

Flight from SFO-Frankfurt was suddenly cancelled. Was on the phone for a long time being bounced back and forth between Kayak and Lufthansa, only for us to have an 18-hr layover in Frankfurt. This incident was poorly handled and we will not be usinh Kayak in the future.

Seats had no padding. Uncomfortable. Everything was held up because of SLOW people with multiple children.

They expected us at the airport, helped us through the entire checkin with a smile, helpful information and care. They brought us and our dog to TSA and after boarding confirmed that our dog had been loaded and safely taken care of. The cabin crew also checked on us and our in cabin dog. I don't know any other airline that makes traveling with a dog so easy and pleasant."

Lot był rezerwowany na godzinę 16:25. Nikt nie poinformował nawet o odwołaniu tego lotu. Dowiedziałem się dopiero po telefonie do linii lotniczych kiedy to postanowiłem zadzwonić, bo nie mogłem się odmeldować online kilka godzin przed podróżą na lotnisko... Przez co z lotniska do domu wróciliśmy nad ranem, a plany były wrócić za widoku dnia poprzedniego... Brak szacunku do klienta i jawna kpina ze strony KLM

Wylot opóźniony o ponad godzinę bez podania przyczyn. Walizka nie doleciała. Odbiór,gdy dotarła tylko z lotniska, nie dostarczają do hotelu. KLM przesyłał mi informacje po holendersku zamiast po angielsku.

There was already a group forming a line at zone 4 for a good 15mins and another group created another line just 5mins before boarding and the 1st group had to re-queue. A few of us voiced out to the floor crew but they did nothing. Earphones. Could be supplied first since the flight is suffisent for a movie.

The intial transit time was about 3hrs but the flight schedule was changed resulting to about 9hrs wait at the airport. Thanks to the Service representative I was given 100 Denmark money for food. I was very tired and the 9hrs wait didn't help. Overall, the Service was good. Maybe this was a one off but I wish I knew. I was going to get some rest in a holtel."

Minusy: "The crew forgot to start serving the final meal until 40 minutes before we landed which resulted in them nearly throwing food at people so that they could quickly get through the plane and sit again before descent. I was not able to choose my seat and was seated in the back of the plane. Consequently this meant that every parent on the plane with two-year-olds decided that the best place to let them stretch their little legs was back by me. I work with small children so I understand that when they reach that age all they want to do is kick and punch, but I didn't want to end my vacation by having half a dozen two-year-olds punch my leg or try to crawl under my chair as they wandered nearby. I still have bruises."

Minusy: "However, they need to fix their boarding process. My partner and I were flying from CDG to Boston and had 3 hours for a layover. We figured that we'd check in, get a sandwich and use the restroom, but that didn't happen. We stood on line for over an hour to check our bags! The rest of the airport was also busy, so we spent the rest of our time in passport control and security. I had a similar experience when I was leaving the states, where I spent an hour checking in my luggage. Please, Norwegian, there are solutions to this check in problem and I think you need to find them."

Minusy: "Loved the idea that I could select a hot snack. The photo showed a delicious looking piece of pizza and when I asked to confirm whether it was indeed pizza, I was told yes. Instead I got a large hot pocket with questionable cheese. It was pretty unappetizing seeing that it was heated in a plastic wrap. I really did not want to eat it but was famished. I did not get what was sold to me."

Minusy: "After our initial meal, we got no more drinks or snacks for 8 hours. We were hungry and thirsty - and we were in premium seats. Perhaps they can serve the second meal sooner or at least offer some chips or snacks a few hours after the first meal. This was not an overnight flight."

Minusy: "Departed over 90 minutes late. Captain said it was due to late inbound flight although aircraft was at gate at scheduled departure time. We started boarding almost on time and then sat in airplane about 90 minutes."
Plusy: "The flight from Rome to Oakland was comfortable, even in economy class. Bags and meals were free, which is a nice touch, and on-board entertainment was exceptional. The hot dinner was decent: chicken or meat ravioli."
Minusy: "There were no choices for the lunch: a sandwich with no meat. The bathroom was out of paper towels half way throught the flight, and out of tp near the end."
Plusy: "The flight had status of delayed for 24hours due to technical difficulties. No updates were provided, except to wait while they check the issue. Given the technical issues for 24hours there should have been another plane provided for the 300+ passengers."

Minusy: "I bought the ticket at the last minute and couldn't pre-pay for luggage or food. The food cost me and my companion $50 for sandwiches, snacks and drinks. Even water and soda is $3 for a small can. If you want a blanket, they charge, if you want anything, they charge. Luggage was over $80. Just pay more for a different airline, it will be less."

Minusy: "The cabin crew didn't have any personality, and didn't look happy most of the time, a smile goes along way. When you look for a cost effective flight especially when flying with family including 2 young children you think it is good that the flight costs were quite good, however when you add in the additional baggage fees each way and the reserving you seats so you can all sit together the overall flight costs including the extortionate food prices on board makes them out to be much the same if not higher than that of one of the premium airlines that already include all those things in your flight cost. Not to mention when arriving home in Boston around 40 passengers bags had been left in London and there was NO Norweign staff available to help with this, it tool numerous requests from passengers as well as the flight services people to get a Norweign member of staff to come and help. SO there were a lot of unhappy passengers. I will be seriously considering whether i use Norweign any more in the future because of this."
Plusy: "Economy Seats were comfortable"
Minusy: "Information about system for ordering food was very problematic. I was not informed that I needed to order food 3 online days in advance. I tried to order it while checking in online because I realised only at that point that it was likely I would have to order in advance...I was charged but did not receive what I ordered. One crew member was nice, the others were not. When checking in at the airport the staff desk attendant was very rude. Too many hidden costs. Paying for extras like food and luggage does not make the price economical."

Minusy: "Not knowing about no food provided but had to buy and book meals 72 hours in advance, which I couldn't do, as it was last minute. No blankets or pillows were provided - had to buy a blanket. No headsets were available, which also had to be purchased, but received text notification to bring my own."
Plusy: "There was enough footroom that I could straighten my legs in coach. Most comfotable overseas flight I have ever had. Great selection of movies."
Minusy: "LAX going through rennovations. Had to take the bus to the airplane. They tried to cram too many people on one bus and had to offload some because they couldnt shut the doors. No free plain water offered on the flight. Had to buy all beverages."

Minusy: "Boarding was delayed with no explanation or update. Seat choice was an added cost. Baggage was an extra cost and even higher at check-in. You had to pay extra for a meal beforehand and if you didn’t there was nothing. You didn’t even get offered water or a soda on a 7 hour flight!"
Minusy: "The flight was operated by HiFly. Communication about delays (5+ hours) was terrible and non-existent for the most part."
