It's one thing to be uncomfortably warm on a flight; it's another thing when the flight crew lies to you. Further, I was not the only one to request that the temperature be reduced. This made an 11 hour flight particularly miserable."

The whole idea of booking a business class ticket is the extra comfort that comes with the lay flat seat or at absolute minimum on smaller planes the wider more comfortable seat. Neither of those were present on this flight. Calling this a business class is a rip off."

The seats are tight but I was in the economy plus section so I thought she should have let me recline instead of physically moving my seat upright. And for someone who cared so much about the seat at dinner no one cared about me the rest of the flight. I slept through breakfast and no one left me a tray even. Plus, I had my seat back the rest of the flight including landing which I didn't realize. Isn't it their job to ensure our seats are in upright positions in case we forget or don't realize? Just a very blasé crew."

Plusy: "My luggage was lost for two days on the flight from Tampa to Zurich and/or Zurich to Naples. It was delivered by the end of the second day. But before that I found out I could not choose seats online for any of the Swiss Air Flights to and from Europe. It "had to be done" at the airport. Why? Never explained. I called Travis International, the agency booking the flights. Totally useless conversation resulted with no explanation."
Minusy: "The Flights were longer than other airlines taking similar routes. The routing was absurd. To go from Naples to Munich and then turn around and go to Zurich before the 10 hour trip to Tampa made no sense. Lousy routing and customer service. Eidelswiss apparently is a lower-end branch of Swiss Air. My airfare was as much as and more than my other friends who flew Delta, for instance. Flights on other airlines did not take 10 hours from Zurich to Tampa. I lost the ticket receipts and could not claim anything for the items I bought to try get through the two full days without luggage, even though the airlines has a record of the claim. Outrageous!!"

Idea was she would place the dog on the table space next to her seat. It would be exactly the same for both seats. Do not know what they were thinking. There were other business class seats on the other side that had the table space ext to the window away from the aisle. That would make sense for the lady with dog. Business class was full and I was the last to get on, 45 minute connection in Zurich from terminal A to E, my seat was given. But as I objected, they moved the dog lady and gave me back my seat. But they never asked a person in the seat that would have made sense to give her to trade seats."

One guy in particular, a tall greying man evoked the worst stereotypes of brutal secret policemen. Perhaps he formerly worked for Stasi or he was having testosterone problems. When we were almost halfway there we were told to turn around and that the flight in fact was not canceled. The food was mediocre at best in the service on the plane was in adequate. They were understaffed and staff to peer to be stressed and fatigued. The seats were small and cramped and not well padded in the economy section. We are going to be flying on Lufthansa in the spring and will hope that their services are better than what we experienced on Austrian air."

Minusy: "When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry."

Minusy: "I did not get my luggage in Nairobi. The delayed flight that was the most likely reason it did not get to the connecting flight to Nairobi."

Minusy: "Aircraft was not very clean,the staff seamed quite harsh at times when speaking to customers. The food was really quite poor but it was a short flight to be honest. Overall not as pleasant as the China Southern flights. I would not like to choose them again unless i had to."

Minusy: "The plane was dirty, all seats did not have pillows and blankets. Seating was not very comfortable, particularly as there was a box attached to one of the legs of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to move my legs to an uncomfortable angle."

Minusy: "I have a dairy allergy but had no option to prepurchase a dairy free meal. It made for a very unenjoyable flight as I couldn't eat anything they had. What was worse was after I told them of my situation they said they understood and had a meal that would do but there was cheese, yogurt, milk chocolate, etc."

Minusy: "That I was forced to check my baggage. I never received a chain ticket for my luggage. The flight has a 32 hour layover and KLM lost my luggage and it was not found until a week after my arrival back home. I still have not received my bag at this time. The boarding crew was manually tracking who boarded and who didn't. It was a cluster."

Plusy: "Smooth flight from Copenhagen to Berlin - uneventful which is good. They even offered free coffee and tea."

Minusy: "There was a baggage strike in Copenhagen. We sat on the tarmac for about an hour awaiting a gate opening. The flight to Chicago took off an hour late and we missed our connecting flight into Columbus. And our bags never arrived in Chicago."

Minusy: "Handling of delay: - Massive delays and time wasted with individual case handling at the transfer centre in CPH when a more efficient group/bulk handling of passengers on the same flight with similar cases would make more sense. Handling of baggage during the delay. Un-necessary additional delays with baggage handling due to poor management."

Plusy: "The promptness of leaving and arriving. The general friendliness of the crew."
Minusy: "Movie selection is not great. Food was ok maybe slightly better than most airline food. My dissatisfaction is with Washington airport. J had two hours between flights and because of total mismanagement in immigration I missed my flight to atlanta. Totally unacceptable. I might not even get on the ten pm flight."

Minusy: "Voucher does not show details of check-in baggage limitations (limited to 20 KG.) and has to use Oslo airport self check-in which is quite confusing for inter-continental traveller.."

It was not clear from iceland air website that i had to checkin with SAS. First stood in line for iceland air then had to go stand in line again for company handling SAS. Spent way too much time online doing this. Otherwise trip was fine."

Minusy: "No food service on a four hour flight that departed at 11am. Except soggy sandwiches for purchase. I recommend taking your own food. Plane not very clean."

Minusy: "I had to pay 66 Euros for checked in luggage even though at no point during booking was this made known to me. I thoroughly checked the conditions and had no option but to pay at check-in."

Minusy: "Taking a bus from the airplane to Frankfurt Airport is less than ideal, but it worked fine."

Minusy: "The crew on the Chicago/Copenhagen legs were rude and curt. Food was horrible. The dates on our entres indicated that the meal was packed 10 months prior! The snack cakes that came with the meal were sickly sweet. The salads on both legs had brown leaves."

Example: he was asking for our trash and he took my water bottle and smashed it in front of my face not once but twice. All the othe flight attendants were lovely . Also the seats are crammed into the plane. I had the passenger in front of me lean all the way back the entire flight -- just to try and reach something off the floor was impossible because of the tight space."
