I like the seats (reclining back with the seat bottom moving forward) except the seat bottom is entirely too hard and was bad for my back. The hot towels are a welcome touch. The ride was smooth, the pilots did a very good job."

Minusy: "The leg room was great, but as a broad-shouldered guy, the width of the seat was miserable. Unfortunately, the Delta 767 doesn't offer any upgrade for a wider seat beyond Delta One, and my employer won't spring for that. Too bad there isn't a premium economy option. Also, the entertainment unit in the seat next to mine malfunctioned, which you wouldn't think would impact me that much except that because it was "seeing" touches randomly throughout the flight, the screen would turn on, off, brighter, dimmer, play random stuff, and just generally be as annoying as possible to everyone nearby throughout an overnight flight."

Flight was delayed 45 minutes because a flight attendant was running late and then to top it off, at the end of. The flight the attendants blocked anyone fromaim cabin from leaving until all of first class had departed, even when no one was coming they still Blocked it off. This is a practice I have never seen on delta and haven't seen in aviation in almost 20 years in the US"

Delayed because one of the bathroom doors wasn't working, 30 min later still wasn't fixed and ultimately they decided to go without it."

We paid extra for the convenience of a direct flight Our flight was changed without notification to a connecting flight that was leaving 10 minutes earlier and arriving 2 hours later. Due to malfunction with the kiosk and not a sufficient amount of agents at check in, we missed our flight by 4 minutes. The gate agent seemed to enjoy telling us, with our 10 month old baby, that we were too late. Our baggage, including car seat, had been loaded on the plane. We were reassigned to a flight the following morning. We missed a full day with family, had to travel back home without a car seat and return to the airport the following day. I was shocked and disappointed that not single Delta agent was accommodating or remotely helpful while we were at the airport. I've never had a problem with Delta before. We travel on regularly and would like to continue using Delta. I would like a voucher for my next Delta trip."

After waiting in line for 2 hours, the ticket agent handed me a card and said I had to call the 800 number. The person on the phone said I had to talk to ticket agent to go standby on a flight to Munich and the ticket agent told me I had to call. I was caught in a loop and no one helped. Then when it became apparent I wasn't getting out that night I was informed that there were no hotel vouchers and I would have to find my own hotel! After searching for an hour for a hotel (all were sold out in Boston) I called a friend who lives outside of Boston. No one gave me a taxi voucher because it was not to a hotel. LUFTHANSA customer service is the WORST!!!!!!!!"

Plusy: "The flight was fine. However, because of a potential snow storm in Boston for 3/21, the flight with Lufthansa was cancelled. We were switched to TAP Portugal for the 22nd. When we arrived at Logan airport, we were told by TAP the flight is overbooked, but there is a chance we will get seats. We did get seats at the last moment, always kept abreast by TAP representatives. The flight was a non-stop flight, leaving at 6 PM arriving by 6 AM, far better than the connections with changes the day before."

Minusy: "Late arrival in Munich, missed connection to Krakow, no rebooking and nobody cared that we, 3 people, get to our destination the same day. Spent 12 hours ( 10 am to 10 pm ) at Munich airport not knowing if and/or when we get on the plane, hoping to be on 10 pm flight, not making any connection all day long. Suggestions to fly through different city or on different airline we’re met with shrug and “ not possible “ reply. Having one Omaha Krakow Lufthansa ticket made no difference to anybody. Horrible experience specially that one of us was 80 years old. Will never fly with Lufthansa again. None of my friends will. Dreading my flight back. Kasia Bradley"

Minusy: "This was a 747, but in economy they've configured it with newer 10 across rows like they do on the new Dreamliner, which I hate. These new seats are much narrower in width (not ideal, but fair enough, the airline wants to maximise capacity) and much harder to sit on for a long haul flight (much less ideal, after a couple hours, the seats were just plain uncomfortable, by the end of the flight really unbearable). The food (pasta) was not particularly good and not to the usual standard I expected for Lufthansa. Staff were efficient, but not particularly friendly. To be honest, I've had better flights in terms of comfort on the likes of Ryanair and Thomas Cook."

We were not allowed to board our flight and the passport office is closed until Tuesday. As a result we lost $700 dollars to the hotel booked and Lufthansa may not reimburse us for the flights which were over $2000. Absolutely horrible service, no help. Negligent in informing us rapier when i chose seats for the flight. The flight was also delayed 2 and a half hours. We now have no vacation for which we paid $3000."

I had two small children kicking the back f my seat for the duration of our six and half hour flight. My largest complaint is that I was unable to sleep a wink on the overnight flight due to the excessive heat in the plane. In my experience decent airlines provide their guests with air conditioning so that they can breathe and rest easy. I was absolutely miserable thanks to the heat."

Minusy: "The plane was dirty, all seats did not have pillows and blankets. Seating was not very comfortable, particularly as there was a box attached to one of the legs of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to move my legs to an uncomfortable angle."

This should be fixed immediately and I think I should receive something for the inconvenience and in return for the high price ticket I purchased!"

Plusy: "good service in spite of rather crammed conditions and short flight, UK newspaper was available, plenty of leg room (biz class consisting of one row in the front:))) - the lucky 4 in that 1st row were the only ones to get food, and also drink for free, it seems... and yes, the flight was short and otherwise uneventful, I was the 1st to walk off the plane."
Minusy: "The plane was a tiny oldish commuter jet with 2 seats on each side of the aisle. In "biz class" you still had to rub elbows with your neighbor, something other airlines with newer planes have sorted out, but allowing extra space between seats.... but overall, for a short flight (not much longer than an average subway commute in NYC), it really was not a huge deal...."

Minusy: "Boarding in EU was chaotic. They didn't board on groups. Slow check in at Munich."

Minusy: "the baggage check was a zoo. there was only one finnair representative, who was LATE. the baggage check was opened only 1.5 hours before the flight, causing a massive line."

Minusy: "The crew seemed quite stressed, when I asked to store my wedding dress in the crew closet they were very short with me, which made me feel really guilty about it, as the stewardess obviously thought I was very troublesome, but they did allow it. The food was quite bland. The entertainment was much more limited than most international flight lines."

Plusy: "Friendly crew. Finnair subcontract to British Airways so this was a BA flight at a better price. Flight was far from full enabling me to stretch out."
Minusy: "Unable to pre select seats because the arrangement makes you neither a full BA or Finnair customer. Food was just about edible and that was the better non vegetable option. The plane was old and the in in seat screens were old too, with poor resolution (no touch screen to illustrate the aging technology). Although the entertainment selection was relatively current the aging connection in the arm rest, coupled with cheap ear buds made for a poor listening experience."

Plusy: "It was not Finnair it was all British airways."

Minusy: "The seeds were too close together N20. You almost couldn't eat your food or all the laptop because you're so crowded."

Minusy: "Audio sockets had "scratchy" sound quality, no matter which headphones were employed Touch screens were very unresponsive and viewing listings was infuriatingly slow - I would prefer to use a simple list without pics"

Minusy: "your customer service agent refused to help, and I had to fly to New York and take a different flight to London, and the whole thing cost me an extra $2900."

Plusy: "Maybe they should call these flights "Byzantine Airways". Finnair doesn't fly Boston to London, so my Finnair flight was on British Airways, but I did it that way because BA wanted more money that day. As a flight, it was OK. I don't think I have much to say about Finnair."

Plusy: "We were booked in business class for no additional charge."
Minusy: "The movies shown were black and white old films."

Plusy: "This was actually a USAirways flight now rebranded as American. A lot of people had to check baggage. There was no in-seat video entertainment. The crew were surly."

Plusy: "The configuration of the seats are really awkward. Seems very interesting at a glance, but not so nice when you have to sit in it for 10 hours. The business class seats are very narrow. I'm pretty petite so it was okay for me, but I think an average or bigger than average person would have a hard time turning at all while the seat is in lie flat position. I had a window seat which gives you more privacy as long as you have the divider up between you and the passenger next to you. You are really arm length away from each other though. And! You can't have the divider down the entire time because they serve your meals by passing it over to you across your neighbor through the divider. The divider is also required to be down during taxi, take off and landing. So, I'd imagine it to be very awkward if you're sitting next to a total stranger. You also have to straddle over someone's legs if you want to get out of your seat to the bathroom if you have window seats."

Plusy: "Seats are snug. You get to know your neighbors really well."

Plusy: "Very friendly and helpful cabin crew. Excellent boarding procedures. The food wasn't awful. Everyone seemed relaxed and upbeat...maybe because the holidays are approaching."
Minusy: "The rolls were ice cold, and the butter was not real butter. My husband found the seats cramped, and little foot room. I'm 5'2" and they were ok for me. The child behind me screamed and then projectile vomited for the last half hour of the flight, which can't be laid at BS's door. Many people were still on their cell phones and laptops during the whole takeoff, despite multiple announcements. I would have kicked them off."
