"The staff between IAD and Copenhagen was not friendly"

It was only compounded by the fact that when we were landing, another attendant insisted I put seat completely upright, and when I told her it had been broken the entire trip, she began forcefully shoving my seat. Not awesome."

Minusy: "My flight was cancelled and no one notified me! Instead, FlyUs.com placed me on a different SAS flight that had a 15 minute layover in Copenhagen. Needless to say, I would have missed the flight from Copenhagen. I realized the issue the day-of, spent hours on the phone trying to book a different flight through the customer services at FlyUs.com (stupid company!), and was finally rebooked by SAS on a different airline. When I called SAS directly, they immediately took care of the situation and handled it well, but I wasted an entire day dealing with FlyUs.com, waiting on confirmation for a flight that I was never going to receive. The whole experience was awful."

The woman making the announcements on the plane was extremely soft spoken and the PA system was static-y so I could neither hear nor understand any of the announcements. The refrigeration system for the food also broke down on the plane so we weren't fed our second meal. Instead, they chose the cheapest and most unappealing snack of plain almonds to give us. Despite confirming our luggage situation with us at the first airport repeatedly (because of our connecting flight) SAS still temporarily lost our baggage when we arrived at our final destination and caused us to stay an additional hour at the airport after already having spent an exhausting day travelling."

That airline was upset, though, because SAS did not call them or notify them that we had been switched to their airline."

Minusy: "Checkin was a disaster, girl was not aware of anything she was doing and after over ten minutes of explainatiin she still put me and my bags on a wrong flight. Lady at the boarding gate tried to help and finally managed to send me and my bag in the same flight. Even bigger disappointment was that I booked a business class seat and paid three times more money then a normal economy ticket, there wasn't any business class seat and all seats were occupied in the front rows. Staff was generally rude and not willing to help."

Also staff just let people leave their windows open which was crazy coz most passengers are tired from other trips and of course in Europe you can hardly see anyone letting the elderly and children have any first priority boarding or let alone line up. I had my disabled husband and a young active little grandchild... Cathay Pacific, PAL,KAL, CAL are great about priority boarding for the elderly and children. Its sad your company do not have compassion or empathy for families with little children and the elderly population.. They really suffer!"

Minusy: "We arrived at the airport 2.5 hours earlier than departure as suggested. They opened check in for Naples on the boards but the agents would not let anyone for Naples check in/bag drop. Once allowed it was chaos in the line. Once we got through security our flight posted as “boarding”. We got there in time but the unnecessary rush was uncomfortable and chaotic."

Plusy: "I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"
Minusy: "That I wa given false information that cost me a huge amount of money, And that the booking page does not make it easy to add baggage information."

The space in the seat is very limited and cramped, I was very uncomfortable in the chair with my knees pushed into the back of the seat in front. I am 6ft 1in which is tall but not that tall. Anyone taller might not be able to get into the seat at all. There was a problem with the website so we couldn't check in online and we had tried to change our flight a few days earlier but the website again didn't work, we tried to call a call centre whose number was on there, didn't work."

Minusy: "I went up to the check in desk 4 hours prior check since this was a connecting flight.I asked the employee when can I check in,she told me 1 and a half hour prior boarding,when I walked back the same person told me I have to pay 35 euros for not checking in online.I told her that I have been flying for about 20 years but I have never been charged for checking in at the airport and I also told her she should have told me when I asked her hours before.She just ignored me and gave me a shitty attitude at the Frankfurt airport.I was expecting a professional costumer service,like that I'm being used to by other airlines,but it was a total disappointment."

Minusy: "Ponad godzina opóźnienia !!! Ale to można zrozumieć. Po wejściu do hali odlotów, pomimo elektronicznej odprawy, posiadaniu wydruku z adnotacją Priority i bagażu podręcznego należy się odprawić przy stanowisku nadawania bagaży (kolejka sic !) w celu otrzymania tzw. paper ticket. Oczywiści w moim przypadku nie dodano czerwonej naklejki Priority Boarding !!! Obsługa przy boardingu nie respektuje usługi pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład. Pierwszeństwo jest tylko przy przejściu do hali tuż przed wejściem do busa lotniskowego. Potem już i tak wszyscy jadą wspólnie, więc pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład nie ma. Dodatkowo jeśli zostaniesz skierowany przez kolejnego niekompetentnego pracownika lotniska DWC do niewłaściwego z dwóch autobusów (jeden podjeżdża do przednich schodów, drugi do tylnych) musisz się przeciskać przez cały, pełen pasażerów i bagaży pokład samolotu, ponieważ procedury !!! nie pozwalają przejść do odpowiedniego wejścia, np. tylnego mając miejsca 29. Nigdy więcej Wizzair, którego pracownicy pokładu twierdzą, że odprawa i boarding nie jest zależny od firmy Wizzair. Tylko dlaczego to Wizzair pobiera opłatę za usługi typu Pierwszeństwo wejścia na pokład ?"

Minusy: "15 minut opóźnienia lądowania (opóźnienie nastąpiło już przy przygotowaniach do startu). Załoga bardzo szybko mówiła komunikaty w trakcie lotu przez co były trudne do zrozumienia."

Plusy: "Ogólnie to tylko miła obsługa jest na plus, reszta to porażka."
Minusy: "Nie dość, że lot był opóźniony, to zmieniono bramkę na oddaloną od pierwotnej o kilometry, trzeba było się cofnąć do sali odlotów, później dwa przystanki kolejką i jeszcze maszerować dobre 400m. Jak już wsiedliśmy, to pilot zakomunikował, że postoimy przy terminalu jakieś 40 minut, bo korytarze powietrzne zwężone, czy coś w tym rodzaju. Na ciepło posiłki tylko po starcie. Masakra jakaś."

Plusy: "In flight snacks were good. Staff pleasant."
Minusy: "Getting through security was a stressful nightmare. I had no idea what to put where. Was just given a tray and expected to know. Signs said inhalers needed to be in plastic bag but website said meds were ok but keep handy. Threatening notices said if you get it wrong your bag will be searched and you can be delayed for up to half an hour (the inference being you could miss your flight). Vowed not to fly again although may get over it!"

Minusy: "Wszystko. Zwlaszcza trzymanie ludzi w samolocie na pasie startowym przez 1.15h . Brak dostatecznej ilosci jedzenia i napojow na pokladzie."

Minusy: "Odlot opóźniony o 3h."

Plusy: "The fact that I won’t fly this airline again."
Minusy: "We were delayed 1 hour on the ground in Dublin. The captain never addressed the passengers and the crew - despite being asked to allow passengers with tight connections to depart first - never allowed this to happen. Insensitive and uncaring. We almost missed a connection that would hav caused us to lose $7000. When the crew was asked to find out if we could make up time in the air they never came back with an answer. Thanks Ryan air - next time take a lesson from Southwest Airlines."

Minusy: "Flight was delayed by 1h40, seats cramped, take off and landing uncomfortable, Ryanair’s policy of enforcing hold baggage, Ryanair’s bully tactics of sitting passengers separately even if tickets are booked and checked in together, basically everything Ryanair did"

Minusy: "Flight a bit late without much explanation. Constant raucous announcements on board but couldn’t understand any of them. Probably trying to sell us stuff"

Minusy: "Na lotnisku w Krakowie trzeba było BARDZO długo czekać na walizki. Pociągi z lotniska w Krakowie na dworzec główny jezdzą co godzinę co jest niedopuszczalne. (Przez długi czas oczekiwania na walizki spóźniłem się na pociąg)"

Minusy: "Opóźniony lot o 1 godzinę. Brak jakiejkolwiek informacji o opóźnieniu. Brak jakichkolwiek przeprosin."

Minusy: "Nie mam zastrzeżeń do tego lotu i przewoźnika, wszystko ok."

Minusy: "Long boarding process - mass confusion and aggravation. Lots of angry passengers because of baggage fees."

Plusy: "I liked that we landed safely and could go about our day, putting this experience behind me, after only an hour delay."
Minusy: "Checking in at the Marrakech airport was a nightmare. People had to guess where to line up. There were two lines. A woman working with passengers seemed efficient and friendly. Unfortunately, I was not in her line. The dude who "helped" me hated the world and everyone in front of him. Their computers were down, and he had to hand write the boarding passes (?!). He really resented doing this for people and let them know. Once at the gate we had to get in a line, to get in another line outside, to get in another line to board, and of course we sat on the tarmac due to delays. I had to check a bag at the gate for being slightly too big. That's fine. But really, I end up paying what I would for a more professional (not "low-fare") airline. No one wants to be here. Not the employees, and not the passengers."

Plusy: "efficient, nice clean and 'modern' plane interior - no more garish yellow interiors!"
Minusy: "Up stairs and down stairs.... Wasn't particularly cheap.... public transport to and from schoenfield is excellent"

Minusy: "Stansted Airport was just a complete shambles. Ryanair used a gate thhar had almost no seating and the flight left 30 minutes late."

Minusy: "All the process was tedious. If you dont print your boarding pass before hand, be ready to pay about $25 a piece for them to "print" it. (not even printed, is handwritten). Between other things. Not enough characters left to tell everything. Overall, a terrible airline."

Minusy: "Their website is extremely hard to use. I was unable to pay for my bags online and yet they advertize 25 euros a bag. I was charged 49 euros per bag at the airport.It costs more for your bag than for yourself to fly. I was not the only person in line at the baggage counter who had the same complaint. A family was charged over 300 euros for their luggage and they stated the same complaint that they were unable to pay for their luggage online. They are actually the most expensive way to travel."

Minusy: "Very uncomfortable. Seats way too close. Boarding process was slow and inefficient. Told to take a small bag not to exceed 10Kg and noticed no one except us followed that requirement. Stupid for 5 days in Santorini. 10 Kg is nothing. Ryanair was the most unhelpful unresponsive airline I have ever dealt with NEVER fly with them EVER again. No flexibility, poor communications and customer service STINKS!"
