"I liked absolutely nothing about this. The worst airline I have ever dealt with. We missed our flight. As we were boarding the flight (we arrived well in advance) the flight attendant demanded a negative covid test. We were asked for vaccine cards at checkin, never a negative covid test. They asked us to rebook the flight, thus we missed our flight, had to book a hotel, all of our luggage was going straight to Miami so we have no change of clothes. An absolute nightmare. Next, I stood in line for OVER 2 hours to get on the next flight. They gave no apology or explanation as to the 2 hr wait, nor why we weren’t informed of the negative COVID test in advance. They then recommended a covid testing center in the airport that charged 169 euro a person. I refused and found another less expensive yet approved center. I will NEVER use this airline again, I will never recommend it and I will never come back to Germany. The entire Frankfort airport staff was wretched. Awful experience."

Im really upset and I don’t think That I’m going to book with this aero line again."

On the return flight to Tampa when the suitcase arrived it was missing two of the four wheels in the corner was completely ripped off which was exposing what was inside. The handling of the suitcases is awful and she should receive a replacement suitcase"

We are a family of 5 and we didn't have space to put even one hand baggage! Unacceptable!"

I have been a nurse for 24 years and i simply asked for a cool cloth for a gentleman sitting next to me that was feeling ill and very pale. India returned with 5 emesis bags and no cloth and never once came back to check on the gentleman!!! I really wish it was not a full flight because i would have advised him to puke all over everything. How hard was it to provide a cool cloth?? Really? I know first class has wash cloths and that was an easy request. And the fact that she never came back to see if we needed anything or to tell us she did not have a cloth for him. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will think twice about flying Air Canada again. Thank god for good citizeans willing to help strangers in a time of need."

Plusy: "Boarding went smoothly. I liked that I could choose an exit row seat when I checked in and didn't have to pay extra. The crew was friendly. The plane seemed nice and new"
Minusy: "The leg room was a bit tight, and the guy behind me kept putting his knees into my back. I don't know if it was poor seat design or what, but he wasn't particularly tall."
Minusy: "There was a screaming child and nothing was done about it the entire flight."

Minusy: "I had to check my bag at the desk which I had not anticipated. When I checked in at the kiosk I was told I could only take a personal item - no carry-in size bag - because of my ticket classification. Very disappointed to have to spend $30 I did not plan on."
Minusy: "Delayed for like 12 hours.... I ended up just going home! This flight was important to me and it's sad the service I got. Crew didn't even offer water when we were in plane for 3+ hours. We we're in the plane with no ac. Huge dissapointment"

Minusy: "Lost my second luggage wishes I paid $60 for it and no one couldn’t help"

Minusy: "The flight was delayed several times by 15 minutes. Not sure why they could not tell us how long the flight would be delayed all at once. They track the flight and know when it will land, don’t they?"
Plusy: "They actually checked sizes of some “carryons.” Of course, it’s a cash cow for the carrier. The checkers should get 20% of the fee collected for checking oversized carryons at the gate."
Minusy: "There are faster, more efficient ways to load and unload passengers."
Minusy: "I had very little time to make my connection in Newark. Other airports/airlines have given me a short connection pass which has allowed passengers to make their connection with less stress. The security line inNewsrk was ridiculous. I spoke to a TSA agent who couldn’t have cared less if I missed my flight and a United representative who told me to “just try.” In the end, I had to ask other passengers if I could go ahead of them. While I made my flight with a few minutes to spare, the process could have been much easier and the United Rep could have done more. He could have just called the gate at the very least to let them know I was coming. Apathy is not an indication of good customer service."
Minusy: "There was no free in-flight entertainment available on the tv screens. Half of the screens didn't work. The seat belts were not long enough to accommodate the passenger sitting beside me. The space for my personal item was smaller than the other flight."
Plusy: "Great flight experience thank you United."
Plusy: "Having a direct flight across the country was a good thing. That was about the only positive, well that & we did land safely."
Minusy: "Ticket agent said I could take my bag on the plane. Gate agent told me my bag not I were going on the plane unless I paid $50 to put the bag below if I wanted to get in the plane. Very matter of fact & rude. I was just about the last person they let board so there really wasn't a chance to discuss with them. No WiFi on a cross country plane, lame. No access to the headrest video screen w/o paying for it, lame. Snotty unconcerned flight attendants as well. Overall one of the worst flights I've had in memory. I would pay more next time to fly another airline."
Plusy: "I had no problems the gate agent was very nice and I did get the basic economy which that only did I have to pay for my bags but I also got the last seat in the back in the corner which is OK I guess I’ll pay more attention to the fair I still probably saved a little money but I don’t know that I save that much I think that sometimes the boarding agent needs to pay attention to the carry-on luggage for sure bring a lot carry-on luggage which doesn’t allow for others to have carry-on luggage who were in the later groups and then they get penalized with their bags being checked as there’s no more room and they’re not basic economy but other than that I like taking United they have nonstop service between Orlando in Houston and it’s been a wonderful experience most of the time and I think the airlines do a pretty good job considering the traveling public themselves to be very challenging at times professionalism and courtesy works both ways and unfortunately people buy tickets and think that it’s a one-way street. they then run to the media who loves to make it about the big guy versus the little guy anyway good job united and I will continue to fly you when you’re the most appropriate carrier to get me to where I want to be."
Minusy: "Nothing I just need to pay more attention to my ticket purchase I didn’t realize it was a basic economy until after I bought it which meant I had to pay for my bags which added $50 to my fair which wasn’t that big a deal but then I got a seat all the way the back in the corner which really wasn’t that bad either but if I went to Carrynon a bag I was allowed to do so"

Minusy: "Took an extra 20 minutes to get our luggage as it came after everyone else's, of course."
Plusy: "Got in my seat and took off right on time. Courteous welcoming staff as we boarded and deplaned."
Minusy: "The servers serving drinks and snacks, never smiled never said your welcome...maybe having a bad day? Sucks we have to pay to watch anything on tv. We pay enough at least let's us have two hours of entertainment."
Plusy: "I fly about four times a year if not more. Always delays, missing my connections or running like a maniac trying to get to my connection. BUT. This was the first time in a very long time that I actually boarded on time."
Minusy: "The crew members for some reason had attitudes. The two/ plus hours in the plane , not one cracked a smile..One,literally threw a tiny bag of snacks on my tray, which bounced off and she proceeded to step on them .... oh well. I'll take a not-so-nice hostess over delays and missing connections . Maybe I'll find an airlines that can give me both?"
Plusy: "They have always treated me right, love the direct tv and seats are super comfy!"

Minusy: "They gave us free tv to watch but my headphones didn't work in the jack. Even the pair they gave me didn't work. Also my flight was almost an hour late."
Plusy: "Well, at least they gave me a blanket to sleep with."
Minusy: "You still have to pay to use tv, movies, and internet. The flight attendants did not give me any drink or snacks. They did not say goodbye or wish me a good time back home. Flying in the plane itself was awful, as it continuously shook even when weather was alright. The pilot seemed rude. No warnings from the pilot when we were going through bad weather - just a surprise "HANG ON" as the plane would shake in a frenzy. The chairs were also incredibly uncomfortable and very hard to relax on. I couldnt even sleep well, and it was an overnight trip. Seriously felt so disrespected by the crew and the company, and this experience was the same with all 4 flights I took (to portland and back). I will never again choose United."
Plusy: "It is really bad the seat to small for average person not leg room at all it is a flying school bus."
Plusy: "I did not like the plane ride. There were way to many things to comment on. Most importantly everyone of my.flights was delayed."
Plusy: "The seats were uncomfortable. The staff was cold. The food was horrible, I wasn't even able to eat some of it. The chicken was full of bones and grissle. The rest just tasted bad. Most of their planes did not have screens in the back of the seats. Instead they wanted you to watch on your personal device via their app which worked sub par. The baggage on the return flight was delayed and I almost missed my next flight even though I had a 2 hour 40 min layover. Thankfully that flight was delayed 1 hour and a half. Next time I will stick with airlines I know better. Delta, Emirates, and Qatar all offer superior service and upscale aircraft. The 2k spent was not worth what I received."

Minusy: "-Free Soda but charged for water -Had confirmed seats but then our party with 2 toddlers got split up -Semi convenient( rather small could hardly fit a 1 year old) changing table but then flight attendants threw a fit when a stinky diaper was changed in there. -Had to have special programs on device to even play anything, thought I had everything on for return flight to watch movies but nope still needed something extra Wifi only works for United App and Website -Waiting in the shorter line to preboard with our 2 toddlers only to be cut off by a Global Travel Program(?) family with 15+ people"

Minusy: "Flight boarded, no auxiliary power unit so no A/C in plane and Pilot unable to start aircraft engines. Stuck in aircraft away from gate for 30 min with no A/C. Finally moved to gate to wait for repairs and allowed to disembark. Flight 2 hours late to Orlando. Direct TV no audio in seat 11F entire flight and I WAS TRYING TO WATCH THE WORLD SERIES!"
Plusy: "There was a particular flight attendant that really went the extra mile for everyone. I wish I knew her name but she had blonde hair and wore glasses, I've never seen a more sincere flight attendant."
Minusy: "My seats! I was in the very last row right in front of bathroom"
Plusy: "Although the flight was cancelled due to the hurricane i got my money back."
Minusy: "That the flight was late because the problen with the air condition and that cost me more money"

Minusy: "Flight was delayed 3 1/2 hours... Took forever to get on plane once on plane people were in wrong seats so I had to keep getting up so they could figure out who was in the wrong seat. Just a mess. Even crew seemed annoyed. Finally got to Orlando at 3am suppose to be there at midnight."
Minusy: "I was thoroughly disappointed when I realized that I had to pay to get any type of entertainment on the in-flight screen. That feels like zero effort on the part of the airline to make my flight enjoyable."
Minusy: "After United made me miss my connecting flight, I got an alternate flight to a different airport, but not apology, no offer to upgrade, nothing. Already frustrated, and with my knees hitting the seat in front of me because the seats are too close together, a flight attendant scolded me when I dared put my leg in the aisle (which I often do on other airlines without incident). Once on the ground, I went straight to United's baggage office to see if my bag had followed me, and encountered two of the rudest people, cutting me off whenever I said anything more than they needed to enter into their computer. If your job is in customer service, be friendly, apologize when things go wrong, understand that your customers are your reason for being in business, and be helpful."
Minusy: "Again, spicy snack. Long flight, you had to have the latest app on your phone or pad to watch a movie, flight from Houston to Boise had movie/tv monitors. Loading 4th group to the back of the plane makes it tough."
Plusy: "After being so delayed, movies were free."
Minusy: "We were delayed over 3 hours. I don't think I've ever flown with United and not been delayed. Plus they never offered us food on the flight, only whatever was complimentary. Just not a great experience."

Minusy: "The flight was delayed almost 2 hours. Then the guy on the front desk was really rude .. Maybe because I'm Latino? I mean he was super friendly with a white guy and a African American girl .. But with me .. Rudeness and bad service .. I said "hello , how are you?".. He didn't answer .. I told him when I did my checkin my boarding pass had "See agent" in the seating section .. He just took the ticket and gave me the last sit available on the plain even though I arrived almost 3 hours before the original departing hour .. I don't know .. It might be the only available sit or it was just a racist thing .. Who knows .. Really disappointed with United. I'll go back with Ameican Airlines."
Plusy: "The seats were far more comfortable that frontier. I would have slept through most of my flight but unfortunately there was some pretty bad turbulence for the first half of the flight. Overall tho very comfortable."
