Minusy: "I requested a chicken meal and I told the steward that I would wait because he did not have anymore at that moment. He never came back until it was time to pick up trash. I proceeded to tell him I never got the main course, he apologized and told me that there was only an egg entree left. I went ahead and took it, then as a way to apologize he offered to get me a piece of fruit, a banana. I accepted but he never came back with it. It was not a big deal but I did not appreciate being offered something and then no follow up. Next time do not offer something and then not follow through."

Minusy: "Didn't like the fact that I was never notified through email that the flight was from a different , newer airport in Islamabad. Originally my booking was from Benazir International Airport Islamabad but on the day of flight when I went to that airport , it was totally closed for operations and flights. And I asked people in the street e.g taxi drivers etc which airport my flight could be from. They told me that a new airport in Islamabad had become operational and my flight could be from the newer airport. I went to the new airport but I was late for boarding because my time was wasted in going first to the Benazir International Airport and then rerouting to the new airport. Fortunately the fight from Islamabad to Qatar was delayed and I was able to make it to the boarding and flew from Islamabad to Doha."

Minusy: "There was not enough tome to catch my connecting flight and I had to stay in the airport an additional 6 hours and had to stay the night in the hotel and then get to Portland on another airline 21 hours later than planned."

Minusy: "Even though we landed in Doha before our connection left ( barely-20 min)on Qatar airways, they would not hold the connecting flight for the 7 of us who were connecting. This was extremely disappointing as we then lost a full 8 hours of our first day arrival. If they schedule you for a 45 minute connecting flight, I suggest you book a later one. Our flight from NYC left on time but was 20 min late landing. Their only compensation to us all was use of the airport lounge in Doha ( quite nice with free food wine and showers, but would rather have had the extra day in Bali."

Minusy: "The seat from Jakarta to Doha, especially the head/neck holder was uncomfortoble. Too big and stiff and wasn’t on the right possition even though it is adjustable. One of the crew didn’t say anything, not even smile after she opened the curtain between bussiness and economy class at row J K L. She just walked away."

Apart from one grumpyish woman on the second flight the majority of crew were exceptional and really went out of their way to serve and help."
Minusy: "I slashed my finger fairly painfully on a toilet door while pushing it from the outside to open it on the Dubai to Cape Town flight [again, an upgrade on my home flight which is a bucket list dream would more than make up for that!] which i pointed out to a flight attendant and they took note of it and bandaged me up so it was dealt with well but hopefully that gets sorted out [she said she would write a report] cos it did unfortunately affect the rest of my flight a little... And so many crying babies [thankful for volume control on headphones] but literally that was it - love flying Emirates cos on the whole felt super well treated..."

Minusy: "Jedzenie w wersji wegetariańskiej wyglądało i smakowało jak g... Na 6h lot wliczone w cenę picie to sok jabłkowy o pojemności...120ml. Nie wiem sam, czy to żałosne czy okrutne. Chamowat obsługa, nie zwracają uwagi na potrzeby pasażerów, lecz jedynie na to, żeby coś im sprzedać, coś wcisnąć."

Minusy: "My seat is horrible with something looks like vomit everywhere between a gap of the seat in front of me. Also the touch screen is not working, at first I pushed so hard until i hurt my finger tip, at the end I used buttons on an remote to control the screen(stupid me!!). The screen reset to an old version couple of times during the flight the crew had to reset for me( the airline should know what i'm talking about) It's a six-hour flight but the meal was literally served at 8.55pm(original time) in my section which is the last section to get food when the flight took of at 6.10pm(original time) - almost three hours into the flight. Can't believe they claimed to be number one airline in the world. If you fly to the States from thailand. Take Quatar if you want to go to the east coast or asian airlines any thing japanese or korean or even chinese airline like Hainan airline. They are all way better than this."

Cabine interior should be much better (it's old, seats are not full beds and are somehow narrow). Food offering should be improved (continental breakfast - what king of cost-cutting is that???). What is really good is in-flight entertaintement system. But you don't pay for a business class to watch movies, right?"

So many choices & also power usage also great for the passengers on long flights. Also, normally I try not to use the lavatory, they are usually awful, but these make the most of their space, warm water, nice soap,colognes,seat liners."
Minusy: "Apparently, operational issues in Athens, no information of why we had to go to an additional security at the gate, including a litmus test, go through our bags again & a light pat down! They also wanted us to board separately, which made my travel partner even more anxious than she already was!"

Plusy: "we were travelling with kids. They pulled us from the back and put us in the front since our group of 6 had two small kids. They were extremely nice to us in athens."

Dubai has poor air quality, which might be bothersome for a long layover."

In addition, they assured me an aisle seat in the connecting flight, which was not the case, it was a middle seat. I felt cheated by the desk crew in Berlin."

Agent went to some one, there was some nodding of heads and we were told to tell crew member in advance. We did it in a written request to head crew. When time came other crew member served us completely ignorant of our request. We were served flash of some animal. We did not want to make a scene but people around were were also bothered. We came out hungry at the other end"

Plusy: "Travelling with Turkish Airlines was pleasantly surprising! I'm used to domestic flights in the US which are no fun but as soon as I boarded our flight, the crew was so kind, I appreciated the pillows, blankets and extra care package provided with ear plugs, socks and an eye mask! It helped make the trip that much more pleasant to be able to sleep! I tend to get motion sickness and the crew on all four of our flights were so kind to give me water when I boarded the plane to be able to take my medicine. The flights were on time for the most part and the on-board entertainment helped a very long flight be more tolerable!"
Minusy: "I had an issue with a passenger on our plane from Zanzibar to Istanbul but that was at no fault of the airline or the crew. One crew member was so sweet to allow my husband and I to move further back in the plane once boarding was finished. We were coming home from our honeymoon and the rude woman wouldn't get out of our seat so we could at least sit next to each other! It was unfortunate, but again, at no fault of the crew or airline and we were so thankful for the crew member helping us find somewhere we could sit together! I wish I would have gotten his name but it was on flight TK567 on May 4th. To whoever he was, thank you!!!"

Minusy: "Flight delayed about 2 hours past schedule. When drafted my seat fouls not recline. When I asked for assistance from flight attendant she practically blew me off. This was a9 hour flight!"

Minusy: "Our luggage did not transfer in Istanbul (1 hour layover) and didn't arrive in Warsaw for nearly 48 hours (actually 45 hours)."

Plusy: "The service in Boston is very bad, they are not helping me, they are wasting my time, I was in the air plane and they told me to pay 80$ so they could take the rest of the luggage. Or they won't take the bag. I use Turkish airline for many years with my family and friends, but now Iam going to ruin your reputation on social media Beacause your disrespect way of dealing with your costumer"

Minusy: "It was cancelled twice, and the third flight redirected to Bodrum, southern Tirkey. Should have taken us another route if Istanbul had a snowstorm. could have redirected us through Dubai to SFO, or Beijing to SFO."

Minusy: "you can't recline your seat a bit backwards to get a nap. booked luggage is treated with absolute contempt."

Plusy: "The BA crew couldn’t be more excellent! They were friendly and courteous from the moment we stepped onboard the plane and maintained a professionalism all throughout the flight. Kudos once again to British Airways for the consistent service you provide over the years!"

Minusy: "A crew member fell ill before take off so we had to taxi back to the terminal - and extra 1.5 hours !"

Minusy: "The food was the worst I have had on a flight. We were crammed into the seats....especially when the seat in front reclines back."

Minusy: "This Business-class seat is a proper rip-off. The only difference from Economy is the in-between seat is not used. No extra leg room whatsoever. Economy from Honolulu to Los Angeles I had more leg room then this one. Unacceptable response from the crew: "that's how it's been the last years"."

Minusy: "Luggage did not make it to Warsaw"

Minusy: "I was surprised that BA charges for drinks like water. Flight from London to Warsaw is an international Flight after all. I may understand that food is not served but to pay for water is not a right thing to do. I asked the crew about this and I was told that bc other airlines charge for drinks/ food, BA also ask passengers for money. I have not had to pay for my drink like water on any other flight. I fly with all big airlines like American, Delta, Lufthansa, LOT, etc"

Plusy: "Excellent service I don’t have nothing to say was amazing"

Minusy: "Earphone, squashy seat, limited leg space in economy class"

Plusy: "This was the second leg of flight from Gatwick, short stay at St Lucia, only a short flight, didn't leave the plane there so boarding and food comments don't really apply to this flight. Crew changed over here - new crew as good as first leg, excellent, never had problems with this on BA."
Minusy: "Entertainment poor, limited choice and mediocre screens. Is the Boeing 777 fleet due a refurb? If so, don't spoil the seats and legroom, but do update the in-flight entertainment system!"

Plusy: "The seat was comfortable,but was very cold around 1h after start. The fan should be regulated by passengers.The crew was nice. I liked the movies"
Minusy: "Dinner was not good not tasty.no free snacks"

Minusy: "The first class cabin was abysmal, is it was only marginally better than economy whilst the price was far more. Very dissipated with BA’s idea of what’s considered to be acceptable."

Minusy: "Not much to dislike. The flight was short. Perhaps that the seats need to be a bit more comfortable."

Plusy: "The flight was delayed prior to leaving the gate, while lined up to take off and during the flight. All delays were promptly explained by members of the flight deck. The cabin crew were outstanding nothing seemed to be too much of a inconvenience to them."

Minusy: "BA are no different than all operators in the drive to put as many bums in as many seats as possible. News flash. Only so many sardines go in one tin. Make seats more comfortable and more leg room and we would pay the premium for that reputation as a caring, comfortable operator."

Plusy: "Good and comfy plane. More space to seat than Ryanair or Wizzair."

Minusy: "Checked-in baggage got mishandled and haven't got any response from British airlines after 24 hrs of complain filed. and on top of it their website is not working can't update my contact details and also cant track status of my complain."

Minusy: "This was a codeshare with Iberia and the seats were incredibly close with barely room to fit a small person, much less the 6’+ person who was next to me and had to put his legs over onto my side. Had a hard time getting my bag down between the seats to put under the seat in front of me. And everything was a cost, even water. Note to self, carry water or a drink on the plane if you think you will want one."

Minusy: "Impossibly poor online servicing, most unsympathetic, unhelpful and ignorant check-in, sales personnel w manager to match. If you take a hard-line to sympathetic, injured, elite member that s my 91-years-old father. And fail to provide most basic information of local scheduled flights you might just leave oneworld and let up-to-task risen stars add to the alliance (instead of abusing her standing as BA does. Shame on you."

Plusy: "The coffee was not free, but I had to purchase it. It was the worst coffee I have ever been served. No tadte, undrinkable, really. But, when I complsined, I was given a real coffee from business class at no charge. That was very nice!"

Minusy: "Nothing was on time, zero service, non existent customer service"

Minusy: "Food cost was a surprise. No biggie, just glad I brought a snack"

Minusy: "It was August 18. They lost my baggage. Next day on Saturday at 3 pm I had a wedding and I was a wittness.In the baggage a had a dress for me and part of dress for the wedding's couple . They found my baggage on the 3th plane on the last minut. Terrible. And I had go for it by myself because LOT didnt want to send to me the courier. The fly was also 1 hour late"

Plusy: "Boarding seemed simple, no zones were called except for priority, we just all boarded and it seemed to go quickly and smoothly. BA is all pay onboard for any food or drinks."

Minusy: "Your airways lost my bag on the both flights from MIA-LHR-VIE and on the way back VIE-LHR-MIA My entertainment system was broken. I paid for the seat at the end of the day I didn't get. The moat horrible flight I ever had. I will never again fly with British Airways"

Minusy: "Checked 3 bags. 65 euros each. I think you own this one."

Plusy: "The flight attendants were very kind and even brought by child activity packs for my 2 children flying with me. The flight was on time!"
Minusy: "Unboarding on the runway was unpleasant, and having to take a bus to the correct terminal... but it beats circling in the air forever like I'v had to do in the past."

Minusy: "No drink for economy, short fly"

Plusy: "Crew and ground personnel extremely polite and helpful. Good entertainment selection. And there's room for everybody's carry-on! Comfortable airplane even on coach, besides the 2 sore points on the "don't like" pane."
Minusy: "Airbus A380, so boarding and de-boarding took some time. Aircraft interiors are made per airline requirements, not simply by aircraft manufacturer. On an airplane that will always be use on long haul routes I won't expect the usual non-really-reclinable last row of seats. Moreover, the armrest does not disappear between seats when moved upwards, it goes up only 45 degrees. Quite a nuisance traveling with your s.o. or children if you want to lean on each other."

Minusy: "The plane was an hour late and there was no snacks served, you had to pay even for water."

Plusy: "Restrooms were great, flight was great etc"
Minusy: "We need vegan options for the common people."

Plusy: "Athens to London no complementary drinks or snacks on a FOUR hour flight."
