Minusy: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Minusy: "The seats are so incredibly small for a long haul flight. Two people must compete for shoulder space, as there simply isn't enough room for both to sit back completely. Constant elbow issues and a feeling of being locked into a small space. I've never been so happy to exit from a flight. Note that on the JFK-BUD-JFK route, LOT subcontracts to a low-cost Portuguese airline, so this plane isn't configured for a trans-Atlantic flight, at least not for a minimal level of comfort. Never again. Pay more for a decent seat on another carrier! And take a large bottle of water, as they're not at all generous with the water, soda, and juice. My seatmate and I were parched and couldn't wait to clear customs so as to buy a bottle of water."

W dużym samolocie i przy przednich trzech czy czterech rzędach klasy quasi business, toaleta z przodu samolotu była przeznaczona tylko dla pasażerów podróżujących tą klasą. Nie wiem, dokąd zmierza PLL LOT, ale nie jest to dobry kierunek. Odprawa opóźniona, lot również."

Food tastes bad, plus I was skipped from the second meal despite having prepaid for it (flight attendant overlooked that my seat was on a list, part of the problems that come with nickeling and diming for every single thing including even meals on an international flight). Despite flying to the US, attendants consistently only spoke German to me and my wife, did not speak on both German and English."

Minusy: "Lack of communication. Lack of sympathy. Lack of knowledge. From the beginning, I wasn’t given the boarding pass to my connecting flight nor was I informed as to why. When I finally made it to my connecting flight with NO time to spare (very small window of approximately 45 minutes to make it to my connecting flight) my husband, my son and I were turned away from our flight due to over booking. The Eurowings manager guarantees we would be able to make another flight if we went to the ticket counter right away. At the ticket counter, (different airline) the ticket agent explained we’d have to transfer our booking over from Eurowings to the new airline. This left us NO time to make that flight the Eurowings manager guaranteed us we would make. We also waited 3 hours at the baggage claim office only for them to tell us they lost all our bags. Only 2 out of our 5 bags made it onto the flight and will be waiting at lost and found of our final destination and the other 3 bags are unknown of their whereabouts. The Eurowings ticket agent took ALL of our bags including my husbands and I carry ons, so we were left with no clothing and had to stay at the airport over night. This airline really sucks. We were never informed in advance of this over booking issue or I would have certainly made my own accommodations before hand. Will never fly Eurowings again. Definitely the worst airline I’ve traveled with. And I lost 5 bags in the process."

I thought she was speaking to someone else since I did not understand German and then she very rudely said “excuseee me”. The food was not filling and they charged for drinks. She also said I was only allowed one free drink of coffee. The second snack was a cake or cheese sandwhich. We were starving the entire flight we had to give in and pay for snacks on board. I’ll try to avoid eurowings from now on."

They decided to fly us to Leipzig-Halle (another city a two hour drive away) and said they would provide busses to take us back to Berlin. But then, when we got to Leipzig, they said oh we might be able to fly you back to Berlin, just let us refuel. So we all sat in the plane for an hour and a half while they did that. Then, they announced that they couldn't go back to the Berlin airport because there were too many planes landing there. So they told us to get off the plane, go into the arrival hall and we would get more information there. When we got out of the plane, we were greeted by an information lady who informed us that no trains were running at that hour (it was about 11:30pm), and Eurowings would not provide us with accommodation or transportation back to Berlin. The information staff told us that our options were to personally pay for either a taxi back to Leipzig (two hours away!) or rent a car, or wait until morning to take a bus or train. I was able to stay with a friend in the city, and paid to take a bus to Berlin the next day, but what about everyone else who didn't know people in Leipzig and had to fend for themselves? As a young woman traveling by myself in a foreign country, landing in an unexpected city in the middle of the night, it could have been a potentially dangerous situation. I am extremely frustrated with Eurowings. I paid them to take me to Berlin, and they didn't. I talked to customer service on the phone, and they told me that I should make my own travel plans to return to Berlin and they would reimburse me later. Aside from the fact that there weren't buses, trains or flights running till the next morning - I shouldn't have to make my own travel plans! My plans were to fly Eurowings from Duesseldorf to Tegel, and they should be responsible for getting me there. I am never flying Eurowings again, and sharing the story with any friends who travel in Europe. They absolutely do not care about their customers."

Minusy: "The security in Düsseldorf for American citizen was very nusty. They stop everywhere ask allot of non sense questions and check your bags twice! That was a real torture for no reason!"

Minusy: "The entire process to get on a bus to go to flight was delayed by over 15 minutes so the ticket agent could fix one person's flight. There were over 40 people waiting to board the bus. Terrible."

Plusy: "Crew was friendly and punctual."
Minusy: "Service and seat comfort not as by the same standard as Eurowings."

Plusy: "Once we were all aboard the completely booked out flight, it didn’t take long to take off. The captain apologised for the delay and kept us up to date with our progress during the short flight. Staff were efficient and friendly."
Minusy: "Lack of communication at the boarding gate. It wouldn’t take much to let people know the reason for the delay. And, while I understand that it isn’t possible to cater for all allergies on a short flight, there are enough people with food intolerances to have a few options other than wheat based snacks."

Minusy: "Flight members were very rude, one didn't smile once. She also yelled at me when I was standing in an empty row stretching and waiting for the bathroom. She told me I was not allowed to stand up, even though I was in no one's way and we we're free to move about the cabin. Horribly rude during drink and food service as well."

Plusy: "It was a short flight and fairly uneventful. Comfortable airline."
Minusy: "When I arrived at the airport in Naples it was impossible to find the check in desk. I asked at Lufthansa and was told that someone would show up at 09:50 but my flight left at 08:40. I was then told that I should be looking for Eurowings. Not a problem except that it is very unclear where their check in desk was. I stood around for 20 minutes asking anyone who would help me where the desk was. We were finally notified at 8:40 that eurowings was the last desk in the aisle."

Minusy: "Y in Geneva without clothes or meds. SwissPort at GVA doesn’t Java a clue."

Minusy: "Long walk plus bus ride to plane in windy and chilly weather with slight drizzle."

Minusy: "- the flight was delayed by approx. 30 mins (though this delay was not entirely unwelcome as my previous flight was delayed too so in order to make the connection safely, the delay was ironically useful)"

Minusy: "EW lost my suitcase in transit in Duesseldorf. Suitcase arrived in Berlin on next flight but then didn't get delivered until 24+ hours later. Hard to reach both EW and delivery service. Due to the delay and further travel plans the next day, I had to buy new clothes in Berlin to have something to wear."

Minusy: "The service of the airline was horrible. They lost our bags and refused to show any empathy towards us or the multiple other passengers that also lost their bags from our flight. I will never fly Eurowings again."

Minusy: "Stewardzi, którzy co chwilę przeszkadzają i namawiają do kupna nikomu niepotrzebnych rzeczy."

You take your bag through security as hand baggage which means no liquids but then it’s put in the hold and you have to wait for it on arriving. As usual with Ryanair, maximum inconvenience to passengers."

On landing, we were told the airport was short of ground crew so we had to wait to steps and once off had to wait for 15-20 minutes for the baggage lane to be announced."
