Minusy: "Was almost impossible to make this connection. Honestly I probably should’ve been moved to yet another later flight. Ground crew said my bag had made it on board, so i waited and waited but it never showed up in Kraków. Lost luggage team was helpful and told me it didn’t make the flight - it was on the next one. Hopefully it gets delivered soon but it will be difficult bc my air bnb has no buzzer"

Minusy: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

Then it was back thorough security and a rush to the gate to get there in time to board. Lost our original seat assignment and wound up in the last row at the tail of the plane. Extremely poor coordination between KLM and Delta who operated the flight."

Plusy: "The SAS flight was fine. My dissatisfaction was with the company that booked my ticket which I found through a Kayak search. When booking, there was no information about luggage and I ended up paying for it at the airport. This should clearly be declared in the online booking process."

Minusy: "Upon landing in EWR on United, per my reservation on this site my connection was on SAS to Copenhagen. Upon arrival in EWR, I received an email from this site saying my SAS flight "may be canceled". I immediately headed to the terminal where SAS was and went into the lounge to speak to an agent. The women I spoke to could not have been more rude. She told me my flight was canceled and that she did not have access to any details because that was United's responsibility. I told her that could not be the case because my flight was on SAS so if they canceled the flight, I would like to understand what my options are given that I had a tight window upon arrival into my final destination into Dubrovnik so I could not be too late in landing outside of my original reservation. She told me that I had to talk to United and did not even acknowledge why there was a cancellation or anything other than the SAS flight I was on was cancelled. She barely even helped me to understand where my luggage was which I was very concerned would be lost given the issue with the flight cancellation. As a result of all of this, it turns out I was put onto a United flight that now had MORE connections. I had to now go to Frankfurt to Vienna to Dubrovnik, all with really tight connections AND now I no longer was on the same flight as my friend who I was traveling with. SAS did not help with any of this or care to assist in ANY way. They told me it was out of their hands and I had to talk to United. AWFUL service when SAS had cancelled the flight! I had no choice but to take the re-routed flights. I ended up running to my gates and barely catching all of my connections which made for a very stressful travel experience to start my long awaited vacation. After paying the high cost I did for my flight, I am extremely frustrated with my experience as I ended up having more connections, tight connections, awful customer service and a really stressful trip. This is NOT would I would expect for how much I paid and out of the quality of an airline. I would like to receive some type of compensation for the extreme inconvenience of landing 3+ hours after my original arrival time, being broken up with my friend who I was traveling with, not being given any options for my travel, terrible customer service assistance, and no acknowledgement from SAS to help me in any way."

Minusy: "Normally, I am not picky regarding airline food. In SAS's economy or "Go" class, there is no choice of food. I can think of plenty of dishes that would be appealing to many people. Yet the meal that was served, beef stew, posed a problem as I don't eat red meet. Since many people also do not eat beef due to religious beliefs, I am appalled by SAS's decision to only serve this dish to its economy class passengers. As I ordered my ticket through Kayak, I didn't have the option to request a special diet, nor did I think to do so as airlines generally do not serve serve a beef dish as their one and only."

Plusy: "Great takeoff and landing.Care ethics of the stuff was excellent. The quality of the food was very good and it was served with care."

Minusy: "The SAS Supervisor at the gate permitted all preferred-level economy class ticketed passengers to board irrespective of the amount of their carry-on items - in some cases as many as three different items and many over-sized as per the measuring box located at the gate walkway, before conducting a bag-by-bag weight check on all the remaining economy ticketed passengers. Any carry-on item over 8 kgs was refused access to the airplane, and had to be unpacked at the gate in full view of other passengers to remove all electronic devices or breakable items, prior to being left with the gate agent to be placed on the plane as checked luggage. This procedure was conducted in an officious and highly non-customer friendly way, and was embarrassing to those passengers who had to "strip down" their single bag, in particular for female passengers who had overnight clothing and toiletries. A more practical and customer appropriate approach should replace such a draconian procedure."

Minusy: "Multiple maintenance delays and groundcrew forgot to load some bags so there was an even further delay. Flight was cramped too."

Minusy: "1) on the plane, they announced a choice of two meals and I enquired why did I get one without choice and they told me the second choice was an option only for 'economy plus' !! That was a rude situation....I felt cheated and then insulted . 2) CPH - Nice : The breakfast or the included orange drink gave me an upset stomach and bad case of Hemorroides. 3) I accepted a glass of tomatoe juice and when I asked for a coke with my lunch , the stewardess said I had only right to one drink and would have to pay the rest....really ? - wine used to be free and now a glass costs $4...really ?? 4) I arrived at CPH airport for my transfer .. the flight was yet not on the screen but no one gave any instruction and no officials of any kind were around to enquire....a cleaning crew finally directed me correctly. 5) the security line in New York to board was ridiculously long...someone shouted to take off our smelly shoes...really ?? 6) most were directed to the right with four snaking unending lines to one security check . From time to time others were directly directed ed to the left where there was no line and option of two security checks. Half way through my wait , most were directed to the left and all who were 'late', were let out first to their gate. The whole experience before, on the plane and after was not worth the money...least of all a pleasant one."

Was badly organized clearly."

Plusy: "Flight from Kirkenes to Oslo delayed, which meant the rest of the flights were unusable. New flights were booked in Oslo through Copenhagen, which only lengthened the original trip time by about 5 minutes."

Plusy: "The boarding process worked well."
Minusy: "The crew didn't seem to care much. The entertainment systems didn't really work and the response was simply deal with it. The food was terrible. The crew did not handle the passengers at all as they were up consistently and taking stuff out of the overhead containers."

Minusy: "It would be great to have a greater offer of music. I really like to listen to some new music from good artists and to get inspired for new music on a long flight. It's too bad, SAS only offers playlists of 1 hour..."

Minusy: "I was stuck and nobody would help me and nobody seemed to care, nor tell me what my next step would be."

Minusy: "The rest of the crew were inattentive and rude. It was bad enough to be delayed an hour, but the inattentiveness was ridiculous. I placed an order for a beverage, a pack of crisps and a set of headphones at the beginning of the flight. I didn’t receive them until almost 3 hours into the flight. I figured they were busy with meal service and what not in the beginning of the flight so I was patient, and I saw some people receiving their orders kinda late as well. After the 2nd hour, I started clicking the call attendant button. The female flight attendants walked by multiple times and ignored my attempts to flag them down. Finally, the male attendant came over and resolved the situation, but by then we had been in the air for 3 hours. Worst service I’ve experienced on any airline. Also, for a plane called a Dreamliner, those seating arrangements are a nightmare for anyone over 5’8”; I was uncomfortable the entire flight. It’s a plane, not a bus in a third world country; it’s shouldnt be that damned cramped and crowded."

Minusy: "Tablets didn’t work. WiFi didn’t work. Wasn’t able to get a glass of water! For dinner customers only. Ridiculous. Will never fly Norwegian again."

Minusy: "After our initial meal, we got no more drinks or snacks for 8 hours. We were hungry and thirsty - and we were in premium seats. Perhaps they can serve the second meal sooner or at least offer some chips or snacks a few hours after the first meal. This was not an overnight flight."

Minusy: "They forced me to check my bag leaving JFK. Charged me $250 to check it and then proceeded to lose my bag. They have since refused to refund my money. Don't ever fly this airline"

Plusy: "The flight had status of delayed for 24hours due to technical difficulties. No updates were provided, except to wait while they check the issue. Given the technical issues for 24hours there should have been another plane provided for the 300+ passengers."

Plusy: "The cheapest option still allowed for movie viewing and for a lax baggage capacity standard. Will fly Norwegian again and again."
Minusy: "The in-flight USBchargers stopped charging after only 30 minutes"

Minusy: "I would definitively avoid using this airline again. Multiple fctors. One kf them is the poor attending by the crew. Really bad service, water..3$?? Blanket 5$?? If you dont pay for food before your flight, crew totally ignores you when the deliver. They should offer a cup of water as minimum"

Minusy: "We were diverted to Dulles because of weather, which is no one' fault, of course. We were assured on the flight that there would be buses ready to take us to New York or accommodation for us if the roads were too dangerous. We went through immigration and were greeted by a resounding silence on the part of Norwegian. No representative, no message, no announcement, no luggage, which we STILL have not received a week later. All efforts to get in touch with Norwegian were fruitless. Never, never, never will I give them my business again."

Minusy: "That we were there 50 minutes before departure and it was not clear that we had to be there an hour before departure. It’s not that we didn’t plan to be earlier (we did) but our Uber driver took an awful route and turned a 50 minute drive into 2 hours. Given there was nothing else we could do, we would have appreciated a little more leniency or at least more clarity on the hour rule."

Minusy: "Delayed flight, crew didn’t notify until 45 minutes into the hour we ended up waiting before the doors were closed. Flight arrived 40 minutes later than the arrival time and the lack of urgency in allowing passengers to deplane resulted in me missing my connecting flight. Will never fly with Norwegian again"

Lack of new movies playing and the food/snack selection was poor - no snacks or even refreshments offered to passengers not even water, i had to buy bottles from the screen constantly."

Minusy: "They charge extra for EVERYTHING, including water. And you can't even buy snacks or other food on board unless you have "pre-ordered" it. Movies are from the 90's ("classics" LOL). At the time of purchase and at check in, there was no way to select a seat."
