Minusy: "Kayak sold me a “lite” ticket on Swiss, but never mentioned that it didn’t include baggage. Even though Swiss is Star Alliance they didng count my Star Alliance Gold status for free bags and didn’t offer an upgrade. Zurich was incredibly hot and the airport didn’t have air conditoning anywhere. The boarding was worse than Ryan Air. The plane was okd and super uncomfortable. staff was rude and not at all helpful. Swiss is definitely a budget air line!!!!"

We paid $100 for exit seats but the seats were barely wide enough for me...a medium built thin male. Unfortunately this appears to be the trend. Swiss would do well to have a wide economy section."

The worst thing was that in transiting from the SAA flight to the Lufthansa flight we were obliged to go through security which seems unnecessary. The security staff were awful. Bullying, rude and totally unsympathetic to the fact that having brought water from the first plane to the second plane we had to either drink it or throw it away. One guy in particular, a tall greying man evoked the worst stereotypes of brutal secret policemen. Perhaps he formerly worked for Stasi or he was having testosterone problems. Totally unacceptable behaviour."

Nie polecam dokupywania tej opcji - podanie „plaltykowego”, sztucznego jedzenie na porcelanie nie jest warte swojej ceny. Nawet herbata była ochydna. Ekran systemu rozrywki nie działał."

Minusy: "Personel pokładowy jakby pracował za karę. Nieuprzejmy. Nie reaguje na prośby pasażerów o doniesienie bułki, soku czy dodatkowej karty imigracyjnej. W nocy większość załogi spała, a jedyny steward czuwający w kuchni grał na komórce i powiedział, ze można sobie samemu nalać wody lub soku."

Even you (kayak) didn’t know bc you still think I took the flight that I booked on your site! I was forced to rebook with another airline and will be expecting a refund and then some and possibly dispute the charge all together."

Minusy: "I travel with an international carry-on designed to fit in comoartments above seats in any and all planes (Tumi alpha 2 International), and yet TAP would claim it was too large to fit and forced me to check it. My problem is not only the wait once we land, but most improtsntly that the bags are beat up in the journey. Indeed, my carry-on arrived with several scratches on the plastic edges as well as some signs of worn on the textile. Because of this carry-on baggage size restrictions, I will not fly TAP airlines again (unless I can travel with my hand purse only)."

Minusy: "Cabin crew were far from welcoming when dealing with the African passengers (including me though I'm Spanish) the food was a disgrace On a 5 hour flight to Accra there was no entrainment, the chairs were incredibly uncomfortable and you could not even charge your devices... The food arrive way too early. I believe the airline has put less of an effort on these planes due to the nature of the passengers... I have been traveling for 20 years and I never felt so disappointed by an airline... I will not use this airline ever again"

Minusy: "They had us inside the airplane for 1.5 hours. We understand there was a bad weather but we could get on board when they are ready to depart. It is not nice to be 1.5 hours plus 8 hours traveling"

It is like watching TV where you may tune in to a movie 20 minutes into it playing instead of starting whatever movie you want from the beginning. To make matters worse, there was no plug-in in case you wanted to watch entertainment of your own on phone/iPad."

Minusy: "My flight arrived late, apparently, as myself and people on two other connecting tap flights all deplaned after our respective boarding calls had begun. There was no announcement for people with tight connections or about what to do if we couldn't make them. That tap didn't plan out sufficient connection times for the conditions of the airport, and that it was security, not to itself, that did anything to try to expedite is through passport control, etc was disappointing and resulted in several extra hours stuck in the airport for me and for those on one of those other missed flights having to wait overnight for another seat"

Minusy: "2.5 hours in line to check in with the one agent working if you were not a gold whatever member. The same agent was at the gate taking tickets loading a single bus up at a time while everybody waited for the same bus to return to be reloaded. Ended up leaving an hour late due to being unable to load people on the plane, then a ground crew issue with loading bags extended the delay. No food service and voucher was given to cafeteria on exact opposite side and floor of airport. only reason we were able to use was because of the huge delays and problems trying to load the airplane. After the safety demonstration the flight attendants went to rear of plane and sat down in their jump seats for rest of flight. People were approaching them asking for water otherwise they ignored us. After landing stairs were used at rear of plane and door was opened. As we were two rows from the rear my girlfriend asked the male attendant 4 times if we were allowed to use the rear stairs as we were bus loading anyways, he never answered, looked at or acknowledged her speaking to him, he just stood at rear of the aisle ( 3.5 feet away) adjusting his tie and flattening his jacket sleeves. Was very awkward."

Minusy: "Turbulence was pretty bad, but I can't fault the airline for that. Food was typical plane food, but they did cancel the second meal due to turbulence. At the end of a 9 hour flight I was starving by the time we landed. Constant updates over the loud speaker by the pilot and stewardess got annoying; felt like every 20-30 minutes and saying the same thing, and saying it in 3 different laugages."
