Minusy: "The worst flight I ever had. Extreamly uncomfortable 11 hrs. squized like sardines. Some of the attendants were extreamly rude and unprofecional."

Minusy: "There was not enough room for all the people’s cabin size luggage. They allowed people to get on board with big coats once they’re in the plain they take off the coats and place them up. Those coats take the same space as a small suitcase. I asked the fly attendants for assistance and they didn’t even pretend to care about the situation. I had to put my luggage under the seat for the entire flight, which ended up reducing the very reduced legroom. What this airline is trying to do is; to charge passengers twice for cabin size luggage. This has been my worst experiences with airlines. Lufthansa is definitely an airline to avoid."

Plusy: "Flight crew made up time to arrive on time despite late arrival. They are pretty amazing - they got a plane hundreds of miles in the same time it took the ground crew to get my bag from the plane to the baggage claim."
Minusy: "Frankfurt is just an awful airport. Too many landings and not enough infrastructure. Also tired of planes having to park thousands of yards from the terminal. The time to get the bag is as long as the flight. Each about 55 minutes. There is very little about German efficiency here."

Minusy: "The checkin and "Automated" Baggage Check were a disaster. It took us a full 2 hours to check our bags and get to thru security and our gate. We were practically running to get to the end. The layout of the airport is very tough to get from point A to point B. Walking a long distance with multiple security checks. On top of that, the plane was almost an hour late boarding and then taking off. It was a mass of people with no way to cue for an orderly boarding process. No instructions or info given to allow us to go get something to eat or drink prior to boarding."

We were offered the water through the whole trip which is nice, because i always feel super dehydrated on the plane."

I don't know if its just me getting used to american customer service, or me actually working at the customer service, but it's definetely not the greatest level of service. Girls were giving me an attitude and "smartie" ( in a rude way) responds which kinda made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I had the same experience with Lufthansa before. And once with russian airlines. Maybe its some kinda tendency to get erogant at this job, but please, don't get me wrong, its not that kinda job where you should look at people from above"

Due to this reason we had have to buy new tickets at the airport ticketing counter. So please sort out your problem with the airline and get back to me. From my bank the payment has been done yet to you. We had have double pay for one trip."

Minusy: "Connecting flight on United. Horrible experience Chicago to Vegas.seats are small, feeling of claustiphobia, nothing free on entertainment. Only interested in adding to price of ticket. Very warm A/c didn't work well. Totally bad experience on United. Never want to fly on them again"

This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

Minusy: "Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Plusy: "The 7 hr trip to Copenhagen was rough. The seats are too close together. My knees hit the seat in front of me even without reclining. When the seat in front of me reclined the tv screen was 6” away from my face. It was next to impossible to get out of the seat."

Minusy: "Only airline that made us check in our luggage; and charged us an exorbitant amount (+/- $90 per luggage) in doing so. No customer service at all. 1st attendant wouldn’t let us check-in at the counter, and 2nd attendant made us check in our carry-on despite it only being 2kg over. We could’ve moved some items around. When we boarded the plane, we saw multiple people whose carry-on looked suspiciously over the weight limit. We felt singled out. It was obvious that this airline only cares about profit and does not care about the customer. Attendants were rude and not helpful. Needless to say I will nit fly with this airline again."

Plusy: "They checked my mobility scooter at the plane door, put it underneath and brought it back up to the plane door in Chicago. WHAT service!"
Minusy: "I did NOT like the fact that this was NOT true in Copenhagen. I checked my mobility scooter at the plane door, they put it underneath, but was met by a man who said he was going to take me to pick up the scooter (in the baggage claims area--after I was promised in Chicago that it would be at the plane door when I arrived in Copenhagen). Made me get in an enlarged golf cart, and took me to the "transfer area" -- where I had to get into a wheel chair -- for the rest of the journey to the baggage claim area. Then he stood there waiting for a tip that was to NEVER come!"

Minusy: "Cramped (standard coach)as rhe person in front of me reclined his seat. Unhappy that I was required to pay extra to select a seat in standard coach when I made my reservation weeks ago. An airline's price should include selection of an available seat. Requirement to pay for even one drink on a transatlantic flight seemed cheesy."

Minusy: "My wife requested a vegan menu as she has allergic to chicken and egg, and it was accepted a week before the flight. But a normal food was served to her, so we said to the crew to change the meal. She, the crew, said "we don't know the request, we don't have more vegan meal." She didn't apologize about that, additionally she requested to show a confirmation number with an arrogant attitude. Anyway we asked to bring a vegetarian meal, she brought it, and we asked her if it contains egg (sometimes seasoning contains egg). She said she would check and come back soon, but she never appeared. What a rude crew she was. What an unsophisticated system the flight company has. We were so disappointed."

Minusy: "I know this is petty, but many major airlines allow you to watch your movie all the way to landing. It's an annoyance to be cut off before your program ends, but not crucial. Second, the planes was freezing from start to finish with staff removing blankets and pillows upon take off and landing. I understand the safety concerns, but I jr to leave on my hoodie."

Nie polecam dokupywania tej opcji - podanie „plaltykowego”, sztucznego jedzenie na porcelanie nie jest warte swojej ceny. Nawet herbata była ochydna. Ekran systemu rozrywki nie działał."

Minusy: "Personel pokładowy jakby pracował za karę. Nieuprzejmy. Nie reaguje na prośby pasażerów o doniesienie bułki, soku czy dodatkowej karty imigracyjnej. W nocy większość załogi spała, a jedyny steward czuwający w kuchni grał na komórce i powiedział, ze można sobie samemu nalać wody lub soku."

Minusy: "W trakcie prawie czterogodzinnego lotu, operator - LOT - nie zapewnił darmowego posiłku (poza kawą/herbatą i wodą oraz małym wafelkiem), choć cena biletu nie była niska. W dużym samolocie i przy przednich trzech czy czterech rzędach klasy quasi business, toaleta z przodu samolotu była przeznaczona tylko dla pasażerów podróżujących tą klasą. Nie wiem, dokąd zmierza PLL LOT, ale nie jest to dobry kierunek. Odprawa opóźniona, lot również."
