Minusy: This policy of charging everything really bothers.
Plusy: Boarded on time, crew polite and friendly.
Minusy: Seating cramped and uncomfortable as usual with Ryanair.
Plusy: There was nothing that I liked about Ryanair airlines
Minusy: A kiosk center will be easier for check in at the airport. People would not miss their flight or complain about crowdiness. Paying for a boarding pass in absurd. If a person paid for their flight they should not have to pay for a boading pass. The Ryanair App has technical difficulties

Minusy: Being allocated when we booked seats apart to make us pay £11 to sit together. All we can take from this is that it was another money grabbing exercise by Ryanair as there were plenty of empty seats available when we boarded!
Plusy: Crew were polite and friendly. Aircraft was clean and comfortable and the price was unbeatable.

Minusy: No announcements or apology for lateness of slight by 1hr 15 mins No tunnels direct to plane from gate. Long flights of stairs from gate to tarmac. 10 minutes queuing on tarmac to board plane. No priority for those like us with child under 3 yrs we were always in the back of the queue. Coach from plane to terminal twice overfull and nowhere to sit with 2 year old child with slippery and wet floors. Lack of seating room uncomfortable journey. Vastly overpriced food and drinks on plane, not priced in £s so unable to pay.
Minusy: The problem with random seat allocation is if you pay to sit somewhere then that should be fine, no. Today I was constantly asked if I wouldn’t mind swapping seats so the passenger could be closer to their partner which is always going to be an inferior seat or worse sat in the middle seat. Their random seat allocation therefore can inconvenience seat paying passengers not a quality experience.
Minusy: Parading people outside in the cold before they were even allowing people on the plane. Half the plane probably got a cold.
Plusy: The flight was quick, customer service was good on the plane
Minusy: Checking in online was a nightmare as the site kept freezing, there was a mix up with my priority and cabin baggage, I was told by the webchat team that this had gone through but not on my boarding pass, when I got the the airport the Ryanair staff were extremely rude to us, they sent us to the back of the queue I front of everyone and then told us we would have to pay to take our bags with us, they then had to be out on the hold. When we got back to Birmingham we then had to sit on the plane for around 15 minutes as there was not a slot for us. I spent hours of my 2 day break trying to sort check ins etc, I would never fly with Ryanair again.

Plusy: Ryanair is different...the crew sells perfume and lottery tickets during the flight.
Minusy: The board in BUD said flight was delayed...no gate info. Then I noticed people in the area frantically getting up...witching 5 min there was no gat to a message that said boarding...last call! We frantically got to our gate which was a large metal pole building...where we stood for 30 plus minutes.

Minusy: Everything,flight was delayed an hour and we just had to sit on the plane for the hour with nothing said to us

Minusy: they charge priorety and seat a jot of money. i payed 180 euros for the ticket flight.but there was not any prirety like it was in my flight from budapest to ovda.i also pay to the seat and before taking off sll the payed seat become full and the stuff did not care. Next time i will not buy prioret

Minusy: Notification of which Gate!! All the steps Down to the tarmac then up the plane steps!!! Priority- didn't seem to mean anything- everybody boarded the same!! The Cabin crew- Rushed announcements!! And worked as I feel robots!! But definitely got Value for Money!!!
