Minusy: "Connector was late so I’m stuck in London til tomorrow"

Minusy: "Error on kayak.com resulted in me losing approx. £600 and having to take the issue to the small claims court."

Minusy: "My seating was directly behind a curtain and partition to business class, therefore my seating space was very limited and squashed. No refreshments unless you paid??? why?? I would expect this from companies such as Easyjet or Virgin, but not BA. Even Qantas provided a light refreshment for short runs, say between Canberra and Sydney (Im an aussie)"

Minusy: "Our BA flight from Vienna to London was 30 minuets delayed and we almost missed our connection. BA crews and captain never apologized or explained the reason. They didn’t bother to check and announce the gate of major connection flights like some other airlines would do. They just said “Check the departure information board when you arrive.” We made to our AA flight only it happened to be in the same terminal."

Minusy: "Being delayed for 2.5 hours wasn’t pleasant. Once we finally boarded the crew members did apologise in person to all first class customers. I was sitting with my granddaughter right behind it. We felt like a second category customers.... nothing to add to it it shows it all"

Minusy: "This was a two leg flight. The British Airways leg between Athens and London was one of the worst flight I have had in the past few years. I will never fly BA in within Europe again! Passengers are required to pay for a glass of water The flight reminded me of attending a professional sporting event. The flight crew is turned into food, beverage, and merchandise vendors. London Heathrow Airport is one of the worst international airports in Europe."

Minusy: "Not only do you now have to buy food and drink, by the back of the plane they’ve always run out (our flight was not even particularly full). Flight was delayed an hour - I’ve taken 4 BA flights in the last 5 days and every one has been delayed by at least one hour. No longer worth the price."

Nothing complementary offered to passengers .Other reputable airlines do, such as a drink , or chocolate bar ."

Minusy: "This was a connecting flight and they should allow extra time when changing terminals. 2 hours was BARELY enough with 2 20 minute bus rides and a huge line at security, to top it off, 1/4 mile of moving walkway was shut down for no apparent reason. These are Heathrow issues, not really BA issues."

Plusy: "Liked the big 380 airbus. The food and entertainment was great on the long distance flight. The Airbus seats are more comfortable than others."
Minusy: "2 hour delay because they said they didn't have the equipment to back the plane out of the maintenance hanger. Really? - at one of the big airports of Europe, they didn't have a tug vehicle."

Minusy: "I got to the airport the morning of my flight from Warsaw -Dublin and was told my flight was cancelled and no longer exists. Luckily I got a hold of my daughter who was in LA at this time and woke her up at 1am with this issue. She called the web booking company Webjet where you directed us to buy the flight, and was told by Webjet that my flight was cancelled the day before and we were not notified IN ANY WAY! By some miracle, my daughter was able to talk to Webjet and get me on a new flight last minute. Again, this is all happening at 1am California time while I am stranded at the airport in Warsaw! Unacceptable!!! I am however glad that the issue was resolved and I made it home safely. But I think someone needs to look into this immediately because if it wasn't for my daughter, I wouldn't have left the Warsaw airport due to the fact that the airline cancelled the flight and neither the airline, Kayak, nor Webjet notified me...."

Minusy: "Plane departed late and stalled at landing- delay caused me to miss connection and set me back getting home by 7 hours at the end of it all."

Food only for sale with a British credit or debit card, won't take cash,no menu cards, and even if I'd wanted to get food, no gluten free options, which is not a lifestyle choice for me, but a necessity.Scruffy dog-eared magazines in the seat pocket. Not even an offer of tea or coffee. Check-in online would not allow me to change my seat, although it told me I could. I fly a lot, but tend to avoid BA now if I can, and this flight just confirmed that preference."

Minusy: "I was disappointed to find that there were absolutely no entertainment or connectivity options on board a 2 1/2 hour flight. It's pretty much standard across carriers now to have at least internet access and a portable device entertainment option. I also did not enjoy paying for even the most basic beverages on the flight. Coffee, tea, and soft drinks should be included. You'll save a pound, but lose a customer."

Minusy: "Not really friendly. Nothing to drink. My chair was broken so I couldn't really lean back."

Minusy: "We arrived at the airport more than 2 hours in advance since this was an international flight. There was NO British Airways staff available to help with obtaining actual boarding passes which were NOT available on the BA mobile app. Although we made the flight with enough time, that was only because the security line was short and the passport control line was short as well. British Airways should have staff available to process passengers and boarding passes, luggage checkin, etc. earlier for their flights."

Minusy: "Many passengers very noisy with no correction by staff. Children were allowed to run in the aisle."

Plusy: "The staff are always pretty good. On the Japanese side side they were brilliant."
Minusy: "The flight out out was 40 minutes late leaving and the return flight was an hour late getting off the ground."

Plusy: "I was not able to get one glass of water to take my medication, without having to pay for it. British Airways has become one of the worse airlines."

Minusy: "Heathrow connection process almost caused me to miss my flight, despite having 2 hours between connections. Security officer at Heathrow was very unprofessional, and took a great pleasure in delaying my processing through the security line. Specifically, I did not remove a PHONE BATTERY CHARGER from my carry-on for screening, so he proceeded to dump out the whole backpack contents, and then purposefully was very slow about putting things back in one by one.As an active duty police officer I understand the need for security and follow all the regulations and instructions to the best of my abilities. However in this case the security officer went out of his way to make the process as slow as he could. Very bad, stressful experience traveling on BA with connection at Heathrow."

Minusy: "I WANT TO CAHNGE TIME OF FLIGHT. BRITISH ASKED TO HIGT PAYMENT. IN THIS AMOUNT I CAN BUY TWO TIKETS IN LOW COAST COMPANY AND I HAVE ENOUTH MONEY TO BUY FOOD. PERSON THAT BUY TIKET FROM THE SITE CAN'T CHOISE A SITE AND ITS COME AUTOMATIC WITHOUT TO CAHNGE/"

Minusy: "Transferring from one flight to another, from one terminal to another. Definately, too litte time for transfer. Rushing, with no time to stop at the restroom."

Plusy: "Liked the efficient way a very drunk man was dealt with- he was however obviously very drunk (coud hardly stand) and gained access to his seat before a fellow passenger drew attention to his condition with the cabin staff. He was not allowed to travel."

Minusy: "Gate agents were rude. Everybody was forced to check-in their carry on luggage due to the small plane. This information should have been shared before boarding. We were informed as we were boarding and had to scramble to remove the laptop from our carry-on and help up passengers behind us from boarding. A totally unnecessary stressful situation created by the gate agents for failing to share information. Once we got onboard we saw carry-ons larger then what we were forced to check-in. Evidently, enforcement of standards is at the gate agents' discretion."

Plusy: "Mechanical difficulty and ineptitude -twice at repairs. Undisclosed landing complications due to runways issues in Phoenix resulting in missed connections."
Minusy: "Reasonable arrangements were made for hotel, shuttle, and meal voucher, but the airport was virtually closed for the night and getting to ground transportation nearly impossible. Thank the airport cleaning service who were the most helpful"

Minusy: "The counter agent charged us for one bag when it should have been free. According to her, there was nothing she could do as that's what the computer stated. She did mention we have a receipt so we can ask for a refund. Why was she even there?? Could have done the same with a kiosk."

Minusy: "I could not check in online before the flight and when I got to the airport, there was no way to check in with a Nexus card. Then they took a while to find my information. Then when I went to board the flight, I only had a Nexus card so they were reluctant for me to board."

Minusy: "Crew was rude, and we had to wait an hour to leave, I understand things happen, but then we were rerouted mid flight so it was inconvenient and again I get it, things happen. But the landing was incredibly rough and the pilot didn’t apologize. That would have made things better, but he said nothing about being sorry we were delayed and nothing about the rough landing."

Minusy: "That my bag was overweight and I would have to get out of line and go to another section of the airport to rearrange my luggage, which would make it too time consuming. Had no choice but had to pay the steep charge!"

Minusy: "Poor flight. Staff kept the plane ridiculously warm the entire flight."

Minusy: "Arriving 2 hours before my flight I had a hard time getting through security because of my handicap situation, I arrived at the gate as the plane was leaving the gate, whie American Airlines where able to get me on the next flight, the flight was 3 hours after my original flight! JW"

Plusy: "Flights to Reno tend to be empty if you fly in the right time of the week. I booked the cheapest ticket and ended up getting an exit row all to myself."
Minusy: "There is no seatback TV which is a major drawback. They do have a service that you can stream through your personal device but my power outlet didn’t work so my laptop died mid movie."

Minusy: "I purchased a flight two weeks ago to depart at 11am from lax I checked in at 10:30 where they told me It was too late for me to check in they gave me another flight departing at 4pm (free of charge) weird right? Very disappointed since I always fly and check in 30 minutes before. I didn’t have any luggage with me either I do not think it’s fair and I will not be flying American Airlines/Alaskan airlines ever again."

The amount of re direction to get to the final terminal was absurd .. that's just my venting My real problem is that then "crew" or team that represent s the American Airlines / compass part was just useless. A hand full of people - myself included didn't get a chance to board the plane as they didn't make any announcements. Beyond disappointing. When you check in they take your cell phone "in case " well no call no txt no nothing. It was a joke the level of service No apologies or anything just a group of any tired patrons getting the worst customer experience. I'll never EVER book a flight that has anything to do with American Airlines or its partners"

Plusy: "All flights were on time and actually landed ahead of schedule. Crew were helpful and attentive but our particular flight attendant was very abrupt with all the passengers which was off putting."
Minusy: "need more leg room for international flights. My husband is 6 feet and he found it very uncomfortable when the person in front of him reclined his seat for the entire trip."

Plusy: "I enjoyed the customer service, the nice landing and the pilots recognition that too many announcements on night time flights is unwanted."
Minusy: "I was on the plane for 50 minutes before we departed. I was in group 6. The people before my group waited even longer. I also don't like Americans stand alone terminal at LAX; there's no vendors or services there."

Minusy: "Fight was operated by American. Alaska forced to wait in line and see assistance, then inform that because the flight is operated by American, they won't be able to check me in. Had to walk to a different terminal of LAX wait in 2 more lines and by the time they were able to assist it was too late to check in. Missed the flight, have to rebook a 3 hour later departure, move the meeting and take a flight back 4 hours later that has a layover and adds about 2.5 hours more on the return leg. Not to mention having to pay for the new seat."

Plusy: "Overall, one of the most enjoyable International flight experiences I have ever had."

Plusy: "I liked that we got into Dublin earlier than expected. I really liked the amount of legroom-- It's rare for me to be able to sleep and I did. Thank you!"

Plusy: "Again, it seemed to me there was more legroom in first class than on similar Delta flights - meaning it was more comfortable. Also, there was a delay of a couple of hours leaving Dallas due to a problem with the plane's radio, and the American employees handled it very well, keeping the passengers informed and smoothly transferring everyone to a substitute plane."

Plusy: "Wrong airline, sent me to wrong gate, almost missed the flight. If I wasn't lucky enough to need a wheelchair, I would probably still be in Phx! Not happy at all, to say the least. I had to grease the palms of about 7 different wheelchair pushers. A bad day all around."

Minusy: "Had a passenger behind us that was coughing the whole flight with what we think was a cold and now we are both sick with colds."

Plusy: "A short flight that was even shorter because we arrived early. Luggage arrived promptly at Baggage Claim, too. American has flights between Chicago and New York practically every hour, which is very convenient. They might as well have a shuttle. Gate staff and flight attendants friendly and helpful. Love the upgraded individual consoles for the entertainment."
