My problem is not only the wait once we land, but most improtsntly that the bags are beat up in the journey. Indeed, my carry-on arrived with several scratches on the plastic edges as well as some signs of worn on the textile. Because of this carry-on baggage size restrictions, I will not fly TAP airlines again (unless I can travel with my hand purse only)."

It had a link to pay for 'additional services' but not luggage. At the time of booking, I checked and the price given was $35. So, I have protested the additional $55 with my CC company and will see what happens. BTW the luggage was not overweight. They turned off all the lights, including my personal reading lamp, so I could not read and had to just sit there doing nothing. That really blew big chunks. I only got two small glasses of wine."

Ridiculous! We finally begged our way into being squeezed into a flight to Porto. But of course our bags didn’t make it with us and they could not locate where they were or track what time they would get to Porto... we sat at the airport for hours waiting for our bag until they finally offered to deliver them at a later time, which we are still waiting. We missed a full day of our vacation to Portugal because of this situation and are still hoping that our bags will make it to our destination..."

Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."

There was a problem with the website so we couldn't check in online and we had tried to change our flight a few days earlier but the website again didn't work, we tried to call a call centre whose number was on there, didn't work."

Po wejściu do hali odlotów, pomimo elektronicznej odprawy, posiadaniu wydruku z adnotacją Priority i bagażu podręcznego należy się odprawić przy stanowisku nadawania bagaży (kolejka sic !) w celu otrzymania tzw. paper ticket. Oczywiści w moim przypadku nie dodano czerwonej naklejki Priority Boarding !!! Obsługa przy boardingu nie respektuje usługi pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład. Pierwszeństwo jest tylko przy przejściu do hali tuż przed wejściem do busa lotniskowego. Potem już i tak wszyscy jadą wspólnie, więc pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład nie ma. Dodatkowo jeśli zostaniesz skierowany przez kolejnego niekompetentnego pracownika lotniska DWC do niewłaściwego z dwóch autobusów (jeden podjeżdża do przednich schodów, drugi do tylnych) musisz się przeciskać przez cały, pełen pasażerów i bagaży pokład samolotu, ponieważ procedury !!! nie pozwalają przejść do odpowiedniego wejścia, np. tylnego mając miejsca 29. Nigdy więcej Wizzair, którego pracownicy pokładu twierdzą, że odprawa i boarding nie jest zależny od firmy Wizzair. Tylko dlaczego to Wizzair pobiera opłatę za usługi typu Pierwszeństwo wejścia na pokład ?"

What a waste of time! (flew from Gatwick as apparently online checkin is available when flying from some other airports)"

Plusy: "Rear passengers boarded first, which is sensible, however this wasn't repeated on the return flight."
Minusy: "Called to gate even though the aircraft wasn't even there! Could have had extra half hour airside."

Minusy: "Hi, Words cannot describe the damage your crew made when separating the seats between my wife and I. She is pregnant and I wasn't able to sit by her during the flight. SHAME ON YOU!"

Plusy: "Flight was late for like 3 hours"

Plusy: "Nothing."
Minusy: "Nobody told that this is low cost flight !!! No food or even water during flight. Baggage limitation of 15 kg. No leg space at all. This information should be displayed during ticket reservation."

Plusy: "The crew was OK."
Minusy: "Don't let it fool you. SmartWings is a low-coster, although you pay a full price of the CZ Airlines. No food. A glass of water is 2EUR. No service whatsoever. The smallest legroom I ever had. The flight was delayed by an hour and a half with no explanation. And the best part - you're only allowed to check 15kgs of luggage, although you paid a full price for CZ airlines, which allows 23!"

Minusy: "totally fine for a week end trip when you don't need much luggage. I wouldn't fly if luggage is an issue or on a flight longer than 2 hours as it's a discount airline and space is limited onboard."

Plusy: "The flight was sopuuse to depertur in 23:50 and we take of after 1"

Minusy: "1. From Tel-Aviv: to Prague, the flight was delayed by 2h 2. Prague to Tel-Aviv; flight was delayed by 3h with 10 days notice. Then, was additional delayed after checking. Thus, instead of 11:55 (initial time when we bought the tickets.) we flew at 4:00 AM. 3. My husbands flight was canceled without any notice. We got to checking, I was on the system but my husbands ticket was canceled. My husband had a confirmed E-ticket. It was already 1 in the morning... we were shocked... Nobody was there to help. He was sent to another office in the airport to talk to someone that did not a represent the airline. The only flight that could be arrange was via Moscow. My husband arrive to Tel-Aviv 12h later. No compensation was offered, no hotel, food. My husband his a specialist-physician. 20 patients waiting for over 3 months to see him had to be cancelled. He arrived exhausted and upset and could not work even the next day. I would to point out that the travel agent did not get any notice of the cancellation and did ask for it. 4. Old airplane, not comfortable, no space, unfriendly flight attendants for checking and on board. 5. We were not served even water 6. I was very cold but could not get a blanket from the flight attendant. 7. On overall, very bad experience that will not be repeated. I will never fly with this company again."

Minusy: "P.S. I'm not sure they are actually qualified to be called an airline. I would not let them run a grocerry store..."

Minusy: "It may be was not the company fault, but the security check was very long and hypercritical"

Minusy: "Space"

Plusy: "With no hassle or drama.. All what you need from cheap flight."

Minusy: "Flight was delayed. There was no communication of the fact it was delayed or for how long. Once boarding was completed, 1 hour late, we sat in the plane for a further 30 minutes without any communication of the cause of the delay or when we were going to leave. In fact, when the flight actually pulled back from the gate, several people were standing, or in the rest room, having given up on the flight actually departing. Once on the plane, the cabin service was so slow that they were only to serve the first 20 rows before they had to pack up because the plane was about to land. An airline to avoid ..."

Minusy: "Spent your and a half in line for check in. Put us in the last sit, was verry verry crowded. No food or drinks. No entertainment."

Plusy: "The cabin crew was very professional and helpful. Food was slightly above average compared to nowadays low standards."
Minusy: "Departure delayed by THREE HOURS due to too late arrival of the plane from previous fligh. This can happen. However TOTAL LACK OF INFORMATION AT THE AIRPORT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! The flight was scheduled for 10:20 and this information was still at the information board even at 11:00 while the information about the status including a new departure slot was definitely known to the airport as well all SmartWings officials by that time!!! Flight was ok but the landing was not. The first attempt was not successful so the plane took off again when almost touching the runway and the second attempt landing was pretty hard. Explanation given for the failed first attempt was most likely only a bad excuse (insufficient distance from previous landing plane). Later I found out the flight captain (Mr. Vojta) was also the instructor for new SmartWings pilots so presume a new pilot was learning to land which as a passenger I don't appreciate to be subjected to."

Minusy: "Our lugugge did not arrive from Prague!"

Plusy: "Nothing"
Minusy: "This airline lacks management, direction, structure and every detail required to run an airline."

Minusy: "No entertainment at all, no outlets, and all of the food was for purchase. There was no indication whatsoever that we would need to purchase food onboard (most airlines provide free drinks), and the worst part was that there was no free potable water. And, the crew were not at all nice about it. Honestly, I'd like back the 2 euros I had to spend on getting a bottle of water!"

Plusy: "Inexpensive"
Minusy: "Couldn't check in online and they were late taking off - also they said the flight was 14:20, gatwick airport website was 14:40 and when told to go to the boarding gate and board, they weren't boarding"

Minusy: "Customer service put me on hold for 45 minutes until I just gave up"
