They also dropped my food on the floor during their impatience with me to not get my tray table out in less than 3 seconds. That wasn't picked up for me. We got the impression we were more of an inconvenience. I'm not sure how they get away with it being in the service industry. The extra payment for more than 4 films is pretty appalling too."

Very infrequent with drinks, water, trash, etc. Breakfast was a yoghurt. Movie and TV selection pretty poor, even the premium paid-for service."

Minusy: "If you think you will save money by flying this little known airline, think again! Flight from SF to Manchester on June 29th was 2 hours delayed. Showed up at SF airport almost 2 hours before the new departure time and check in was closed, no Thomas Cook staff could be found. Several other passengers were in the same boat and eventually we convinced an airport manager to reopen check in. Missed connection in Manchester (on a different airline) and needed to purchase a new ticket for $400. They also lost my bag. Dozens of calls to baggage services went unanswered. I reached out to SFO baggage operations directly and located the bag - it never had left SF. By the time it was located I was in a remote section of Italy. It took several more days to get the bag to Zurich (the closest major airport), but they would not deliver the bag to me. I needed to drive 10 hours round trip to get the bag, a week into my trip. Getting the bag situation sorted out involved literally over 100 phone calls, most of them unanswered, and at least 30 conversations with baggage people in 3 different airports. Instead of the transport from US to Europe costing $750, it ending up costing close to $1800 and endless aggravation. I'm trying to get some paid back but doubt it will happen. Two friends on the same flight with me also missed their connection to Milan and their replacement tickets cost $1400. Also had to do an overnight stay at Manchester airport hotel for return flight, and that was another $220. DON'T FLY THIS AIRLINE IF YOU PLAN TO CATCH A CONNECTING FLIGHT ON A DIFFERENT AIRLINE - VERY RISKY. Perhaps OK if you are travelling with just a handbag to Manchester/UK only."

Minusy: "The crew is terribly rude and inconsiderate, hit my husband twice with the food tray. Cut the TSA approved lock on my bag...that's not supposed to happen. no personal viewing screens and the TVs that did show were blurred or greened people out."

My wife is/was not feeling well and cold and had a sore throat. It was so bizarre , but I eventually just got pissed and quit asking. It really was strange. 9 hour flight. Not comfortable at all. Staff could care less."

On the plane the cabin crew states the pilot will fill us in on the delay but they never did. -On both of my flights I did not get a pillow or a blanket. -Few movies and shows to choose from, the rest you had to pay for, but I brought my own entertainment. No complimentary headphones so bring your own."

Plusy: "I really liked that I was able to check in online and print boarding passes ahead of time. Definitely helps! Boarding was a little delayed but once it started, smooth process. Crew and pilot were extremely friendly! Airplane was very clean. For some reason I never eat the food when I fly, so I cannot comment on that but my family members that I was flying with say it was good. Overall, VERY satisfied with my flight from Orlando to London and Thomas Cook Airlines in general. Will be booking with them in the future! Sorry to those who did not have a great experience like I did."
Minusy: "Leg room but the leg room isn't really that great on any flight when you're flying for 8+ hours. 3 movies on movie monitor and if you wanted extra, you had to pay but the price was reasonable. Would have liked Wifi as well."

Minusy: "Olivia was particularly helpful, Laura particularly patronising & unprofessional. Thanks to Thomas Cook 'flexibility', i.e. Letting people sit in seats that they hadn't been allocated to, we had a baby and a toddler behind us for the duration who weren't due to be there. One of the worst journeys I've ever made."

Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."

Minusy: "I had priority and my partner who did not was on plane first! My suitcase was miles away from me (what caused delays on getting out) because next to my seat was not empty slots! After the bus took us to plane crew did not allowed us to use rare entrance (I was seat 37!)! That was chaos!"

Minusy: "The flight was delayed by an hour which meant we missed a connecting bus journey. The space in the seat is very limited and cramped, I was very uncomfortable in the chair with my knees pushed into the back of the seat in front. I am 6ft 1in which is tall but not that tall. Anyone taller might not be able to get into the seat at all. There was a problem with the website so we couldn't check in online and we had tried to change our flight a few days earlier but the website again didn't work, we tried to call a call centre whose number was on there, didn't work."

Minusy: "Ponad godzina opóźnienia !!! Ale to można zrozumieć. Po wejściu do hali odlotów, pomimo elektronicznej odprawy, posiadaniu wydruku z adnotacją Priority i bagażu podręcznego należy się odprawić przy stanowisku nadawania bagaży (kolejka sic !) w celu otrzymania tzw. paper ticket. Oczywiści w moim przypadku nie dodano czerwonej naklejki Priority Boarding !!! Obsługa przy boardingu nie respektuje usługi pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład. Pierwszeństwo jest tylko przy przejściu do hali tuż przed wejściem do busa lotniskowego. Potem już i tak wszyscy jadą wspólnie, więc pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład nie ma. Dodatkowo jeśli zostaniesz skierowany przez kolejnego niekompetentnego pracownika lotniska DWC do niewłaściwego z dwóch autobusów (jeden podjeżdża do przednich schodów, drugi do tylnych) musisz się przeciskać przez cały, pełen pasażerów i bagaży pokład samolotu, ponieważ procedury !!! nie pozwalają przejść do odpowiedniego wejścia, np. tylnego mając miejsca 29. Nigdy więcej Wizzair, którego pracownicy pokładu twierdzą, że odprawa i boarding nie jest zależny od firmy Wizzair. Tylko dlaczego to Wizzair pobiera opłatę za usługi typu Pierwszeństwo wejścia na pokład ?"

Plusy: "It flies direct to the airport that I wanted to go to."
Minusy: "Little space. Legroom & hand baggage (which had to go in hold). Family of four were not seated together. Cabin pressure change made child ill (my phone has a pressure sensor and I could see the change in pressure trigger a desire to vomit). It should be transitioned more slowly."

Plusy: "Cabin crew podczas dzisiejszego lotu była po prostu genialna! A szefowa pokładu to już w ogóle przeszła sama siebie! Była cały czas uśmiechnięta od ucha do ucha, pomocna i widać było zezalezy jej na tym aby pasażerowie byli zadowoleni :)"

Minusy: "Cannot understand management of border control security before boarding. This is done in the corridor on route to gate. Long long queues, then continued to queue before boarding in the waiting/holding room. No toilets once you enter the corridor to go to gate. Unsatisfactory management. Water from air conditioner dripping on me on board from take off. Not an immediate suggestion to move, but agreement to do so on my suggestion and then gentle insistence. Thankfully there was a seat for me! It seemed to be a problem staff were aware of which is concerning that Wizz did not block that seat."

The gate representative, Rose is her name, seemed like just a sales person, she didnt even care what i said, and said “ its your fault and tour responsibility “. “Please pay or you wont be able to board” she said. Yes, like a bully, demanded for money, or else.... Worst service i had ever experienced in my 16 years of traveling."
