It was incredible service and everyone was super friendly. We so appreciated them making sure we caught our connecting flight!"

When we got back to the airport we had unnecessary stress of finding our luggage in some unclaimed baggage office. We almost missed the flight. Norwegian staff needs to be knowledgeable about how baggage is handled."

Plusy: "After reading other reviews of Norwegian Air, we expected indifferent flight crew, strict carry-on restrictions and low cabin temps. So we came “prepared” for our overnight long haul flight, but it turned out the cabin was fairly warm and the young flight crew from Norway, US, France and Spain were even warmer. They were all merry, super responsive, and went out of their way to offer assistance. Although we hadn’t pre-ordered food, they gave a sandwich to my ten-year-old, and then when they had a few left over, they gave them to us (the parents) and others. They are either a new crop or they’ve gotten re-training since previous poor reviews. Also turned out layered clothing was enough and we wasted carry-on space bringing small blankets, not that they cared very much that we brought a regulation size carry-on plus a slightly-too-large personal item each (never measured), PLUS a paper grocery bag half-filled with snacks. So we went over our limit but there were no issues, and the overhead bins in the Dreamliner were NOT full. Maybe on other planes, or if you’re among the last to board, it might be different. Also, on-board blankets were only $5 to purchase (not “expensive” as we’d previously read.). Seats were certainly tight, but all coach seating is these days, and overall... a great flight experience. ALSO... they have a handicap accessible bathroom on board, and provide crew to push the aisle chair as needed. Awesome."

I could literally get water and a bag of chips without spending more money. Aside from that-the only place to get food at that time had VERY little to offer. Then-as the flight was delayed, I was stranded in New York City as the busses were no longer running. I had bought 2 seats, only to not make either of them. I had to book a train-wait another 3.45 hours into the morning hours, and pay for the entire train. All of this was after the flight to Europe had been canceled without purpose, and I am still waiting for a refund for booking another flight after missing the origional connection-considering i had to fly to Paris instead of Oslo-and my destination was Berlin. Minusy: "I was flying Norwegian during possibly the worst week in recent memory: after the breakdown at JFK following the snow hurricane on Jan. 3-4. The flight was DY 7002 to Oslo, arriving on Jan. 5. For some reason leading up the flight, Norwegian did not cancel our flight - which left at 22:00 - even though the other major airlines had. We were forced to go to the airport chaos before Norwegian cancelled the flight around an hour before it was supposed to fly. We were delayed two days. When we finally boarded on Jan. 7 we had to sit on the tarmac for 3 hrs before taking off. The pilot couldn't explain the nature of the delay. In all fairness, I am not sure how much Norwegian or JFK are to blame for such horrendous service. Probably both are at fault. Norwegian: please consider your customers' time and well-being. Minusy: "First flight was late. Difficult to have information on what to do. It was either try to go and get your correspondence or wait for the next day, no alternative. Crew at the airport (NCE) were really not knowledgeable, they didn’t know if hotel was covered in case of a missed correspondence, they didn’t know if the next gate would be close by or if it was needed to go back to security..."

Paying for tea or coffee is just outrageous. Crew does a minimum requirement and isn't even nice when you are just asking for a glass of water once throughout the entire flight."

Minusy: "The airline failed to inform that upon check in they would weigh carry on's and if they were over 10kg you would have to check a bag for $65. 3 stations and over an hour later, people were furious. Also, if you didn't book a premium ticket the flight staff didn't want to deal with you. Asking for water incurred a nasty look. I was surprised by the lack of customer service and therefore I don't plan to fly this airline again."

I had to get up each time to ask the crew for water and was given a small cup to take back to my seat. Once, I was told they were too busy. By the end of the 8-hour flight, I had a headache from dehydration. Not fun. I'm unlikely to fly Norwegian again."

Nearly slipped up with baggage as did not purchase bags coming back as missed the point while booking. How many people book return flights and don't bring bags back? Should have been an 'are you sure' check."
Minusy: "i was accosted by an extremely rude flight attendant. after having no water offered for hours i walked into the galley in the back to get some. nobody was there and some cups were sitting next to a half empty water bottle. so, like many other airlines, i assumed i could help myself. no sooner than i had picked up the water bottle to pour some water a male flight attendant walked up behind me and said, "excuse me sir, what are you doing?" i replied, "getting some water." he said "what do you think you're doing? you can't just get water you have to ask" and took the bottle away from me." i said "well it would be nice if you served water during the flight, I'm really thirsty." he replied, "everyone is sleeping." i said "not everyone, and nobody offered any water the whole flight, so i thought i'd help myself since nobody was back here." he said, "well i was serving another customer". to which i replied "alright", as i thought "obviously not everyone is sleeping", walked away feeling terrible, and not feeling at all like a respected customer. i have never experienced such awful customer service on any flight, especially not on an international one. this is the first and last time I ever fly norwegian. shame on him! and the plane was disgusting by the way... can't wait to post this on facebook #nevernorwegianair"

Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."

There was a problem with the website so we couldn't check in online and we had tried to change our flight a few days earlier but the website again didn't work, we tried to call a call centre whose number was on there, didn't work."

Po wejściu do hali odlotów, pomimo elektronicznej odprawy, posiadaniu wydruku z adnotacją Priority i bagażu podręcznego należy się odprawić przy stanowisku nadawania bagaży (kolejka sic !) w celu otrzymania tzw. paper ticket. Oczywiści w moim przypadku nie dodano czerwonej naklejki Priority Boarding !!! Obsługa przy boardingu nie respektuje usługi pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład. Pierwszeństwo jest tylko przy przejściu do hali tuż przed wejściem do busa lotniskowego. Potem już i tak wszyscy jadą wspólnie, więc pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład nie ma. Dodatkowo jeśli zostaniesz skierowany przez kolejnego niekompetentnego pracownika lotniska DWC do niewłaściwego z dwóch autobusów (jeden podjeżdża do przednich schodów, drugi do tylnych) musisz się przeciskać przez cały, pełen pasażerów i bagaży pokład samolotu, ponieważ procedury !!! nie pozwalają przejść do odpowiedniego wejścia, np. tylnego mając miejsca 29. Nigdy więcej Wizzair, którego pracownicy pokładu twierdzą, że odprawa i boarding nie jest zależny od firmy Wizzair. Tylko dlaczego to Wizzair pobiera opłatę za usługi typu Pierwszeństwo wejścia na pokład ?"
