Minusy: "The seats are very uncomfortable on Austrian air. The only way I would fly them again would be if I had extra money for the exit rows with more leg room. Food isn't great, but no airline food is really great. Boarding was significantly delayed from what it said on the boarding pass, with no updates. But we arrived on time. Getting luggage after flight at Dulles took a really long time, but I think that is more of an airport issue as getting my luggage from another Austrian airlines flight to another airport was a breeze."

Wish that would have been clear when I purchased the ticket. Also there is no clear info on what the cost is for your bag at what point in the check-in process."

No luggage until yesterday.It never happen before.But in top of everything my plans in Albania were messed up.I have to pospne my return flight 1 week and the charges are unbelievable tooo much 650 dollars.I am not stopping here.Thank you."

Minusy: "Better lumbar support is always appreciated, adjustable lumbar would be very nice and could make or break an entire flight. No seat on any flight should ever be even the slightest ill repaired. Again, this equipmemt all seemed great. Lastly, since I prefer to always have a water, coke or coffe and or snack in front of me during entire flight, a bit of self serve (grab a water, coffee or snack yourself without having to make staff work a simple task would be nice on every flight. This was my first time flying Aer Lingus from Chicago to Dublin with a connecting flight to Leeds and I was impressed with their service and efficiency. I noticed the flight attendants were attentive and courteous to passenger needs throughout the flight which was 6 hours exactly. I have flown on many airlines and the service on Aer Lingus rates the highest for passenger satisfaction. Look forward to flying them again. Thank you!"

The food was as bad as airplane food gets. The 'beef' Shepard pie was lumpy and over salted. Also you must pay for beer and wine on this 4 star airline. They use "smart flies aer Lingus " as their advert tag line. In my opinion smart flies someone else"

If they are landing planes at the old terminal passport control and baggage reclaim should be in terminal 1 for these flights instead of a long trek"

Paying for my baggage (under20kgs) with my flight then being forced into paying again at the airport because they said they did not have my details on their system. being forced to go to another line and que up to pay a second time for my baggage to be taken onto the airport. Going back to another line to put my baggage in and show the receipt for the baggage that had been paid for twice. Going to the next (another) line with one person serving - several Dublin passengers in the que and a line that as about 100mts long- yes about 100 metres long with one person serving without any Lingus staff coming to see if all was ok . No help no announcements nothing. sitting in a plane for an hour and a half with three children under the age of four crying, screaming and yelling all the way without a thing being said by any of the crew. A little is ok, but three families with young children with no support from the crew was not pleasant"

But the breakfast was just OK & comfort I guess is par for the course these days, seats on economy fares just seem to get narrower & narrower. As far as the entertainment system it just didn't work properly (just as it didn't on the flight over) and the choice of films, TV and current affaires was pretty bad."

They had promised to speak to my doctor and then didn't, I was promised assistance in the airports which never materialised and when I checked in I was promised a spare seat next to me to allow me to stretch the leg out. This was taken away from me once I was on the plane and I had little space and comfort. I wouldn't fly Aer Lingus again unless there was no choice."

"My wife and I did not get food. There was no chicken left and we can’t eat pork so we didn’t get food. Crew member didn’t ask ask first but left the pork in our table and after I asked him what it was told that was only pork left I asked him to take back. The only thing we can’t eat is pork and that was the only option. I was shocked for a long flight not to have enough food. Crew member never came back to let us that there is no other food available. After we asked and other crew member he checked and confirmed there is no other food. He offered to share his own meal with my wife and I but we refused but we appreciated that. I hope I never have an other experience like that. It wasn’t a good experience. :("

Failed to get a voucher, refund or change the dates online, was still getting an error. on messenger they answered and told me i can get a voucher, i told them i don't want it and after that they stopped replying all together. good thing i got my money back by filing a dispute with my credit cart company."

Caused me to miss my connection and here I am having to pay huge for a last minute hotel. Not what was advertised to me which was a LOT flight not a codeshare on an old plane. Booked it through Kayak, will not be doing THAT again."
