Minusy: "I missed my connecting flight in Turkey as flight was delayed. It was my worst flight experience because nobody wanted to help me. It took an hour of being ignored by various TA staff to eventually get my boarding pass to the next available flight to London. I nearly missed that one as well because of it. The staff in Turkey was rude and unhelpful and most didn’t understand English properly. There were a number of others having the same issues, it was an awful experience."

I have put 2 older passengers with knee problems. they have to go through the satires then what's the point of getting wheelchair???? you guys took $250 more on each tickets so the passengers can reach to their destination faster. but you ended up delaying the flights. and i asked around to many people after this and they told me that you always do it. WTF??????? give me my money back...."

Minusy: "The crew did not seem interested at all; the food was mediocre and the headphones provided were broken and despitea repeated request to get new ones I did not get theme"

Minusy: "I have been told at the airport that I had an unconfirmed flight and was told that I could not travel to Istanbul. I am still at my departure city, in Chicago. I bought my tickets just like anybody would, go on the website, pick the flights and pay. But someone did not do their job correctly and did not correctly confirm my flight. I paid for this incompetence by missing Christmas and a business meeting. Do not think it will never happen to you, it is just a matter of time that this kind of bad service catches up to you. The system is so disconnected or careless that it can't even figure out I couldn't take the flight which it is is asking me a review for."

Minusy: "1. Aweful legspace and overall space: I am 5'11'' and an average guy. It was like fitting myself into a cage. 2. Ground management is very bad. I felt that in both Boston and in Istanbul. They make people wait and the queue becomes long to adjust their delays. My flight from Istanbul to Dhaka was scheduled at 3:40 am. They started boarding passagers at around 3:10 am. Before that, they even bothered to show up at the boarding bridge, let alone informing people about their delay. The behavior of the groud crew was an embarrassment."

Minusy: "First and foremost we were astonished and angered that the cabin crew would not allow any window shades to be open during the day- long flight. That is unhealthy and exacerbates the jet lag phenomena. An airplane is not a hotel and you have eye masks and such readily available for people sleeping. Oh, and I also like to look out the window! For this reason I am looking for another airline to fly for our semi annual trips overseas."

The entertainment options were heavily impaired by the heinous sound quality, however, rendering the movie I watched crackly and often inaudible. I also wish the ticket counter opened earlier before the flight, especially when it ostensibly closes an hour before takeoff. That makes for a narrow window indeed."

Minusy: "Boarding was very long. My flight got canceled and rescheduled. On my first flight I had made a reservation for an isle sit, and when my flight got reschedules no reservation was made and I ended up getting a middle sit, which is very uncomfortable for me."

Minusy: "I was pulled aside for extra security. That was fine but there were a few other passengers that should have been pulled over for extra security besides me. It took an extra 20 minutes for me to board the plane because of this and when I arrived to my seat an Arab woman was sitting in my place and refused to move to the middle seat. She said she could not and would not sit next to a man who was sitting on the other side. If this is a problem from the start, there should be a way to choose a seat according to gender. The stewardess found me another place in front of this woman who kicked my seat the whole way. She even argued with the stewardess about putting her suitcase above her in the rack and security was almost called. There should be something included in the flight information program about being polite to other passengers."

Plusy: "I had heard that Turkish Airlines was very reputable and I'm glad it proved to be true! The Turkish food was nice, the in flight entertainment was great, the plane/ bathrooms were kept clean, the plane was full but not overpacked, even the kids got a "kids pack" :) Overall they showed that they were a good quality airline! My 14 hr flight was very comfortable"

They put us into Istanbul at 2am which was far too late to check into our hotel for the one night and totally refused to get us into a hotel close by so that we didn't have to be at the airport for 13 hours before our flight. We booked a flight that was SUPPOSED to arrive at 6pm so we could get to the hotel at a decent hour and relax. They cancelled 2 flights for the day and put us sleeping in the airport at empty gates all night. The customer service was absolutely aweful and we got nothing but excuses about policy and being talked down to because we "could have chosen a flight early the next day" instead of coming the day before. We wanted to see the town for an evening!! This company has some of the worst desk people I've ever encountered anywhere!"

I've never experienced such little leg room and I don't know how taller people even sit in those seats. 90% of the screens were not working at all and were burning hot to touch. Also, what's up with the spray they use along as they walk along the overhead storage bins (insecticide?). We all had to cover our nose/mouths as they walked by. Will completely avoid FlyDubai for any future flights."

And the list goes on and on and on. I highly recommend to take a different airline."

Minusy: "Fly Dubai check in at Dubai Airport is run by non-employees. My wife and I waited 1.5 hours in line. The staff helps other customers who are late for their flight cut in front of the line, and therefore make everyone else late for their flight. We finally arrive to the front and are told our flight has been oversold, and that it is full. We asked to be put on another flight and they said the next ones leave tomorrow. We were told we had to go wait in another line to arrange a flight or refund. We waited in that line for almost 1 hour, and the employee gave us an email address written on a post it note, and said if we wanted a refund to email them. Just an awful airline. Some other passengers wanted the flight the next day and Fly Dubai offered them a hotel for the night but said the hotel is full. The airline has an awful check in system, awful customer service, and has yet to offer us a refund, or even reply to the email we sent them six days ago. Regardless of their ticket price I will never fly with this airline ever again."
