The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again."

They called over 50 passengers up to the desk by name, gave us no reason, and we milled about in confusion. A passenger in a wheelchair who clearly needed someone to push him was told repeatedly to wait while they did NOT call for help, until someone threw a small fit on his behalf... Then they loaded all the wheelchair and pre-boarding passengers dead last. Passenger lists and boarding pass stubs were repeatedly dropped on the floor, passenger confidentiality was disregarded, and the desk staff alternated btwn arguing openly among themselves and not communicating with eachother at all. Totally unprofessional."

Paying for extras like food and luggage does not make the price economical."

It was really weird but I understand that as it is a low budget flight provider. The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip."

Minusy: "WizzAir's service. The flight had an 8 hour delay due to bad weather, while Tarom had a flight on the same route, under the same circumstances, and managed to fly to and from Valencia within a much more acceptable 2 hour delay."

They completely ignore me and let me stand there and at the end I see the door close in front of me, 2 meter from me and they told me I mised flight."

Plusy: "I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"

Po wejściu do hali odlotów, pomimo elektronicznej odprawy, posiadaniu wydruku z adnotacją Priority i bagażu podręcznego należy się odprawić przy stanowisku nadawania bagaży (kolejka sic !) w celu otrzymania tzw. paper ticket. Oczywiści w moim przypadku nie dodano czerwonej naklejki Priority Boarding !!! Obsługa przy boardingu nie respektuje usługi pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład. Pierwszeństwo jest tylko przy przejściu do hali tuż przed wejściem do busa lotniskowego. Potem już i tak wszyscy jadą wspólnie, więc pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład nie ma. Dodatkowo jeśli zostaniesz skierowany przez kolejnego niekompetentnego pracownika lotniska DWC do niewłaściwego z dwóch autobusów (jeden podjeżdża do przednich schodów, drugi do tylnych) musisz się przeciskać przez cały, pełen pasażerów i bagaży pokład samolotu, ponieważ procedury !!! nie pozwalają przejść do odpowiedniego wejścia, np. tylnego mając miejsca 29. Nigdy więcej Wizzair, którego pracownicy pokładu twierdzą, że odprawa i boarding nie jest zależny od firmy Wizzair. Tylko dlaczego to Wizzair pobiera opłatę za usługi typu Pierwszeństwo wejścia na pokład ?"

Minusy: "This is the terrible airlines that we have ever experienced. It’s not organized at all. After booking the ticket, I didn’t say we have to check in 2 hours prior to not to get charged at the airport. When we stand at the encounter, everyone in line didn’t know this and had to turn around to get in the different line to pay for checking in. After that, we had to get back in a long line and the lady didn’t mentioned that she can check in our luggage’s. With that being said, we had to go back to other encounter to pay for checked in luggage. We paid almost $200 for checking in and luggage. How stupid is that? We and other customers in line all said we felt it’s the rip off. We come to Ireland for vacation and expected it would be welcome and nice. This turned us off. Never fly with this airlines again. Thumbs down!!!"

Minusy: "Service was not great. The baggage allowance was lower than other airlines, forcing us to repack before we checked our bags. Checking in online was mandatory-something that wasn’t very noticeable in the email when we had a million other trip details to attend to so we didn’t and ended up having to pay a fee to check in. Ridiculous. My wife and I were not seated together even though I booked both tickets together. The inexpensive upfront price of the flight is not worth it since they will trick you into paying in other ways."

Minusy: "15 minut opóźnienia lądowania (opóźnienie nastąpiło już przy przygotowaniach do startu). Załoga bardzo szybko mówiła komunikaty w trakcie lotu przez co były trudne do zrozumienia."

Plusy: "Ogólnie to tylko miła obsługa jest na plus, reszta to porażka."
Minusy: "Nie dość, że lot był opóźniony, to zmieniono bramkę na oddaloną od pierwotnej o kilometry, trzeba było się cofnąć do sali odlotów, później dwa przystanki kolejką i jeszcze maszerować dobre 400m. Jak już wsiedliśmy, to pilot zakomunikował, że postoimy przy terminalu jakieś 40 minut, bo korytarze powietrzne zwężone, czy coś w tym rodzaju. Na ciepło posiłki tylko po starcie. Masakra jakaś."

Minusy: "Was told at boarding gate for a visa check stamp requirement. Admittedly it was mentioned in a casual way in the boarding pass,but wasn't a border control requirement. The airline could have done it there. But was denied boarding, waited for 6 hours to catch next flight and further connections."

Minusy: "Lot był opóźniony o ponad dwie godziny i nawet jak już wszyscy byli w samolocie, czekaliśmy już z włączonymi silnikami pół godziny. Po wylądowaniu również czekaliśmy 20 min na autobus. Łącznie lot opóźniony o 3 godziny i żadnej rekompensaty ze strony linii lotniczych."
