I rarely, if at all, leave any reviews myself but my flights (from SFO - Singapore and vice versa) were AMAZING! I was sitting in economy and the level of attentiveness that we received, I could only imagine how great first class could be. if i could fly Singapore on all my trips overseas I would."

Minusy: "Although they're not unique among airlines in this regard, seats in economy are cramped and uncomfortable (especially for those of us with long legs; I'm 5'11" and my boyfriend is 6'2"). What did seem different about SA compared to other airlines is that for some reason the seatbacks are very stiff and it's hard to recline your chair. Also, the entertainment system was a bit unreliable -- twice for some reason it rewound me more than an hour back in the movie I was watching (so I had to fast-forward to the place where I was)."

When I asked her to put her chair up, she got mad. She went to staff to insist she could put her chair back. I showed them that I was indeed in a back brace for a health condition and that I needed opportunities to move and shift, cross legs to release tension, etc. Staff sided with the rude woman, who, given the chance to move to an equal seat on the opposite aisle where she could recline, refused to move. I was very frustrated and have never been treated with such discrimination regarding my health concerns."

Minusy: "carry-on did not fit on center overhead compartment unless I put it side ways (Same carry-on suitcase fit nicely on Emirates airplanes, so the carry-on overhead compartments have been made smaller on Qatar on purpose or by engineering error, and I will not fly Qatar airlines again. Less food options. I went to the Gally and they only had kitkat bars for food. Emirates offer fruit, sandwiches, and many choices at ALL TIMES of the flight for economy class passengers. Entertainment computer (Android based system) ran slow and out of memory at times. Seats were not comfortable for 12hrs flight. My butt was starting to hurt. I did not have this issues on Emirates flights."

Minusy: "I missed my flight from Nairobi to Melbourne then the airlines asked for penalties and fare difference which in total was much higher than booking a fresh one way flight. I felt that the crew at Nairobi airport handled the situation pretty well however, the staff at the Nairobi reservation office were a bit cold and not very helpful."

Plusy: "The flight attendants waited for me at the gate since customs was backed up. They saw me running and told me it was ok. On the flight, snacks and drinks were bright by every hour or so and the meals were plenty of food and tasted good. I was given a bag with eye cover, earplugs, socks, face wipes and ear phones. Entertainment was good as well. Qatar is an amazing airline. Wish we had something like this in the States!"

Minusy: "All airlines are doing this—we're seated closer and closer together, but the seats are the same. They recline just as much, and the screens pivot as little. And when you have screens that darken at an angle, when the person in front of you leans back, not only is their head in your lap, but you can't see your screen at all. I hate that it's on passengers to decide that it's rude to lean back, when it's the function of the chair. Besides, barely anyone considers it rude. So I was uncomfortable and cramped (and yes, I asked the kid in front of me if she would please move her chair up just a little bit as a favor, but she said she leaned back because the guy in front of her leaned back). Nice kid. I'm not a big guy. Finally home with a horrible neck cramp and a sore tailbone."

My daughter's bag didn't make to SFO, even though we were early to check in."

On the SFO-BUD flight, the connection is through Istanbul, but the flight time is the same 15 hours, as on the SFO-ZRH-BUD route. In addition, two checked bags are free in coach."

Minusy: "3 4 3 seating results in very narrow isles ... during the longer flights on the 777 the isle seated passengers lean into the isles making going to and from the restrooms in ( coach) a bit of an obstacle course"

Minusy: "The plane was too hot. I asked multiple times throughout the flight for the temperature to be reduced, and it was not. I was wearing light jeans and a short sleeve shirt, and I was sweating all flight. Each time I asked throughout the duration of the flight, I was told it take a while for the temperature to decline. It's one thing to be uncomfortably warm on a flight; it's another thing when the flight crew lies to you. Further, I was not the only one to request that the temperature be reduced. This made an 11 hour flight particularly miserable."

Minusy: "I had such a miserable experience getting to Florence on Swiss Air that I sent a letter of complaint WHILE ON VACATION!! Really. It was a nightmare... not the way you want to start a vacation. I had difficulty booking my daughter's seat online for the return, but didn't have access to phone service while abroad. In my complaint letter to Swiss Air I requested they place us together. I never got a response and upon check in, they had my son and me in our purchased seats and my daughter at the back of the plane. I asked them if they could do anything about it (I was even willing to give up my seats to move to the back...) yet no one seemed concerned or interested in helping to make this work. They also had no knowledge of my complaint or appeared concerned about my prior experience. I'm so over Swiss Air. My experience with the employees on the phone prior to my first departure, the lack of response to my email, and a disinterested and inattentive staff on my return, have all convinced me to choose a different airline next time."

Minusy: "The flight from Nairobi to Zurich starts in Nairobi, flies an hour south to Dar es Salaam, you then sit on the tarmac for an hour, then you fly north for an hour until you get back to the starting point. I would think they would save money if they flew an empty plane down to Dar es Salaam, picked up those passengers and then flew back to Nairobi. No way should an 8.5 hour flight take over 11.5 hours. Plus my screen didn't work for one of the flights, nearly 12 hours without entertainment was BS. No real variety in their meals either. The first leg had a main meal of beef and potatoes as the meat option, same option for the second leg."

Plusy: "Crew was amazing. So patient and accommodating, even when passengers were a bit impatient. Cabin was clean, and it was good to have blankets and pillow on a long flight."
Minusy: "Boarding was a bit chaotic. Food was okay but not substantial. Comfort was terrible in my seat - for some reason I had a seat with a metal box underneath so I could not stretch my legs. And the fellow next to me, in the middle, was over 6 feet and was VERY uncomfortable, even though he had legroom. There were good options for entertainment, but it was unreliable and had to be restarted once. Also, the screen was terrible quality and I could not see no matter how I adjust the screen angle or the light."

Plusy: "my wife needed a wheelchair, so we were whisked between terminals. but if we had had to negotiate that long distance by ourselves we would probably have missed the connection because there was only an hour layover and the distance between gates was great"

Worse quality beef on a flight ever, and that's hard to do. In my 1.5 million miles flown, these were the least comfortable, cramped seats I have ever experienced. I am only 5'7", 150lbs, but for the first time ever could not reach my belongings in the under-the-seat space in front of me. Seriously, it was that cramped."

Minusy: "Ugh. Weather delays. The flight was scheduled to board about 7P but it arrived late and they had to not only unload the self-loading cargo, but clean up afterwards. Would be nice to get a better estimate as to how long it would take to board so that I could hang out in the lounge. In addition, departure from JFK was delayed as well, either we missed the IFR window or got stuck behind some traffic and I fell asleep on the plane only to wake up what seemed an hour later just getting ready to hit V1. No upgrade."

Nice to see kindness in an industry that seizes fees on every opportunity."

Not anyone's fault but disappointing to have to do when I didn't plan on checking in and going to pick up at the baggage claim. This is what i wanted to avoid in the first place. could have at least offered to let us pick them up as we deplaned and not baggage claim!"

I'mover 6' tall and middle seats are painful, especially cross country. Airlines need to be a little more attentive to their customers' needs. If a passenger is taller than average, and the flight is more than 60 minutes, provide comfortable seating at no extra charge. If a customer has a short layover, which their system knows about since it is the sourve of the flight plans, put the customer toward the front of the aircraft since these flights are habitually late and customers end up having to sprint through airports to try to make connections."

Minusy: "We had seats at first where there was what looked like bubble gum bits stuck on one of the food trays. The flight was clearly not cleaned although it landed 2+ hours before the departure. We had to ask for a wet tissue and clean it up. That was of no use too as it wouldn't scrub off. My wife was feeling under the weather and so we asked for a blanket. The blanket was hardly a blanket and more like a towel. We then luckily could switch seats as there were 2 vacant. But, the air conditioner was leaking water in the seat to our left. The crew was callous and just stuck the passenger with some napkins saying it does that. I don't fly Delta a lot and my experience in this trip isn't inspiring much confidence."

Plusy: "Both flights were on-time, no gate changes. Staff was friendly enough, and seat back entertainment was appreciated. Everything went as you always hope it does for flights!"

Plusy: "Decent food and drink. Flight attendants were very nice, although not quite as excellent as on the other Air France flights which I had on this trip"

I asked if I could see the seat chart, and told, "NO, you may not." Accepted the offer to find that we had been assigned non-reclining seats for this five hour torture, clearly a 'gotcha' by the agent. Furious!!"

Minusy: "Inbound flight from LAS was more than an hour late. Boarded the plane and we did not leave until much later. Arrived at SFO at 12:15AM, two hours later than originally scheduled. I shouldn't complain as the fare I paid was cheap, but i definitely learned my lesson."

Minusy: "I have been told at the airport that I had an unconfirmed flight and was told that I could not travel to Istanbul. I am still at my departure city, in Chicago. I bought my tickets just like anybody would, go on the website, pick the flights and pay. But someone did not do their job correctly and did not correctly confirm my flight. I paid for this incompetence by missing Christmas and a business meeting. Do not think it will never happen to you, it is just a matter of time that this kind of bad service catches up to you. The system is so disconnected or careless that it can't even figure out I couldn't take the flight which it is is asking me a review for."

Minusy: "The Bus carried all passengers to the plane . There was No help or assistance available for Handicapped passengers We had to climb the stairs. The person in front of me had Only one leg to stand on and was using crutches to climb the stairs This was like a survival of the fittest test and a horrible Experience. The Airline should provide assistance at the Boarding stairs."

Plusy: "The best airline to Europe! Period! Boing in the new 777 and has very comfortable seats with plenty of room for your feet even in economy class. Huge number of movies and TV shows. The food is excellent. Only missing part is to have some candies or chocolates for the 13 hour trip for San Francisco to Istanbul. You can not beat their price. Crew is very friendly and helpful at the same time. Slippers and socks they give you in economy class + cotton blanket of course make you feel you are 1st class traveler. What else? You name it and it is there. Will fly again with Turkish airlines."

Plusy: "Fantastic onboard entertainment. Lots of current movies and tv shows to watch. Music was available, too. Even a camera under the plane to see what you’re flying over...usually clouds. USB charging, big screens in the headrests, games, remote control with keyboard and game controller, network cable for laptops without Wi-Fi even. The had pillows and blankets on every seat when we arrived and handed out hot towels before the first meal. They also provided a kit with eye mask, toothbrush, cologne, and slippers. Far better than we expected."
Minusy: "We were subjected to at least five security checks after our transfer in Istanbul. At the gate they checked our passports and boarding passes five times before boarding, every carry on bag was searched and every person was patted down. We even watched while one man held up his baby for a guard to pat the baby down! This was all after the security we’d received to get to our gate. So, if you left the gate to use the bathroom, you had to go through all the checks again."

Minusy: "I like everything"

Plusy: "Service was very good, an excellent selection of entertainment to stay distracted during the 13 hour flight, and a reasonable rate for the flight."

Minusy: "The Istanbul airport is very large and there are many people. The signage is generally pretty good, but it was confusing getting off the airplane from Berlin and seeing a sign saying something like " foreigners." I waited in that very long line for at least 30 minutes which ate up most of my layover time. Only to find out that it was for people with visas coming into Turley. I was directed to another, poorly marked, line for people transferring planes."

Minusy: "The crew wasn't very warm or welcoming. No one smiled even once. They made it feel as if they were just doing their job and didn't care about customer service or comfort. The wifi didn't work the entire trip. Also, I got rammed with a service cart because the flight attendant said he didn't see me."

Plusy: "My experience of flying on Turkish Airline was amazing form beginning to end everything was perfect. The crew were very professional and the food quality was the best that I have had on an airline."

Minusy: "The laptop on board ban is a mess. As we were flying to the US, we had to go through literally 4 security checks one after the other. Then, all of our electronics (laptop, camera, even headphones) other than our phones had to be taken. As everyone had to go through it , this delayed our flight by 1 hour. When we landed, we waited literally 1.5h before they started handing out our electronics. All in all, it took me 4 hours to leave the airport."

Plusy: "The crew on the plane was kind, accommodating, and polite. Free alcoholic drinks helped with the long list of negatives aspects of the flight."
Minusy: "Every flight was 30+ minutes late. Crew members at the gate were consistently on their phones and delayed service substantially. Not only am I incredibly frustrated that I could not bring my laptop onboard to do work, but the fact I wasn't told until right at boarding and it took extensive time to reclaim it makes Turkish airlines on par with Ryan Air for inconveniencing its customers. At baggage claim, the crew loaded our baggage on the incorrect track, making it take even longer to receive it. Seats and leg room are sub par. As someone who is 6'3, when the person in front of me put their seat back, I was forced to take a metal bar on the back of their seat to my knees (no matter the position). I will be recommending to both family and friends that they should avoid this airline at all costs."

Minusy: "The new carry-on laptop caused a delay of about 1 hr before departure and arrival an hour late, then claiming the laptop was almost a nightmare with long queue after picking up the luggages, one has to also claim their laptops in a make shift station In the baggage claims area. My suggestion is to put the computer laptops in alphabetic order by last name/surname, with the claim ticket,for easier access when picking up. As for departure, probably at check in to inform them that if you have a laptop carry-on so that can be taken care of right away as not to delay departure when they take it at the departing gate. This should be done at check in if in Turkey, or as a transferring traveler, to inform the traveler to take care of that as soon as arrived to transferring destination and for the traveler not to wait until boarding time at the boarding gate."

Plusy: "Better than average in flight service. Excellent in flight entertainment"
Minusy: "Poor customer service. What the Turkish airliines claims to provide for passengers with long stopover (free tour etc.) on its web site did not happen. We got inconsistent and not helpful information from different Turkish representatives. Tight seat configurations. Uncomfortable for a 12+ hour flight."

Plusy: "The customer service and attention to detail was a nice surprise. I would definitely fly with Turkish Airlines again."
Minusy: "The space between the rows was very limited. I have short legs so it wasn't a problem for me, but my companion had her knees shoved into the back of the seat in front of her for the whole 13 hour flight. Not so good."

Plusy: "Good food and courteous service."
Minusy: "I was crowded in amongst a family who decided to camp in my row of 3 seats. (Literally, on the floor.) I could not move because I needed the bulkhead and aisle seat to stretch my legs. I am a Diabetic and needed it for circulation. I did not say anything but, the stewardess should have made one of the people go back to their seat as he was wedged near the window and sitting on the floor. It made my 13.25 hours trip very uncomfortable. They had a child with them so, I didn't wish to complain while on board."

Plusy: "The flight itself was great and the crew was wonderful"
Minusy: "Due to the laptop ban, the boarding and un-boarding process was brutal. We had to stand in line for an hour and a half just to hand over our laptops, where for some reason they decided to have only 2 people handling the process which created a huge line. The flight was 1:30 late and as we landed, there was no method to the delivery of the laptops to people. I had to wait almost 2 hours to get my laptop. Again, they only had 2-3 people handling the distribution of the laptops. I understand the security issue, but this issue was known for weeks now and there is no reason not to have enough people on the ground to take care of the boarding and distribution of electronic devices to at least make this an easier experience. There is no excuse for such poor preparation and service."

Plusy: "I got extremely sick on the flight from Istanbul to San Francisco. I now know I caught a stomach bug which hit me on the flights from Cape Town to Istanbul and then even worse from Istanbul to San Francisco. The flight from Istanbul was delayed by two hours due to customs delay for a passenger, as such there was a lot of recycled air. Take that and fact I'm pregnant and by time i started the 13 hour journey already felt sick. I started throwing up immediately and got sick 12 more times. the flight attendants brought me crackers, water and a cold towel and ice. My husband asked if he could pay to put me in business class but was not in airline policy. but i think given how sick and pregnant i was the flight attendant went to ask the captain if there was anything they could do to assist. they ended up moving me to business class to lie down and let me stay there for 3 hours. I got sick upon moving back but getting that rest really helped me. I felt like they genuinely cared about me and am so thankful to the two flight attendants who assisted: 1) Zumrat Bolukbas 2) Hatice (Cabin Chief) These women are amazing!"
Minusy: "the 2 hour flight delay on tarmac."

Plusy: "Flights attendants were really nice, USB ports on all seats, great selection of free movies and other entertainment, very good vegetarian food."
Minusy: "Boarding took a long time in Istanbul and could have been handled better. A second inspection was setup At the gate to checks passports, inspect carry-on bags for laptops and iPads, and a pat-down. we were late taking off, the plane was really full, and the cushions on the seats were off a bit. Seems like the plane was cleaned quickly and not put back together carefully."

Plusy: "This was my first flight with Turskis Airlines and my best experience with flying to Europe. The food was excellent; we had two hot delicious meals (best airplane food I ever had). The crew was the best - professional yet friendly. TA airfares are cheaper than other airlines so I could spend one day in Istanbul. That alone is worth it!"

Plusy: "Everything was great! Flight iand boarding was on time and the service provided by crew was simply the best. I enjoyed the entire flight."

Minusy: "Stuck in Istanbul airport for three days because of snow. The way the airline handled it was APPALLING. Second night stood in line for a hotel for over four hours only to find out at 3am that there weren't any more. And none of that captures the insanity of being sent to a transfer desk with no way out except buying a Turkish visa and going through immigration. Inexcusable. I have traveled to over 40 countries in the past 30+ years and this was beyond the pale, absolutely a nightmare, and almost all of it (excepting the actual snow delay) in the airline's control. NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINE THROUGH ISTANBUL."

Plusy: "Took Turkish Airline from New Delhi to San Francisco. The flight is at 6:55am from New Delhi, so a little early start - but the connection in Istanbul is excellently timed. The aircrafts were 777-300ER on both legs, and rather new. The entertainment is great and the TV screens are 11inches. Could not complain at all. Food is fine, standard fare, and there are some snacks available through entire flight. Istanbul is a reasonable airport for a short connection. Turkish allows 2 bags of 50lbs free - yet another reason to take it along with the reasonable fares."
Minusy: "The luggage delivery at SFO took forever! The flight landed at 4:36pm and I got my luggage at 5:40pm. This is something I have noticed on Turkish Airlines multiple times. They really need to work on their luggage workflow."

Plusy: "The whole experience was great. After an excellent meal which included drinks before and an excellent wine selection the flt attendants came through and made up a bed for you. This included a cover for the seat, a blanket and a big pillow. As opposed to United where you have to stick your feet in a little cubby the Turkish plane has just an open bench which opens to provide storage and gives ample foot room. I have never slept so much on a flt. Also he bathrooms are much more spacious than others."
Minusy: "Really nothing."

Minusy: "They cancelled my flight days before leaving the country or origin, leaving me incredibly inconvenienced."

Minusy: "I have never had a worse experience with booking travel and I vow to avoid Kayak and any related services. This has been truly one of the most terrible travel experiences. The flights were changed (not a big deal) and I was told I was due a refund. After three 1-1.5 hour calls no such refund has come and both agencies says the other is due to provide. I am furious and will never use Kayak or Justfly again."

Plusy: "There was upgrade special on our outbound flight at check in which we took advantage of so we were in business class flight from SFO to Istanbul. That was awesome experience - very comfortable fully reclining seats, gourmet food and drinks, impeccable service, wide entertainment selection, etc. Even on the shorter leg flights we took (i.e. Istanbul to Rome and Dubrovnik to Istanbul) they served food (light snack). We flew economy from Istanbul back to SFO but got exit row seats so plenty of leg room and seats reclined good amount. Again, great service, food and entertainment. All the flights we had on our itinerary were newer planes. Turkish Airlines is so much better than American airlines!"

Plusy: "Great service. On time. Friendly personnel."

Plusy: "The entire trip was very good when though it was very long due to the stop over in turkey. The flight was very good ( business class). Service and food was outstanding. The seats were good. Laying down was still a bit tight due to the armrests remaining in the same position. The crew was extremely nice and always helpful. The Turkish Air lounge on Istanbul is great and makes the united lounge in SFO look like a soup kitchen. I would fly Turkish air again."

Plusy: "My husband and I had a very average experience overall. From boarding to inflight customer service."
Minusy: "We did not plan to check in any luggage since we had few connections, so we decide to take our rimowa luggage with us. So we were forced to check them in because it was only 8kg allow per passenger on carry on. So our luggage end up full of big dents, and scratches. We reported to the airlines and it was hard to justify what we were complaining about it. As a consumer were are very unsatisfied and unhappy. One of the worst experience in hospitality I have ever experience."

Minusy: "Very little legroom. When the person in front of my reclined, I wasn't even able to open my tray all the way to eat. Flight was delayed for takeoff, that wasn't the airline's fault (air traffic) so that didn't factor in my review. Although the food is generally tasty, the dessert could be upgraded. I flew on 4 Turkish Airline flights this year and have never finished a dessert as I've not liked any of them. The bathrooms should be cleaned mid-flight for a 13 hour flight. It started out great but towards the middle of the flight, the bathrooms got really disgusting."

Plusy: "Lots do watch/do on the console. Smooth flight. Responsive staff when available."
Minusy: "Perhaps because of Istanbul security measures, but all water removed before boarding plane, with no chance to get more. Stewards couldn't give out bottles of water, only those little cups from time to time. They could bring more of those little cups when you called for them, but not during turbulence. So having no access to water was not great (or planned out on their part). Also, no random sweeps of the aisle by the stewardess from time to time, to check on comfort. My seat kept being pushed by passenger behind me. Flight into Istanbul two weeks prior was great all around. This knee was filled with too many negative moments."

Plusy: "Entertainment was good, there was a wide variety of movies, music and TV shows to keep passengers entertained. Seats were comfortable enough."
Minusy: "I was really disappointed with Turkish airlines this time. When we first boarded, I informed the flight attendant that I had hurt my back just 20 min ago and if it was possible to change seats (since it was hard for me to move with 2 people sitting next to me) after boarding was complete. She was nice enough by offering me ice, and said that once I hear the announcement ''boarding complete'' I can get up and look for a more comfortable seat. When I did that she asked me to go back to my seat immediately without letting me speak, and not once during the 13hr 30 min flight did she come to check if I needed anything. Food was served twice, a 13hr 30 min flight and food was served twice. It was almost impossible to call flight attendants if you needed water, coffee or was starving..they were always in a hurry and a little rude. Definitely going with Emirates next time, the service there doesn't even compare!"

Plusy: "- nice treats around take off (turkish delight and Superman v Batman Chocolate cake) - good in-flight entertainment selection"
Minusy: "- service was slow and steward/esses took awhile to respond to service calls; were not that friendly - trash wasn't picked up"

Minusy: "They changed departure time by 30 minutes and did not send a single message."

Plusy: "My wife and I try to travel internationally 2 or 3 times a week to various parts of the world. International airlines tend to be better than the US-based ones, and Turkish Airlines was no exception. We flew from SFO -> IST in March 2016 and they were really milking the fact that they're in the new Batman vs Superman movie with ads on the in-flight magazines, a fancy bat-shaped trifold menu, on-board amenity bag, and even showed trailer after the safety video. At Istanbul, we saw another plane that was completely wrapped with the Batman vs Superman logo. Haha The service was very good, food was good (they even had the chefs greet people as they got on and off the plane), and they had a great selection of movies/entertainment. Despite all the hours I have flown, I'm not good with sleeping in economy seats and while the seats are good, I still can't sleep in these. I'm about 5'-10", average build, and didn't have a problem with legroom or seat width. I like that they also give out this little amenity bag with fluffy slippers, earplugs, lip balm, and I forget what else. It's embroidered with a Batman vs Superman logo on it. Not bad! Earbuds are also free, but I don't know the quality because I used my own. After taking off, they'll serve a meal, pass out drinks (fresh lemonade is only available when originating from Turkey), and then dim the lights and leave you alone. A couple hours before landing, they'll pass out drinks and and another meal. I didn't try, but you can request a cheese sandwich and drinks any time. The only difference with this airline is that everywhere else, the flight attendants will ask people to right up their seats during meals. They don't here and you have to ask the person in front to please sit up so their seat isn't all in your face. Turkey actually has a city called Batman (near the Syrian border), and some ruins called Metropolis (near Izmir). No, Turkish Airlines doesn't actually fly there so their ad copy is a little wrong. We didn't get a chance to visit either of these places, but it would've been cool to check them out."
Minusy: "Not anything to do with Turkish Airlines, but being based in Istanbul, the International airport (Ataturk) is still under construction. I don't know which flights used the jetway, but all the flights we took from there (international and domestic) required boarding a bus between the plane and the gate."

Plusy: "The touch screens and little care packages we got once we were on the plane were great. The food was really good, too, but they ran out of one dinner option before it got to half the plane."
Minusy: "The entry to the plane in Istanbul was complicated--double checking at the gate for security and then also the boarding entry. The lines were crowded and disorganized and began late. After we were on the runway, we actually turned around and went back to the gate to let one sick passenger off. the flight attendants went up and down the aisles multiple times opening bins and asking people if the luggage was theirs or not before we could leave the gate again. It was really disorganized and bizarre. The flight itself was fine. The flight attendants weren't overly friendly, and they were missing during longer stretches, leaving passengers to find refreshments on their own. Beyond that, things were thankfully uneventful."

Plusy: "I thought the crew was very good and more helpful and friendly than the average cabin crew."

Minusy: "They cancelled my seat because of overbooking but they can not explain why? I was able to change my ticket two days later. Unexperienced staff, such a caos at the thy counters."

Minusy: "Seats 24a/b were next to exit door. Airplane is pumping out cold air literally right next to your feet. Crew was not willing to change temperature. Was not willing to offer comparable seats somewhere else in the plane despite having space. So, we were cold despite layers of blankets throughout the 13 hours of flight."

Plusy: "Comfortable seats and very good food and fresh drinks."

Minusy: "I don't know if something awful happened to them, but this crew seemed preoccupied and totally apathetic. A large piece of luggage fell out of a bin in flight and hit me on the head, and they literally ignored me when I told them about it. I could have been really hurt, but it was as if I wasn't even talking. I also noticed they ignored other people asking them questions as if they weren't even there. Totally ludicrous."

Plusy: "Everything abroad was great, service, food, entertainment ..."
Minusy: "The airport organization is abysmal.the organization of security is useless. They only accept checking 3 hrs before departure. Why on this good earth wouldn't they let people shop in the transit area is beyond me !"
