Bording stuart said that my ticket is ECO LIGHT class and I don't have the right to any baggage. Worst thing of all was that the reason of my trip to Paris was my sister's graduation and half of the baggage was my formal wear and other half were presents for my sister! Your lack of transparency ruined one in lifetime special event- MY SISTER'S GRADUATION. I am very glad that you asked me for my opinion because I am using my free time to demand full refund, even tough the damage is much bigger than the cost of the ticket and it's irreplaceable."

Minusy: "There was not enough room for all the people’s cabin size luggage. They allowed people to get on board with big coats once they’re in the plain they take off the coats and place them up. Those coats take the same space as a small suitcase. I asked the fly attendants for assistance and they didn’t even pretend to care about the situation. I had to put my luggage under the seat for the entire flight, which ended up reducing the very reduced legroom. What this airline is trying to do is; to charge passengers twice for cabin size luggage. This has been my worst experiences with airlines. Lufthansa is definitely an airline to avoid."

In addition people at info terminals are disorganized and not kind at all.."

So we arrived later about 50 minutes so I had to manage my situation and find my next gate and be on time. And an other thing that I disliked was that I was allowed to have only one baggage which was very unusual for international flight between two countenances. And the crew was not polite enough so she made fun of my Cary-on. In short, I expected more from KLM which is famous for them being "Royal" but not acting as one of them."

Seat belts much shorter than other airlines, so very confining, unable to loosen to relax in any position other than sitting straight in seat. In Rome had to check in & go through security at Terminal 5 then get bussed to Terminal 3. Only airport where we had to take out all electronics, including converter plugs, headphones, etc, place in a flimsy clear plastic bag ( that broke ) to go through security. Line to check bags pretty slow for number of passengers. Glad we had plenty of time."

Standard "how do I get the cattle fed the cheapest possible" food. 6. Electrical / USB / Network plugs or WIFI unknown."

Plusy: "Entertainment options were great. In seat USB charging a plus. Food was good enough and plenty of it at the right temperature."
Minusy: "Boarding process in Paris was very cumbersome... no row-range-wise boarding... you need to just stand in line. Additional hand baggage check at gate for the really unlucky ones. Economy Seats could use another layer of cushioning - very uncomfortable for long flights. Flight attendant was a bit mouthy... when asked for extra cream for the coffee - he said he "might as well get the cow for me"! 3 creamer packets may sound like a lot - but I couldn't help it as the creamer (2% milk??) was very diluted. Laughed it off at that point."

Minusy: "An average weight and height northern European does not fit into Air France."

Plusy: "flight was cancelled due to mechanical reasons, had to rebook in other flight company code sharing with Air France, than - nightmare happened - luggage has been lost for 3 days. therefore, enormous issus and problem to find luggages and to claim the ridicolous compensation to urgent needs"

Minusy: "he flight was delayed for over 3 hours On top of the delay we were on the runway for over 2 hours Our luggage was not delivered after 2 entire days. After receiving our first two bags, the third bag is not not delivered (3 days without our clothes. This is the bag we paid an additional 100.00 for. On the trip over, the entire row of seats did not have the monitors working and the light could not be turned off (bright error screen on the entire 7 hour flight. After being stuck in New York (reasons beyond Delta's control so we are understanding of that) however the Delta airport crew (3 different sources, continued to give us the wrong information resulting in us staying in the airport an additional 2 hours after everyone else had left. Finally went to a 4th person who was able to resolve the issue within 5 minutes. This was the worst flight experience in my entire 50 years on earth. The level of incompetence with some of the Delta airport staff is beyond excusable. Even after our issue was resolved, the worse two of the lot were still giving out wrong information to passengers telling them there were no hotels in ALL OF NEW YORK and they would have to stay in the airport."

Minusy: "There was no amenities pack given in Premium economy. The food was ok. It would have been nice to have been offered another bread roll. Seat comfort was fine, but I kept getting hit by the separating curtain as the flight attendants went back and forth from economy."

Plusy: "The seats were bigger across the shoulder area and had more padding than some other budget airlines."
Minusy: "Wish there was more elbow room in the seat. I am a big guy and I was having to squish myself so as to not interfere with my neighbor"

Plusy: "Good selection of movies."
Minusy: "Had to use a shoe horn to get into and out of my seat and I'm not a large guy. But really my harsh criticism comes from the loss of my girlfriends luggage. It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

Minusy: "Boarding (by bus) was a total chaos. I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."

I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Stewards male and female were very impolite, totally not friendly, always in a rush and nervous. Before landing they were extremely rude and in a hurry. An idea is serving breakfast 20 minutes earlier !"

Plusy: "The crew was very helpful. The accommodations provided us for the unexpected overnight stay in Brussels were smoothly arranged for and very comfortable. The staff did the best they could to make up for the inconvenience resulting from the delay."

As long s people are sitting still, I would consider periods of taking it off all together, (keep it on up to departure and then again before landing. People moving shoud wear a mask."

Minusy: "I tried to book exit row seats online. The seat map would not load, so I called the number suggested. Had a long a confusing conversation with a woman who did not seem to understand what an exit row seat was. I booked seats, but my card was never charged and I received no email confirmation. I tried the website again and this time saw the seat map. Completely misleading. The real exit row is the row IN FRONT of the marked exits on the map. I chose the row which looked like an exit row, and on boarding found that I was in the row behind the exit row. The flight attendant took a photo of my seat map print out, because it was so confusing!!! No wonder the woman I spoke to sounded like she didn't know what she was talking about - she was following the seat map too!"

I was not able to get on this flight even though my final destination did not have the passport restrictions of the Schengen Agreement. When I booked the flight, I was not made aware of these requirements before my flight."

Minusy: "The boarding process was so disorganized. They called us for boarding but crammed all of us into a waiting area before the boarding door was open. We were all standing in tight conditions for 50 minutes before we were let through and ended up taking off late. They later made an announcement on the plane that this was due to a problem with the airline's cleaning crew."

Minusy: "I never boarded Brussels airlines. United Airlines put me on TAP or TP which I did like. But my luggage wasn’t forwarded until the 15th dec. Brussels had many natural disasters. My problems I believe were with either United Airlines or Swissport Luggage department"

Minusy: "It was late both going to Prague and coming back. Then on this flight the stewardess tried to tell me that I could not put my bag on the bin on top of my head - she was reserving it for other passengers! Then she realized that her comment might sound racist (so she apologized), then she told me that I could not put my small bag under the chair. Finally I told her that she is certainly looking for a way to get me off the flight to which she answered "I can certainly find something!!!" Cultural sensitivity is needed with these stewardesses who are racist like I don't understand and I was certainly polite!"

Plusy: "Nothing!! And by the way this is the last time I travel with you guys. I couldn’t travel because of my itinerary doula -Bruxelle - Zurich- Washington Dulles . I was not told when I bought the ticket that I will need a visa to transit between Bruxel to Zurich. Now they told me that my only option is to buy another ticket . Thank God éthiopien Airline was more affordable."
