They also serve food once and you don't get a snack or anything--you don't even see the attendants--for another 10 hours. Then they serve breakfast close to an hour before landing. The crew is constantly telling you to sit as if you weren't allowed to use the toilet at all when the seatbelt sign is on--and it's on the whole time. So you have to be asking permission to use the toilet when you are right next to the toilet door and about to go in because they don't allow you to use it. That's not healthy for someone to hold it."

Plusy: "After what happened on Wednesday August 3rd I expected there to be some craziness but not like this. I was checked in by an employee who just started that day. She tells me in a faint voice "sir you may not make this flight". After that she tells me to check back 1 hour before the flight leaves. So I do, another teller states you made the flight please go to security. I have 45 minutes before the flight is schedule to leave at 3pm. I rush with my wife from one part of DXB to the other. Somehow make it there, but then have to wait for over 2 hours because of a connecting flight being delayed, unbelievable. Then when we land and I try to claim my bag, the bags are lost. Not just mine quite a few passengers. I go to baggage claim and the teller is screaming at me and other passangers "shut up, I don't care about your bag". This is the most disrespectful moment of the trip, never have I experienced a customer service provider yell at me like this. This experience is a direct reflection of emirates lack of management in their hiring process, as well as their ability to train their staff in high stress environments. Will I fly emirates again probably not, paying a premium for below average service is not worth it. The cabin crew were very thoughtful and respectful and made the trip bareable, their ground crew is anot her story."

It took a long time and a lot of work on my part to get our tickets corrected to all be on the same flight, and the whole thing was very unprofessional. The lower price for Turkish airlines is not worth it when you have to spend an entire day of your vacation sitting in the Turkish Airlines airport hotel because Turkish Airlines can't properly get you to your destination on time."

Every country had a little different process for boarding and getting around - most had friendly staff, on point, helping clueless, stressed, & frustrated travelers. I was really disappointed in Atlanta, not a very welcoming or helpful spirit for visitors to US - not all (80% were awesome), mainly those trying to greet and direct through customs. Most hate the arrogant America anyway, don’t make it worse - put your best people on the front lines to help with international relations & show why the US is the best. Put those that don’t want to be here loading bags out back! Sorry for the lecture, but this is any business!"

This caused much physical discomfort which then affected trying to get comfortable in such tight seating arrangements! The actual flight crew was great and made sure the skycap was there when departing the plane! Your gate agents need some training in customer relationships!!! They will be the reason I wont fly Delta in the future!"

Minusy: "Frankfurt airport: Had to walk for an hour to get from gate to gate. I was getting off an international flight and onto another international flight. International gates are usually closer than that. On the flight: 1. The armrests pull up, which is great if you're traveling with family or a significant other. But, in my case, it was an overweight and obese lady, who didn't fit in her seat and just slipped into half of mine. I was stuck with half a seat with her arm bumping mine for a 12-hour flight. I landed with a bruised arm. It was a round trip flight. When I had submitted a complaint, Lufthansa refunded me a 100$, which is nice of them, but I think they should have upgraded me for my return flight instead to make up for the first flight being uncomfortable. 2. We were the last to board and all very stressed out. The staff seemed not to care the least in our troubles."
