I was stuck in the extremely cramped space of seats just in front of the lavatory making the seat in front me 5 inches from my nose when reclined but the staff was sympathetic offering to ask the passenger in front of me to redress their seat more upright and also allowing me to spread out across two seats to compensate."
Minusy: "While the staff compensated for the more than standardly cramped seating arrangement, I think the row of seats just in front of the lavatories should be either better designed or designated not usable. I am only 5’3” and 125lbs but still was faced with a mere 5 inches in front of me when the passenger in front of me reclined his seat. I couldn’t even stand in order to exit the row and had to crawl over the seats to my side. This had me thinking how dangerous this row could be in case of an emergency. Please consider designating these seats either not to be used or optional for passengers."

"Because of a mechanical problem, we were deplaned and placed on a new plane. The new plane then had to be refueled while we sat in the plane. In these situations, where refueling was entirely predictable, given the new plane, we should’ve been left in the terminal longer to enjoy its comfort rather than “sardined“ in the plane for a longer unnecessary wait."

Minusy: "No food or beverage service while in COVID mood. Pilates and flight crews were inconsistent with using masks. However overhead announcements by AA constantly stated that face mask were required and that the could prevent you from traveling with AA."

Minusy: "Aisle seat Middle Row D, Economy class, very little leg room- 175cm/5’9” - not enough knee space to stretch out without burying your knees into the seat in front- dinner meal was good - snack was subpar - no replacements for snack if you didn’t like your 1st choice - didn’t have that problem but a woman 1 aisle up was rudely addressed by the flight attendant for asking if she could discard her sandwich in exchange for Ramen- the same attendant even loudly told another attendant not to girl this poor lady some noodles - they cost $1 at the store - don’t know why she was holding out and making a scene over Ramen"

Minusy: "Everything, the staff was rude especially at the gate. I was forced to check my bag not because of size but because I was in Group 6 boarding and I got on there was plenty of room on the plane. I had even explained I needed to do work and would have to hold everything in my arms."

Minusy: "Seat 2L Rocked back-and-forth every time person in seat 1L moved. This was a day flight from Chicago to London so I wasn’t sleeping. I could see if you were sleeping and had to deal with all the seat movement it would not be ideal."

Minusy: "Communication was awful. Make flight attendant had less personality than a dusty brick. Idiot behind me was leaning on my seat so I couldn’t recline. It was just probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had flying."

Minusy: "Food - Served the "breakfast" (when it was called a protein plate) I had coming (into MSP). for "lunch" on the way back (called it a meat plate for lunch. One slice turkey, one slice jamon, one egg, cinnamon roll and fruit. Just because they don't want to serve bread - they call it a protein plate? I'm not on a protein diet. Food was pretty sick for the amount I paid for the fight. Stewardess said it was against Republic's rules to give a customer a can of tonic water (so I could add to the small amount of vodka) - she also told me that it was against Delta's, American's and United's rules to give a can - strange? First Class seat did not recline. First Class was freezing per every flight on this segment (the stewardesses sit in the back and don't want to be uncomfortable - if they make the front warm - the back is too hot for them (not joking on this one). So many things to list - that I will finish on the AA site."

Plusy: "Despite getting no updates, our flight itinerary was changed from a 3.30pm flight to a 9.20pm flight. Unfortunately this was after landing from Milan at 1.30 with two small children so we had already had a very long day. We absolutely never would have booked this flight itinerary had we known of the change."
Minusy: "I am beyond stunned that our flight itinerary was changed from 3.30pm to 9.20pm with no notification. This is absolutely unreasonable and inexcusable made even worse that we had already had a very long journey from Milan to JFK with two small children. Evidently the issue was that we booked via a 3rd party off the kayak site and not directly with British airways. When American airways changed the flight from 3.30 to 3.25, the 3rd party company failed to file for our updated itinerary so British air/American air bumped us to the next flight at 9.20pm. We have long been loyal to kayak feeling it provides the best breadth of options and good pricing. Now we may use kayak to see all the options but I can’t booking directly with kayak anymore after this complete disaster. We ended up renting a car and driving from jfk to Boston, getting home 23 hours after our journey had started, stressed, beyond exhausted and now have to return the rental car. Thanks kayak."

Minusy: "My video screen was busted. Long 9 hrs without anything to watch. Food was cold (as in not reheated after being frozen). Landed at PHL and sat at the gate for 45 min before deplaning, which made us miss our connection. Apparently there’s NO other gate to deplane from than the one they picked. Ridiculous."

Minusy: "Finnair flight AY06 are old aircrafts. Every other in-seat monitor was out of order, flight attendants could not do much. That created mess for passengers, trying to move their seats to the ones with working monitors....."

Minusy: "Gate was changed, then flight delayed, then maintenance was required on plane further delaying, then once arriving on an already warm plane, another flight made it to our gate first so we had to sit for over 30mins on an un-air conditioned pressure cooker. It was 80 degrees outside but much hotter inside the plane. Quite miserable. Overall it was over 2 1/2 hour delay."

Minusy: "Local pickup at SAT is now devoted to taxi. Airport police rude. Most people picked up at 11PM and hard for cars to get to curb or see passenger due to taxi line. Both terminals terrible after several experiences in last couple months. SAT worst pickup experience that I see national and international travel. Obvious that cabs and air port police are the worst congestion problem I experience."

Minusy: "We fly from London to Dallas and Dallas to Albuquerque but we miss our connecting flight because of the delay leaving London and because of weather. So we got mid sets from Dallas to Albuquerque."

Minusy: "After paying for a seat upgrade when I booked the ticket, I was forced to pay a second upgrade fee just to sit only 12 rows further back than the seat I paid for. The excuse given by the airline was that they had changed planes and the new plane didn't have a seat 13F. Instead, the equivalent was row 40. I was told that I could pay more and more up to row 25, but that all the lower rows were full. When I asked the service rep to refund the difference, I was told I had to fill out a form online. I was told there are no humans with whom a customer can speak that can process a refund."
