The crew was very friendly and allowed us to sleep most of the flight --- I guess they figured that most of the travelers prefer to just sleep and not be disturbed during a 15-hour flight. There was a good selection of movies and shows to watch to pass the time. I liked that there was time to go on the city tour of Doha and that there is a counter at the airport for the city tour."
Minusy: "My flight started in Kathmandu and the layover for the connecting flight from Doha to LAX was 12 hours. I hope Qatar can come up with a schedule that will reduce the layover down to less hours while still giving passengers time to go on the city tour, if they want to."

And snack offerings were ice cream, potato chips, candy bars and a few apples (ran out of apples). Need more healthy options. There needs to be a more full meal/snack offering around the half way mark if you are going to keep people from grumbling."

Minusy: "Kayak/priceline re-booked my flight for my sister and I from SAA to BA, but failed to completely reissue us tickets. When we checked in for the flight, we had no ticket for the first leg of the flight, but we had tickets for the remaining flights. We immediately called to fix this problem, but due to slow customer service, we weren't issued tickets in time and the flight left without us. We missed all remaining connecting flights and were forced to buy New tickets. Now we have to work with kayak/priceline to get all my money back due to their error. We came back a day later than expected and missed going back to work."

Minusy: "Check in staff and customer service reps were unprofessional and unhelpful. We had an 8 hour layover on both legs, no access to the lounge or a hotel was provided. I explained we were on our way to our wedding and it would be nice to have some rest. They were rude with the way they told us no, they even suggested we sleep on the floor of the airport. We ended up paying for the lounge, but then so did about 1000 other people, there was no room for us to sit together. My wife's allergy free meal wasn't provided on the first flight. We had to speak to about 5 people to get a meal ticket at the airport and they were very reluctant to give us one. I told them she was hungry and needed to eat. They told us we could take the meal we got with the ticket on board, when we went to use the ticket we had no choice in meal, were given a coke at 6am and weren't allowed to heat up our meal or take it on board. In summary, all the cabin crew on all 4 flights were excellent. Staff at Doha airport were incredibly poor."

Minusy: "The layover is very short, my first flight from LAX to Doha was 40 mins late so I barely made last call from Doha to Dubai and my bags didn't make it. I did however have my luggage delivered the next day to where I was staying in Al Ain for free so that was great!"

When I FINALLY get to use the toilet, after a smaller Asian girl and a taller Indian girl were getting bags of blankets out of, I leave a WOODEN CLIPBOARD full of VERY important papers that will cost me inside. Yet when I call to retrieve them they are "nowhere to be found" so you're telling me out of those 2 women, the Indian gentleman, the black woman & the other Asian woman back there didn't notice a clipboard when I was the only person back there trying to use the toilet or they simply threw a wooden and metal clipboard away ?? With what was clearly paperwork clipped onto it ? The girl at the service desk of Qatar airways claims to have looked herself. But she was rushing me off of the phone so I don't feel like she remotely cared even a little. I am PAST unhappy. So thank you for throwing my paperwork away I know for sure was left behind. Very thorough team."

The movie selection was only so - so. See the selection from Singapore airlines if you want to see a good example. I have many food allergies - for the sweet & savory snacks, the ingredients are in Latin - like a place holder ready for when they get the real words to put there. e.g. dolorem ipsum ..."

Minusy: "It was not at all a smooth travel experience. The original flight was from Mumbai to Doha to Los Angeles. After reaching Doha they said the flight is full !! They made me travel via Boston where it was so much hazzel to catch the next connecting flight. My bags did not come in the same flight. Next day I had to go to the airport again to bring them. I did not had anything to wear, I had to purchase basic stuff. It was a very inconvinient travel. I want compensation from Kayak as you guys confirmed my booking and I come to know at the Doha airport the flight is full. HOw did you issue me a ticket??"

Minusy: "I didn't like the handling of an unexpected delay. It seemed to take an hour longer to handle the change over from one plane to another. The staff seemed rather unprepared for how to resolve the issue smoothly and seamlessly. Training in handling unexpected events might be a good way to overcome this."

Minusy: "The male flight attendant was trying to force luggage in the overhead. I heard a crack and so did the lady standing behind him and the ones sitting next to me. I asked him what that crack noise was and he said nothing. That I was imagining it or something. He then said he did not touch my bag when I watched him push it back and over and shove another object in front of it. He broke my carry on bag the crack was the pull grip piece that attached for the bag to lean when pulling broke in half. I have not even had the bag for 6 months and he broke it and took no accountability for it. No one cared or showed any attempt to apologize."

Ditto for all passengers in Row 31 D-F. 2)Antiquated personalized screen for entertainment.When compared to Etihad and Emirates, this is way below par. 3)I was told mango juice was not available only for them to serve it later with regular meals. 4) I had left my coat with staff at the front to be picked up on my way out. While other airlines wait with the coat on your way out, Qatar made me wait to hand over my coat. I was one of the last passengers to deplane."

Minusy: "I was travelling with two kids, one of them an infant, in a more than 16hr long flight and I was not given a seat with basinet. Not only did I not get a basinet (which I had requested at the time of booking my flight and did get in the shorter leg of the flight) I was given seating in the very last row. The set assigned to my child had its base loose and the crew requested me to seat him at some other place temporarily because if he is not seated they will not be able to take off. The lavatory in the other section of the plane was broken and all the passengers were crowding at the one near our seats."

Minusy: "Our flight was delayed 5 hours. No one offered us anything. On top of that they lied about why the plane was delayed. Told us two different stories. We sat in the airport with no Swiss staff anywhere in site. Every check in desk was empty. Once boarded, My tv on my chair was broken. I asked 7 different times to have it reset. Never happened and no one ever came to check on me. The food was awful. We would like someone at Swiss to contact us with some type of refund for our troubles. Our names are danny roman and Bryan Feld."

Minusy: "Staff was extremely rude, no internet access, the tv and remote are old and very poorly kept. If you don't arrange your dishes after you eat to the staff's liking --- you will get one of the worst attitudes possible which is just unacceptable. Unfortunately this attitude transfers to the airport staff in Zurich so I was not too shocked on the plane. However, they should learn a thing or two from the Lufthansa employees. They are a long way from being professional."

Minusy: "The seats on this flight were very tight. I am 5’8 and felt super cramped. The seats themselves were not that bad just small and not a lot of space. If you fly with them don’t expect to kee anything under the seat with you. Also the whole boarding process is a big cluster! There is no real organization to the line or who they are boarding. Make sure you get in the line quickly or you could be waiting awhile."

Minusy: "They ran out of the dinner with meat option. They offered sandwiches to some people as a snack but not sure why some people got them. The crew is okay not that friendly."

Plusy: "The food was amazing, the in-flight entertainment was amazing, and the flight attendants were amazingly kind and beautiful. :) Swiss Air has set the standard on airline food, serving Swiss Chocolate and Gruyere cheese on the flight! It was the best!"
Minusy: "My only concern was that there were times when I felt a little too warm. The newer Boeing 777 doesn't have passenger controlled A/C."

I would say for bigger size people, they mau even be unsafe. I have had high regards for Swiss airline until my recent trip. I will definitely look for other options for my future trips."

Plusy: "SwilssAir is our new favorite airline to Switzerland and other points in Europe. The crews were pleasant and efficient. All flights were right on time. The food was very good, and the best overall we have experienced in economy. The individual video screens provided a nice selection of movies, tv, games, etc. Finally, transferring in Zurich is MUCH better than the zoo that his Heathrow!"

Plusy: "From my previous flight, the crew informed the flight attendants to LA about my condition. This crew checked in with me every few hours to make sure I was comfortable and had enough tissues and tea to make it through the 12 hours."

Minusy: "2 hour delay due to a morning delay at Barcelona, although that seemed odd. The delay was known early that morning. Flight from Barcelona to Zurich doesn't take long. Seems they could have rerouted, or at least sent an email or some notification. Also, the boarding staff at Zurich is rude and random about whom they let onboard with larger luggage or not. They held some people but not others. Middle seats have metal polls, making legroom awkward."

Minusy: "I would have like an announcement to let me know what times food will be served. I woke up just as the crew had passed my row for breakfast and then couldn't get the attention of the lady to serve me breakfast. A vegan option for the menu would be excellent. The leg room on the plane was also very reduced for an 11 hour flight. I wish I would have been offered to pay an additional amount and upgrade to the business class. This option was never offered to me at check-in."

Minusy: "Being FORCED to spend extra money simply to be able to reserve the last row of two seats, in the faint hope of being able to achieve some level of comfort which was unattainable on the first flight. Having only two seats in our row and the one in front of us made the flight tolerable, but also enhanced the ludicrous ineptitude of the previous flight, wherein we were treated like so much livestock in a train car, heading for slaughter. I will never, NEVER, fly Swiss Air again."

Minusy: "Was asked to give up my aisle seat (D 40) seat om a 13 hour flight for a less comfortable one (F). Put on the spot to give up my seat for a couple with a 6 month old infant due to the fact that the attachable bassinet had to be in front of the D seat. Neither the parent or myself felt very good about my displacement."

Plusy: "Like to have the gluten free option for food. I know i chose it when i got the ticket but i did not get it."

Movie selection seems to be going downhill also. All that being said, I'm grateful for every safe landing."

It is nice that you can play movies for free over WiFi on your phone or tablet (since the in-seat system simply didn't work...), but, bizarrely, the WiFi movie selection was different from (and substantially smaller than) the seat movie selection. What's that about? And the WiFi movie scheme is way more painful than it needs to be, requiring you "check out" movies using your web browser, then switch to a separate app to actually watch the movies. Clearly the product of a company mindset whose ONLY concern is "can we check some box", with absolutely no interest in "how can we delight our customers?""
Minusy: "So we get the same entertainment system all these flights use: some ghastly totally non-optimized Linux setup that was rebooted three times during the flight, took 20 minutes for each reboot, and never worked correctly after any of the reboots. (The only movie my system would ever play was the very first one, and none of the on-screen controls worked. The seat next door could choose multiple movies, but each movie froze after 40 minutes). The amazing thing is: why don't they just install a damn iPad mini or Android equivalent in the back of each seat? Would be lighter than what they have today and would work FAR better. You'd need some co-ordinating/provisioning software to provide for OTA announcements and movie updates, but basically it's not that hard... At the very least, hire a Linux-head to optimize your startup scripts! It's just sad to see this 20 minute startup process (all dumped on the screen) with its constant repetition of time-wasting startup steps that just generate errors on this plane's particular hardware setup..."

Minusy: "Everything that could have gone wrong with my flights, went wrong. On my way from LA to Raleigh (through Atlanta), I was affected by the weather conditions at Atlanta. I understand that the weather is beyond Delta's scope of control, but customer service is not. I had to wait in line at LAX for 8 hours to even get information on what had happened, and what solutions were available. The customer service call center was collapsed, and at the airport counters at one point there was ONLY ONE DELTA REPRESENTATIVE serving a line of more than 100 upset customers. This IS Delta's fault, and it is unacceptable. This definitely was under Delta's control, but in order to save a few dollars in overtime for emergency staff Delta was willing to let its customers make terribly long lines, miss their flights, their connections and consequently their commitments. It is disappointing to observe how Delta believes that a few dollars saved on extra staff and emergency measures can offset the irreparable long term damage to its business due to upset customers. My way back from Raleigh to Los Angeles was also a disaster. Without any type of explanation and nothing more than an email announcing the change, the nonstop flight I bought was replaced by a 1-stop flight with connection in Atlanta. This was NOT THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED. There is a reason I paid a premium for a nonstop flight, and Delta did not hesitate in providing me with a less valuable product without any explanation or refund. Delta prioritizes its operational metrics - an obsession to fill and overbook its capacity - over its customers' experience, one again under the foolish belief that short term savings in any way offset the long term damage of disappointed and alienated customers. I will NEVER FLY DELTA AGAIN. I will do whatever I can to transmit my experience to everyone I know. At a time where major airline carriers are in the spotlight due to abusive practices (i.e. the United passenger case), I still find hope in knowing that alternatives such as Southwest still put their customers first, over the ethereal benefits that a few-dollar savings in operational expenses can provide."

Minusy: "Sat in Delta Comfort and a loyal Delta flier, except had the bad fortune of taking off at 830 ATL time and apparently Delta doesn't find it important or a good idea to sell food after that time. The logic behind this is beyond me. I'm willing to pay $9 for a few cheese slice and crackers or a sandwich yet they don't offer anything, not even to first class which would really irritate me had I paid 1000 bucks. Ontop of that the crew which is normally excellent, was feisty and rude and wanted nothing to do with their job"

Minusy: "Connection flight from LAX to Seattle was dropped off of booking completely. When Delta was able to fix the changes in Sydney Australia they put my husbands ticket as a standby instead of putting him in an assigned seat and reported that they couldn't fix it that we would have to wait and get to LAX before the changes could be made again. There was a one and a half hour flight delay from LAX to Seattle. From Sydney Australia to LAX entertainment system didn't work the whole entire flight, they were screaming children the entire flight, and Delta had double booked seats on several different people. There were no apologies and no compensation for any of the incidences."

Plusy: "I loved the service provided by the flight attendants as as well as the gate attendant who poked, prodded and did what he could to ensure our already late flight took off before it got stuck waiting for a gate at LAX. Thanks to him and the work of the crew, not only did the flight leave ASAP, our flight arrived early."
Minusy: "I didn't like that the monitor for my seat was on the fritz and inoperable, which became a huge issue because of what follows. Making matters exponentially worse was the roughly 30-minute delay we experienced when we landed. Although our flight arrived at LAX early - in spite of the late departure from SLC - we were left waiting for a gate and were forced to wait for a gate. Inexplicably, the AC was turned off and the passengers all began to virtually cook while stuck in our seats. Also, due to another asinine snafu (the grounds crew didn't push a flight far out enough and blocked our plane along with eight others, which delayed our flight further. Adding insult to injury, my baggage was over 30 minutes late, too."

Minusy: "Fed up with the .4 oz pretzels. The arrival in LAX was chaotic. We had left on-time and were told that we would arrive approx. 20 minutes early. Ha! First landing attempt had to be aborted, the landing not being cleared by the control tower. Then we cruised, circling over the Ocean, and the lights of the city again. Finally we landed. Taxiing on the tarmac was interrupted many times, and took overall 30 minutes. The pilot kept informing us. I was probably not the only passenger that had and urgent need to reach a bathroom... Of course, Delta should not be blamed"

Minusy: "I had a reserved Comfort Class Aisle seat, purchased at time of reservation and showing as my assigned seat through printing of boarding pass. At the gate, my seat was reassigned to a middle seat. This is a huge problem for me, as my back and leg injuries require the ability to stretch and move frequently. When complaining on Delta phone lines, I was told that the seat was needed for a Diamond member and therefore was "policy" to bump. Although I eventually received some compensation for the fact I paid more for the original seat, I remain very disappointed in Delta, if this is indeed the policy."

Minusy: "The attendants on this flight were gossiping right behind us and we heard them talk about ignoring calls from people during our wait on the tarmac at LAX. Again we were in the last seats in the plane and this time it was stinky."

Plusy: "Good handling of a late flight--made my connection, but without bags, and they kept us well fed and informed while waiting.."
Minusy: "Of course the delay, but it happens."

Plusy: "The following day had different employees working so they weren't as rude as they were on my original day of travel."
Minusy: "Having a domestic leg of travel that includes ATL to LAX as part of your international travel plans is horrible with Delta Airlines. The rude gate employee decides to check my carry on piece to my destination. I explain that I have a14 hour connection and I need the small arty on piece for that flight. I was asked to talk to the other gate employee while they gave my seat away. It's horrible how rude and dismissive they were. I asked for compensation but they started to lie. Apparently I 'gave' up my seat. Once the shift manager started to help me, I thought things would've ok. It got worse. The Delta training took over. Both employees repeated the exact same words about me volunteering my seat so there's no compensation. It cost me a hotel night and 24 hours. I will avoid Delta at all costs... and I know it will be difficult since flying through ATL is pretty much alway Delta. But, it's too much. Lying, rude and dismissive employees at various levels of management. Horrible"

My biggest complaint is that as a paying customer (vs non rev) I think it is kind of crazy that I did not have an assigned seat until I walked onto the plane. I really disliked tjis process. I found it to be an unnecessary stress. When I asked the gate agent about it I didn't get a clear answer as to where I will be sitting. I'd much rather know what my seat number is before I board the plane. Other then this bizarre process. Everything was great."

Minusy: "Paid for an upgrade but the seat was not what I had asked for. The agent said I would get a refund but I was not clear on how that works. Our plane experienced a mechanical issue. We were told after we boarded. Had to wait 1 1/2 hours in a stuffy hot plane. The bathrooms were very dirty and stinky. The bathroom door did not close properly. We finally deplaned and waited for a new plane. Got to Kona at 2:00am. The air temp was warm the entire flight. Had to endure a grumpy crew. Not the best flying experience. I know you can do better. Maybe look at how Hawaiian airlines does it and you might get some inspiration on how to improve."

Minusy: "The person taking tickets asked me to check my bag. I said ok and he instructed me to step aside and taking anything out of it that I might need. I did this and when I came back they had locked the doors."

"I liked that once up, things ran more smoothly and we still landed on time despite a 45+ minute delay leaving the gate. The boarding process was another story. With the demand for proof of a negative COVID test prior to boarding by the US, Air France had just 2 staff members checking these tests results, collecting a paper affidavit of sorts also required by the US, and checking boarding passes and passports for an entire Boeing 777 full of passengers. There were other staff around This seemed preposterous. Then, when I finally boarded, the luggage was still be loaded onto the plane at 1:50pm for a flight schedule to leave at 1:15pm."

Minusy: "An elderly woman was booked in a window seat and she insisted she take my aisle seat without any additional available aisle seats. However, this would be better handled when she requested for assistance during her booking process. The crew should've anticipate her needs and booked an aisle seat, or even be the ones to ask me or another passenger if I would be willing to trade. I was placed on the spot and no courtesy was shown to me. My legs were completely swollen and in pain because I wasn't able to stand periodically. I too booked my flight early and requested my seats appropriately for my health needs."

Minusy: "You had a very disrespectful, illogical, anal retentive person at the ticket gate just before getting on the shuttle. She would not allow us to wait for the rest of our party of 2 to go on the shuttle to the plane together. They were delayed because of your personal continually bringing other people to cut in line in front of them. There was plenty of time and the shuttle was already full, and we wanted to wait for the next shuttle to board the airplane together. She came out several times from inside of the building shouting at the three of us to get on the shuttle even when the person managing the shuttle flow at the bottom of the stairs was about to let us wait for the next shuttle. What was her problem(?) - she could use a lot more people skills and realize who pays her salary - the customers. She really tarnished the whole image and impression I originally had of TA. Also, there was no way to go to the bathroom without going through a long line of security again at the last gate before the shuttle which did not make sense."

For the leg from Istanbul to Los Angeles I confirmed a window seat when I checked-in online. However, when I arrived at the airport I has a middle seat and could not change it and the 15 hour flight was miserable. I also asked to be upgraded to business class and told it would be $3,500.00, which was ridiculous."

Also this flights entertainment controls were terrible, constantly went back to home page while trying to select movie."

Minusy: "The cabin crew were no where to be seen most of the flight at all. Our food trays remained at our seat for far longer than any other flight or airline that I have been on. At the end, people were getting up to go to the flight attendants to give them their trays of food. Overall, the service left alot to be desired."

Minusy: "This is one of the worst airlines I have flown with. I travel internationally frequently, I had used Turkish Airlines on a domestic flight in Turkey back in the 90's. It was a decent experience. So I decided to book my flight to Athens with Turkish Airlines. I bought a nonstop flight from LAX to with one and a half hour layover in Istanbul and then flying to Athens on the same day. I was assigned bulkhead seats on the way over. On the day of the Parcher at the Turkish airline counter in LAX I was informed that my seat assignments were changed. The agent could not/ would not give me a satisfactory answer as to why! During the course of the same conversation I was also informed that my layover Istanbul is not 1 1/2 hours, instead it is seven hours and I will be flying out to Athens The following day. My flight was randomly changed to a later flight without my knowledge! After a long wait at the ticketing counter, the manager switched us back to the original itinerary. Sadly it doesn't end here. The take off was about an hour and a half delayed. This was about exactly the same amount of time I had as layover Istanbul airport. I asked several flight attendants about how will Turkish Airlines will handle this delay as my connection to Athens was in jeopardy. Again not one flight attendant could give me a straight answer. Some said "well hopefully you will make it to the next flight". One said "the pilot we will make up for the lost time". I also noticed that my original bulkhead seat assignments were given to three ladies who were friends of a first class flight attendant! it was really annoying to watch the flight attendant bring them treats from the first class kitchen area. It was clear that our seats were intentionally switched as a special favor. Long story short, upon arrival we were told that the our connecting flight is at gate 501 only to find out there was no plane at the gate!! We never found out what happened to our original connection to Athens, but we ended up waiting an additional 5 1/2 hours in the airport for then next day flight. No explanation given, no accommodations provided, no apologies!"

Plusy: "We had a connecting flight in Instanbul, Turkey, and a representative met us at our arrival gate from Rome and walked us through security and to our connecting flight to LAX. I thought that was great because we would've been completely lost if we had to do it on our own. Security check in was thorough. We had to go through security screening AGAIN (already did it in Rome and had to throw away our waters purchased in the airport), and two different lines for passport check. My husband had to go through a third security line because he had a carry-on. Boarding was well organized with passengers lining up by their boarding letter - no crowding - and people sitting at the back of the plane boarded first (after 1st class). The flight itself was great. The food was delicious. The orange juice tasted freshly squeezed. They gave us a water bottle, lots of current and blockbuster movies to choose from. They provided pillows, blankets, and earphones at no extra charge. Would definitely fly again."
Minusy: "The seats were a little tight. They woke us when it was time to eat. Not sure why they didn't just let us sleep, and then give us our food when we woke up. Not really a big deal since I wanted to stay awake on the flight home, but I may have wanted to sleep."

Minusy: "Worst airline I have flown, avoid if at all possible. We saved $400 each on a long haul flight from LAX connecting through IST and we should have spent the extra money. Flight attendants are extremely rude, not helpful, the food is terrible, the planes are all old Boeing 777-300 likely purchased second hand and seem to be falling apart on the inside. I saw flight attendants kicking, punching, and body slamming carts and other items to get them to fit in their racks in the kitchen areas, I hate to think what that means for safety of critical items. Just stay away for your safety and sanity"

Minusy: "Changed boarding gate 3 times and then put us in a crowded stand up room only 10 minute shuttle to the plane where we then had to climb steep stairs with carry on luggage to enter the 777."

Minusy: "They changed departure time by 30 minutes and did not send a single message."

Minusy: "Very poor English (in the plane and in the IST airport) and very poor organization in the IST ariport"

Minusy: "The only negative was I had an 8 hour layover in Istanbul and then a 13 hour flight to LA they did not accommodate me although I had a business class ticket. That was unacceptable I was very tierd and stressed out. They should adjust their rules."

Plusy: "Clean large toilets. enough of them so you need not wait. toilet area large so you can walk around. Crew friendly and always anticipating our needs. I liked the hot towels handed out twice during flight. Also the 2 delicious hot meals and snack. The captain didn't turn on seat belt sign at all; others turn it on after 3 or 4 seconds of slight turbulence and leave it on for the next 30 minutes even when it is smooth after that."

Minusy: "6 hour delay , no explanation given whether the original flight was cancelled or not, bags have been lost. Complete chaos."

Plusy: "Being seated in econmony plus. Everything behind the scenes that i didn't see that made this flight safe. Very thankful. Didn't matter that not enough coffee was onboard for breakfast."
Minusy: "The selection and range of music could be improved, or may be it is just my taste within the genres on offer."

Plusy: "The crew was incredibly pleasant and helpful"
Minusy: "The entertainment system didn't work for many passengers, and had to be continually reset, and sometimes still did not work. When it did aorkX it was extremely slow and unresponsive. Also, the USB and electrical outlets near the seats did not work and power devices"

Minusy: "There was a 4.5 hr delay due to "technical difficulties". We had to switch planes. This caused me to miss my flight to Tucson out of LAX. When I asked them to help rebook my flight that Lufthansa caused ne to miss, i was told there is nothing they can do. Seeing as how that last flight was not booked through Lufthansa. This is absolutely ridiculous! There were no Lufthansa flights into Tucson so I had no choice but to go with another carrier! So after a long grueling 4.5 hr delay and 11+hr flight now I have to stay in a hotel because my flight out via Southwest was the last one out for the day and The only nonstop flight departs at 12:35 tomorrow. Thank goodness Southwest booked me on another flight at no charge! They take care of their customers. It was not their fault I missed the flight. It was dur to the "techincal difficulties" with Lufthansa. And every hotel within a 8 mile radius has been sold out. And at one point I booked online only to find out upon my arrival, after paying for taxi and havig him leave, thAt this hotel is sold out and should not have allowed me to book online. So after landing at 7:15 pm at LAX I am just now in bed at a hotel after searching and paying for cabs etc. And on my dime! Absolutely ridiculous !!"

Minusy: "I had ordered muslim meal but was served vegetarian (meatless) meal instead. Muslim meals can be served with halal beef,chicken, mutton or fish / seafood. Food served was substandard and tasteless."

Plusy: "The crew did their best to help several people whose seat requests were not honored including a woman traveling with a dog who was given an aisle instead of a window seat. Crew came around with water and juice frequently."
Minusy: "Seat assignments were not honored. My husband and I were seated in two different rows even though we requested to sit together in an aisle and window seat and checked in the day before the flight This happened on all four legs of a trip to South Africa. Extremely narrow seats and little leg room. Felt like a cattle car. An aggressive woman with disruptive, screaming children was allowed to Torture passengers for a good five hours of the flight before the bursar finally moved her. This was after several hours of complaints from other passengers. She was eventually moved twice due to passenger complaints. The situation should have been handled after the first complaints which occurred two hours into the flight before the situation completely detiorated Food was terrible and meals ran out."

Minusy: "the person sitting next to me, barefooted the whole flight with nasty toes"

Plusy: "On-time flights."
Minusy: "Seems like Germans have perfected isolation of all passengers heading to the USA at the airport terminal. After passing 3 passport/boarding pass check points I attempted to buy some coffee in the shop near the gates. Again they demanded passport and boarding pass. I refused. I cannot resist a comment: "Welcome to modern-day Dachau experience!""

Plusy: "I have some anxiety when I'm flying and I told the flight attendant, I asked her if I could move to a window seat that was the premium economy section and she moved me and my husband and made sure I was ok the whole flight!! I felt so much better. My visit to Germany had been very stressful since I went there for my moms funeral, so I really appreciated her kindness."

Minusy: "The window seats are not comfortable like in other planes. The windows are too high, you don't see anything. The seat is too far from the window so you cannot lean towards it. For a 10 hour flight it was not comfortable."

Plusy: "Excellent crew & service; enjoyed the special meal selections and the great movie options."

Plusy: "Service with a smile. Great food. Great use of space for bathrooms away from passengers"

Plusy: "The crew was very friendly"
Minusy: "The seats on my return fight were terrible! my knees were touching the seat in front of me. nehmen the person ahead leaned their seat back, I only had about 10" from my face to their seat. Terrible! Also difficult to watch a movie with the screen that close to your face; that's terrible on the eyes."

Plusy: "The plane is nice and big, and clean. The flight attendanrs were very helpful, and friendly. My seat was very comfortable, with a lot of leg room."
Minusy: "The flight took off over 30 minutes late (in both directions), and the food really was terrible. Most of it was over cooked, and unappetizing."

Minusy: "THAT I WAS IN COACH BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO PAY FOR AN UPGRADE"

Plusy: "Very friendly crew, prompt service, smooth flight, clean airplane and the inflight entertainment was nice too. Love the cams on the airplane, to see what's going on outside"
Minusy: "The de-icing took some time but obviously it's for everybody's safety, but it did delay us, as well as the ownerless luggage that had to be removed from the airplane. I do appreciate LH making safety their priority"

Plusy: "Food was actually daily good"
Minusy: "Flight was rerouted to drop off sick passengers. 10 hours after being served lunch and after the sick passengers had disembarked, there was little update on the flight status and no update on passengers getting dinner. The crew did not hand out water or snacks in the duration but instead ate and drank themselves in the crew area. If you wanted to eat or drink you had to interrupt them, and specifically ask to have a glass of water. If as a flight attendant you are hungry or thirsty after not having anything for so long, it's a good assumption the other 250+ passengers are also. Very inconsiderate."

Plusy: "The service was excellent but the food was terrible Very happy to fly Lufthansa again"

Minusy: "DID NOT GO TO MUNICH. Instead of one connecting flight I had to be rearranged for two since the orginal was cancelled. From Florence I was bussed to Balogna, then flew to FRA with delays, then from FRA to EWR WITH A 4+ HR DELAY due to system malfunctions, then EWR to LAX was a 6 HOUR DELAY BECAUSE OF THE PLANE!! Instead of a normal flight time, IT TOOK 24+ HOURS to reach my destination and EACH STOP HAD HOURS OF DELAY. The crew was late on my flight to LAX in addition, absolutely terrible. Never want to fly with Lufthansa or United ever again. Horrible, horrible experience."

Plusy: "Good quality seats on which you can sleep considering this is economy class. Good food, big variety of drinks/beverages.Kind and professional cabin crew."
Minusy: "Considered the flight started at 11:50pm, the dinner was severed only at 2 am which is quite late."

Minusy: "The flight got canceled a few hours before departure without providing any reason. I had a connection in FRA on to SEA so that was ruined. Since the weather was good my assumption is Lufthansa simply didn't sell enough tickets for this flight thus decided to cancel ruining the plans of the passengers who bought their tickets. Lufthansa representative which I called was totally indifferent, offered no make-up miles or anything, simply informing me they can rebook me for the next day - if they have spots. I had to point out there may be flights from other cities still on that would allow me to make a connection."

Minusy: "There was almost NO Hip Hop or RnB music to select other than the 2 or 3 songs on the "Various 00s or 90s" CDs. WHY??"

Minusy: "They don't board by rows so there was a huge long line - a free for all"

Plusy: "I liked that my in flight entertainment system worked and was able to pass the time during an 11+ hour flight"
Minusy: "I connected from prague to Frankfurt and Frankfurt to lax. Had a flight from lax to sd. All flights with lufthansa were delayed and I literally had to run to the next connecting flight in a different terminal. I developed knee and ankle issues during my time in europe so this was NOT a pleasant experience at all. I was asked to move seats with some fat guy because he wanted more room even though I picked those seats specifically to be able to stretch out my legs. Was offered 100 euros for in flight shopping, which will buy you nothing! Please move your seat and spend money on our plane, no thank you! Highly would NOT recommend this airline!"

Plusy: "nothing really. There were so many rude staff members at this airline. I saw people get yelled at by staff members. They were just trying to get information on the late flights and missed connections. It happened repeatedly. this company has the worst customer service I have seen probably ever."
Minusy: "They need to care about their customers and care for their customers better. They have a lot to be ashamed of."

Minusy: "The crew was extremely rude. One in particular was very racist in the way we were treated and the way she would talk to white travellers. My 3 year old child was not provided meal after 2 reminders and I had to argue and fight for it. I was forcefully given Asian vegetarian meal when I had made no special meal requests."

Plusy: "The crew was awesome u almost missed the flight but they really helped out."
Minusy: "The seats are uncomfortable and cramped"

Minusy: "Najpierw odwołano połączenie do Monachium, re-book na późniejszy lot, który był opóźniony. Spóźniłam się na samolot docelowy, zostałam przewieziona do hotelu, w którym na voucher miałam jedno danie obiadowe do wyboru i jeden napój. Hasło: LUFTHANSA."

Minusy: "(1) The captain collected headsets 30 minutes before landing, causing us to miss the last 15 minutes of a movie. Why? (2) Very long cues for toilet use. (3) The baggage took more than half hour to arrive. (4) The chair in front of me reclined very far (more than those on its sides), making it very hard to eat, get up, or read. Need better maintenance."

Minusy: "Too small plane for business travelers - no carry allowed inside, yet all electronics have to be taken out. Lufthansa does not care about Senator status at all."

Minusy: "Flight was late due to inadequate staffing - one pilot was missing."

Plusy: "The people who work for Lufthansa are the nicest i’ve met, on par with Turkish airlines. The times for boarding and departure were respected, the flight crew was extra nice, even accommodating requests that gave them extra-work. Economy passengers were treated like first class in terms of service and solicitude of the crew. Headphones, blankets, pillows were offered free of charge, so we’re the food and drinks, and there was a good selection of movies and music. On a 770$ ticket, mind you! The crew will come by repeatedly to check if passengers desired some more wine or coffee, offered water and juices on a tray several times outside the regular service times, and cared for the families with children. Thumbs up!"
Minusy: "The warm food was a bit unappetizing, the potatoes for instance were black, but there is nothing that the crew could do better than offer to replace it. Such graceful approach to a little inconvenience!"
