Plusy: "The AC was working well during the flight. Food was so much better than United and crew was very nice and helpful."

Minusy: "We had to Run from our arrival gate to our departure gate, and take a train, and go through immigration and then a second documents check. It looked to me like Swiss Air knew we were running close as the flight rarely (if ever) leaves on time. It was stressful for us and for the 30+ others who were still in line in immigration when the flight time passed. It turned out to not be a problem but the published times are unrealistic. Seats were tight and comfort in cattle class is NON Existent sleep on an 8 hour flight was not even possible."

Minusy: "Boarding of the flight was delayed which impacted our arrival time in Zurich. I had a connecting flight- but so did at least 10 other Swiss flights at that time. The queues for customs were incredibly long and the only reason I made my flight was because I ran through the airport. I also had a challenging time with food. I am celiac and often cannot eat the standard fare on planes. I called in advance of my flight to notify someone of my allergy - and they told me the only way I could ensure such a meal was by purchasing a meal that cost $30. I was not willing to pay such a hefty surcharge for food because I had already payed a bit extra than budgeted because my partner had recommended the excellent service of Swiss. I have traveled on several airlines for intercontinental flights between Boston and Europe - and have always had my allergy accommodated at no extra cost. Once on the flight - I was offered an orange and banana for dinner and a small yoghurt for breakfast. I will be flying Swiss again in December and I sincerely hope they will be better equipped to provide for my dietary requirements."

Minusy: "I ordered in advance 4 seats for my family, paid 100$ to SWISS 19/10/16.Boarding crew refused to give us the seats sold to us.The family was divided into 3 and 1.Only after my strong refusal, the seats were were granted.During the dispute about the provision of already purchased seats, SWISS crew member threatened to call the police. We entered the plane last.Our seats not were ready and we were forced to do it all alone.Rudeness and unprofessionalism of SWISS crew.The end of the vacation was spoiled. For what I paid to SWISS 100$ in advance(10 monthes)? I believe, if SWISS could not provide the paid service as expected, SWISS must return the money(100$) and apologize. Nobody apologized in Zurich, threatened to invite the police. Bad crew, bad service."

Minusy: "The seats are terrible. Narrow, the armrests edgy and only partially movable. A large metal box under the seat takes away 2/3 of the legroom. The entertainment system is outdated, screen has no contrast and can only be viewed at a straight angle, which is impossible as soon as the seat is reclined."

Minusy: "Seats in Economy are too tight. There's no room to move, and if the person in front of you leans back, the seat is inches from your face. In an emergency, the instructions are to lean forward with your head on your knees. This maneuver is impossible."

Plusy: "Crew was very helpful with getting me "something" to eat since I did not receive a "Vegan" meal as I had ordered when I bought the flight... The meal I originally was given was included milk and cheese ingredients and after explaining what vegan actually was they did their best to help my situation. My first flight with Swiss to Switzerland included the correct "vegan" meal do I can't understand how this mistake was made by Swiss on the return flight?"
Minusy: "I did not receive a "vegan" meal as ordered originally and though they were very helpful they should all be better educated regarding the differences between "Vegan", Vegetsrian, Lacto-Ovo, etc... Since I was embarrassed as I had to keep rejecting the food they gave me until I educated them on the basics of what Vegan food is... They were very helpful throughout."

Minusy: "The flight crew was horrible. The desk crew inept. A wheelchair was requested but not there on checkin. Pre boarding did not happen as was supposed to. Older person male at desk was rude, insulting and sarcastic. This did not happen on Boston end. The person was there with wheelchair at the Boston gate and assisted us. Not in Zurich. What about handicap travel? Swiss????"

Plusy: "The staff was friendly and accommodating. I LOVE that we were given ice cream and chocolate - only wish I'd been given more chocolate. They came by with drinks often and made sure that we were well hydrated."
Minusy: "The boarding process took a long time. I had to go through customs, then at the gate they checked my passport again and the line was VERY long. The process just did not seem to be managed very well. There were issues with the tv monitors; however, the crew handled it very well. I wish we had been given an option with the calzones - I don't like red peppers or tomatoes, and was not offered another option."

The Swiss air just said I should have picked it up from the booking and forced me to pay Euro 30, which I will claim back from Kayak. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

We waited an hour without any explanation before boarding and another hour and half after boarding. The seats were very uncomfortable and there was no leg room. Flight from Warsaw to Belgrade was a lot better, however 2 out of my 3 luggages were lost. Crew on both flights were lovely."

Nie polecam dokupywania tej opcji - podanie „plaltykowego”, sztucznego jedzenie na porcelanie nie jest warte swojej ceny. Nawet herbata była ochydna. Ekran systemu rozrywki nie działał."

Minusy: "No pre check-in with Kayak...annoying! Extremely narrow seats, delay boarding because some people were allowed on before the wheelchair travelers and the aisle got clogged, snarky comments at check in.. “.too many seniors on this flight “ yes, it’s January and it’s going to Florida!"

Minusy: "we took off 3 hours after our actual take off time due to the cargo door not closing. we sat on the plane and they kept the exit door open causing very cold air in the plane. the door should have been closed to keep the heat in. for the 3 hours we were not given or even asked whether we might want coffee or something to drink or some kind of snack, they gave the business class something tho."

Plusy: "Many airlines have code share flights but it is better to buy ticket directly from the original airline as they keep on ignoring the code share flight bookings"
Minusy: "Till last moment we were kept hanging if we will board or not as no seat number was allocated. I believe it was as we were from the code share airline not the real one"

Minusy: "The kosher food was abysmal which may not have been Air Canada's fault. When a seating problem arose with an ultra orthodox man who refused to be seated next to me (a woman) the flight attendant told me, "I don't deal with that." Finally another flight attendant found the man a seat between two men."

Minusy: "Almost missed my flight because an Air Canada representative insisted I could not use my visa debit card for the luggage fee. I then tried to pay cash, but he said that he didn't accept Canadian currency, so I would have to use the ATM to withdraw American cash. I did, and the fees were ridiculous. Then, he didn't have change to break the 40$ i withdrew into his $25 fee. I proceeded to follow him as he walked around for twenty minutes asking random people at the airport if they had change for a twenty. It was very embarrassing and stressful, as I already was in tears from saying goodbye to my partner. Boarding the plane wasn't a problem, but getting on a plane in Orlando, Florida with the air conditioner broken with a plane of 300+ was outrageous. It felt like a sauna in the airplane and the kids were screaming in discomfort, something a 20-something like myself wanted to do as well but had the control not to. It's a shame because we used Air Canada a lot to travel back and forth to visit each other, but with this last trip we will no longer be using this airline and will shop for alternatives who are worth the price of admission."

Minusy: "The wait time between flights on the way home was brutal but you expect that if you are flying on points. What made it worse was that I had to leave the secure area and collect my bags then wait 8 hours in the airport only to go through security again. On top of that trying to get my baggage tag there was a female agent that should have retired 100 years ago directing people like it was our fault she still had to work. If you can't be nice you should not be in customer service."

Minusy: "The plane was sitting at the gate for about an hour before we boarded (for a flight delayed by over an hour). Yet Air Canada didn't bother to go through the cabin and pick up garbage left in seat back pockets. The water in the washroom didn't work."

Minusy: "After making if through a very busy customs and security line i make it to my gate only to find out that they lost my bag and they can't let me on my flight. I have been waiting in line for 3 hours to know what they are going to do to fix it and i'm still waiting.... i have flown with them before and it was fine but this is just ridiculous."

Minusy: "The food was so awful and very unhealthy! No TV for entertainment on our 9 hour international flight was absurd. Lastly, we purchased the tickets together, when we checked in, our seats were not together on both the flight to and from Italy, thankfully other people switched seats with us. When we asked the flight crew at the desk to switch seats, they couldn't both times. We definitely will not be flying Air Canada in the future."

Plusy: "Nothing in particular stood out in Montreal or the flight to Boston, as better than average...meh"
Minusy: "Our Swiss crew told us over the loudspeaker several times that "even if connecting we still need to get our luggage" which turned out to be false as our luggage was transferred to the Boston bound plane automatically... We were ushered out as a group to a connection security check which required electronic kiosks to be used for scanning our passports photos and fingerprints... They fraught with malfunctions then after waiting in line for s while we did the whole check all over again with s human security agent in s booth... There were only 2 security agents in the booths as well but there really needed to be several more to keep the line moving quicker... After security we walk directly out to departures but no mention of baggage claim, which was fine had we not been misinformed by Swiss initially... We ended up inquiring several times with SirCsnsda staff until it was clear Swiss had misinformed us."

Plusy: "The personnel were pleasant and efficient."
Minusy: "AC Rouge domestic flight was horrible. Tiny seats that reclined about 1.5 inches jammed together. Not that size plane's original configuration I'm sure. Absolutely miserable. The personnel were all very nice and competent--I felt sorry for them having to work in such an environment. I've been in small African airline's planes which were small but not that uncomfortable."

Minusy: "Very rude staff, my flight from Dublin was delayed for three hours on the runway why they fix the leak for the restrooms. Once we landed I had to clear customs in Canada and get to the new flight. They told me when I finally had to make through the airport and through customs that I need to manage my time better and understand and give myself plenty of time to make the flight.. REALLY??? It wasn't my fault that their crappy plane wasn't working right wasn't my fault we were delayed but I need to manage my time better I think they fell and bumped their head!!"

Minusy: "It was cancelled."

Plusy: "Flight attendant's were friendly amid the circumstances."
Minusy: "Our first flight was cancelled 15 minutes before scheduled take-off. upon being bumped to another flight two hours later, that flight was delayed two hours after an issue during take-off. We remained on the plane while mechanic/engineering staff rectified the problem. We booked a flight to save time on driving. We would have arrived earlier had we drove. I understand things happen, but the airline eneds to take responsibility and show some good customer service. Aside from the pilot, no apology given, no reimbursement offered. Disappinting. Air Canada is now a last-resort option for a frequent flyer like myself."

Plusy: "The seats were very comfortable. Food was surprisingly good!"
Minusy: "There was 1 crew member who once spilled ice over me & laughed it off saying he was just checking to see if I"m awake. Then another time spilled OJ on me & didn't even notice or apologize or offer a napkin so I can clean myself off. Also I had wanted to upgrade my seat for this flight but was unable to because there was no representative at the huge airport in Shanghai. Nor could I do it online. That was a huge inconvenience!"

Plusy: "The flight was smooth and the attendants were awesome and friendly. Would highly recommend again when I visit Montreal again!"
