"This flight was excellent. Left and arrives ahead of schedule. The plane was only half full and they actually let people lay down in rows of empty seats. The crew was super kind to a large family with a bunch of kids who wanted to be closer together. I think Delta purposely avoids turbulence more than other airlines because I never experience jarring flights, even the red eyes. They served two meals onboard (which were honestly pretty gross but they are doing their best). Also the newer planes have really cool lighting that helps with jet lag because they mimic the sunset and sunrise colors, and have polarized windows that extend “night time” until they are ready to land in the morning. Pretty cool."

Despite a few hours delayed (because the airport was closed due to the storm), the flight was still schedule to leave! I was very happy about that. They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly.. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period. The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!"

He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good."

I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

Minusy: "BA are no different than all operators in the drive to put as many bums in as many seats as possible. News flash. Only so many sardines go in one tin. Make seats more comfortable and more leg room and we would pay the premium for that reputation as a caring, comfortable operator."
Minusy: "Everything was sub par with BA. We upgraded to world traveler plus and the seats were old, there was trash from the previous flight and the tv screens were from 1995. The movies are only on loop so when you take off and are finally allowed to turn on the tv, the movies are 25 minutes in. All around a waste of money. Will never fly BA AGAIN!!"

Minusy: "Announcement was made that flight was delayed for at least two hours and that delay might be longer or might be cancelled. Desk staff specifically said they would not help rebook until the 2 hour delay had passed. I bought a ticket on Delta amd actually flew to London."

Minusy: "Being a big lad (6'6") it was difficult to get comfortable even with the extra leg room."

Also the BA personnel checking in baggage was not friendly and was a stickler for not allowing our baggage as carry-on when others with the same size luggage were allowed by other personnel."
Minusy: "1 hour delay on return journey on a packed flight, but at least that delay was in the airport and not sitting on a plane"

Minusy: "It was August 18. They lost my baggage. Next day on Saturday at 3 pm I had a wedding and I was a wittness.In the baggage a had a dress for me and part of dress for the wedding's couple . They found my baggage on the 3th plane on the last minut. Terrible. And I had go for it by myself because LOT didnt want to send to me the courier. The fly was also 1 hour late"

I don't normally suffer claustrophobia on flights, but I seriously almost stepped off the plane immediately after stepping on, given the low ceiling, and confining nature of the plane. If it had been a full flight, I'm not sure I would have made it without a full blown panic attack of claustrophobia."

Minusy: "Old plane, with old entertainment equipment, long wait on ground in Phoenix, only one immigration officer for a 747 passenger count, not in the hand of the airline but downside on the flight, passing immigration after an 1h luggage still was not delivered to the belt, this airport needs to learn about dealing with international flights (Rating F)"

Minusy: "Maintenance problems resulted in original aircraft being unavailable and switching to new aircraft at a different gate. More than 45 min late."
Minusy: "Why do we accept this humiliation from AA, they charge for breading inside the plane, they don't give anything nice to eat or drink, and the tickets are more expensive than others. You know why?, Because we are stupid"

Minusy: "Our layover was originally supposed to be an hour and a half in Phoenix. As we were boarding the plane from Austin to Phoenix, we got a notification that our layover had been delayed an additional 5 hours due to construction at SFO. I’d have appreciated more of a heads up than as I’m boarding."

Minusy: "American knew it had a problem and never resolved it - delaying our flight by minutes every few minutes - we had 38 text messages indicating a change. In addition the crew "aged out" so we had to get a second crew - waited for that. the first plane had a mechanical, the second plane had a mechanical - more lengthy delays then finally the last plane was fine - but was again delayed by yet another hour for a total of 7 hours delay. Our compensation? Non existent."

Minusy: "Entertainment arm rest did not work, flight attendants we're not very attentive to used items left on tray s to pick up. Empy cans ad wrapper s say for 3 hours before being picked up. Middle rest room was left very dirty due to bad hygene of passengers."

Snack offerings are minimal one almost all airlines for regular fares. a tiny wafer cookie or about 5 mini-pretzels are not very impressive. I wold much prefer peanuts to pretzels--an option would be good. The gate of outgoing flight to Bloomington kept changing on phone m messaging shortly before takeoff , about 6 gate changes in 10 minutes. Confusing!"

Minusy: "Not BA's fault, but I didn't like the long flight. I liked the pillow and blanket provided."

Minusy: "Temperature in the aircraft was extremely cold and when I asked the stewardess for a blanket one asked the other if there was a spare blanket and very bluntly answered no. Only toilet in economy class was cloughed up and was not functional therefore a very disgraceful situation, they sent me to the other toilet in 1st class area and there I notice several blankets on empty seats after I was told there weren’t any spare blankets."

Plusy: "Staff was fantastic. I was travelling with my 83 yr old mother and the counter staff couldn't have been more helpful. Very compassionate which was much appreciated. Really made a tough job much easier. I wish I had thought to get all their names. They made the trip...though others throughout the trip were just fantastic--including especially the wheelchair attendants."
Minusy: "FLIGHT DELAYED 3 hours, miserable uncomfortable plane- awful wines (grape juice) and not entertainment in flight-"
Minusy: "Flight was late, got a message from Kayak that it was delayed 3 hours...thank goodness I happened to check again, because then it was only delayed for 41 mins, then it gave me an update that it was only 21 mins delayed, then went back to 41! Pretty inconvenient, and it would have been nice to get a text, not just some silent pop up"

Minusy: "The seats were old and uncomfortable. There was no internet. There was no power for electronics. There was only one movie option (terrible selection) and the screens were spaced out so far I couldn't have seen it anyway. All of this would have been ok for a short flight but for an overseas flight it was the worst I've experienced."

Then you wouldn't have to threaten your customers to store their small bags under the seat. Then I would have room for my feet under the seat. When I would have been comfortable. I also wouldn't have to annoy my neighbor with trying to move and get comfortable. But instead the exact opposite happened and I'm offended you guys have America anywhere near your name."

Minusy: "The airline overbooked the flight,so even though I had a ticket and was NOT standby, I almost didn't make it on even though there were seats available (after two people forfeited their seats) bc they were worried about over-weighting the plane. Then they packed us like sardines into the back row of the plane."
