Some passengers rude enough to cut in front of the bathroom lines, and pretend not to comprehend English when they do. The Pork Dish and Breakfast dish were awful, however I recognize it isn't Finnish food, but a Korean variety. Two babies kept crying and screaming, for almost a solid 4 hours. I wasn't aware infants had the lung capacity or developed vocal chords to do such a feat. It also seemed like the parents were ignoring their babies not even trying to console them. Absolutely out of the hands of the staff, and I do not blame them for that. The only reason why the flight was so low, was simply because of things out of their hands. This is just a review of this specific flight, not the company itself."

Finnair has had that for years. If you order lacto-ovo meal, you get a vegan breakfast, a very low quality one. Why? I paid about $1500 for the flight and would like some service, too."

Sent to another airport except the free shuttle wasn't running, 50 dollar taxi ride later I got to sleep on the floor until the gates finally opened 5 hours later"

Discussing this with the staff at check0in and at the gate, made no difference as they had no knowledge of what was available on that particular flight. Every time I fly with American I'm reminded of why I don't like the airline and I will do my best to avoid them moving forward regardless of competitive ticket pricing."

They sent a text message at 7:15 apparently but my phone was not on so I understand not receiving it. I also left for the airport around 7:15. I also received an email from Kayak at 7 am that said there was no delay so I didn't check to see if there would be any others. I never received an email from Kayak about the delay. I would just suggest making sure all the alerts I get are correct. I also receieved an email to check in 72 hours before the flight but it wouldn't let me on Finnair.com Maybe I was supposed to go to Open Skies. Thanks! Melodie"

I asked the crew about this and I was told that bc other airlines charge for drinks/ food, BA also ask passengers for money. I have not had to pay for my drink like water on any other flight. I fly with all big airlines like American, Delta, Lufthansa, LOT, etc"

I personally loved the meals, drinks, and snacks on the flight from London to Las Vegas. It's nice to break up the long hours. Lots of great movies and shows to choose from especially "classics" like Friends and The Truman Show."
Minusy: "If there is any way you could please consider taking out a row or two of seats to give everyone just a little more room to breathe and stretch our legs, it would be so appreciated! This makes such a huge difference on our overall mood and feelings of health and well being. We were all so crammed in our seats I could barely move to even reach a book from my bag let alone stretch my legs. Luckily I was sitting next to a very friendly passenger, so it was bareable. But it was a 10 hour flight; that's a long time to sit with moving. There are also tiny corners to stand and stretch our legs but we seemed to be in the airline attendants' way- although they never said anything."

Plusy: "A few of us were held up on the tram. The doors were shut And they held the plane and accommodated us. For that I give 10 stars. I will always try to book British Air first"

Minusy: "Nothing was on time, zero service, non existent customer service"

Plusy: "Not much"
Minusy: "Boarding was late with no announcement. Entertainment was limited to none existent."

Minusy: "It was August 18. They lost my baggage. Next day on Saturday at 3 pm I had a wedding and I was a wittness.In the baggage a had a dress for me and part of dress for the wedding's couple . They found my baggage on the 3th plane on the last minut. Terrible. And I had go for it by myself because LOT didnt want to send to me the courier. The fly was also 1 hour late"

Plusy: "Short flight"
Minusy: "Delays"

Minusy: "Airline had email and cell phone and did not notify me of the canceled flight. Wanted to fly me out two days later. Did not offer to look at airline partners or rivals to try and fly us out on day we were scheduled. Offered a refund. So they were willing to refund a flight we booked a year in advance so I can look for new airfare with 12 hours notice."

Plusy: "The flight left on time and the flight attendants were attentive and helpful."

Plusy: "The Heathrow staff were very helpful when we booked seats, etc."
Minusy: "Seats were narrow and cramped for legroom. Airplane was old and a wee bit scruffy. 9 hour flight had one meal of a choice of Indian or vegetarian cuisines. A small snack of cheese and crackers and juice would have been nice. Is there really a Finnair? We flew to Britain on American and home to the US on Brit Air. We got a good price on the tickets but thought we would be on a Finnair plane."

Plusy: "Professionalism of ground staff in getting us to our flight Excellent service in the air Great entertainment selection"
Minusy: "All good"

Plusy: "Very professional"

Minusy: "The plane takeoff time was delayed by almost two hours. When we got to Oakland, waiting for the luggage took an exceptionally long time. Don't understand why we couldn't sit in the waiting room until a "certain time" before getting on the plane, we had to wait outside in a hall with no seats. The room was not being used by anyone else."

Minusy: "Food Accommodating bags when space is available"

Plusy: "The flight crew was formal without being stuffy. Gracious without being too familiar. (Although, I had an interesting -- and fun -- conversation with a great flight attendant, Suzanne on flight BA0115 on 5/21/17. Give that gal a raise!). Excellent service. Clean cabins. Lovely menu followed by delicious fare. Overall, great experience!"
Minusy: "The aircraft is illogically designed i.e. the awkward arrangement of seats in Business Class makes for an annoying obstacle for passengers who want to leave/return to their seats. But when they do settle in, it's as comfy as a cocoon."

Minusy: "The plane was an hour late and there was no snacks served, you had to pay even for water."

Plusy: "Professional service. On time departure, early arrival."

Minusy: "Seats on the flight London to Barcelona weren't as comfortable but it's not fair as it's just the model of airplane. Although modern seats just weren't that good to try catch some sleep."

Plusy: "Clean plane"
Minusy: "We booked World plus, extra money, and they put us in the last row against wall where the seats hardly recline. I complained but we were well into our flight when we told the stewardess she did not get back to us regarding changing seats. She came back about 20 minutes laterwith unacceptable seats,far from our overhead and we could not sit together. We declined. My husband had to board early because his foot was in a special brace after recent surgery. They could only move him to a center seat where he would hae to risk someone stepping on his foot. We are 70 years old.We had one small meal on an 8.5 hour flight."

Minusy: "Servuce"

Minusy: "Attittude of Ground Staff and difficult to find check in counters at CDG airport"

Plusy: "Staff was cheerful"
