The men’s situation isn’t ideal but is no where near the problem that is the women’s restrooms. The boarding process is mildly confusing - there is no public drinking fountains but if you buy water you are not allowed to take it to your gate. This info isn’t posted anywhere and makes no sense bc you purchased the water after you were checked through security. Also this rule truly only applies to women. A stewardess showed preferential treatment to someone who looked more native than us and then didn’t apologize. I understood the customer was upset so the flight attendant was trying to pacify the lady/couple but at least apologize for being rude. Dubai airport very much favors men and I would never travel without my husband. I would fly Emirates again but it won’t be my top choice and I won’t be going back to the Dubai airport anytime soon."

Minusy: "I normally choose vegetarian on all my flights, but emirates only has a strictly vegetarian option. Which means vegan - food was not good at all. Sometimes too spicy to even try to eat. I asked to replace my meal on occasion and took the continental breakfast which was great."

For a flight in which 60-70% of passengers are Indians, some extra vegetarian meals should be available (for those who do not know how to book it in advance)."

Perhaps it would be better to spray the plane before the passengers board the plane."
Minusy: "There was only one flight attendant would didn't assist my friend when we asked her to please take my friend's food tray away. My friend Emily Bayne was having a major discomforting eye allergy attack. Emily eyes were burning, dry, turning red, and very itchy and she wanted to go to the bath room to run warms water over her eyes, however she had the food tray and so we push the attendant help button. But when the flight attendant came to see what we needed and we asked if she could please take Emily's food tray, she just said I will come back later for that. So I told Emily just go to the bathroom I will hold your food tray. Emily Bayne was seated in the middle and I had the aisle seat, 44H. While Emily was in the bathroom I complained to another flight attendant what had happened, she took our food trays and then told her supervisor what happened. The supervisor came shortly and assisted Emily by granting her request and providing her with two warm wet towels, and later 5 more. The supervisor and the other attendant that I complained to continue to check throughout the fljght to see if Emily needed anything else, which was nice and accommodating. The flight after that incident was good, as the supervisor immediately corrected the insensitive act of his flight attendant."

Minusy: "I didn't like the way they were talking to me about the strict rules on luggage weight limit. They asked to pay 30 dollars for one extra kg and even on the carry on bags. The staff who seemed to be a manager in Korea was telling me to leave behind everything as they are only allowing me total of 7kgs to carry on which includes my laptop (3kg already) and a small handbag! They are literally asking you to just carry your laptop, magazine and a toothbrush! Never seen this strict and stinge rules before. And they didn't even check my carry on weight when boarding after...after giving up my gifts to friends which were not worth paying extra 30 dollars! According to their seat allocation people who sat next to me seemed to be a double or triple size of me (No offence to these passengers) and I could not eat my meal properly because I had no room to move my arm. I asked politely to a crew to change my seat but they said it is full and gave me a cup of orange juice! How nice! I will discourage people to spend extra money on Emirates because you might not get the premium service you pay for!!"

I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!"

Minusy: "Just about everything. Not only were both flights delayed, one without notice, both the check-in and boarding processes were obscenely long with no obvious reason. On board, the staff was very pleasant but took almost 20 minutes to respond to a page and I only paged them one time. The screens for entertainment had a lot of trouble reading touch for both my seatmate and I and the selections were very limited. My seat did not recline which made for a very uncomfortable flight as I had hoped to be able to sleep. They lost one of my bags and somehow still have not found it more than 36 hours later."

One flight attendent got upset or acted a little nasty because I asked her for another custom border slip. She said was going to bring one but I guess she forgot and an atleast 30 minutes to an hour went by till I asked her again and she got nasty. The same lady along with the other flight attendants snatched trash out peoples hands like they were diseased...and they had gloves on. When it came to entertainment they didnt have much variety. Unless the price for the flight is dirt cheap or below average I would choose to fly with them again other than that I'll go to another"

When I came (BRU), they told me to wait in 3 different lines, wasting 30 minutes, before I got to the correct line. Then board the flight to return was a 45 minute delay. It's like these guys were totally new to the airline business."

Poor management of the situation - they don't check whether the connection is *actually* OK, just use the timetable. Poor real-time handling of the situation. This flight is sometimes subcontracted out to WDL who fly various other flights for SN throughout the day, and so any delay elsewhere in Europe can delay this flight. Baggage priority ignored for Star Gold. Missed train connection on arrival in UK. Due to the above problems. In-flight staff OK but ground crew seem disorganised."

The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip."

Oczywiści w moim przypadku nie dodano czerwonej naklejki Priority Boarding !!! Obsługa przy boardingu nie respektuje usługi pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład. Pierwszeństwo jest tylko przy przejściu do hali tuż przed wejściem do busa lotniskowego. Potem już i tak wszyscy jadą wspólnie, więc pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład nie ma. Dodatkowo jeśli zostaniesz skierowany przez kolejnego niekompetentnego pracownika lotniska DWC do niewłaściwego z dwóch autobusów (jeden podjeżdża do przednich schodów, drugi do tylnych) musisz się przeciskać przez cały, pełen pasażerów i bagaży pokład samolotu, ponieważ procedury !!! nie pozwalają przejść do odpowiedniego wejścia, np. tylnego mając miejsca 29. Nigdy więcej Wizzair, którego pracownicy pokładu twierdzą, że odprawa i boarding nie jest zależny od firmy Wizzair. Tylko dlaczego to Wizzair pobiera opłatę za usługi typu Pierwszeństwo wejścia na pokład ?"
