Minusy: "A couple on our flight decided it was OK to have their 4-year old run around the cabin shrieking and causing a lot of fuss. Most of us in the cabin complained but these parents were pathetically weak and elected to allow it to continue. No sleep... spoiled experience.. miserable flight in this respect. Terrible Business Lounge 'Aspire' in Gatwick; dirty and poorly equipped - not even Prosecco on offer without paying £5 for a small glass. Qatar should stop using this dreadful place. Crew seemed to have stopped referring to the passengers by name and offer a less-personalised service in Business than we have become accustomed to. The food choices while good, have been paired back as have the selection of wines."

Next problem was their REFUSAL to give me an aisle seat. I reserved an aisle seat originally, aisle seats were available when I tried to change, but agent REFUSED to accommodate me with either aisle or window. Sat in middle with huge guy next to me. Very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre on this leg. Oh, and late departing AGAIN. Will seriously look for other options on next trip."

Business Class gate desk ‘closed’ even though staffed as person was busy on the phone. Weird 2 - 3 - 2 layout means window and centre seats have to clamber over reclined neighbours. Seat width better than A380 and also less tomb like when reclined to nearly flat bed."

Even though I told Steward not to wake me for the meals but still I was woken up 3 times for two serving of meals."

I felt for such a long flight the crew could have announced that if anyone would like extra snax or drinks then feel free to call a member of the crew or even go to the kitchen and ask. Wifi was offered on the flight but it wasn't explained how to use it so I didn't have this facility as I couldn't connect! Once we asked it was explained but I still wasn't able to connect. Would be helpful if this could be explained / announced to the passengers."

I had an economy ticket and they fed us twice and had at least six beverage passes to keep you hydrated. A blanket, pillow and ear buds were provided as part of the seat. Norwegian Air does not even cover a glass of water. They are pathetic. We will travel with Swiss Air again."

Minusy: "The seats in the economy cabin are cramped together. If the person in front of your leans back you are almost trapped in your seat. There is little leg room and the cushioning is not enough for a long distance flight. There is no boarding control. People just line up and get on the plane in any order."

Minusy: "I was randomly selected for a second security check at the boarding gate in Zurich airport, the security staff were unfriendly, said it was a TSA requirement even though I stated I am a United States Citizen and That I have already passed through a complete security check Point, still they placed a metal & scanning detector on my feet, hands & belt. This was a complete violation of my rights. Never have I faced a humiliating situation at any other airport. If this was a TSA requirement then everyone should be subject to a second security check."
Plusy: "The flight attendants qere very nice and friendly. Spoke great English. They came by often with drinks and snacks. All the food was actually good! The seats were fairly comfy and there was actually room! Even when the person in front of me leaned back, my legs still didn't touch the back of the seat (I'm 5-10 with long legs). Very happy with swiss!"

Plusy: "The plane was comfortable. The headrest was great and the seat pitch and recline were decent. I was able to sleep better with Swiss than with other airlines like Lufthansa or Delta. They are much better overall for sure. The food and staff were excellent! The food quality is very good compared to the other airlines. The cabin crew are always passing around water and chocolates throughout the flight. They were friendly and helpful as well. The pilots were also very good. We had no rough turbulence and their landing skills were amazing."
Minusy: "The boarding procedures could be improved. They don't have zones and everybody just line up. Families with small children are not accomodated first."

Plusy: "At list 2 attendants were extremely not polite . Air condition was turned on 2 minutes before landing . To collect food plates from passengers took more then 2 hours . When passengers asked attendants, to evaluate when it going to happen the answer was very rude ״ you should fly business in case you want it faster " . It was a night flight and it took 3 hours to turn off the lights . One of the girls attendants told me that I have too many hand handbags with me , only 1 piece allowed . I was with 3 pieces but we were 3 persons my wife and my Childe . I was trying to explain her, but she was unable to listen . It is not Swiss I know , I like to flight Swiss , but this flight was extremely disappointing .It was many confusions with other passengers as well. wrong meals , wrong seats , no air condition, ... the flight was a nightmare"

Minusy: "I had my flight from London to Istanbul delayed and because I had connection flight in Istanbul to Russia they had to change my flight for the next day . That ruined my whole holidays and I had to go all the way home from Gatwick airport and next morning going again to Heathrow airport. No transfer or taxi was provided and No single apology from the staff or company . Very disappointed with Turkish airlines !"

Minusy: "We had a connection at Istanbul. No laptop or notebook was allowed. A small portable charger to my iPhone was confisticated even thought it is smaller than my iPhone. Turkish TSA seemed a little confused with what to confisticate. They almost took away my portable shaver too. There were 4 little kids running around aisle during the flight forcing me to watch movies instead of sleep crossing the Atlantic Ocean."

So I paid $150 more over the other airlines for the lay flat seating on my 8 hour flight from Katmandu to Istanbul and another 10 hours on to JFK. Well the seats weren't lay flat so I feel like I got played by Kayak and didn't have a very comfortable flight."

If you go to a gate waiting area with no flight soon, you can stretch out and sleep. Good English-language bookstore."
Minusy: "I have bought two sides ticket from Turkish Airlines. And i miss my first flight, when i came to airport for return flight Turkish Airlines cancel my return flight whitout update by email or massage by phon!!"

Due to an unfortunate delay on our return flight, our overall day was extended from ~8 hours to 16 hours, and had us flying through the night--very unexpected and tiring. Additionally, although we requested kosher meals well in advance, the delay/cancellation of our flights and rebooking effectively cancelled our kosher meals and there was nothing for us to eat. This was very frustrating."
