Plusy: "This was my first time flying on Swiss Air. Beautiful aircraft and a very friendly crew. Food was good and our flight was on time. Lots of options for in-flight entertainment."
Minusy: "The boarding process was not ideal. This was our first time in the Zurich airport and we were not aware of the passport check at the gate. There were no signs and several passengers tried to board without the stamp only to be sent to the passport check line. Very frustrating. Also, there was no organization so everyone just rushed forward when boarding was called. They should consider boarding by rows to make it a more orderly process. Finally, there was no leg room at all. I realize airlines are trying to squeeze every passenger in that they can, but this was ridiculous. I'm 5'11" and my knees were pinned against the seat in front of me."

They left snacks, water, juice and soda out in the galley if you were in the mood for something. Bathrooms were clean. Overall I rate this flight a 9/10."
Minusy: "The seat reclining in front of you made it very hard to get out of your seat and into the aisle without major clumsiness and disturbing your fellow passengers. Also the headphone jack has the old fashioned 2 prong. So you can't use your own headphones without an adapter if you only want to listen out of one ear the whole time."

Minusy: "On a long flight like this, the seating is still too cramped. We are not large people, and nine hours in those seats is difficult, even with considerate 'neighbors'. The seats are just too close together. This is an airport comment - Deboarding to a bus, then a walk to the train/tram, then security, then another walk to the gate - we barely made our connecting international flight."

Minusy: "Over an hour delay before boarding due to supposedly bad weather. Because flight was overbooked they were offering $400 gift card to change to standby on another flight. If you didn’t make that flight (evening), you’d be confirmed on a flight the following morning with one stop in Detroit (we booked a nonstop to Chicago). Uh, no thanks. Then to top it off, we’ve landed and been told that it will be at least an hour before we can deplane due to no availability at the gate (it’s 1145 pm right now). All this plus their new policy of not allowing us to select our seats because we bought the cheapest tickets. Really Delta? You go ahead and cater to the rich and I’ll choose to fly with another airline."

Minusy: "I could see on the Fly Delta app that I had been placed in seat 10B, but neither the app nor my boarding pass gave me a group to board with, so I assumed that I needed to board with group 3, which necessitated gate-checking my rollerboard bag. Only when I approached the gate to board did I notice on the info screen that I had been "upgraded" to Comfort + and granted boarding with the Sky Priority group. I wish this had been clearer so I could have avoided waiting to board and gate-checking my bag. Minor inconvenience but room for improvement on Delta's part."

Plusy: "This was not my original transfer flight but everyone was much nicer and helpful than serious and being rude. Love Delta, I did not flight United because I wouldn’t have met my United flight once landing in ATL. The Young African American woman who was at the gate was amazing and so reassuring that I would make my flight to Chicago. Would book Delta, just because of how nice she was to me."

Plusy: "The Delta people were solicitous, efficient and brilliant the whole way through. We had not a bit of trouble. Our first class seats were comfortable, but with the supplied blanket, pillow and poor air conditioning it was a hot flight. The cabin personnel were wonderful as per usual, and my tasty gin and tonic soothed any discontent. I wish I could fly this way all the time!"
Minusy: "The private contractor handling wheelchair assistance was terrible. A Delta employee theorized that they do not pay enough to attract and retain personnel. Our pre-arranged chair was not there, multiple calls by our Delta assistant finally got us a ride to the chair holding area, but after about 45 minutes we gave up and shuffled off to the security area on foot. Thank goodness my hubby is mobile enough for that to have been an option. When we abandoned our wait we were still 4th in line for an attendant to push the chair. If Delta has any responsibility in this it would be in the retention and compensation for the private contractor."

Minusy: "The delta studio didn't work with Android 8"

Plusy: "We were traveling with a toddler and infant but put in different row because the tickets were purchased separately. Gate staff promptly put us together and even bumped us up to delta comfort. Was a very pleasant trip. Thanks delta!"

Minusy: "Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili."

Then had to wait another hour for checked luggage...."

Minusy: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Plusy: "787 is a great airplane. The 3-3-3 seat configuration leaves enough seat width to be just comfortable in coach."

Minusy: "Flight way delayed 3 hours. Staff gave no information and wouldn't help rebook us onto other flights. They gave us food vouchers 2 minutes before we finally boarded, so we couldn't use them. The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again."

Plusy: "From downloading the KLM app to the final touchdown of my final flight, everything was an ease, checking in, the option to change my seat, the service received was great."
Minusy: "The ability to state a seat or meal preference within the app would be good but otherwise all was good."

Plusy: "The food was very delicious and it was a lot of it Crew was amazing and helpful"

Minusy: "There is not anything to complain about besides the usual discomfort of travel."

Plusy: "The crew was fine. The seats in the A330 are the worst only to be made worse by NO legroom. Very uncomfortable airplane. The flight crew also closes the rear bathroom off during most of the flight, I am assuming so they can use...."

Minusy: "They seats were cramped and didn’t have a lot of cushion. The BBQ chicken lunch was not good. There needed to be more frequent water available"

Plusy: "Plenty of room on this flight. The plane was about half full."
Minusy: "Everyone's breakfast was supposed to be an "egg and bacon" flavored wrap of some sort, but there was absolutely no egg or bacon flavor associated with it. The flavor of bacon is very distinctive. This thing's flavor and texture suggested some sort of very tasteless doughy material, with certainly nothing tasting like egg or bacon inside of it. Ugh."

Plusy: "Check in at the airport gate was handled professionally."
Minusy: "Bought our seats 2 months in advance. One day before flight, saw our assigned seats were changed, someone had our original seats 31G/H, and we were put in 48C/D. Could not get any assistance to correct the situation until we were at the gate and by that time no comparable seats were available. Also, my husband spilled his drink; one of the attendants said he was too busy to help with cleanup. Fortunately, another attendant came over after my husband went to the galley to again ask for assistance."

Minusy: "Small seats. food was horrible."

Plusy: "The water bottles, pillow, and earbuds were on the seats."
Minusy: "The returning flight to the US they did not dim the lights so that it was comfortable to sleep. A red light was shining down on my head most of the trip because I had a window seat. It was very annoying."

Minusy: "Delayed flight, missed connection, lost baggage."

Plusy: "Excellent service and food."

Plusy: "Nothing"
Minusy: "We will never fly SAS again, it was a horrible experience"

Minusy: "Flight delayed, had to take 2 other flights to get to the final destination. Arrived at 9pm instead of 2pm."

Minusy: "Only one free soda. Beer and wine for a fee."

Plusy: "The airline staff were so positive and friendly. Really made the long trip easier."

Plusy: "There was absolutely nothing I liked."
Minusy: "We didn't have a flight. Our flight was canceled at the airport. We were told 10-15 minutes after our boarding time that there would be a delay, but we should check back in 45 minutes. So, we never made it to Stockholm to take that flight back home."

Minusy: "since all tickets and passports are checked in advance and do not need to be scanned again when boarding, they really should start boarding from the back of the aircraft (after all the business, first-class, and priority folks) because it would really speed things up the main meal was good, but the snack was much smaller compared to my flight from Chicago to Stockholm"

Plusy: "Quite a contrast between international and domestic flights. SAS had a blanket, pillow, water bottle, and earbuds on each seat. We were served TWO meals including a full dinner. Flight crew was very polite and responsive."

Minusy: "I paid for internet but it never worked"

Minusy: "Got delayed 13-hours in an airport with no SAS staff present to communicate anything to all of the passengers. We were not accommodated with hotel vouchers or provided with alternative travel options to our final destinations and missed flights. SAS did not cancel the flight after the first 4-hours of delay which is illegal by EU Standards. None of us were able to leave the airport as we were not told any information about potential flight departure times and it would have been $2000 to re-book with a different airline. No answers were given by SAS over the phone and their staff seemed unaware of any problems."

Minusy: "The seat next to me was open and they moved someone over next to me."

Minusy: "This is my first international flight that didn't include complimentary beverages. No free wine or alcohol, and only ONE complimentary beverage on the entire 9 hour flight! They only came around ONCE with the beverage cart! (and this was like an hour and a half before they served dinner, which didn't include a drink). They also only came around and offered water ONCE on the flight. Normally this would be every 1-2 hours. Also, the flight was delayed by about 2 hours, and they didn't make an announcement until we were about an hour late. Thankfully, I was getting updates from Kayak, or else I wouldn't have even known we were delayed."

Plusy: "Legroom"

Plusy: "Once again the atmosphere was terrific. The cleanliness of the plane was good. The staff was awesome."

Minusy: "As above."

Plusy: "Delicious food"

Minusy: "I have already answered this question. Enough."

Plusy: "The constant service provided by the flight crew. The food was excellent and even got a free beer. The inflight entertainment selection was abundant, did not even have to listen to my music. Very friendly crew."

Minusy: "The flight didn't even exist because of a strike and neither kayak nor SAS informed us the flight was canceled, so we found out after we got to the airport."

Minusy: "Everything...I was not on the flight. The fight was cancelled due to the on-going Swedish pilot strike. The first option SAS provided was getting out in a week. I said that would not work. They then scheduled me on Lufthansa, but due to delays in Frankfurt due to weather we missed out connection to ORD. 4+ hours after standing in endless lines Lufthansa resheduled us the next day. But, it took nearly two days to get home."

Minusy: "The crew could ask people who does not have a rush connecting schedule to stay at seat and let those who has a rough schedule to get off first. UA did this, but SAS did not."

Plusy: "Most flight attendants were very friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms were cleaner than most other airlines. Flight was on time."
Minusy: "One male attendant was not so friendly. Seemed to have an attitude that it was beneath him to have to serve us. Food could use some improvement. Thought we would have a choice between two entrees, but were served the chicken without any explanation."

Plusy: "convenient"
Minusy: "Had an extra bag which we were not charged for on flights to Stockholm or Krakow. You charged twice as much for the bag as you did for our ticket. Does that seem right??? A charge to offset your cost is reasonable. Twice the cost of the ticket is absolutely atrocious!!! Did I mention you managed to break what we had in the bag? Hope that gives you the picture of how we feel, but more importantly what we will be telling everyone. Plusy: "Good selection of movies on the entertainment center."
Minusy: "Drinks were overpriced $9.00 for a small bottle of wine and $3.00 for a coke Their was no choice of meals. The only offering was chicken curry, which I don't care for."

Plusy: "The seats were comfy and the food was good. Air temperature was pleasant, not too war, or cold."
Minusy: "Was no offered water during the flight. We had a bottle of water in the seat pocket but at no point during the flight were we offered additional water. I saw people get up and ask for some but when the flight is 9 hours you would think they would come by once or twice offering some. Other airlines do this and I love it. I was so thirsty when getting off the flight that I downed 2 bottles of water at the airport. They also didn't offer complimentary alcohol. Other international flights offer an alcoholic drink with your meal free of charge and I appreciate that. I have a bit of anxiety when I fly and that helps take the edge off. I was really disappointed in this. Heck, Air Berlin comes around and refills your wine glass multiple times."
