Minusy: "I was asked to check my carry-on. I have used this carry-on more than 50x without an issue. I have even put it in the smaller compartments on smaller Bombardier jets. I don't have an issue with being asked to check luggage, but I resent being asked when others are allowed to take their carry-on onto to the plane without issue. Right in front of me while I was waiting for a baggage tag, others were being checked in with carry-on equal to mine and allowed to take it onto the plane. I can only surmise that my ticket limited me to one bag onto the plane, although they would not tell me this. This was not clear when I booked the ticket nor when I checked in on-line. I had a 40 minute connection in Zurich so was very concerned that my luggage would not make it. Luckily, it did make it to my next stop. Swiss Air seems to have different restrictions than other airlines which I have encountered before. I take ownership that I should be aware of a tickets restrictions but this was a multi-leg trip (5). However, I will tend to avoid Swiss air in the future, to avoid having to research their unique restrictions."

I showed up early and was told that I had to take by suitcase to another location if I wanted to check in 3 hours early. After lugging the suitcase a quarter of a mile, I was told that they don't do that and I had to return to the designated gate at the appropriate time."

Plusy: "At Montreal I was made to go through the customs, exit the airport, get the boarding pass, go through security check again. I was subjected to unnecessary hassle as Air Canada did not issue me boarding pass for the section of Motreal to Zurich at Los Angeles airport. Had I known that I have to come out of the airport, I would not have bought this ticket. Hopefully same ordeal is not repeated while returning from Zurich to Los Angeles via Montreal on June 30, 2016. There was a long queque at Montreal to board the place as it was not organized in zone wise."

A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

Minusy: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Minusy: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Minusy: "Flight way delayed 3 hours. Staff gave no information and wouldn't help rebook us onto other flights. They gave us food vouchers 2 minutes before we finally boarded, so we couldn't use them. The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again."

I can't remember the last time I flew on a transatlantic fight with no entertainment- nearly 20 years ago I'm sure. Airplane food is never great, but food options were worse than normal. American Airlines customer service at JFK was horrendous, resulting in several passengers missing their flight. (I was there if 4 hours to spare, but had to wait 1hr+ to have my birthdate changed in the system.)"

Ignored a lot by attendants bc rushed to get to back of plane attendant area and chat. Tv could barely be seen from window and then volume/distortion was awful while flying. The attendants were gaga about a screaming baby but ignored the rest of us"

Minusy: "Operated by American. Delayed for 4 hours"

Minusy: "I sat in the window seat. Trying to get out of the row is very difficult. The arm rests do not rise high enough to get around without needing to climb over them."

Plusy: "It was a quick, smooth flight."
Minusy: "The chicken for dinner was horrible. The call buttons for assistance sounded constantly the entire flight.. Not sure if it was a malfunction."

Plusy: "Punctual and very good service from friendly crew"
Minusy: "They don't give you options about what kind of food you prefer like carne / pasta , there is just one menu option. Any kind of snack between the two meals in a 11 hours flight. If you get hungry you will have to buy snacks on board . No legroom"

Minusy: "No way to get seat assignments until 4 hours before flight"

Plusy: "Finnair is always a pleasure and Helsinki is an attractive and well-run airport."

Plusy: "Crew, boarding, cleanliness of the plan, and all other aspects other than food were good/excellent."
Minusy: "The vegetables in the meal / salad were still frozen….inedible. In the morning in the asian vegetarian meal it was simply fruit…that was it. No protein source. I have been on many BA flights and the food has not been this poor, so not sure if the carrier who services food source has changed."

Plusy: "We finally landed safely."
Minusy: "Sat at gate 4 1/2 hours before 9 1/2 hour flight. Never heard how problem was resolved. Very bumpy ride."

Minusy: "The food was terrible , the flight was canceled from Paris to phila , i didn't know til 8 pm . It was very hard to have an other flight from London to phila. A lot of souffering for me ."

Minusy: "When I arrived at CMI no ticket was issued for my second leg, so I could not use the internal transit bus to at Terminal 5 at ORD ("for ticketed passengers only). I had to exit use the external train (which was delayed) and go through the very slow Terminal 5 security. Almost missed my ORD-LHR flight (arrived at the gate after the official closing time)"

Plusy: "British Airway's Entertainment is better than FinnAir. Smooth flight."
Minusy: "Nothing really."

Plusy: "Movie selection was excellent."
Minusy: "Uncomfortable seats and tight quarters. First class was too expensive."

Plusy: "other than that, the flight was fine. did not sample the food"

Minusy: "Video system needed to be reset often for entire plane."

Plusy: "Neat and clean interior that was welcoming and the Airbus looked quite new helping boost one's confidence in it. Have travelled previously in flights where the upholstery is tattered and the plane itself would have seen better days."
Minusy: "The seats! Incredibly tight fit and the side armrest would not go back completely either. And what's more, I have a petite frame and if I had trouble I can't imagine what others would have gone through."

Plusy: "On time departures. Good service"

Plusy: "The flight was not full. Dinner was delicious."
Minusy: "1 hour delay for repairs before take off no overhead light when I wanted to read"
